The problem with Inter Milan is that they have been increasingly in a slump for weeks. This can also be seen in the league, where they had a good lead at one point as top of the table, but have since been caught up by AC Milan and Napoli. I never had the doubt that this T20 series would be a whitewash. Indian team has been performing exceptionally well under the captainship of Rohit Sharma. Not to forget some consistent and agressive batting from Shreyas Iyer too. Ravindra Jadeja has gained his lost form and Ishan Kishan also proved why he is now the highest paid player in IPL. Next ODI series with Srilanka and I hope that the India team performs in the same manner.

Today we have final of PSL 2022 between Multan and Lahore. I was checking betting odds for this match and it comes out that Multan is favorite with 1.73 while Lahore rate is 2.20. It's stumps on day 2 and I'm actually surprised to see what has transpired in this match. New Zealand are 5 down for 157, they have played 45 overs. Grandhomme scored a 50 though. I would like to see them play really defensive right now and just stay at the pitch. If they don't get out they will score eventually. Colin de Grandhomme and Mitchell have rescued NZ as 5 wickets were gone for 91 runs. They both have a partnership of 66 runs. NZ can reach 364 or near to that if both of these players stayed on for two sessions of third day. Right now chances of winning the game are towards South Africa. I think the chance of South Africa winning the game is reducing as time goes on because they have lost 5 wickets only for 140 runs. The fourth day is going to show us which direction the match is going to go. It's too early to say about whitewash, it's just second T20. Let India wins this first then we can talk about whitewash. Sri Lanka recently avoided whitewash against Australia by wining the last T20 and ending series 4-1. In this series SL are capable of winning just one or two match not the series.
With the current form of Indian and Sri Lankan teams in this t20 format we can expect a whitewash in this series because today India is looking for their 11th straight win and Sri Lanka is not good enough to have any chance for fighting back with very poor in both batting and bowling after very badly defeat against Australia. Even they won last match of this lost series but still they are completely down-and-out by classic team and now facing World's No 1 team in this format which is worst for their current form and squad who is most depending on new players which need some more time and experience for giving better results. A good thing for Sri Lanka now they can't drop from their current position in twenty ranking as they are staying at 10th.
