They may leave this "Safepal bug" to incrase hardware wallet sells but I don't think it will be discontinued soon unless many people start using it. in the end when you use Binance you must know that they will ask for identity verification at some point so I don't think it's worth the risk Especially with so many alternatives.
-snip-
I don't doubt for a second that the developers are not aware of this, and I'm almost certain that it was done on purpose, but I don't think it has anything to do with the hardware wallet, since that feature can still be used even without the device.

Hello, Thank you for your reply. So, if I import my seed phrase to another wallet, then I can use the new wallet features? For example, the Trust Wallet doesn't support a coin swapping, but another wallet can. I want to import the Trust Wallet seed phrase to another wallet, then swap my coin and back to the Trust Wallet again.
hosseinimr has already answered the question perfectly. Just want to add, in my previous post, I said that only Thorswap supports multi-chain swapping which is true, however, there are a few other wallets with built-in instant exchanges (centralized) which I believe is what you're looking for here. To name a few: Exodus, Coinomi, and Atomicwallet. Exodus is the one I would recommend the most but I would suggest you use it with a Trezor wallet and not its own.

@noorman0 You're welcome. If you managed to trade, you should be fine withdrawing because IIRC, even a few weeks prior to the KYC policy, users were not able to trade and place orders. Anyway, keep us posted, please.
Just something to keep in mind, when you created that account, you agreed to Binance's TOS so there is always that risk that KYC will be asked in the future, or they might even lock your funds.

The source of funds will be always a problem , when we talk about receive in wallets such paypal, neteller or skrill, -snip-
Skrill and Neteller both deal with gambling sites, so that's probably not an issue. The issue here is whether Paybis allow these transactions or not.

I am a little curious here. Where do you deposit exactly? Inside of trust wallet, right? Where Binance ask you for KYC but Safepal didn't. So I am interested to know after you deposit can you trade in the centralized interface? Or do you have to trade on the decentralized interface? Just I am not getting where Binance required KYC to trade in their Centralized exchange but how can you trade there without KYC through just a tool or apps. I think it shouldn't happen and we are missing something. I haven't been using Safepal wallet so I don't know exactly how is the process.
If it's possible to trade on the centralized interface from safepal wallet without KYC then everyone will do that instead of using KYC in Binance.
Trustwallet doesn't have the built-in Binance I was referring to, SafePal does. AFAIK, when you're using that, you're interacting with the CEX and not their DEX. Spot trading, futures, savings are all available. I could be wrong though. Here are a few pictures of it[1][2]. As I said though, I can't say that for a fact that KYC is not required as I haven't tried to deposit and then withdraw yet, but it appears that it's not. If you click on "deposit" while using the Binance exchange now, you will be asked to verify your identity before giving you an address to send funds to. However, if you do the exact same thing through Safepal, no pop-ups appear. [1] http://epvpimg.com/rTeDcab[2] http://epvpimg.com/MkBIbab

@jerry0 AFAIK, and as I said in a previous post a few months ago, it should be okay to exchange gambling funds. I would still suggest you read the TOS though, just to be safe. I couldn't find anything on Neteller's official website but according to this article, the crypto-withdrawal service is only available for 10 countries, including the UK, Chile, Canada, and Australia. The rest of the countries hasn't been mentioned but I still doubt that the U.S is among them. An alternative to Neteller withdrawal service or CEXes would be to just exchange with other individuals. If you're not willing to verify your identity, then the currency exchange board or localCryptos is the way to go. When doing so, I suggest you be transparent about the source of the funds, as some people can be against it as well.

I'm selling a Reddit account that is mostly active in crypto subreddits for 20$.
The account has 4K karma (that include posts, links, and awards). If you're interested or need more details, P.M me.

It's odd but it's probably not because of the name change because it appears that the posts are ordered by date but for some reason, the 0.21.2 version was posted on the 26th of October while the newest versions were posted prior to that date.

Okay so apparently safepal is a hardware wallet you need to buy.
Trustwallet is an online wallet like blockchain? Or is it software like electrum?
-snip-
No, there is a software version that is available for both Android and iOS devices. It's meant to be the official software for their hardware wallet but you can still use it without the hardware. Now, for the trading process, it's identical to the one in Binance.com. You cannot trade directly from your SafePal funds. You will have to deposit funds into the built-in binance interface first. I can't speak about the KYC part, but I don't think it's enforced. I tried to deposit on Binance, and I was asked to KYC, but when I try the same thing on the safepal app, I wasn't asked for anything and they provided me with the deposit address. And also, no. This feature is not available on the Trustwallet app. Yes, you have a swap and exchange feature there, but it's not the same thing.

Thank you so much for all replies. In the Trust Wallet, I can't Swap the Litecoin or Tron to other coins. I need a wallet that supports it. Any idea?
You can't swap BTC either because swaps happen on the same chain, so you'll only be able to trade ERC-20 and BEP-20 tokens. The only cross-chain protocol that I know of is Thorchain/Thorswap but it's far from being perfect and there are many unsupported coins. I would suggest just using an exchange like OKEX, Kucoin, or Binance. Send the funds from TrustWallet to the exchange, trade to whatever coin you wish to, and then withdraw back to your personal wallet as it's not recommended to store funds in exchanges.

If you sweep the private keys, yes, because you will basically be sending the funds from one address to another. But if you just import the PKs or use the seed on another wallet, then no, you won't need to pay for any fees.

I believe Localbitcoins used to be the top when it came to p2p but they now require KYC. Who took that spot? And what about exchanges?
Note I'm asking about full service exchanges and P2P services, and not ones that put a limit for non verified users.
Paxful started asking for ID as well, so that leaves you with LocalCryptos.com or there is also BISQ but I believe it has way less liquidity.

Google Authenticator doesnt seem like a good idea..It has no security measure for accessing the code. You just open the app and there it is...So, if I lose my phone or it's stolen, any accounts attached to that app could be compromised...
The same thing could be said about 2FA codes being sent through SMS or emails but again, you're not supposed to store large amounts in an exchange in the first place. If you want better security for your account, you can grab a Yubi key. I can't remember if Kucoin supports it, but I know that there are a lot of exchanges that do.

It does seem you need to be in a region that has access to the strike app. This is how they are enabling twitter users to send it through their platform. So not everyone can use this application as it describes it is for El Salvador and some states in the US.
I'm pretty sure I've seen some videos of the developer of Strike/Zap saying that twitter's feature should work with any lightning wallet (blue wallet, Eclair, Zap, etc...) I haven't gotten to chance to try this yet though, does anyone have an idea when they're planning to push the update for android devices?
