Will binance.us and other US-registered platforms do this? If true, the platform is legally obligated to do so. Otherwise, it appears to be their way of getting more money or approval from the regulators.

يعني بينما كانت الشركات الأخرى تصرف مبالغ خيالية (كما سبق لي ذكره في موضوع اخر) على التسويق، قررت بينانس عدم القيام بذلك الأمر و الان يبدو أن ذلك القرار، فتح لها أبوابا لمنافسة المنصات الأمريكية عن طريق خفض العمولات و فتح مناصب شغل جديدة في حين أن المنصات الأخرى بصدد القيام بعكس ذلك تماما. |

You have to understand that Coinbase is a legally registered company and also listed in stock market. So they can't operate in a decentralized manner. They have to follow the rules and regulations of the local markets where they have presence and supports banking transfers.
Exactly this. As I'm pretty sure even Coinbase themselves doesn't like this update because the user experience would be far worse (and take note that Coinbase is well-known because of it's noob-friendliness). According to CoinDesk though, the travel rule is not currently mandated in the Netherlands: Coinbase told customers it is making these changes as "required by local regulations," an apparent reference to the Financial Action Task Force's (FATF) travel rule, which requires crypto service providers to exchange the personal information of the senders and receivers in order to tackle fraud and money laundering.
Currently, however, the travel rule is not mandated in the Netherlands, suggesting that Coinbase is attempting to pre-empt the possibility of this regulatory action.
But you already do this when you withdraw funds for yourself, as long as you buy coins from Coinbase somewhere down the road you will withdraw some funds, and that's the moment when you should really think of getting yourself a brand new wallet.

That's true but at least back then, they had no way of knowing whether the withdrawal address actually belongs to you or to somebody else, not with certainty anyway. Also, this is still one step behind South Korea, where everyone needs to have the outgoing address approved by proving is owned by licensed exchanges that are enforcing KYC.
I knew that there was something going on when 5 Korean exchanges decided to delist LTC after the MWEB upgrade, but I didn't know the regulations were this extreme. Do you have a link where I could read more about this? |

Anyone knows about "ColdCard Mk4"  -snip- I wouldn't label myself as an expert but, here's what I'd personally go with (for bitcoin): Desktop: Electrum Mobile: Blockstream or Samurai wallet (the latter is privacy-focused). As for the HWs, then since I'm not that familiar with the MK4 model, I would go with either Trezor or Ledger. SafePal might be cheap but it's definitely not something you should be using for your life savings (closed source, backed by Binance, bad UX, etc.) |

Is this something that's easy to mitigate though as it looks it? Like if you sent the funds on to yourself and then sent them to the other person afterwards then it'll be harder to detect (it'd cost a few cents more to do that but that's probably worth it).
You can do that but you'll basically be linking your identity to your address and giving them access to all of your future transactions since you'll have to link your Coinbase wallet: In certain cases, we may require you to link a Coinbase Wallet to your main Coinbase account to send crypto assets off the Coinbase platform. This allows us to verify that you control the Coinbase Wallet that is receiving the crypto assets, which is a requirement under Dutch regulations.

I'm not aware of any crypto platforms, not any good ones anyway. I think the best way would be to just create a site for your service/product and then add BTCPayServer to raise the funds. And for exposure, you can simply advertise the site online. But as mentioned above, it's not going to be that easy and unless you have a working product/service or a prototype, you probably won't find much support.

في هذه الحالة سيتم طرح السؤال بشكل أعمق عن لماذا أصلا تقوم بايبال بتوفير هذه الخدمة لحرفائها دون ان تكون لها فوائد من ذلك. هذا يفسر ان هذا قد يكون بداية لمرحلة جديدة في مشروع كامل يتجاوز فقط امكانية التخزين و التحويل. يمكن ان تطور بايبال عملة خاصة يا ترى؟  فكرة ان تدفع بايبال عمولة الشبكة من محفظاتها الخاصة تبدو فكرة ساذجة الى حد ما. لم لا أخي، شخصيا لا أستبعد ذلك أبدا، ترى كيف جعل البيتكوين الشركات تغير أفكارها مثلا بايبال كانت في البداية ترفض الاعتراف بالبيتكوين أو التعامل معه على الإطلاق، ثم بعد ذلك سمحت لمستخدميها بشراء البيتكوين وتحويله لكن ضمن شبكة بايبال فقط ، والآن سمحت للمستخدمين بنقل البيتكوين إلى الخارج إلى محافظهم الشخخصية يعني يمكن أن نقول أنها تحولت لقبول البيتكوين بشكل كامل. لذلك لا تستغرب أن تصنع عملتها الخاصة في المستقبل، الشركات الكبيرة تتماشى دوما مع متطلبات السوق. أن لست ملما بالعمولات التي تأخذها البيايبال عند بيع و شراء البيتكوين، لكن حتى و ان افترضنا أن هذه العمولات لا تغطي عمولات السحب فالأمر ليس بالغريب، خاصة الان و مع انهيار الأسعار و تغيير الكثير من المنصات لعمولات السحب الخاص بها... يعتبر الان أفضل وقت لجلب المستخدمين الجدد، خاصة و ان كانت بايبال عازمة على تطوير منصتها الخاصة بالعملات المشفرة كما هنا ظاهر للعيان. و بايبال ليست الوحيدة، يبدو أن بينانس (النسخة الأمريكية) هي أيضا قامت بشئ مماثل حيث أنها قامت بخفض عمولة السحب ب 60 بالمئة، و كذلك نزع عمولات ال maker/taker نهائية (للبيتكوين فقط) كما هو مذكور هنا: https://www.coindesk.com/business/2022/06/22/binanceus-launches-zero-fee-bitcoin-trading/ |

أنا شخصيا أرى أن فكرة عملة رقمية خاصة بالبنك المركزي هي بداية النهاية لحريات الشعوب لأنها سوف تمكن الحكومات من (مثلا):
- وضع تاريخ صلاحية لأموالك
- منع المواطنين "المعارضين" أو "غير المثاليين" من شراء بعض الأشياء مثلا
- أخذ غرامات بطريقة اتوماتكية الخ.
و اللائحة طويلة...
قد يرى البعض استحالية حدوث هذا الأمر لكن أنا أرى أنها مسألة وقت فقط، كما اعتقد أن المخاطر سوف تكون أكثر شدة في حالة في حالة ربط هذه العملة بما يسمى بال الهوية الاكترونية.

على ما يبدو فان موجة الركود العام بدأت تلقي بضلالها على أقوى اللاعبين في المجال. و الذي يعكس فعلا ان حجم سوق التداول قد تراجع بشكل ملحوظ اذ ان المنصات مفروض ارباحها تتأتى اساسا من الرسوم على عمليات التداول و السحب.
صراحة، الأمر يبقى غريبا بعض الشئ بالنسبة الى، لسبب واحد:: كيف يمكن لهذه المنصات أن تقوم بانفاق ملايين دولار[1] على حملات تسويقية (التي أرى أنها تافهة و لا تساعد بالكثير مقارنة بطرق التسويق الأخرى) عوض تطوير و العمل على تحسين خدماتها، لكي تقوم بالتالي بطرد موظفيها بمجرد انهيار الأسعار؟ أضف الى أن هذه المنصات تعلم طبيعة العملات المشفرة، يعني من غير المنطقي أن نقول أن هذا النوع من التقلبات في الأسعار شئ غير متوقع أو جديد عليها [1] https://www.theblock.co/post/124583/crypto-com-spending-700-million-cash-rename-staples-center-los-angeles |
