2301  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Hindi na NAKAKATUWA ang CoinsPH sa Pag-CASHOUT ng Bitcoin on: February 22, 2020, 06:21:21 PM
This is randomly happens sa mga users nila base sa mga info na sini'share ng may nakaka experience, di ko alam anu meron sa system nila na may mga ganun or may mga actions lang talaga from sa atin na nakaka trigger sa system nila para i'inform ang isang user to have verification at mag submit ng (another) personal or financial information. Never happened sakin before pero, if you think na you really need coins now aside sa mga alternatives nito like rebit and abra, I suggest na ibigay na lang yung hinihingi nila, pero if you think mali yang actions nila at ayaw mo magbigay ng another info then I suggest to use their alternatives.

2302  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Smartmixer.io hacked and Db being sold on Darkmarket on: February 22, 2020, 05:30:29 PM
Hello, i have noticed smartmixer.io has been down for a few days due to ddos. I came across a user on a popular dark net market site that is selling smartmixer.io code and claims there isn't enough coins to "mix" in there wallet . How true is this and should i stop using smartmixer.io?

also smartmixer.io has been showing 403 Forbidden all morning.
You're imagining things, ddos itself can't hack the servers database, it just clogged the sites traffic and get down.
Also there are lots of alternative to use than smartmixer, I suggest you to use them instead.
2303  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: February 21, 2020, 11:44:22 PM

Good to know na irefund na sya.
At I used always yung live chat support[1] ng gcash dun site nila para mas mabilis  yung respond.

Kadalasan within 3 days yun, at may email talaga yun from coins pag processed na ang payment, so wait within 3 days.
2304  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sending Bitcoin through SMS/Text Messaging? on: February 21, 2020, 11:36:51 PM
I guess it's cointext doing this but you need to trust them first (never used them so do it with risk), and having said that without relying on third parties is a different thing.

2309  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Buy Giftcards with Bitcoins on: February 16, 2020, 11:45:14 PM

That's unfortunate, di ka na nag open ng bago? using even info of your parents or asawa? So what exchange gamit mo now converting to php?

At mostly mga local stores ang nasa coins so mas better approach siya for us, though meron namang advantage si bitrefill like sa mga walang coins account.
2310  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Very popular Gaming YT Channel hacked and renamed to "Coinbase Pro" on: February 16, 2020, 11:33:56 PM
And this is BTC address used, seems like people are massively sending BTC there, so far more than 2 BTC sent in the last hour or so.
1H8Ayqrnz1LYzNT4UvPsjugZdiY5udpqxx

In just that short time of the live video;
BTC received 2.46568198 BTC (24,359.17 USD)
Number of incoming transactions = 19  Shocked

I have always thought that gamers are sharp people and can't fall for such giveaways... I guess i was wrong. Some humans will always be very greedy. Also, after spending all those years and getting such numerous followers, how careless can one be to appoint of getting their credentials stolen by hackers let alone not having their Google account protected by 2FA.
This is really disturbing.

Now all the funds are transferred to this address 3EP63zgDPr3jSZL24qZ4sA9GsQBez1cHn8 base on its latest txid.

Still, amazed how these type of scams go and have lots of victims and how these people behind keep thinking that they will receive 1 - 100 btc when they send .1 btc geez. I'm sure those guys are not that newbie in crypto because they manage to get 0.1 btc, while there are a lot of the same reported issues a few days/weeks/months ago and how scam giveaway is popular on popular social media websites. Still, people don't learn and keep believing in this.
2311  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Top Cryptocurrency Exchanges on: February 16, 2020, 11:05:04 PM
It's not about trust, Binance has been hacked already so why would you trust them? It's about Binance liquidity, in my opinion that's why many traders are still with them ever since the beginning of that exchange. And even though it's decentralised as hell, people tend to go there because almost all coins are listed in Binance.

But there are a lot of good exchanges as well, specially DEX that traders need to look at specially this 2020.
It's about convenience while using binance, while it got hacked already but no funds of its users are affected, no one lost their funds at least for the team. Though there are good DEX out there like bisq, still they are feebler compared to other centralized exchanges because most of the reasons, liquidity.
2312  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: canles in trading on: February 16, 2020, 10:51:58 PM
I don't know, but your question can be easily answered by simply using google, and even Investopedia or even wiki. There's no need of discussion here.

I suggest to move this thread Development & Technical Discussion to get more attention of the active dev core community or people who have extensive knowledge about the issue.
There's a move topic in the lower left of this thread which you can only see it as the thread starter.
2315  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: importing seed to another wallet on: February 16, 2020, 06:59:08 PM
You can consider using blocksteam green wallet, samourai wallet aside from the ones mentioned above, good for any platform devices.
2316  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Non spendable bitcoin on: February 16, 2020, 06:43:59 PM
Have you already transfer some of your funds from blockchain.com (the one you use to receive from the crypto.com) to another wallet? You can see a successful transaction because it got confirmed, but it does not mean that you can transfer the funds especially if the wallet you use to receive is a watch-only address (assuming it's non-spendable), so you need to have the private key of that wallet.
2317  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.com ID format question on: February 16, 2020, 06:38:35 PM
Is there a way to determinate how a blockchain.com wallet ID is generated or check if its valid?

Are there any info to learn more?
You mean the login requirements when logging in the blockchain.com account? Well, there's no docs that explaining about it I guess, it's just a unique alphanumeric generated when you create an account on blockchain.com, and used for login with the password.
You can only check the validity of the wallet id only with the password, if you successfully login in the account, there's no website or tools of blockchain.com that checks the validity of the wallet id afaik.
2318  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ano ang iyong nabili gamit ang iyong Crypto? on: February 16, 2020, 06:14:51 PM
Daming mayayamanin pala dito dahil sa BTC lalo nung 2017.

So far, sa akin naman,

2015/2016 - (college/nag aaral) steam wallets lang and website domains para sa online business and services, asus phone something, at zenfone max 3, gastusin sa schools lang.
2017 - (after college) laptop aspire something, nakapag pa ayus ng bahay,  small local businesses, for sure di ito gamit category, pero malayo na puntahan ko on this year, travel somewhere around PH,  gaming setup accessories, steam games, sony DSC HX90V,  oppo something, redmi 4 something, internet plan, one piece and crypto collections.
2019 - home appliances, sasakyan, well just XRM 125 lang, samsung a30, xiaomi mi 9 t pro, some crypto collections, well tipid ako this year.

2319  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Buy Giftcards with Bitcoins on: February 16, 2020, 05:48:42 PM
I may say na legit bitrefill talaga, no need of explanations yan, just based on experience.

China Shows Why Bitcoin (BTC) Is Important by Quarantining Its Banknotes

In a move to prevent the spread of the deadly coronavirus, China has decided to sanitize its old banknotes, Bloomberg reports.

According to many crypto proponents, China putting its money under quarantine is one of the many reasons why the world needs Bitcoin (BTC), a decentralized and permissionless cryptocurrency.
