But that you should check everything before you invest money and time.
But, should say most bitcoin-related investments are scam, all I can see that offers legit investment is on gambling/casino and it doesn't offers with always profit just like any kind of investments, always proceed with a risk.

The only explanation I come up with is that this is a new sort of scam, where they make some videos and then buy fake viewers, subscribers comments and upvotes.
Have a look at the comments on his videos most of them are even repeated in the videos. If he would post the new video he made no one would see it because everything in his account is fake.
Looks like a well organized scam, everything in his account is fake
If that's the reason then I guess he can let the video be uploaded on his channel whether it has paid/non-paid views/comments. He actually made an effort to create the video and decided not to publish/deliver it because he doesn't want to since he get the money after all. It would have sense for his scam if he accept the payment and didn't create the video.¯(°_o)/¯

Still 0 confirmations, Its impossible to use the website, always limit.
I recommend to use them when the time is x hour:59 minutes because viabtc's limit reset on every 59th minutes of the hour. Just do a bit timing though since you will need to do the captcha, better to use a digital clock that has seconds as well.

Well, Blockchain says that if the trasnaction does not get confirmed within a long period the money is spendable again on the sending wallet.
Been 2 days already. no confirmation
It will happen only when the network dropped your transaction, i don't know exactly the timeframe when it will be sent back but probably takes days some cases takes week(s).

It could help, even say typing for board_name board "services board" should have eventually had an anchor link to the board but I guess it's not that priority.

So far nothing more than that. The thing is hindi nila in'acknowledge yung ginawa nila, bumayad lang sila base sa fine ng SEC and CFTC. In each case, Abra and Plutus were able to pay the fine, with no admittance to any wrongdoing.

|
|
|
Makes one think, how many Bitcointalk members would fall for a scam attempt like that?
Soon as you see famous inactive twitter account start tweeting crypto giveaways after at least 2 years, you will find it too suspicious. Asking here first will be a good move but you will find others start participating the giveaway and those are the greed and ignorance people. Knowing people who are in crypto are more aware of this kind of scheme but you will still see the address of scammers/hackers getting load up.

Who controls Bitcoin twitter account? https://twitter.com/Bitcoin No one knows personally, but publicly known as a person who has an affair with Ver, shilling BCH but got some love quarrel (I mean broke up) and now's back tweeting with bitcoin-related contents.

Is there someone I can contact about having my account and all posts removed from this site ?
No one, even theymos or mods. Not unless you did something that it needs to nuke your account. I do not see a way of doing this myself, beyond manually deleting and confirming each message I have posted.
Yes, that's the only way to get rid of them.
|
|
|
You made the video and paid him for publishing on his youtube channel?
Are you sure that you're contacting the real owner and not an imposter? You should use an escrow or a partial payment when dealing to someone unknown in the internet, you can't even report it on youtube for such behaviour/scheme, you just lost your money.

I wonder where did you found this days old website. Even a cloud mining directory wont list that site too early. Anyway, its a scam, nothing more and should be stay away of. I am sure it is a scam and wanted confirmation from others that it is such.
From my research I would say avoid the site mentioned.
I would remove the url link if you'd care though

It doesn't violates any forum rules I guess? But it violates the signature campaign rules you're joining. Its annoying though but no one seems have done it in every post they made.

If this email really came from the forum, does this mean that this attempy has successfully logged in to the OP account but not changed the password?
The message he received was his/er email was successfully changed but you cant see any change on seclog so the email came from an attacker. That is the official email address of the forum. I was wondering if the email was sent from the forum directly or only forwarded by someone?
Email can be easily spoof, so that should be the case.
|
|
|
You can also use BPIP. All data shown in seclog are recorded in BPIP forever. According to Dondeon's profile on BPIP, the email address has never been changed. Yes, there's nothing recorded on seclog. So basically attacker successfully spoofed bitcointalk's email but seems like trolling since sending those url wont actually work locking an account.
|
|
|
That's not the case. The email sent to OP is a phishing attempt.
I'm confused. So how can he be phished with those forum's seclock link since it will only lock the account only if the parameters used in the url are correct. In the case email address is changed, it will be reported in the user's trust page and seclog.
Not on trust page since it happened way back and trying to load loyce seclog to check.
|
|
|
You are right, didn't check seclog page. But why would any one change the original email linked to the account (probably to the hacker's email) then reset the password via secret question?!
Probably someone who doesn't know the capabilities of the forum when changing password through secret question's, either the hacker or the owner. The account was probably hacked way back 2019 based on the trust feedback given. Either the original owner want to recover or someone who wants to hack it again?
|
|
|
I don't think that it is a phishing email, but its a security warning that your account's email was changed to those email address probably someone who knows your password. The first email used your email's local part as the name (Ddaveond) and the second used you username.
That link posted is the security link that you can lock your account because of the suspicious activity happend that change your email/password if and only if you're not the one who made that changes. You can change your password or inform the recovery team to recover your account.

It would be better if the companies and the government ay dapat muna mag focus like I said several times already in making the country more develop kasi yung technology like digital payments will be coming along with the modernization of the country kasi dito na kusa mag ma-migrate yung mga tao or makakapag-adapt sa magiging surroundings nila in the future.
Aside from making more developed ang bansa dapat maging developed din ang pag iisip ng mga pilipino na when we say cashless it corresponds sa security. Security ng pera natin since its transferred online and digital. Di na kailangn ng mga kawatan mang holdup or mag ransak ng bahay para makapag nakaw, they just do it online. Since tumaas case ngayon sa mga phishing, hacking and scams related sa mga digital wallets which andyan yung pera natin digitally. Kaya sana maging developed and knowledgeable din pag iisip ng gagamit ng cashless payment and transfers.

Hindi ako sure kung humihingi din sila ng assistance para i-take down yung mga websites.
They can't pero anyone including sec can report the website sa hosting/registrar which is namecheap. At ireport as a fraud Abuse reports > Fraud/phishing
