2341  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your opinion on recent bull market, will it be over soon? on: April 25, 2022, 03:59:49 AM
The market is always unpredictable, when it looks promising with an increase of more than 5% per day a few days ago now the market is red again and even dropped below $40k again, I hope the bull run can happen again and hit $50k soon.

Many are predicting bitcoin will hit the 50k mark by the end of April, with just over a week left until April closes and the markets are red again. I'm starting to be pessimistic about bitcoin's price recovery even though I was also predicting bitcoin to hit 50k before the end of April. There is no big news to fuel the bull market and all the stock and crypto markets are under tremendous pressure as the world economy is doing badly.
2342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 24, 2022, 09:56:40 PM
I think it's best for Muhammad Salah if he stays in Liverpool. because I really don't think he will be a great addition to PSG considering the recent events that have transpired with PSG.

PSG had a lot of great players in the squad and still, they failed to win the Champions League which was their main target. But yes I think PSG can get him into the team if they want. But I think it will be best for both Mohamed Salah and Liverpool if he stays.

Mohammed Salah best bet has always to stay at Liverpool where his career was resuscitated, switching clubs now might affect his performance just like Eden Hazard leaving Chelsea to join Real Madrid. Despite still being the coach of Tottenham Hotspur Antonio Conte is clearly flirting with PSG. Basically, showing interest in coaching PSG next season probably because Spurs aren't going to qualify for the Champion's league plus the team is frustrating his efforts.
I think differently about staying at Liverpool, which is your best bet for Mohammed Salah. The situation developed differently in Eden Hazard, yes, but Mohammed Salah can easily play in any team in the world with this playing style. At the moment, I think Psg may be the only one who will pour Fortune to bring him to the team. The financial strength of other teams may not allow this.
2343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: April 24, 2022, 09:38:40 PM
Monaco is in a great form right now. They have won all of their last five matches. I know that two of the matches were really easy for them to win because those matches were against the teams that are in the relegation zone. but still they had to win and get the results in their favour which they did.

Strasbourg Is going to have to face PSG in the next match and they are obviously not in the best of form right now and when they will go against PSG it will be really hard for them to win that match. PSG is officer going to finish their political leaders and probably will give chances to the rotation players and that might be an advantage for Strasbourg.

It is a good week for Monaco. Because they have made it to the fourth position thanks to Strasbourg's result against Lille. It was such a tight game against Lille and Lille managed to score the winning goal in the 87th minute. Strasbourg are still one of the impressive teams of this season of course but I can't overlook the fact that Monaco have improved themselves a lot. Their performance in the recent times has been very impressive. They are still on a winning streak and I wonder when it will end. They can promote to the CL also if they keep it up.
2344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: April 24, 2022, 09:30:45 PM
It was really a good match between Chelsea and West Ham. but I have to say I did not expect the match to go so deep and I really didn't think we would have to wait so long to get a winner from that match. I thought Chelsea was going to be the winner and it  is true that they have won the match but it was hard for them.

Now I don't see Chelsea computing or giving any trouble to the top two teams in the league. But I can see a potential fight between Arsenal and Tottenham for the fourth spot in the league.Chelsea is just going to try to stay away from the fourth position right now.

Chelsea vs West Ham almost ended in a draw, but Christian Pulisic scored in the 90th minute and made Chelsea win the game. It must have been
a painful loss for West Ham but that's football they had to fight until the last minute and that's what Chelsea showed. Good result for Chelsea after
previously losing to Arsenal, although for Chelsea's front line, their settlement must be improved again. Because of the many opportunities created
by Chelsea, but not resolved properly, finally Chelsea's victory can only be obtained in the final minutes of the match. With this victory, Chelsea made
the distance of points even further from Arsenal who are in 4th position, it looks like it's difficult for Arsenal or Tottenham to catch up with Chelsea's points.
Moreover, Chelsea still has one game left to play, so the distance between Chelsea and Arsenal could be even further.

The competition for 6th place is indeed interesting, there are 3 teams competing. Man United, West Ham and Wolves are competing for the 6th place.
And the three teams failed to win in their last 2 matches, this makes the competition even more exciting. But my prediction is that Man United will be
in 6th position at the end of the season, indeed Man United's performance is very bad this season. But at least Man United have better quality players
than West Ham and Wolves, so the chances are bigger in my opinion.
2345  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 24, 2022, 09:24:27 PM
I don't think Stuttgart will be able to get out of the relegation zone because the points difference is quite big between them and the team above them. if they want to get off the relegation zone they will need to Keep winning and makeup 4 points difference that they have with Hertha.

Hertha has been playing well in recent times. they have won 2 matches back to back. that is going to give them a confidence boost. But they need to win some more back-to-back matches if they want to stay away from the relegation zone.

VfB are currently struggling to get past the relegation zone but it doesn't look like that will happen, Davie Selke's quick goal in the 4th minute really took everyone by surprise. looks like this match will end with Hertha berlin's victory.
Hertha won 2-0 in the end. This battle is pretty much decided then. Hertha is (almost) safe. Well, their game next week against Bielefeld is of particular importance, but if they manage not to lose it, they should be through.
Stuttgart has fairly difficult games in the next weeks, amongst others they still have to play Bayern, which is like an insta-loss. Bielefeld has a game versus Bochum in two weeks, where they could hope for a win, but they are pretty far behind Hertha now. All they can hope for is the 16th rank
2346  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 24, 2022, 06:02:02 PM
It will be the best decision for Muhammad Salah to stay in Liverpool. because he has been playing well for Liverpool and he is accustomed to this team. and it's also not like he is not performing in the team. this team has brought out the best in him and I believe it is the right decision to stay.

Mbappe Is not leaving PSG in my opinion. I really think that the money is a little overwhelming for a player who still has his prime days ahead of him.

I actually think Navas was is a really underrated goalkeeper and Even though he is a little old for my liking I think he still has a good amount of service to give to the football world.

I am really not sure about Antonio Rudiger moving to Manchester United because Manchester United is not doing really well at this moment and even though things might change in the next season I am not sure this is a move that any player aspires to make.

Mohamed Salah wants to stay at Liverpool but his long-term future is uncertain with no agreement reached on contract negotiations and the 29-year-old Egypt forward saying money is not the only factor. Salah is Liverpool’s best footballer and has already become a symbol of the club in a way. I believe the club will do anything to keep him on the team.
Paris St-Germain have made France striker Kylian Mbappe, 23, a contract offer worth 50m euros (£42m) a year, which would make him the club's highest earner. His much reported move to Real Madrid has reportedly stalled over the player's image rights. It seems that the story with Real has just become more complicated. Is it really possible for Mbappe to change his mind and stay at the club?
Tottenham boss Antonio Conte is keen on managing PSG next season and is confident of replacing former Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino at Parc des Princes. Is a big coaching change in Paris just about to take place?
Newcastle are preparing a move for PSG goalkeeper Keylor Navas, who will leave the Ligue 1 leaders in the summer, but the 35-year-old Costa Rica veteran is also attracting interest from Juventus and Sevilla. Navas is probably one of the most underrated goalkeepers in the world. Which offer will he accept in the end?
Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger has ruled out moving to Manchester United. The 29-year-old Germany international becomes a free agent in the summer but is only considering clubs in next season's Champions League. Due to the sporting failures of recent years, Manchester United is increasingly losing its reputation and it is becoming increasingly difficult for them to bring in the best footballers in the world.

2347  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Every 4 Year on: April 24, 2022, 08:24:36 AM
Bitcoin Every 4 Year

2010: $1
2014: $400
2018: $6,000
2022: $50,000
2026: $300,000?

I am very bullish on bitcoin growth, 300k seems too high for prediction in 2026 but who knows the future because bitcoin always surprises us.

Every 4 years bitcoin will have a new ATH, my prediction bitcoin will hit 100k before it moves to a bigger ATH. Going from 1$ to 400$ is a story that can happen in short time but going from 50k to 300k is not an easy thing. 300k with bitcoin is something that will happen but is unlikely to happen in such a short period of time.
2348  Economy / Speculation / Re: How come BTC is not at least $75,000 yet? on: April 24, 2022, 07:57:43 AM
according to my analysis why the price of bitcoin has not reached $75k, it could be because many countries still refuse bitcoin to be used as a legal medium of exchange, even though many companies have accepted bitcoin as payment. because this is one of the factors that can prevent bitcoin from penetrating the new ATH and investors still choose the dollar as a safer investment in the face of unbalanced market fluctuations.

Bitcoin hasn't hit 75k yet but this means it won't happen in the future. Looking back bitcoin has grown from $0.000076 to $69k over the past 13 years and with the potential of Bitcoin, 75k is not too difficult to achieve. I firmly believe that another bull season  bitcoin will have a new ATH and hit 75k, let's give bitcoin more time for bitcoin to develop and grow we shouldn't ask too much of bitcoin.
Bitcoin is only 13 years old, we cannot compare bitcoin to USD or gold because they are hundreds of years old. So it's not surprising that many investors still believe in gold or USD.
2349  Economy / Speculation / Re: Terra cofounder Do Kwon is the one who is pumping Bitcoin on: April 24, 2022, 07:39:15 AM

Unconfirmed.  And who is that guy?  Just another clout chasing account who just wants some engagement to increase his follower count.
Yes, I also just watch the news. The CEO of Microstrategy said rumors about the company silently selling Bitcoin are not right. He explained that as a company regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, changes in asset holdings or Bitcoin must be transparently disclosed to shareholders through the SEC. Saylor has repeatedly stated that he will not sell his Bitcoins and will continue to collect BTC in the future.

2350  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin the best investment at the moment? on: April 23, 2022, 05:16:20 AM
Is Bitcoin the best investment at the moment?I've been trading options on BTC for about three years now, and I've made significant gains, how does everyone invest?
That's for sure, not only is bitcoin the most investable coin in the crypto market, but bitcoin is also considered a superior investment over gold and real estate for the high profits it brings.

Although bitcoin is the best investment, it does not mean that everyone can make a profit with bitcoin. To invest in bitcoin, we need to have a basic knowledge and understand the short term volatility of the market as it is easy to panic. So only invest when you understand, are ready and always remember that nothing is absolute always have a plan B in investing.
2351  Economy / Speculation / Re: Terra cofounder Do Kwon is the one who is pumping Bitcoin on: April 22, 2022, 03:21:19 AM
I am beginning to doubt this Do Kwon announcement. I am not certain why bitcoin is dumping, however, I speculate that Do Kwon is using Terra to buy his own personal bitcoin holdings that he might have bought during the bear market. I also speculate that Michael Saylor might be doing this also. I cannot prove this, however. I only speculate and scratch my head hehehe.
I also think the same as you...

when the bitcoin price dump, I suspect michael saylor sell his hold and has taken profit from bitcoin - then bought it back at a lower price, as well as do kwon, it is very clear that he uses the profits he gets from terra to buy bitcoins personally. I'm curious about what will happen to the future of terra tokens and terra stablecoins.
Yesterday had a news: A wallet is said to be Microstrgety's wallet that has sold more than 1500 BTC yesterday. Michael Saylor always said that he only bought and hold Bitcoin not selling, but behind him to sell his Bitcoin to Bitcoin dumping.
This is just a rumor circulating on social media and I still can't confirm if it's true.

2352  Economy / Speculation / Re: Need more more to invest on crypto. on: April 22, 2022, 02:53:10 AM
On coinmarketcap.com, the price of bitcoin has dropped below 35K USD, which is an excellent opportunity to start an investment in bitcoin. Waiting for this time, but I just need more money. I'm hoping to earn more money the next day so that I may take advantage of the falling bitcoin market price.
The bitcoin price is currently trading in the $41k-$42k range. It looks like the bitcoin price will not drop below $35k again. But if you want to buy at a cheap price, you better have to prepare money in advance so that when the bitcoin price drops you can buy immediately.

Bitcoin price today fell again and fluctuated at 40k. It is not certain that bitcoin price will not continue to fall, the 40k resistance is probably quite solid but could also be broken at any time then we will see 35k. I don't expect the market to drop anymore but let's always be ready for such situations and always keep usdt in our wallet so we can start shopping cheaply.
2353  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin rises, Ethereum biggest gainer on: April 22, 2022, 02:45:40 AM

Was actually surprised that ETH had able to retain the no. 2 spot despite of having that high fee issue which had been sitted for a while now and still unresolved.

I am not surprised that ETH is still the top altcoin, I agree that ETH's high transaction fees and slow transaction processing are a big problem for ETH also with the delay in ETH2.0 upgrade also causing ETH is affected. But you will not find an altcoin that is more secure than ETH and the most decentralized of all altcoins. Recent altcoins trade off decentralization for cheap transaction fees and fast transaction speeds, this is unwelcome and goes against the decentralized nature of cryptocurrencies.
2354  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin could hit $100,000 within a year, crypto firm's CEO predicts! on: April 22, 2022, 02:24:50 AM
at least he didn't say something unrealistic although it could be that he exaggerated the time period because it was short, 1 year is too short, looking at the current price of 40000$ and knowing that the price was already at 69000$ and fell a lot so we can see that first before going up a lot it needs to go down a lot and consolidate for some time while waiting for another big good news to win a big impulsu and go up a lot again, but i think it would go up to 80000$ and then it would go down a lot and then would rise again to 100000$ and this cycle can take more than 1 year. so I think $100,000 in a year is still not realistic
The target of 100k in a year is not feasible with the current situation, we all know that Bitcoin's growth cycle, Bitcoin will reach ATH and will then collapse and take at least 2 or 3 years we can see Bitcoin's recovery. Bitcoin's cycle may not be the same, BTC had an ATH last year so hitting a new ATH this year is also possible but the 100k target is unlikely. I agree with you, the next ATH of the BTC will be 80k and then adjusts a while before it can reach 100k$.
2355  Economy / Speculation / Re: No FUDs will win the market on: April 22, 2022, 01:43:43 AM
In my opinion, FUD always appears when the price of cryptocurrency experiences a significant increase especially when the price of bitcoin rises significantly. However, FUD does not have much effect on the price of crypto assets, because experienced investors do not panic and already know how to deal with FUD.
sometimes there are people who deliberately create FUD for personal gain, when the price drops drastically he will take advantage of the moment to buy on a large scale. I don't think this is talking about panic or not because when FUD occurs the price will most likely drop drastically. selling does not mean panic because sometimes we have to sell to avoid bigger losses and you can also buy again when the price has reached the bottom, and it is part of the strategy to deal with FUD.

Therefore FUD will always exist every year, because as you said, most of the circulating FUDs were created for personal gain. And we have to get
used to the FUD that is widely circulated, don't panic if the FUD appears and makes the market crash. Actually we can overcome FUD according
to our respective strategies, some use the stop-loss feature when FUD occurs. So we can avoid big losses and can buy more coins that we have sold
at low prices. There are also dealing with FUD by remaining calm and holding until the market recovers, do a strategy that we think is effective.
Most importantly we should not panic when FUD occurs, if we panic we will give benefits to others, who will buy the coins that we sell at low prices.
That's the purpose of FUD, to make some investors panic and provide an opportunity to buy coins at low prices.

Fuds will always be on the market even though it will never win, the purpose of the Fuds will be to push the market down and create panic and sell-off among the weak. So Fuds is a good opportunity for us to buy at the bottom.

There are many ways to overcome the Fuds, I would choose the strategy of buying when the price drops more than selling all and waiting to buy back because sometimes the Fuds don't last and the market can bounce back at any time.
2356  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Breaks Past The $40,000 Barrier Again? on: April 21, 2022, 01:27:25 AM
I think the crypto market seems to be starting to get better and heading into the green during the third week of April. Even now the bitcoin price has broken through the $41k area again. Therefore, looking at the current price movement there seems to be no obstacle for bitcoin to hit its $50k price target in the next few weeks.

But I guess this is where the price is going to play along, $40k range and maybe up to $45k. I still have doubts that we will hit $50k just like that. It you would remember, we have a sort of mini bull run from $39k to $48k only. It didn't reach the peak price of $50k as others have predicted. So there's no way that suddenly we will go and touch $50k again without any good news.
Only 9 days left to the end of April, if Bitcoin continues to maintain its slow and steady gains, we can expect a price of $45k for this month without any FUD. Previously, I was expecting $50k for the end of April target but it seems all my predictions fell short of expectations. Indeed, we need positive news to have the momentum to push bitcoin to the $50k, news of Australia launching Bitcoin ETF and Ethereum ETF was the reason for the slight increase in Bitcoin but it was not enough to cause Bitcoin to spike.
2357  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your expectation on: April 21, 2022, 01:02:59 AM

Legalization maybe a good thing for Bitcoin, but government will always find a way to regulate it. The good thing is, they cannot control Btc transactions. So, yeah legalization is somehow a good contribution to mass adoption.

Legalization is only good so that we can easily use bitcoin publicly without fear of breaking government laws and can help us avoid scammers, complaint when a dispute occurs
But legalizing Bitcoin will make us lose our anonymity because the government will find a way to manage our Bitcoin through KYC, worse yet, the government will intervene in the bitcoin price to make it more stable and be able to control it however they want.
2358  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk makes offer to buy Twitter on: April 21, 2022, 12:40:41 AM
My question is why is he so interested on buying twitter, am sure he has an ulterior motive for wanting twitter. @OP's explanation of him wanting to make doge popular is just a part of it, I think there is more.
I hope the twitter ceo won't let Musk get his hands on twitter for whatever the price he may offer.
Elon is a very smart person, spending a ton of money to buy the most famous social network in the world just for Doge to become famous is not worth it and not convincing. We don't know how many Doge he owns but I'm pretty sure it will be nothing with the 43 billion he will spend on twitter. Twitter acquisition I think its not doge related.
We all know how powerful social media is, if Elon succeeds in this deal he will make twitter a powerful tool for his business.
2359  Economy / Economics / Re: Where should I invest? on: April 21, 2022, 12:21:07 AM

Bitcoin is good, it’s more stable than altcoins and can’t be manipulated easily.
I disagree. Although Bitcoin is the largest coin by market capitalization today and is not controlled or regulated by anyone, price manipulation still exists and happens on a daily basis.

Yea, some people might say that altcoins or new projects are better because they can do over a hundred times, but the truth is that your chances of finding such a project is close to zero. So, if you want to keep it safe, you are better go investing in Bitcoin unless you have more than enough to spare for the market, then you can go on and invest in as much as you want. But for now, your best choice are the big coins; BTC, Ethereum, and that’s just it for me.

New projects have the potential to increase prices more than a hundred times in a short time, this is entirely possible but then it will plummet or disappear forever from the market so it's quite risky to invest, especially for newbies. Bitcoin cannot grow several hundred times like shitcoins but bitcoin is more stable and secure. Bitcoin will still be profitable in the long term as demand for bitcoin ownership is growing.
2360  Economy / Economics / Re: Passive income : Bank interest vs staking on: April 21, 2022, 12:00:37 AM
In my country saving money in a bank account is still very common even though it's not profitable. My grandmother and even my father have almost all his savings in a bank account that is paying 0.1% interest rate for the last 5 years. With inflation rates of above 2% they are losing money every year. I keep telling them that there are better alternatives to at least protect the money against the inflation, but they are not listening to me. The strange than is than they are complaining every month how much more expensive food and other things become. I don't see that interest rates will rise a lot any time soon. The higher inflation is a very good situation for all the indebted countries and helps them to reduce their refinancing costs. That is why I would expect to see a constant higher inflation in the future with only moderate interest. It just doesn't make sense to bring anymore money to the bank. I would recommend anybody to look into staking rather than saving to get at least some return after inflation.

Saving money in the bank is not as profitable as staking but we cannot deny that it ensures the safety of our money.

It is the right choice for the elderly because they focus on safety, they are not like us who can take risks to get bigger rewards. Staking brings high rewards but also contains potential risks if we choose the wrong coin. Therefore, should allocate assets reasonably, should not invest all in one place.
