I am using TA methods (Elliott Wave Forecast). In my opinion, interpretation of the market with technical analysis is a must. Other than that, one of the things that caught my attention: the increasing interest in cryptocurrencies in the conventional press. If the conventional press is making the headlines of cryptocurrencies frequently, I'm starting to think that the market may have reached saturation. Because they are the ones who take the trend to the last stage.

I agree that XRP is a bad choice. Getting rid of XRP will be a good thing for you. Because XRP has a centralized structure. The genesis block was lost as a result of an error. Barcelona football club has been experiencing financial problems lately. The club needs money to return to its glory days. They may have put the metaverse and NFT developments on their agenda to stop this financial recession. If I had that much money, I would invest in Layer 2 projects. Because I think Ethereum will never solve the scaling problem. Transfer costs will continue to be an issue. Users will have to use Layer 2 projects. So, Matic and Immutable X might be my favourites. Also, if I had that much money, I could create my own coin. I would try to follow the technology and trend (NFT, Metaverse, GameFI) but would not create platform coins. I think they are too risky. They require great costs and great technological infrastructure. 1 million dollars is not enough.

Actually, you have a nice portfolio. You have followed the technology and trend well. First of all, I congratulate you for this. But markets act as a whole. If you have a bearish expectation, you can sell all the coins. When the market is crashing, there is no positive diverging coin/token (usually). There are so many dynamics that determine this. But the most important is market domination (Bitcoin domination: 42.4%). When the Bitcoin price falls, not only does the Bitcoin price fall. The value of the all market falls. Markets are driven by the emotions of investors. As investors are affected by this situation, they start a sales wave by acting with fear and anxiety. Thus, when the price of Bitcoin falls, the price of all Altcoins also falls. :)

We need radical changes for cryptocurrencies to be used in real life (It's not an easy thing). There are two ways for this to happen. Authorities will impose this change through laws or compelling natural needs will push people to this change. Governments/authorities are not positive towards cryptocurrencies (except El Salvador). Therefore, imperative natural needs can be decisive. For example, the Pandemic restricted the use of paper and coins (risk of contamination). For example, global inflation limited the trend towards fiat currencies. Mandatory natural needs will eventually push people to use cryptocurrencies. We just need some time. Remember, we are early cryptocurrency adopters.

The cryptocurrency market is already very risky in general. Even more risky for inexperienced people. Therefore, novice investors entering the market have to be very careful. I generally agree with your views. Most cryptocurrencies do not have a sustainable economic model. A good project should be financially self-sufficient (It should create its own ecosystem).
