Ich lag die letzten zwei Wochen flach und hab mich nur wenig mit dem Forum beschäftigt, aber trotzdem ist es mir aufgefallen. Oder täusche ich mich da? Da die Änderung wirklich was bringt, bin ich doch sehr positive überrascht.  |

When people say Bitcoin is dead, make sure to show them this graph. What an outstanding performing asset. This is why people invest in Bitcoin, hold on to your seat belts!  What are your thoughts for next 12 months? -snip- The graphic shows very well why i am relaxed at the current Bitcoin price. In the end the price has always risen and i think it will go on like this for the next years, but I don't want to make any predictions here, because I don't know the future either. If someone says here, Bitcoin is dead, i stay calm. I have just heard this statement too often and it was never true. Bitcoin is still alive and it will probably stay that way for a long time to come. Hopefully people will stop saying at some point that Bitcoin is dead just because the price has dropped. It's just annoying. Nobody writes, Apple dies just because the share has dropped from the price. |

You can check out Bitcoinget.com and try to earn some satoshis there. Depending on which tasks and surveys are available, you can make a few dollars a day. It takes a few days to reach the minimum payout, but they pay. I would collect these satoshis and sell them only when the Bitcoin price reaches its next high. Otherwise the effort is not worthwhile. Or you start trading with these satoshis. But you should have some experience with crypto first. That would just be a way to collect some satoshis without investing money, but don't expect it will make you rich. It's more about gaining more experience with Bitcoin. |

I don't think you can stop corruption with crypto. People will always find new ways to continue with corruption undetected. As long as there is still fiat money, the blockchain is no problem and even if at some point there may not be any fiat money left, you can still use gold, silver or other stuff as a payment. The blockchain will certainly change a lot, but it will certainly prevent corruption problems, unfortunately.  |

I think many people have this problem in these days . In my opinion , BITCOIN FORUM should supply a place to buy merits from them.I think it is good to all of us.. So What is your Opinion???  And if you have any other Idea to how to get merits .. Really? If we had such a thing in the forum, we could also abolish merit immediately again. I hope there never will be such a thing. |

Hello everyone, i have a problem with my wallet: it doesn't sync anymore.
the problem i think, is that, last block synced was 6 weeks ago.
I try to delete peers.dat, but nothing changed.
Should i have to delete all blocks?

Are you using the latest version of the Bitcore wallet? If not, update the wallet and try it again. If that doesn't help, create a config file for the Bitcore wallet and add some addnotes. Then everything should work again. it works! i've just downloaded the lastest version, and everything now is fine. one merit for you, you deserve it! Thanks again. Are you using the latest version of the Bitcore wallet? If not, update the wallet and try it again. If that doesn't help, create a config file for the Bitcore wallet and add some addnotes. Then everything should work again. |

I spoke with few friends recently about the hype that the crypto market received at the end of 2017.
I wonder how was it before 2017.
Was the market easy to manipulate?
pump and dumps were more common?
Were people more into ICO's? the ICO image was better than it is today?
I am here since 2012 and this was a completely different forum. Less spam, more discuss. ICOs did not play a role and they really only discussed over Bitcoins and a handful of altcoins. The whole crypto world was much more manageable than today. The market was manipulated in the same way as it is today. Pump and dumps were as frequent as they are today. Some things haven't changed in time, other things like altcoins have change a lot. Nowadays people are much more open to altcoins, at that time every altcoin was either way a scam in general (even good projects were immediately condemned). Oh yes, the good old days. How quickly everything can change. |

Since january we all experience the red down lines
everyone experience this how long can you still hold your coins
and still hope for the best , are we waiting for another 3 years to reach the top
or we are now heading back to upward lines
I can wait and I'll do that again. Having been patient in the crypto area can pay off very much and I have already been through such a negative time with Bitcoin several times. Sometimes the bad time goes faster, sometimes slower. I wouldn't be surprised if we have to wait another year or two until Bitcoin and crypto currencys go up in price again. But I don't want to make a prediction that's wrong either way. So as always, I'll wait and see, and in the bad times, I'll continue to stock up on crypto. That's the same as always and so I'm going on. So far it's always been a good decision. |

So far it was always so, that after a price high a time of depression came and the prices slide again into the cellar. A little bit I was hoping it would be different this time, but apparently it repeats itself again and again. The spread of Bitcoin and crypto is increasing as well as the degree of popularity and still the price is collapsing again, without any real reason behind it. So the big whales apparently make their money with crypto and it always seems to be the same. So I wait and hope this depression time will pass and look forward to the next price push up. |

die Nutzerzahlen mögen vielleicht zurückgehen, aber nicht die Einnahmen. Ich verwende für dieses Forum eine eigene Email-Adresse, die ich sonst nirgends verwende, und nur auf dieser Email-Adresse erhalte ich Nachrichten, dass ich einen Link anklicken soll, weil da irgendwelche Beträge für mich reserviert wären. Meine Überzeugung ist daher, dass Bitcointalk mit dem Verkauf der Email-Adressen Geld verdient und deshalb überhaupt kein Interesse daran hat, eine übersichtliche Forenstruktur herzustellen.
Das ist doch ein Widerspruch. Abgesehen dass ich solche Mails nicht erhalte (eventuell besserer Spamfilter) müsste es dann doch in ihrem Interesse liegen die Nutzerzahl zu steigern. Mehr Nutzer, mehr emailadressen die verkauft werden können. Der wirkliche Grund ist der, den phantastisch auch schon genannt hat. Bitcointalk wurde als Bitcoinforum gegründet. Irgendwann wurde einfach, mehr oder weniger widerwillig ein Altcoinforum aufgenommen, mit Moderatoren "bestückt" und dann sich mehr oder weniger selbst überlassen. Um es deutlich zu sagen. Das deutsche Altcoinforum interessiert die Betreiber nicht die Bohne. Das kann ich nur bestätigen. Es war schon immer so hier im Forum, das Altcoins wie der ungeliebte Halbbruder von Bitcoin behandelt wurde. Schade das sich daran im Laufe der Zeit anscheinend nichts geändert hat und deshalb wird wohl auch der Altcoin Bereich nie ausgebaut werden. Leider kann auch Phantastisch nichts daran ändern und ihm sind anscheinen die Hände gebunden. Auch wenn ich eine Änderung im Altcoin Bereich begrüßen würde, glaube ich nicht mehr daran, dass sie auch wirklich kommt. |

I believe that we should never trust 100% in any prediction about it, even if that person is presented as the greatest expert or master on the subject, because we must always keep in mind that at the beginning of 2017, when the price of bitcoin was just in $1,000, none of those alleged "gurus" was able to predict that the price of bitcoin would reach $20k some months later. And besides, neither was able to predict the tremendous collapse that the market would suffer next.
If those relevant historical events went completely unnoticed by the "experts", I think none of them has real bases to present themselves these days announcing that bitcoin will reach this or that price by the end of the year.
I've learned over time not to pay attention to all the predictions. How the price will really develop no one can really predict anyway. Some people will be right about their prediction and some won't. It's a 50% to 50% chance of making a correct prediction. In the end, I think Bitcoin will continue to develop positively and the price will rise again sometime. I don't need anyone else to confirm these thoughts with his prediction. I prefer to rely on my previous experiences I have made in the crypto world and not to believe any prediction. |

That's a really cool idea from the Bitcore team and I really like it. Above all, the games are cheaper than at Steam itself. That's a good reason to buy games through games4coins. Hopefully the offer will be expanded soon. Thumbs up that you can now buy real games with Bitcore coins. |
