2381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Take bitcoin as the virtual currency, that perform better than physical currency on: October 11, 2022, 07:06:08 AM
(....)
Bitcoin perform the role that other currencies can not serve any purpose, take for example if you leave and saved your money in your local bank currencies and it happens that you traveled to another country you may have problem with apending your money and tou bank savings may become useless and the only option will be Bitcoin as the only alternative.
This is one of many reasons or benefits of using Bitcoin. Bitcoin was created initially for payments. Another example I can give is money remittance, especially cross-country money remittance. There are some countries where you wire or send money to someone like your family to other countries, it will take some time and some huge transaction fees, so if we will just use Bitcoin, it is very convienient.

This is one of the conveniences bitcoins gave us nowadays because back then when you have talents like you are a good artist, you cannot make money with them unless you have bank accounts or something like that. But today, you don't really need that because you only need a crypto wallet and you can make money from the internet and they pay you with bitcoins. There is some situation where you really need to get your money from the banks but they refused because of some sort of problem. But when you have bitcoins, you don't need to worry about it anymore.
2382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 11, 2022, 06:27:22 AM

I think the Lakers would not trade Westbrook for him, they have already Davis and Lebron, and they need a real point guard that is also willing to attack. Lebron and Green will not be a good teammate I believe, they had history back in the finals before when Green kicked Lebron in the groin which resulted in one game suspension of Green.

It would be awkward to play with him. Westbrook is fine no matter how unlucky he is right now, he doesn't hold any grudge against his current teammates and also they don't hold him accountable for what happened last season because they played as hard as possible they could. Now since they will gonna play with some small fixed in their line-up this season, it's really better than trading Westbrook and acquiring Green as if he has the skill to push the Lakers to win a championship again. Westbrook will be different this season because of the embarrassment he suffered last time.
2383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the US being too hard on crypto? on: October 11, 2022, 06:00:10 AM
This is fine compared to other countries like China where they rush to totally banned cryptocurrencies without giving any warnings and miners are forced to migrate with their mining components to other countries. But considering the situation nowadays with the US regarding crypto, miners and holders should have their own plan B in case more regulations are coming in the future. They should know that they can no longer be safe against huge amounts of taxes once these regulations are passed.
2384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Dmitry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez on: October 10, 2022, 12:28:55 PM

After Ramirez, there's only the Beterbiev-Bivol undisputed fight that is supposed to happen at 175. Other than Beterbiev which is difficult to negotiate due to its different promoter and network, pretty sure small Bivol would be willing to drop to 168 for more money and the chance to become undisputed if this is the weight Canelo wants for the rematch.

I don't think Canelo has the authority to ask him to climb because as of now, he is the underdog here. It's really good to see if will gonna happened the fight between Bivol and Beterbiev, But Bivol needs to beat Ramirez first. It would be one of the greatest fights that would gonna happen because both of these guys have clean records. Unlike Crawford and Spence, these two here are real warriors and there will be no reason for them not to fight and be given a chance.
2385  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Your motive for giving on: October 10, 2022, 11:35:04 AM
I think the greatest thought when it comes to giving something beneficial whether it's money, food or talent, or time, is to let it all be absolutely for the sake of God. Without asking them for the same treatment you gave them or the same amount of gifts or even not asking "thanks" from them. Because you will be surprised how quickly most people changed after you've done well for them. Some people don't want to recognize you anymore intentionally and some of them will hurt you emotionally. They just don't care because you don't have the same mindset.

When you don't intend anything from them, you won't be hurt by any means of changes they will do in the future because you only want to make them happy for the sake of God. I find this helpful and I don't feel annoyed or have any bad feelings whenever this thing happened to me because, in the first place, I only seek the reward from my Lord.
2386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 WNBA Discussion and Betting on: October 10, 2022, 10:47:51 AM
Luckily, pregnancy can be controlled these days. If an athlete does not want to get pregnant because she is on top of his career, she can choose not to.

It is really hard for them to come back to their competitive state once they are away for too long. Not to mention that the changes in their body might have a negative effect on their performance. So, I think most female athletes already have plans or do birth control to protect their careers. And once they are ready to quit or move on from sports, they can stop doing birth control. It is not that much of a hindrance anymore. It is more of a choice these days.

There is an advantage for them and they also make big decisions in their life when they decided not to get pregnant because they cutting their chances to have a child. Anyway, this is a different discussion since most athletes are rich and they can pay to make it possible. I never thought that their strength will drastically be decreased after they give birth and I mean, their worth in the sports industry will probably also decrease or in the worst scenario, no one will gonna sign them a full contract anymore.
2387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POLYGON’S MATIC or Solana on: October 10, 2022, 10:18:33 AM
I prefer MATIC over Solana, many compliments from experts that the MATIC network is very fast and the transaction fees are very cheap, from the developer support side MATIC is very much so that the future of MATIC will be even more brilliant.

I already tried Matic and it was the fastest version of transactions I ever had and also the cheapest of them all. Most of the time when I was playing NFT games back then, the transaction fees were killing the earnings I should have gotten and it all fixed when they managed to migrate to Polygon and give their players a reasonable experience to play their games while only making them pay a cheap price. So far, I haven't encountered any problems and also it has real developers that will gonna continue to improve their product in the future.
2388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Crawford vs Spence on: October 10, 2022, 05:28:01 AM
Not only the fans but are robbing each other of the money, opportunity, and legacy, so many things are at stake here for both of their careers, we can move forward and check other great fights but for these two fighters they just robbed one another with what great boxers should have and they will go down in history as two boxers who are coward to take their career to another level, I think they both don't like the fight to push, afraid that their zero losses will go.

They won't go down as legendary boxers who don't fear anyone even if it means they gonna lose their clean records because these two are the best definition of boxing for money, not boxing for glory or honor. We don't see such things in the past because back then they are really fighting to become the greatest of all time but now they want to become the cleanest of all time. Mike Tyson will say to them, they are cute and funny.
2389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin 13 years ago... on: October 10, 2022, 04:51:10 AM
I was so young back then and didn't hear about it there's nothing for me to regret except for those people that know about it but they choose to not be involved in the early years of bitcoins because they don't trust its creator and anyone involved in it. so they regret it big time until today. Anyway, only a few people are the patience to hold it until now without even selling some of it today because others already took advantage and sold it and buy everything they want with their bitcoins.
2390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Free NFTs are a waste of time on: October 10, 2022, 03:52:30 AM
Can free NFTs still make you money? I don't bother to claim free NFTs anymore because I have many that has no good use and value, also NFTs is tanking right now than shit coins, do you still claim free NFTs and are they worth anything? Maybe NFTs will make a comeback some day?

It's the same as free altcoins where you can claim it without worrying to do many tasks but in reality, they don't worth anything in the future and they've just been created for surveys or to get your emails or something like that. NFTs that are free are also the same especially those who don't have any popularity in the industry but just to join the hype or whatsoever. If you want some real money then learn daily tradings and earn your crypto in the right way, not just depending on these guys who only make hype for the current trend.
2391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 09, 2022, 02:38:57 PM

By the way, the longest suspension (86 games) for a fight in NBA history was given to Ron Artest after that famous fight during the Detroit-Pacers game in 2004. It's clear that the conflict between Green and Poole is much simpler, so the Warriors management definitely won't suspend Green for the entire season because it would be too much of a punishment for his inappropriate action. Nevertheless, I think this conflict may affect the Warriors' decision on a future contract extension with Green.

No doubt because this is clearly a sign that he doesn't respect them and he doesn't care about the franchise when he took some unnecessary action out there. I think their apologies to each other are just some kind of propaganda to make us believe that they are fine and as if nothing has ever happened. But in reality, they cannot trust each other anymore and he should be punished and face the consequences of what he has done to Jordan Poole and any other new members of the team.
2392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Fernando Martinez vs Jerwin Ancajas rematch - Oct.8 on: October 09, 2022, 01:38:59 PM
Well it's clearly one sided fight by Martinez as we see Ancajas is really struggling after Martinez outbox him on 4th round, there's nothing Ancajas can do after that. I don't really think moving to the next weight will make Ancajas journey will be brighter, IMO he will take few match against non champion boxer on his current weight, then he will challenge another champion.

This year is really bad for Philippine because Donaire, Magsayo and Ancajas didn't won in their big matches.

Well! that's just all it takes when you have a stroke of bad luck. and also boxers nowadays are really clever and lots of devastating losses have happened this year for the Pinoy boxers. Anyway, this kind of event always happens because of the nature of their sports. They should need to do better in training and fight boxers that are not really strong in order to make an easy comeback. Making things complicated in their comeback will give them unnecessary pressure that will gonna ruin their momentum and might gonna be their one-way ticket to retirement.
2393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: They want your money by all means possible on: October 09, 2022, 01:05:30 PM
A transparent team is the most decisive move by scammers nowadays and they keep you believe about their false roadmaps by feeding you with lies and propaganda you really have a hard time knowing them because they show their faces when they're talking to their investors but in reality, they already have an escape plan where they exactly know what to do in case they get busted or their coins will crash because of lack of development and exposures.
2394  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I helped my dad bought some Bitcoin last night on: October 09, 2022, 12:06:33 PM
That's amazing, now you have the same vibes with someone in your family. It's really rare to have someone to talk to personally about crypto things because most people these days aren't really interested in it, in my place, only a few people are computer literate because I'm living on the island and only a few of my friends can relate about crypto topics. I am also the reason why they know about bitcoins and cryptocurrencies but they never spread the news to their families because they are afraid to be blamed when their investment didn't go well and the same as I do.
2395  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 07, 2022, 11:27:33 AM

It was just wishful thinking on what may happen to Kai Sotto when he can play for the NBA, but as you have said I can not surely compare him with anyone in the NBA he could surely play decent or he could surely play beyond that player it is his own playing style that he is making here and it is surely a great thing for young generations to even combine the playing style of different players on the NBA, and also I can not expect more on him and now that he is still not starting on the NBA,

No disrespect but to get to the NBA from other countries, you should be insanely strong and have some unique styles of playing, and more importantly, you can easily score 20+ points per game like this guy here. Just look at his insane performance and compare him to Kai who has really a long way to go to be like that. Kai is still young and has some room for improvement he can probably make some positive changes in the upcoming years and is finally signed by one of the teams in the NBA that needed a competitive center.

2396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SEC Vs. CFTC fight over crypto market regulation, What are your thoughts? on: October 07, 2022, 10:25:02 AM
The SEC is a criminal organization that is violating their own set of laws to get as much power out of their agency as possible.

The absolute best thing you can say about them, which is next to nothing, is that they have gone after $LBC and $XRP in major lawsuits the past few years while... I don't know, missing ones like Bitconnect, Terra/Luna or the plethora of actual 100% scams out there.

I totally agree, they should really put some real pressure on those obvious scam coins rather than investigating the projects that are truly legit and putting some strict regulations against them. They are really making it hard for everyone because these years they always pop out in most of the topics concerning cryptocurrencies as if they have total control of the guys that have centralized coins. They should really make real investigations and put in their place the scam projects that are the main problem of the crypto market today.
2397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Estrada vs Chocolatito - Trilogy - Dec 3, 2022 on: October 06, 2022, 05:04:58 AM
Chocolatito is the better fighter but judges seem to want to see a trilogy for the promoters to make money if they pick the fight where they left then Chocolatito will have the advantage and the win, Estrada should show something new here, In both fights Chocolatito always gets the better of the exchanges, what I like about the two fighters is their style, they love to engage and stand toe to toe and that's what we are going to see in their third fight.

They should really settle for the last time since Choco is getting old and already passed his prime. Another exciting trilogy we will have this year and this one should also be settled for the fans and both boxers to remove any doubt in their last fights. I think this one will be the best since they both gonna give their best to prove to everyone that they are the best boxer against each other. maybe This time they won't let the judges decide who gonna win and they will gonna wrap it up when they see an opportunity to finish one another.
2398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tokens/coins with insanely high inflation will not be not profitable ever on: October 06, 2022, 04:06:42 AM
Simply these mediocre project are the product of developers that want quick profit in the market of crypto. They feed on the money of dumb traders that always taking risk on this kind pump and dump project. They are the ponzi of crypto an using the smart contract and cheap website to create cheap project for there token. These tokens will keep coming back as long as there’s a trader buying it.

This is the norm on crypto and we can’t dictate dumb traders to not buying this kind of bullshit tokens because they have there own bullshit reason to lose there money.

I once came across this kind of project where they are kinda active in the first phase of their promotions and when the people flock to buy their coins, they often don't give a damn after that. they just run away with the money and leave their coins to sink their price until they almost become nothing. Luckily I was able to sell when the price was still profitable and I feel sorry for those people who never get back their capital after the coin has sunk to the bottom and never recover again.
2399  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Fernando Martinez vs Jerwin Ancajas rematch - Oct.8 on: October 06, 2022, 03:18:47 AM
This fight will finally be happening in two days. Martinez is now the favorite with odds of 1.34. It's understandable because this is a rematch and Martinez convincingly won the first match through a UD even though he was the underdog at that time. He remains undefeated, but Ancajas has actually what he needs in his arsenal to defeat Martinez. He probably just needs a little adjustment, throw more solid punches, be more accurate, improve his movements, and he could defeat Martinez. The team of Ancajas should not allow the repeat of the first match in which Ancajas was more like schooled.

They should not give him over pressure he just needs to play like how he used to be when he was defeating his past opponents before Martinez and he just needs to stick to the adjustment if he wants to win. this is a quick rematch so nothing really new will pop out unless Ancajas is a prodigy in boxing that he can quickly acquire a new trait and use that to surprise and confused Martinez. Unlike another rematch where they first fight with some underdog first before fighting back against the opponent who defeated them like what happened in the Pacquiao and Morales and that was one of the greatest rivalries in boxing history ever.
2400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2024 Bitcoin Halving - What are Your Expectations!!! on: October 06, 2022, 02:49:51 AM
The last Bitcoin Halving was crazy and it really creates some scenarios where it raises its popularity I'm sure when we getting more closer, more people will gonna buy bitcoins to get ready for sure profits. 2024 could be a different scenario as well but one thing is for sure, the price will increase and have a chance to go for record-breaking ATH. Just like the past history of bitcoin halving, it will gonna also attract more big fish in the market when they see the price rising too much.
