1421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Circulating supply matters to you? on: May 16, 2023, 01:14:56 PM
What is the fair percentage of a total max supply that are in circulation that can make you invest in a project? It is fine to avoid a project that has low circulating supply? Why? What about if the project is a brand new project and the use case is killing it?

Low total supplies have the potential to make the price of the coins rise higher like what we see from the current top altcoins nowadays and also add the event where they burn some coins from the total supplies, it will gonna make the demand bigger and the liquidity healthy but these things will not gonna happen just because of that. other important matters are needed as well, especially the credibility of the owners of that project and also the team behind it because if they are totally unanimous and they are a completely new team with no known credentials, all those traits for a coin is nothing.
1422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: May 16, 2023, 12:40:47 PM
Some fresh news: "Ex-UFC champ Francis Ngannou signs lucrative MMA deal with PFL, boxing still an option".

What can I say, Ngannou got what he wanted, money, power and freedom. He will get "tens millions", act as an PFL ampassador and have option to have boxing fights while being signed for PFL. Hope that he will perform for 200% and be worth every dollar PFL spend on him. Hope that he will finally fight, but not just sit on his ass and get salary.

Good thing that he did get a contract after leaving the UFC because it will be hard for others to follow in his footstep if he didn't get anything despite his popularity and skills. Now that he finally settles with the PFL, I'm sure the next thing we see from him is a date for his next fight. Can't wait to see him back in action because if the big dude will fight, we surely see some real action and great skills. Honestly, it was really hard for someone like his caliber to get a decent contract outside the UFC.
1423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The World's First Kids Cartoon about Bitcoin on: May 16, 2023, 11:38:12 AM
Now they are making a way for the kids to understand because the children are the next generations that will gonna continue the legacy. this is actually a good idea to counter the mainstream media that are always brainwashing their viewers about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency as a whole. The kids will be their next mission because they will be easy to fool when they are young but this cartoon is surely helpful and I'm sure not only kids will get benefit from these things but also the adults that will gonna watch with their kids as well.
1424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 16, 2023, 11:02:36 AM

Just be a gentleman and never to point your finger to anyone, something that he needed to work on while taking the early vacation
after being eliminated, they've got that chance in game 6 almost winning that game if he just takes it over and force his way to make
some solid attacks. But things happened and nothing can be change now, do the hard work and keep trying to blend with your teammate
instead of saying something that is out of context.

They should stop this kinda toxic attitude whenever they messed up because after all everyone has done their job but at the end of the day only one team will proceed to the next round and the best thing to cheer the losing team up is to say good words to them, it might not be a lot for the one who said that, but for the one who listens to it could be the best motivation to be better next time. It won't gonna hurt you to say good words to cheer up your teammates and surely you won't get the same trust again when you put the blame on them for losing the series. I'm sure the other players will understand the situation despite those words from Embiid.
1425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunter is considered as investors with a big patience. on: May 16, 2023, 10:29:25 AM
Most bounty hunters are only investing their time and also their reputation is on the line because some of them are using their real FB or any other social media and others will get their relatives into investing in those projects and imagine if the project is all fraud. what will they lose?

Of course, they will lose trust from their families and friends. That's why others will create alternative social media accounts for bounties to avoid such things to happen because they cannot be sure if the project they promoted are legit or not.
1426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to know a good bitcoin investors! on: May 15, 2023, 05:42:12 PM
Good investors know exactly how he needs to execute their plan and most important, he knows their own limit and by that, they won't fall to excessively investing lots of money which will gonna lead him to also lose his funds for his essential needs. Most of the time they have multiple sources of income so they don't really need to worry about the money that they gonna put there for a long time. Also, people that have quit their bad habits to spend money in bitcoins instead are also worthy to be called good investors because they are killing two birds with one stone.
1427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 15, 2023, 04:30:06 PM
It's robbery. I read that Tony Weeks refused to do an interview after the fight so he definitely knew it was a huge mistake. The question here is if it's really a "mistake" because a veteran referee would most likely let the fight go on.

That's just the way it is and I think the Ref know the incident where a boxer died due to not stopping the fight, so they just doing their job well to avoid that thing happening again. A few days ago a Pilipino boxer died in a coma after the fight, although he won the fight, he took enough damage to surely felt it after the fight which lead to his demise. I'm sure the refs are aware of it, that's why they are taking extra precautions to keep the boxers safe also if they don't want the result, they can take another chance to fight again and choose another ref if they want.
1428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the fate of BTC payment now on: May 15, 2023, 03:38:24 PM
Leaving aside what has happened recently, trying to pay for low-value goods or services is going to be like trying to pay for low-value goods or services with gold: you won't be able to. Even if there are a few places that accept bitcoin as currency, with the commissions you have to pay, proportionally higher the lower the amount, it is not going to be worth it. The same thing happens with gold today.

This is the problem when they don't know how to use the lightning network and they don't spend little time learning it because they will end up like this guy who thought that there was no remedy for the ongoing high transaction fees. though we cannot blame the person if he wanted to temporarily stop the service, we can say that he is lack of some hassle to educate his customers with Lightning network and if the others will also do the same, then there will be few stores and services that will stop accepting bitcoin payments at the moment. They just need to learn some new knowledge and fix this problem as soon as possible so that they won't gonna make it harder for their customers.
1429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you blame someone for your gambling losses? on: May 15, 2023, 02:50:32 PM
Gamblers don't need to blame anybody but themselves because it's not a random thing that you find yourself at the gambling place except that you get there wanting to win more money than you currently have. We know that often will not be the case because most of the people going there are just donating their money for some entertainment if more people win the place will be closed sooner or later but the reality is the contrary and if the man can't handle the heat in the kitchen, he better get out. But most of them choose to stay and will not gonna leave until they no longer have anything in them which will gonna turn into a disaster later. If they cannot get out of it, it will turn into an addiction and eventually lead to more serious matters such as the OP's post.
1430  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Determinant of good society on: May 15, 2023, 01:36:32 PM
A good society will create good neighbors and good neighbors will create a healthy environment which will gonna make living in those places the most preferable you could have in this world. we had that kind of place before when I was young because there are only a few cases of injustice and most of the people are polite and trustee because of one just leader we had back then. But when he passed away, everything changed and we are getting more outsiders and eventually changes the society and its people in that community which lead to mostly raids by the cops all the time and after some years we decided to move and leave that place. If you find a just leader in your community, don't ever leave there because they are rare nowadays in this world.
1431  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 15, 2023, 12:33:42 PM

It wasn't easy for other teams, but it was easy for them. If you still remember, they did the same to the Bucks last season, although in the ECF. And now, they have repeated their dominance in the semifinals. Game 7 was a complete domination by the Celtics, and Tatum had a big bounce back after his not-so-good performance in Game 6. Now, it will be the Celtics versus the Heat. This is certainly an exciting series, and although the Heat had the easiest journey to the ECF, it's the Celtics who are the favorites to win.

Their last match was not really good and the Heat will not gonna miss this chance to get back to competing for the NBA championship this year and so as the Celtics. it will be an interesting game and might gonna also end up in game 7 because these teams right now are on fire because they have their star players playing well and it could be their last time to get back to this point so they will gonna play more intensely than ever before to get back to the NBA finals especially the Boston Celtics cause they kinda mess up last year.
1432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like Meme Coins ? on: May 15, 2023, 11:49:51 AM
Meme coins are something you don't want to invest in if you are looking for some project that has a bright future because of their ongoing significant development and updates. Therefore, they are suitable only for short-term investment which is quite good if you know what you are doing, and importantly you need to consider not going beyond your budget threshold when it comes to your capital. invest only what you can afford to lose because if you happened to invest in the midst of the hype, there's a tendency that you might not get back the same amount of your capital once the price will start to fall because the hype is no longer there.
1433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jason Moloney vs Vincent Astrolabio WBO 118lbs Title (May 13) on: May 14, 2023, 08:35:22 AM

Moloney won't be able to do that against Donaire because Donaire has the reach advantage. He will be the aggressor once he faces Donaire, and based on his performance in this fight, I wouldn't be surprised if Donaire scores a knockdown or even a knockout. It was a great fight for Astrolabio; I thought he would win, but since Moloney is the more popular name, the outcome of the fight was already expected.

In this game of boxing, Astrolabio should be the one who needs to be more aggressive and preferably score a knockdown at least 2 in that fight for him to clearly win it but he seems to have a hard time finding his rhythm and scoring a power punch that is enough to knock down Moloney. If this was Donaire, I think he could easily beat Moloney against that performance because of Donaire's speed and power, he could quickly catch him and throw a lethal powerful punch that will gonna seriously hurt him.
1434  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Awareness: Bitcoin logos on T-Shirts on: May 14, 2023, 08:10:28 AM
I have a friend who also did the samething, actually it feels nice and somehow proud to wear a t-shirt with a cryptocurrency logo since other could recognize it, and there are times that some stranger or workmates would actually open up a topic and talk to you about crypto when they see the t-shirt.

Yes! Of course, because that will gonna save you time and promote only to the people that are interested you don't need to talk first either because you only answer their questions when they started to ask you something about bitcoins. You will also find those people who asked you good listeners because they are curious and want to know things from the pros. Most people who approached you will have some basic questions so before wearing those shirts, you better have an idea of what you are talking about also don't forget to warn them against scammers and frauds and also don't forget to enlighten them about bitcoins nothing to do with any Ponzi Scheme or scams rather it is also a victim. scammers used it as a prop for their scam activities.
1435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Cas Nghitumbwa imero vs(May 13) on: May 14, 2023, 07:29:48 AM

Yes, soon enough that will certainly happen as long as Casimero will continue building his own hype and winning his bouts as well.
As per https://www.boxingscene.com/rankings, John Riel Casimero is now on the #5 in WBO's rankings which give him good chances to fight the winner of Fulton vs Inoue or the Mexican Panter, Luis Nery next. Hopefully that will happen this year too.

It's nice for him to win that fight by dominating his opponent and not giving him a chance to counter back, Casimero is one of a kind because no matter who his opponent is, he doesn't want to run rather he will duel him in the middle of the ring and take his opponent punches. it doesn't mean that he is not hurt by those power punches but the heart of the true champion is flowing in his vein. Just pure boxing and a great duel. He really needs to pursue that fight against Inoue because he deserves to take the chance like others but he really needs good conditioning and training before that. He can take one more fight to further increase his rank and go for Inoue next.
1436  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Devin Haney vs Vasiliy Lomachenco - May 20 on: May 12, 2023, 12:08:13 PM

Kambosos is easy to read because he is not a technical boxer, but Loma, who has been in this industry for a while, possesses the experience that will be advantageous against him. This matchup is undoubtedly thrilling, with Haney being the favorite while Loma aims to prove himself, as some perceive him to be past his prime. While we cannot predict the outcome of this fight, I personally like to bet on the underdog.

This fight should not be like that of Kambosos because we know how Loma can throw punches from multiple angles and also he has the speed and power compared to Haney's last opponent. By the way, both of them have a chance to prove their worthiness right here and this fight might gonna be Loma's last one if he will be beaten hard and Haney should not slack off either because it could be a career destroyer for him if he is knocked out and his weakness will appear after that just like Amir Khan.
1437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any benefit of bitcoin to the government? on: May 12, 2023, 11:14:52 AM
Honestly speaking, there are lots of benefits they can get especially when they choose to let bitcoin miners and exchanges operate in their country legally because the tax will be huge and constant because the liquidity and transactions are non-stop and they will get free money from that. But of course, we obviously know that the banks are not gonna let it happen so they always make a counteroffer behind the curtain and we know for whatever reason the government of some country is prohibiting the operations of miners and the exchanges it's all because of the banks and their allies.
1438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 12, 2023, 10:27:00 AM

The absence of CP3 may not have a significant impact on the team's overall capability, but losing Ayton, who serves as the defensive anchor, is a major blow. Therefore, it's not surprising that they lost this game, despite their impressive performances in games 3 and 4. Had they won, we could have witnessed a thrilling game 7. However, the series has come to an end, and now the Nuggets will enjoy an early rest as they await the winner of the LA Lakers vs Warriors series.

Such as the game and Denver should focus on how to improve their game even more because, for the past few years, they only get up this far they haven't gotten to the NBA finals yet to compete with the Eastern Conference champion since the era of Carmelo Anthony and Billups in Nuggets. let's see how they will gonna handle their opponent this time because the fans obviously wanted them to see moving forward and be the Western Conference champions no matter who will their opponent might be next round.
1439  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Bitcoin in Student Life on: May 11, 2023, 07:09:44 PM
It is now obvious that the banks are no longer reliable when it comes to storing your money because they might be the next to go down and your money will also disappear with them. The real horror is when they don't let you withdraw your money because it is not there anymore and they don't have anything to give you back which will often be the case especially when the bank has already used its options to recover but no luck. You will be like the others who will wait at the door of the bank hoping to get your money back. Well, this is not the case with bitcoins and you know how you can effectively keep your own money and let it be there in your wallet as long you want and withdraw it whenever you want.
1440  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Politicians can't be trusted. on: May 11, 2023, 06:42:32 PM
Of course, nowadays when there is a thing that is corrupted and cannot be trusted, they use the term politic because of how huge the damage they've done and huge numbers of fake promises they made. Back then Politics are just normal and most of the leaders are following the rules but as the time comes, when the other politics see the amount of money that there were trusts, they cannot hold their ground and always fell into temptation because of that and at the end, they also lose the trust of their citizens because the people already fed up with lies and frauds by these politicians just look at the top countries that are known to be corrupted.
