1721  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a Mainstream payment method on: March 02, 2023, 11:01:22 AM
We could start with all online stores accepting bitcoin payments at first then we can talk about the mainstream because right now that's what matters if we don't see all online stores accepting it, then seeing it accepted by mainstream would be harder really. Maybe when they see those big online stores starting to accept bitcoins as payment, then not so long that they will also gonna follow them. As of now the only stores and services that are accepting bitcoin payments are mostly in Africa because that's what most users posted here.
1722  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Everyone Eventually Buys at the Price they Deserve on: March 02, 2023, 09:06:09 AM
The good thing about it is they are the one who is asking you right now and you are free to say the things they need to know especially those important things like volatility and how to prevent themselves from scammers and to protect their keys from hackers. Put the profit aside first, what is important is they need to learn those basics and fundamentals to protect their coins and I'm sure when they get used to it, they will gonna buy bitcoins with the spare money they have after they bought everything they need in their house. A little amount of bitcoins is not bad than buying it with the money you can't afford to lose because that would be worse if you need back the money and the price of BTC has not recovered yet after it crashed just after you invested.
1723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 02, 2023, 08:25:19 AM
Low scoring doesn't mean they're not dominant and slow. It's just the tempo of the game was slow. You're right, we're not get used to seeing below 100 games in todays NBA because of its fast paced games. Now, for the Suns case against the Hornets, they don't actually need to play faster as they obviously have the upper hand. If a slow game is necessary, so be it, as long as they secure the W and avoid injuries as much as possible.
Durant and Booker combo in the offensive end is unstoppable, that's what I have observed in this game.

Right now they are really going to the NBA playoffs and expectedly be one of the teams to be at the top that will gonna compete to get to the NBA finals. I'm not closing the opportunity for the other team but we all know that they are already strong without KD and now that they have him and he is healthy, they are gonna be unstoppable until the NBA playoffs. If they can get passed against the Sacramento Kings easily in their next game, then their chance would be even higher. They will gonna be against the Bucks just a few more games before playoffs, they should take that opportunity to learn how to beat them in the NBA finals if they really managed to get to it.
1724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why all these crypto-twitter "influencers" are still exist? on: March 02, 2023, 07:59:41 AM
There are some newbies out there that don't speak English well and also they are completely ignorant for the first time about the crypto investment they took this way to learn the things they need to do and instead of getting some working tips for investment, instead getting manipulated by those influencers who are also investors to the coins they are promoting. Others are also too lazy to make their own personal research and instead they will watch YouTube videos or Tweets from these guys that are not really there to care for their money.

By the way, if you can fix your post by giving it more space, that would be better for us to read it.
1725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: March 01, 2023, 01:11:41 PM
I think Jon Jones gets the submission win but I keep doubting him because he has not been active for many years. If Gane can use his take down defense and keep the fight standing I think he beats Jon Jones by points. The hard part of the fight is knowing what condition and skills Jon Jones has because the last fight was too long ago. I do not like the odds for Jon Jones to win 1.60 knowing that he has been out for many years.

This will be difficult for him and to match him against the like of Gane, it's just a total waste if he messed it up and lose for the first time since he came back. But we all know Jones's capability in his pasts fights and this kind of opponent is like nothing to him and he always finds a way to win against his opponents just like Khabib does. But there's no doubt that this one will be hard for him because he hasn't felt the sense inside the cage for long and that would be his biggest disadvantage in this fight. Hope he will quickly adopt again so that we will see him once again with his unique skills in UFC.
1726  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Would you have engaged in the war if you were the Ukrainian President? on: March 01, 2023, 12:01:15 PM
Back in the past, leaders are always joining the war with their soldiers to give them morals, and also, speeches from leaders is the most important of all especially when you heard them on the front line. Nowadays, if they can manage to do a proxy war where they don't even need to sacrifice their soldiers just some ammo support to give their allies, they would do so and you won't find such a scenario where they even join and go to the frontline to join their men. That's why if you die for a country like Ukraine or Russia, it's not worth it anymore.
1727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 01, 2023, 07:40:55 AM

Yes, saw that news too, and it's going to hurt the Lakers chances to make it to the playoffs. When you think that everything is working on their end, and we saw James still plays during their massive comeback and then limping out, and this could be the price to pay for that comeback of them.

He is getting old and became injuries prone to hunt him nowadays even though he takes care of his body more than any other NBA player right now. Too bad for them and they've just easily lost tonight against the Grizzlies. Maybe this year will not be their destiny to be playing in the NBA playoffs and even though they can manage to get to the play-in tournament, surely they will gonna struggle and probably will gonna be knockout without Lebron James to help them inside the court.
1728  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The fruit of greed is never good,, on: March 01, 2023, 06:12:33 AM
This is a common story here and a common way for scammers to use this kind of trick because they know that there are still lots of newbies who will gonna believe them. Too bad because this is sent to multiple people in social media through the help of AI bots. right now, there is nothing we can really do but arm ourselves with the knowledge to prevent others to become a victim of this kind of fraud. Most people will gonna fall because of the same reason and that's their greed and wanting to have more than they have even though they have enough but because of their greed, they see themselves as needy until the end of time.
1729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: March 01, 2023, 05:29:30 AM

Media always talk about his name he got a legendary status already and any news about him is a big scope for them since there are so many people following an update regarding on his career path. Maybe he really need to win this fight since recently he encounter those upsetting lose and maybe this win is important to him since he can get back the glory as a champ under his name again if he win this.

The dude is about to retire and having an unforgettable win just before he wears out his gloves, will be one of his happiest moments as a pro boxer. Just like any other boxer after they came from a loss, this one is no different and I'm sure he will gonna be putting everything here to give us the most exciting and entertaining fight to remember. Santiago is also lucky to have him as his opponent for that title and if he can beat him because of some lucky punches or something like that, he will still the show and become one of the most popular boxers overnight.
1730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are investors so sceptical about Altcoins? on: March 01, 2023, 04:54:04 AM
Acquiring as much information as possible before making any moves to invest your money is crucial because stories are not the same and you can actually get some idea of how to invest successfully with those stories. But you need to understand that none of those stories can force you to invest and also be careful about hypes when they told you multiple profits from some unknown altcoins because most of those stories are made up and to be honest, only 1% are natural, just don't use it as motivation for your investment rather work hard outside the crypto industry so that you won't regret wasting your time in it.
1731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Teaching teenagers about bitcoin. on: February 28, 2023, 01:01:08 PM
Those teens are easy to educate than others who are stubborn to even listen to you when you want to explain to them that bitcoins have nothing to do with the Ponzi scheme that has been going on throughout the years. they thought when they see bitcoins, it was just another scheme from scammers and they were really hard to talk to about cryptocurrency because these guys have witnessed how bad it is to be a victim of ponzi scam. Thankfully right now, there are lots of people who are open-minded that understand reality and most of them are in their teens up to 30+s. I don't know about other places but in our city, it's easy to explain to these guys than to those old businessmen.
1732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bold step to invest my fiat in Bitcoin on: February 28, 2023, 12:25:26 PM
Actually, this is the recommended way to invest in bitcoins when you are not the sons of the senators,  what I mean by that is when you are not really rich and you are just earning minimal income but when you have a big dream like this, you can actually make a huge stepping forward when you constantly buy bitcoins at its lower price because we all know that when the price will rise up to new ATH, there will be no other who will gonna benefit it but us bitcoins holders. Continue buying and don't listen to the critics, after all, it's your money and your dream.
1733  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: February 28, 2023, 10:23:26 AM
Boom knicks win in a blowout.  They went up by double digits early on and never let go of the lead, almost a wire to wire.  I know brown was out but it was encouraging to see the Knicks dominate the game tonight.  We'd against the Nets.  Another big one as they are only a half game in front of them.  Time to create some space.  I like theor vibe right now haven't seen this in awhile.

They were doing great and strongly hold the number 5 position in the Eastern Conference. after the all-star weekend, these next games will be intense and they will gonna double their effort to hold and to further push to be in the NBA playoffs. luckily for the Knicks, they were able to get this position throughout this season but of course, it was not easy for them since they haven't had enough star players on their team as we can see, that wasn't a problem for them to worry about because they can actually beat any team from now after they easily handle Boston Celtics last night.
1734  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My bitcoin journey starts now on: February 28, 2023, 09:04:24 AM
It's never too late when it comes to bitcoin investment just don't forget to learn about it first before making any moves with your money. Learning is part of the process no matter where you are or no matter you are because when it comes to any kind of investing your money in the crypto industry, it's not like any other investment method where when you wrongly sent your bitcoins to another address, you cannot get it back and t will be forever lost. that's just one example of it and when you think this thing is complicated and too technical, trust me, it it's not. though you just need to spend some real-time investing in learning first before doing any investment with your money.
1735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: February 28, 2023, 08:32:03 AM
Fans who got disappointed with how Spence handles the negotiations between him and Crawford will surely take sides with Thurman. People who are not satisfied with the way Spence avoids that possible fight will aim for Thurman.

It's nice to see an upset even there's no belt that being risked here. There are always fame and career hypes
that can happen if Thurman will win against Spence.

I'm rooting for Thurman too and I'm sure he has a high chance of beating Spence compared to his past opponents because Thurman has fought Manny Pacquiao and that experience alone gives him skills on how to effectively perform next in his fight. Spence has been avoiding potential opponents that can actually beat him and not doing all he can and his management to get him the honor and merits he should have because all they want is obviously just money and they will gonna avoid huge risks so that they can preserve his clean record and to boast about it.
1736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still hunt for airdrops? on: February 28, 2023, 08:05:36 AM
I remember when I join multiple airdrops back then and the result was something good because some of them really make it to the market but you really need to do things that are not good because you gonna sell them as soon as you received them because of when the others will gonna sell, the price will drop down dramatically and there will no bounce back. I never heard them recover until now and that's why even though it's not a good decision because we jeopardize the progress of the project, it's still good for the participants because they were able to get some payment for promoting those projects. right now is a different story, because I never heard any good news about airdrops anymore.
1737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: February 27, 2023, 01:31:05 PM
Finally, the schedule is set and there's no doubt that Davis is a more aggressive and more experienced fighter in this one because he fought some strong fighters in the past which makes him stronger. Ryan Garcia might be in trouble and he might gonna be having a hard time landing some punches against Davis's strong defensive strategy. Looks like everyone seems excited for this fight to happen, there's no doubt that this is one of the main event fight this year because both of these guys have clean records and they are putting their no-losses on the table just to gain this merit and to be hailed the best in their weight division.
1738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 27, 2023, 09:04:15 AM
Agreed. Casimero has nothing to offer Inoue except if he is holding a super bantamweight championship. However, you mentioned that he is ranked 5 in WBO. Stephen Fulton is the champion of the WBO super bantamweight division and Fulton is scheduled to fight Inoue already. I reckon he should challenge someone with a high ranking in WBA or IBF then challenge Murodjon Akhmadaliev the WBA and IBF super bantamweight champion hehe.

That's what he really needs to do and it will all come to his promoter whether they have some way to give him the chance to fight the champion in the other belts association. It's not that hard for him because he can really fight those champions as long as given enough time to train and fix his skills to get back his confidence. His last fight was a joke and the guy is frustrated right now, he really needs to fight a real boxer to regain his honor. He still has a long road to getting a chance to fight Inoue and he needs to regain his popularity a well by completely beating his next opponents.
1739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think will happen once Hong Kong legalizes bitcoin? on: February 27, 2023, 07:32:20 AM
There are lots of countries who announce it like this or in a metaphoric way but until they really make it real, we cannot conclude anything about what's about to happen because people are already fed on this kind of manipulation because others are taking advantage with this announcement and they will goona just manipulate the market and there are not actions from them after months or even years. That's why we need to actually see it for real until then, I will just remain silent about it and won't gonna use it as a reference for my future investment.
1740  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why new government? on: February 27, 2023, 06:45:05 AM
When we finally elected a real leader that really care for his people, the idea of electing me was not really good because when he finished his term, other projects that he started are not given consideration to finish but instead the next generation will gonna build more project for his name and the old one will be pending until it abandons. This election is not really helping especially when you further look at the situation of the countries where they do this kind of practice, most of them don't improve except for a few. Unlike the monarchy where they really focus on fixing their country because they really care for their citizen and most of their works are intended to promote goodness and improvement for their citizens.
