241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best 5 Altcoins to buy right now. My picks on: July 14, 2021, 09:14:10 AM
As for me, now is the best season to buy alts specially that bearish season isn't over yet. I have some good suggestions like SOV - DeFi for bitcoin up to PundiX. Some emerging alts are also coming like VOLTY and Quarashi is also building some hype up. It could get you some good profits as well if you could hold it for more than a year. I also heared of APYswap building a bridge to Solana which is probably a good one too and this new alt called SHREW short for SHopping REWards backed with good team could disrupt rewards system in ecommerce stores, I heard they're partnering with chainlink with their product. This is just my pure speculation but still worth a try. Do your own research first before entering.
242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is heartbreaking on: July 13, 2021, 11:49:37 AM
It'll be dead for sure. Let them do what they wants and probably they'll stop once they get tired doing the same shit all over again. Probably newbies are easy targets for these kind of projects promising a x100000000 profit for initial investment.

This could be rather be stop only when crypto community ignores this type of greediness and stop promoting this shit.
243  Economy / Economics / Re: After 1 year of Covid 19 Virus on: July 13, 2021, 11:44:05 AM
I would like to congratulate India for stepping up. I was shocked on many news were coming out and I saw you guys burning dead people in a public park or lot. I'm glad that your government stepped up and did the right thing by prioritizing vaccination.

The pandemic in India got politicized and the opposition started using as a political tool without any basis. But their strategy flopped, because the maximum number of deaths and new cases occurred in states which are ruled by the opposition parties (Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Punjab.etc). I would say that the central government handled the pandemic relatively well in India. Given the poor condition of the healthcare system, it would have been much worse. But the youthful population and quick response from the administration helped them in containing the second wave.
Sadly, despite the pandemic, still political and personal agendas are standing out. Humanity suffered by this and more will suffer more unless selfless act and unity are observe. Furthermore, its not just India who's suffering by this political sabotage but many countries as well. Some are even spreading fake news i.e. vaccines will make you ill something like that.
244  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Bitcoin be infinite? on: July 12, 2021, 11:57:56 PM
As halving occurs, it is believe that the last block of bitcoin could be unlikely mined in the year 2140. No one knows what exactly could happen by then and some even predicts that the protocol could even allow it to have a larger supply for everyone. No one knows exactly what could happen unless satoshi do something about it.
245  Economy / Economics / Re: The One World Currency: Is it Bitcoin? on: July 12, 2021, 11:50:09 PM
I do not think that there will be a currency that will be preferred by other countries. Like if it's going to be USD for the one world currency, China won't agree to that. So it's likely that bitcoin or any cryptocurrency that they prefer would be one but we've got more feeling that it's going to be bitcoin that they will all prefer since it's the one that's being accepted everywhere and there's no need to convert it first into any other fiat currencies when transacting because it is as is.
China's not even into Cryptocurrency anymore. They even ban mining and other crypto related form of work there and probably more ban will come. It is somehow believe that these crooks will make their own digital currency and could rival their counterpart USD. Furthermore, bitcoin in other areas in the world is quite supremely admired. Many countries are now into it so let's just hope it could still propel us into more adoption.
246  Economy / Economics / Re: Poor and middle class as a mentality on: July 12, 2021, 11:43:18 PM
I am living in a 3rd world country and having a middle class family. In public school we are programmed to follow rules and would probably be ending up as Government workers or worst private workers whose salary is way below what's the society is needed to survive. It is undeniably true that we are taught how to speak English but not how to manage our money. We are taught how important addition but not to expand business. It is sad that even in society there's still manipulation but thanks to eye openers somehow I'd like to break the chain.
247  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Burst.Money project, scamming bounty manager and participants. on: July 12, 2021, 02:33:03 PM
I saw people saying that they get burst.money rewards. Can someone confirm that? I have checked 0x38b2171cCA2cFa454095843774CeF6634C9a65bd (Just example from signature sheet) from spreadsheet and looks that this address got burst, but less than it was in the spreadsheet.

What is this all about? Burst.money felt guilty or wanna trick hunters or investors somehow?

Yeah I can confirm that they pay twitter participants and according to them they will pay all hunters as well.

But nonetheless, they rob BM so they still have to face criticism and their tokens price is worth nothing. Still a scam project.
248  Economy / Economics / Re: After 1 year of Covid 19 Virus on: July 12, 2021, 02:25:12 PM
Just a little update. This pandemic isn't yet stopped by Vaccines. In fact in some countries, many cases were recorded after a year in pandemic and that sucks. Not because we have vaccines already, but because of the incompetencies of its leaders. Many people are still dying like in India and more variants of concerns are emerging.

I am a resident of India, and I have to say that India has managed the situation pretty well. There was a spike due to the Delta variant, but it was contained on time. On the other hand, countries such as Brazil are now reporting death toll even higher than that in India (despite the fact that Brazil is having a population that is 1/7th that of India). Also, here the vaccination rate has picked up after central government took over the task from the state governments. India now has the highest per day vaccination rate in the world.
I would like to congratulate India for stepping up. I was shocked on many news were coming out and I saw you guys burning dead people in a public park or lot. I'm glad that your government stepped up and did the right thing by prioritizing vaccination.
249  Economy / Economics / Re: Founders of South African Bitcoin exchange disappear after $3.6 billion 'hack' on: June 27, 2021, 05:24:42 PM
This is probably the main reason why you should not trust centralised exchange and switch to decentralised one. Another victims of fraudsters who's probably be using others hard earned money for their own interests. I wish the people of South africa that they could still recover the hacked amount and punish those who did nothing but worsen the situation of poor.
250  Other / Off-topic / Re: Breaking News: John McAfee found DEAD in Spanish Prison on: June 27, 2021, 05:16:53 PM
There's no doubt that Mr. McAfee did something great in our society. He created the first commercial anti-virus and indeed a pioneer in that field. Although some may hate him in his recent shillings, he still deserves a recognition for his work. Rest in peace sir.

252  Economy / Economics / Re: Why don't banks work with cryptocurrency? on: June 26, 2021, 09:01:58 AM
The main goal of cryptocurrency like BITCOIN is to escape from centralisation of institutions like this. Instead of having this middle brokers, cryptocurrency decentralised this transactions and not needing ledgers managed by banks rather crypto uses computers to verify this ledgers.

So why these banks doesn't work with crypto? Simply because banks aren't needed anymore. Cryptocurrency is killing them and you cant work with what's killing you.

✅ 📣Announcements ✅✅
Bounty reward distribution to BitcoinTalk bounty campaign participants would be completed on the 30th of June 2021.

I'm doubting this announcement from their TG but if they pay the hunters, I hope they pay you also Brainboss. Your management gives them a lot of exposure to investors. They should do what's right.
254  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto vs Stocks on: June 26, 2021, 04:56:57 AM
In all seriousness, I believe crypto is quite comparable with stocks but with much advance technology. In crypto trading, you could have much more profit in just a small amount of time as well as reverse. However, in stocks, it is believe historically that it's price goes upward but in a long run. Market volatility in crypto is also one of the vital aspect when it comes to comparing the two.
for price movements crypto is indeed faster and more efficient. but regarding regulation and security, surely the people who want it will prefer stocks. Moreover, many stocks that have companies or legal entities that are recognized by the government. With this official license, many people are more likely to choose stocks that are considered less risky than crypto.
one word that best represents crypto in my opinion: freedom.
Freedom to choose due to unregulated market unlike stocks. That makes stocks more agreeable eye catchy to old investors. Yes I agree that crypto is riskier but the more risk you have, the more gain it'll probably have.
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best place for staking or yield farming on: June 26, 2021, 03:42:58 AM
Try SOVRYN. It built mainly on DeFi for BTC and having less fees unlike any other platforms out there. They also have yield farming with substantial good rewards with their yield farming. You can also stake their and earning with good rates with all the fees that the platform is generating. And the best thing is it is also a decentralised exchange.
Sovryn is indeed very good and is starting to be talked about a lot by the investor community.
but what you need to know some warnings may disappoint investors who are going to do farming.
will require a lock-in time to be agreed upon from the start. and that makes us unable to re-open the assets we staked. unless there is a fine to be paid from withholding our assets.
so do some better planning before we start staking the platform.

I also see that the nominex exchange supports pools and there are several competitive events for traders and investors every week. seems interesting to try.
Yeah probably one side problem with the platform but in terms of yielding, it is quite good return. A bitcoin native platform having DeFi is quite a good however the platform is in its early stage. Many rooms for improvement and fyi according to team staking will be given a more passive good revamp meaning more rewards will be given.
256  Economy / Economics / Re: The pros and cons of going cashless on: June 26, 2021, 03:36:21 AM
You may spend more
I disagree with this due to the fact that if world goes cashless and all would adopt with it, companies like PUNDIX and binance support cards which you could use for transactions with less fees involve. No hassle holding your money. Another thing is it is inevitable due to the fact that this pandemic helps a lot with digitalization and cashless transaction is a trend.

The thing with cashless transactions is that you just have one online wallet, where all your money is in it. With the wallet in the pocket you only have a fraction of your money with you. So once you spend all the money in your pocket you have to stop spending, whereas with your online wallet it is much easier to fall into a spending spree. It might be easier for younger people who have an App on their phone to constantly check their balance, but for older people it will be very hard to go cashless in everydays life.
I believe its just a matter of personal discipline. It could simply be solved in the future by having wallet functions like budgeting section where you can lock up your money for specific uses. I believe we're still in early stage but in the future, I can 100% predict that cashless is inevitable.

258  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and happiness. on: June 22, 2021, 04:30:37 AM
Its just a matter of contentment. Even if you're somehow poor you can still be happy as long as theres air in your lungs, your family is complete, you still have food in your table then theres still reasons for you to be happy. You can also be sad even if youre completely rich. However another fact is that somehow people with money tends to have less problems and that makes them look happier.
259  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID advanced the world into the future on: June 22, 2021, 03:48:02 AM
I am talking about the digital revolution that was already taking place, yet still had some bumps along the road to occur, and has been forcefully implemented by many companies that required their people to keep on working. I am also talking about the immense number of new influencers and subscription services that had increased their adept several times-fold. All this would have taken ages otherwise.

I somehow agree with this. Electronic devices were safe haven for boredom this past pandemic and it leads to social media platforms were these good video makers were reigning supreme. It is somehow positive for some but for normal workers who go to offices, its not.
260  Economy / Economics / Re: USA dollar and USA economy are Not Same on: June 20, 2021, 03:10:16 AM
It is not the same but they are quite related to each other. One is dependent to the other. However, US dollar is getting weak due to stimulus checks given and more money are printed this year alone. It even surpasses the printed money after world war 2 and it is quite bad for US dollar but probably be good for economy.
