921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: October 24, 2017, 02:37:12 AM
About when i ignored bitcoin for many years and mostly for good but i didnt think bitcoin would become like this about 9 years ago . SO OH Mygod what the hell was that it was almost unrecognizeable it was my biggest mistake to not join it earlier ago so at first i was so furstrated about it and almost didnt eat about one or two days because i earned about 5 bitcoin ago and didnt try all the way for it. And i forgot to recover it
922  Economy / Economics / Re: Moment for buying or selling? on: October 20, 2017, 10:13:13 PM
I was thinking, because of Bitcoin price skyrocketed, would it be wise to buy bitcoin now? I have some bitcoin in wallet, but nothing much, and i was thinking to buy some bitcoin more. But because of price rising in last few days i am not sure what to do, because if i buy now, maybe price will go down and ill lose profit, or maybe it will go up and i did not buy so ill lose profit too. What are your thinking on matter and what do you think how much will price of bitcoin rise this year?
Better get saving now because my prediction is bitcoin wil rise up to &8000 by the end of the year price so high in a short time lately long gone low value was a regretable moment of my life to not trust the one that can make me rich in an instant save up now i think it will be $8000 be the year end
923  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining Scam or legit on: October 16, 2017, 06:50:32 PM
I am pretty new to bitcoin and have basically been using faucet sites to get started.
I know faucets are slow and labourious but at least they are giving me an insite into how bitcoin works
Cloud mining is something that i am seeing advertised a lot.
People will say it is a scam
Some people will say it is not a scam I know that

I would just like everyones opinion on it if that is ok

So is cloud mining a scam yes or no

Reasons why appreciated

Many Thanks

I started in faucet too and then proceed to join cloud mining because it promises huge returns and I end up being scammed. There are sites maybe that are not scam but it gives so small earnings that you will still end up losing rather than earning. There are so many HYIP sites that promises just days and you will get back your return of investment but more often than not those are scam too. One hint for you is that if the return is too good to be true then maybe it is.
Yea probably its the people who thinks cloud mining could generate such kind amount of money 24 hours or so . So people tend to say that it is a scam because as you say it has a small amount of interest than your money dropped but eventually wont happen after some time because some cloud mining site also tends to lure the some people in their stand and let them have the first or two but the third one and or last it wont happen again

If you ask me i dont really recommend  cloud minings it has many reports as such in scams or ponzi  . Some not but considering the time and waste of money because of slow flow of incomes so really not suggesting cloud mining almost 70% of cloud mining spots are scams well im just predicting theres no perfect evidence for me but thats my estimation and as you said  some people will disagree but who are we to judge on a persons perspective or decissions2
925  Economy / Economics / Re: Is USD being used for illegal activities? on: October 16, 2017, 05:47:39 AM
To be in fact all currency or all money can be used in all illegal acts and cases well money is not traceable because it does not  have a tracker every piece of it well its only paper so it depends on the person on how he/she will manage it . Possibility is high and obvious example government they use the money well on their self though but not on the citizens example of that that it is not only used in illegal activities it can also be earned illegally  . Well it happens on other countries
926  Economy / Economics / Re: Would bitcoin help teach kids about saving? on: October 15, 2017, 03:50:05 PM
For my perspective i think it will be difficult to teach them some high grade knowledge its best to cultivate some basic knowledge and about the comprehension about this kind of topic children or kids will be frustrated in this kind of things . Normaly but some maybe interested but a normal kid wont i guess their priority is to play around and think nothing else but enjoyment teaching them this kind of stuff is not worth it you dont have to teach them like this of you can do it yourself the proper age about teaching this is about i think on 15- above some topics involve awareness to what they dont know sometimes it happens to me

928  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if another altcoin surpasses BTC in value? on: October 07, 2017, 09:14:04 AM
What will you do if some altcoin (XMR or ETH for example surpasses the value of BTC, either in market cap or by the price of a token each? Will you sell your BTC to buy the more "valuable" coin, or continue using and holding BTC? Also, what do you think are the chances that it could happen? I would like to hear your thoughts and opinions.
Wel if you insist lol i think maybe not possible though that two are the nearest but so far ahead in bitcoin values bitcoin is so far ahead even on eth and xmr bitcoin has been going for 8 year now what is 8 years of advance than other altcoins. Altcoins depends on fees not like bitcoin on some cases dont have fees to exchange but some transactions are but it all starts with no fees to handle i think it is almost impossible but if bitcoin will be going out business that will come though or that time will bitcoin will be surpassed
