If I were manager Fernando Pochettino, I would leave Chelsea at the end of this season because I haven't seen any improvement since he joined the team as a manager. Pochettino has made numerous attempts to improve Chelsea, but the team continues to perform poorly. I don't think any of the coaches who have joined Chelsea and left the team have done anything wrong; Chelsea simply didn't have any good players, and when they wanted to add players at the end of each season, they bought players who weren't good enough to remain on the squad.

While Chelsea hasn't fired Pochettino, if I were him, I would leave the team at the end of the season because Chelsea is truly embarrassing him with their performance. If the team doesn't score or perform well, the coach will always be blamed without realising that the players are also to blame. Cole Palmer is the only player Chelsea bought this season and he is making Chelsea proud.

Agreed with you but just to add a little more light to what you have said, the only standard required on the forum here is good information (truth not fiction or fabricated stories just to get attention or fish merits, comment on the things you know only and stop spamming when you have nothing to contribute to a particular thread that's what the forum is after. Short and simple comments can give you all the merits you want but long and useless comments are just nothing but garbage this is not hard to understand.

Actually have come to understand the fact that when ever dollar increases it may likely cause the depreciation of other currencies in underdeveloped countries. Particularly this might make this underdeveloped countries to be very poor. It can also make them not to engage in the global market of trading, because their currencies can not meet up to this increase in dollar. I think it’s really a global issue that needs to be addressed in order to help this underdeveloped countries.

You are right on that, is merits system is another way building forum user confidence in given that motivation and encouragement that your doing things rightly, for me I do feel more better of when a merit source merit my post it makes me to strive more harder in learning and  making a meaningful and helpful post in other to gain more merit, merits is more like an excitement and flavour added to the system, the merits system also has a away of sustainability of respect as per hirachies, like the different ranks, the adoption of the merits system is very much ok.

Is there a provision for increasing available merit every year by some amount? This is needed because new members are also joining the forum daily and thus the available merits quantity should be adjusted accordingly.

I don't know how much total smerit is being auto-generated for merit sources, but if you combine all the smerit together, both the merit source and the ones the members earn, and half of it is brought in as sendable, I think it should be more than enough to serve the community. 

Even if the admin decides to increase the number for the source on a daily basis, it's left to the source to either distribute it or not; if it's being stored in one place, then the purpose for it won't be served.

Giving merit out to someone is just a choice and not a compulsory action, but still, I don't see the point in holding back merit in any way. If you see posts that deserve merit, you don't need to be a source before you can merit them.

Most likely, we will never see clubs like that in the finals or the two of them in the finals, the end is not so predictable at this point in time now.

Liverpool. These are some of these clubs who are strong. The fight between As Roma and Brighton this round would be tougher than expected, I would love to see whoever wins proceeding to the finals.

Xabi Alonso had too much game's to play most importantly is the game against European Europa League sides. I feel like he should push all of his focus towards winning the German Bundesliga League Competition after all these hardwork.
