Without local boards, they can discuss well in English, in international boards so to be honest, in most of cases, local boards are used not because of limitations in English. I can bet that the average quality of posts that received merit would be lower than merited English posts. In the Croatian section for more than 3 years we have a topic where local members can report their quality posts and get merits. I will put that in a different way. For me these results are reality for Dinamo. Bjelica was the outlier in Dinamo story who made them all believe they can play against top teams in Europe and they did. Now we are back to usual scared performances. If you are a coach and you spend whole week of preparation talking how your opponent is good and how you need to watch this and that player, that destroys players morale and makes them believe draw is a good result. And I am sure most of our coaches are doing just that with couple of examples like Bjelica. To do something big in Europe your team has to have qoulity but also belief that they can play against all those other top clubs.

These results are reality for Dinamo's coaches, not for the players. I'm not saying that Dinamo has a team that can easily beat top European teams but they definitely can play better. As you said - the biggest problem is that they lost their winning mentality they had under Bjelica. That's why I hoped Krznar is just a temporary solution until they find someine better. I'm pretty sure the wouldn't have lost 3-0 to Sheriff if they had a better coach. Personally, I agree that the Dinamo team is weaker this season, but the way they lost the matches against Sheriff and West Ham tells me that the players have lost faith in their abilities, that the coach does not know how to prepare the right strategy and game plan and therefore unfortunately I am not optimistic about the future of Dinamo in this European competition. That is why I said in a previous post that for Dinamo will be a success in the Europa League this season if they avoid the last place in the group and continue competing in the conference league in the spring. The occasional mention of Bitcointalk in Croatian forums about technology, IT, and stuff like that could maybe get some new people interested. I tried that, to no avail. Thinking if it, I talked to every single person I know IRL (that is into crypto) about bitcointalk and responses I got were from "bitcointalk is one big signature campaign circlejerk and echo chamber" (that's coming from veterans) to "what can I find on bitcointalk that I can't find someplace else" (mostly coming from new people). Neither is true, but that's how they perceive bitcointalk. It's the same thing with the 3rd most active Russian - The0ldl_lser. Not a single post in English in the first 5 pages of his post history.
Azrieli has a few posts in English, but the majority of his writing also takes place in the local sub.
That's one of the advantages of big boards like Russian, German and Turkish; they are practically self-sufficient and members can find everything inside their own board. So even if they know English to some degree, majority of them will just rather stay there. There are a lot of other reasons and different situations why we don't have more members on the forum. Some of my friends prefer Telegram or social networks, some have a problem with English and some of my friends have dropped out of this forum due to evil fee. S jedne strane, činjenica je da je korona virus opasan i da ugrožava zdravlje, ali s druge strane zbog brojnih mjera izolacije i karantene, ugrožava se naš uobičajeni način života, nestalo je slobode putovanja, druženja...
Čini mi se da u brojnim zemljama idu u opasne ekstreme i da nisu baš uspijeli pogoditi pravi omjer zaštite od virusa i normalnog života i rada.
Zbog ovoga se urušava i svjetska ekonomija, manje se troši, ima naznaka rasta inflacije, povećava se javni dug a zbog svega toga mogli bi vidjeti pad vrijednosti velikih svjetskih valuta, novu svjetsku krizu ali to bi čak mogle biti dobre vijesti za bitcoin i crypto jer će ljudi početi više tražiti alternativne načine ulaganja.
Ipak, nitko nema ''kristalnu kuglu'' i jako je teško predvidjeti što će se dalje događati.

A nasem spammovicu ni cinjenica da je bio bez kampanje neko vrijeme ne moze nastetiti, i dalje je neprikosnoven na listi, iako je i casperBGD imao stvarno respektabilan broj postova. Sta bi tek bilo da se prijavio u Bitvest. Opasna borba Caspera, Daniela i Trofe koji su sve su bliži da skinu kralja sa vrha, nego bolje ti je dobro pripazi što govoriš da se ne naljuti kralj i odoše nam glave dok si rekao keks Ma nema šanse da itko skine kralja sa vrha A ja sam u oštroj borbi sa Casperom i Trofom usoio ponovno osvojiti medalju Rikafip, hvala zaista na tvojem velikom trudu oko ovoga, super je vidjeti kako se statistički podaci našeg lokala popravljaju iz mjeseca u mjesec, posebno što se tiče merit statistike. Šteta što je tako jer bi ta sekcija trebala da bude jedna od najvažnijih dijelova foruma i mjesto gdje se vode kvalitetne rasprave. Admini su u jednom trenutku malo pojačali moderiranje tamo ali opet se je vremenom otelo kontroli. Mnoga jaka imena sa foruma nikad i ne zalaze tamo i imaju Bitcoin Discussion na ignore. Liči na neki mračni kvart u gradu gdje se dila i koristi droga. Policija i svi građani znaju za to ali su digli ruke od njega. @Branko Uvijek možeš nać zanimljive stvari na drugim mjestima. Šteta ne iskoristiti priliku ako se već nudi. S ovim se na žalost u potpunosti slažem. Jako rijetko zalazim u taj ''mračni kvart'' i uglavnom izbjegavam tu sekciju. Najsmiješnije su mi one teme tipa hoće li btc pasti na 0 $, da li je Bitcoin propao i slično. Zapravo, uz ovoliko veliki broj članova na forumu i relativno mali broj admina i moderatora, mislim da je ovim potonjim se jako teško izboriti sa spammerima i potpuno očistiti forum od spama. A da, to je uvijek bio i moj prigovor, jer ekipa samo šnita postove da napuno kvotu bez da se barem na zadnji post nadovežu. I onda imas jedno pitanje, i 1117 istih odgovora od raznih shabana, a razlikuju se samo u razini engleskog, od lošeg do užasnog Još je bolje kada se prave važni i podijele neku informaciju a istu stvar je netko rekao samo koji post ranije 😀 Iz toga vidiš da uopće ne prate raspravu i da samo "štancaju" postove po narudžbi; da bi ispunili kvotu kampanje Ipak; u bolje kampanje koje obično vode Hhampuz i Yahoo, takvi likovi nemaju šanse upasti što je dobro jer ipak postoji neki filter bar za neke kampanje i traže se ipak određeni standardi. |

Stvar je u tome da se svijet brzo mijenja; pojedini poslovi nestaju a nastaju neki drugi.
Tradicionalne industrije propadaju ali se razvijaju nove industrije; prebrzo da bi se obični ljudi koji su davno završili školovanje prilagodili na te promjene.
I državne administracije presporo reagiraju na promjene na tržištu rada, granice su se unutar EU otvorile i ljudi odlaze gdje su im bolji radni uvjeti i plaće.
Hrvatska će u budućnosti imati velikih problema jer je stanovništvo sve starije, rađa se sve manje djece, puno mladih ljudi se iseljava a istovremeno zbog birokracije i korupcije nismo atraktivni za strana ulaganja i veći dolazak imigranata.
Zbog toga dugoročno ova zemlja izumire i nema budućnosti a to će najviše osjetiti na svojoj koži sadašnji i budući umirovljenici kada se postojeće mizerne mirovine još više smanje a troškovi života narastu.
Realno, ako se ljudi sami ne snađu, kroz dodatne poslove, iznajmljivanje stana /kuće, prodaje domaćih proizvoda ili neko ulaganje mogli bi doslovno biti gladni.
To mi je bila i jedna od glavnih motivacija ulaganja u crypto a osobno vjerujem da ne bi bilo loše i da su naši mirovinski fondovi umjesto u obveznice RH, koje su dugo bile u investicijskom rangu smeća; ulagali u dionice, turizam, infrastrukturne projekte i sl.

Onda naši umirovljenici zaista imaju sreće što ne ulažeš u njihovo ime. Molim vas malo ozbiljnosti oko ovakvih tema, pa jel znate s kolikim kapitalom raspolažu ti fondovi? Jeste ikad napravili 20k$ market buy order (što je stoploss order) na nekom exchangeu? Slippage je nekad i 0.5%, vi bi da mirovinski fondovi ulažu milijarde u kripto? Pa pobogu. Ne postoji ulaganje bez rizika, to je iluzija. Pa ne govorimo o tome da bi mirovinski fondovi trebali ulagati svu ili većinu svoje imovine u crypto već neki manji dio kao što to radi norveški mirovinski fond, najpoznatiji i najveći mirovinski fond na svijetu. Osim toga, za razliku od naših mirovinskih fondova koji najviše ulažu u obveznice države, norveški mirovinski fond najviše ulaže u dionice. Treba li spominjati da su naši mirovinski fondovi bili "prisiljeni" ulagati u državne obveznice kada je država imala investicijski ranking smeća i kada nitko drugi nije imao interesa ulagati u te obveznice i tako su kreditirali državu. Rizično ili pametno ulaganje? Pametnom dosta. |

Ti ''dušebrižnici'' kako ih zoveš održavaju koliko toliko ovaj forum u životu, a mislim da si i ti na vrhu jedne dream team top liste odmah ispod Spamkovica i poznat je tvoj doprinos Slažem se da je dobro što imamo ljude koji forum održavaju na životu i pokušavaju se boriti protiv spama, ali ne razumijem čemu ovakva opaska... To što je netko na vrhu ili pri vrhu po broju postova u lokalnom boardu ne znači automatski da je spammer. Ako nekome smeta sadržaj i količina mojih postova ovdje, slobodno recite pa lako prestanem. Nije baš da neću preživjeti bez foruma ili bez 70 dolara tjedno koliko dobijem za kampanju. Nadimak sam prihvatio kao zezanciju protiv koje nemam ništa. Ali ako netko stvarno smatra da sam spammer zato jer pišem puno u lokalnom boardu, neka mi slobodno kaže. Slackovic, mislim da govorim u ime drugih kada kažem da nitko ne želi da odeš sa ovog lokala i foruma. Mi se često ''zezamo'' na ovom našem lokalu, i dodjeljujemo si razne nadimke i slično, a također se šalimo i kažemo razne stvari, ali nitko to zapravo ne misli ozbiljno. Pa mene je ovdje marlboza početkom godine napadao i puno jače i više, i za puno ozbiljnije stvari, tako da sam u jednom trenutku i ja razmišljao da potpuno napustim forum, i javim theymosu da me skine sa popisa merit source-va. Ipak, sve se s vremenom ''smirilo'' i ipak i je drago što sam ostao na forumu. Čitanje postova ovdje ipak me opušta nakon napornog radnog dana, volim ekipu ovdje a vjerujem i ti, i zato se nadam da nisi zaista mislio ozbiljno kada si govorio o odlasku. |

For over 20 years I have been registered on a lot of different internet forums and on each one the main problems were spam and trolling.
Whenever forum administrators lost the battle with spam, the forum would die and members would leave it.
So really a big thank you to all the members but also to the administrators and moderators of the forum who have been fighting spam for more than 10 years and who keep this forum as clean as possible.

U životu sam bio registriran na puno internetskih foruma i na svakom je spamanje i trolanje bilo najveći problem.
Ako admini foruma ne uspiju riješiti taj problem često se dogodi da mnogi članovi jednostavno odustanu i odu, te da ostanu samo spameri.
Da nema Rikafipa, dkbita, luciusa i ostalih koji se trudi očistiti ovaj forum od spamera ovaj forum bi brzo postao zatrpan spamom i mnogi korisnici bi odustali od njega.

Ovo mora da je antikvarkov šef, a ne znam dal on živi na Marsu kad kaže da su kriptovalute visoko rizične i da nigde nemaju nikakvu regulaciju  100% sam siguran da je Norveška uložila u Bitcoin i u drugu imovinu za njihov mirovinski fond, a regulacija nije indikator da je nešto dobro i sigurno. Naravno da nije dovoljno regulirano da bi opravdalo ulaganje fonda poput mirovinskog, o tome uopće ne moramo razgovarati. Mirovinski fondovi ulažu na drugačiji, tradicionalan način i to zaista mora ostati tako. Cilj mirovinskog fonda nije prinos između 2 i 20% s mogućnošću da možda koju godinu bude i -3, cilj mirovinskog fonda je stabilan i kontinuiran, ujednačen rast. Zato i postoji 50 vrsta fondova, mirovinski i kripto nisu spojivi po samoj teoriji toga što mirovinski fond predstavlja. Cilj mirovinskog fonda je najbolji mogući prinos za njegove članove, uz prihvatljiv i razuman rizik. I ja sam čuo da norveški mirovinski fond najveći dio svog portfelja ima u dionicama a ne državnim obveznicama kao hrvatski mirovinski fondovi. Koliko su preko udjela u određenim investicijskim fondovima izloženi cryptu ne znam ali mislim da bi se hrvatski zakonodavci i upravitelji mirovinskih fondova trebali ugledati na norveški primjer. Norveški umirovljenici će sigurno puno više profitirati od strategije ulaganja norveškog mirovinskog fonda nego hrvatski umirovljenici od strategije ulaganja hrvatskih mirovinskih fondova. Po mojem osobnom mišljenju, rizičnije je ulagati u državne obveznice RH nego u crypto. Uostalom, iz dosadašnje prakse mislim da je očito da su mirovinski fondovi RH postale "kasice prasice " državnih vlasti za financiranje često sumnjivih i netransparentnih projekata. |
