2401  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Before getting into trading on: October 20, 2021, 11:30:00 PM
I can share my experience here, I learnt trading on multiple platforms and multiple ways. Some people are more comfortable to learn on taking a course, so for me, it is always depends.
Some people too are also competent when they are learning on the paid course, while some people are intended to learn for free and anything that is free.
So, your choice here now, for me, there are a lot of free materials these days over the internet to learn something, especially in Trading.
It's not really necessary to learn from a paid course because if you come to think of it, the materials that they are teaching just comes from the internet and you can see a lot in there for free. So if you can be more resourceful, you can learn all those basics in trading for free. The rest of the things will only be learned once you got into real trading because you have to develop all of them through your varied experiences. So either you learned from a paid course or not, what will matter in the end is the skills and strategies that you will only develop once you are starting to gain those real trading experiences.
2402  Economy / Speculation / Re: Future bitcoin price is high and low on: October 20, 2021, 03:08:21 PM
What will be the price of bitcoin in the coming years as the price of Bitcoin goes down? The current price of the British ranges from 41 thousand to 50 thousand. Bitcoin was the highest price of 48-50 thousand. The bitcoin that everyone planned that from the end of 2021 to 2022, the price of bitcoin will exceed 60 thousand plus? So what will be the price of Bitcoin in the coming years?
The recent positive trend has made Bitcoin set a new record where the bitcoin price has reached $66k today. Throughout 2021 or to be precise since the beginning of October, bitcoin has soared by 20%. Therefore I think the next target price is $80k before the end of 2021.
That will be possible if bitcoin continue to be bullish and will not be attack with unpredicted negative news or events that may change its positive performance as of the moment. But if that will happen, $80k will still be possible by early next year since we know the fact that bitcoin won't always move downward but certainly on an upward position.

However, if there will be a massive adoption for bitcoin in the future, who knows, the price will not only be $80k but more on $100k-$150k in the years to come.
2403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Gervonta Davis vs. Rolando Romero - December 5 on: October 20, 2021, 08:03:37 AM
^ One thing about this Rolly Romero is that he is not really afraid of anyone in his division.

As per his interview, he said that he will knock out Davis, and he is very confident about it. Maybe they also have some sparring sessions before and see some weakness on Davis. Or he already tastes Davis power already and he can take that.

He also said that he has more power on Davis, but the thing is that Davis is too fast with his hands with Romero is somewhat always looking for a one punch ko.

What do you expect? This is part of the strategy to sell the fight but we can always look at their previous fights and see who is better between the two. Based on the record, it's obviously Tank Davis who is better but Romero is going to be a good challenger, so the chance for an upset is possible and I'm glad that he's been hype by some boxers betting on him, hopefully, he will not fail our expectation.

Of course, and based on the record, Tank Davis is almost unbeatable in most of his fights, and his record is very impressive which has 25 wins and 96 of the fights are won by KO. I think that record alone would already tell how good this fighter is, and for Rolando Romero to match Tank Davis, he has to have a solid chin and a strong stomach so he can last in a toe to toe battle.
2404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 20, 2021, 07:35:36 AM
I haven't watched the whole Lakers vs GSW game, but the Lakers lost. It's not that the Lakers were missing something except a small chemistry and missed free throws and turnovers, but it's the GSW has been once again spectacular this year. A lot of guys has been improving, Jordan Poole was the most notable player who has greatly improved. They're once again surrounded with a lot of shooters, can both do damage from inside the paint or beyond the arc.

I hope to see a dangerous GSW again and reclaim their spot in the playoffs.

Also noticed the contribution of Iguodala who had a good game contributing 12 points from 4-7 shooting. I think as a veteran of the team, he can be a big help for the GSW to be better this season, and this GSW is playing without Thompson yet, so they are already scary at the current state. We also cannot miss the contribution of Bjelica, he is very effective having a double-double in his first game as a warrior.
2405  Economy / Economics / Re: Simple reason why crypto is preferred over fiats on: October 19, 2021, 11:38:30 PM
I guess the biggest reason for me is the banks. I am not actually against fiat neither, I am fine with fiat, the "idea" of fiat is not a bad one and I am fine with it. The problem for me is banks and I do not like banks. Which causes me to withdraw all my money from them all the time. With crypto I was able to actually end up with putting all my money digitally but not in a bank, that option was the greatest thing. I can't wait for the day when I could use crypto everywhere and I would not need bank.

There are some "cards" that we could use right now that would make it possible but unfortunately I do not use them just yet because they are not working in my nation. However the moment it works in everywhere around my nation then I will be forever non-fiat and will be full time crypto and that way I will be able to pay everything and get rid of fiat in my life.
I guess you really had a bad experience with fiat and banks that you really want to get rid of them totally.
For me, i'm not against with fiat because we really know how useful it is at the present but knowing it can be fully controlled by the government or the banks, then definitely from there its value was lost. However, with crypto, we are the owners of our own banks. So we all have the full control on it and there's no chance that it will be interrupted by the government or a central bank. And with crypto, there's a lot of chances that we can generate more profits because its also being used as an investment.
2406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: October 19, 2021, 02:18:19 PM
The interest of Inoue might be gone if Casimero will lose on his next fight. That's what Casimero should need to worked on.
This is possible but if the feud between the two boxers is still there and Inoue is honoring it then there's no need for Casimero to be worried about whether he lose or win against Butler. I think that there's no problem as long as after this match, they're going for their delayed and postponed fight. And for the meantime while there's an order from WBO that Casimero can't reject then it's up to Inoue if he's going still for their delayed feud inside the ring.
Inoue is a superstar, he would only fight champions so they will make big money in a fight, if Casimero loss against Butler, then he has no business challenging Inoue as he cannot even beat his mandatory challenger who is not a champion, so no excuses for him, he has to win or no Inoue at all.
2407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jamel Herring vs Shakur Stevenson on: October 19, 2021, 01:45:25 PM
Not much worth to bet on Shakur as it is only x 1.1x, whereas for Herring, you can have x5 of your bet if in case, he can pull this off. So it is understandable if people will bet on Herring for potential good winnings. Or better yet, place bet on the over/under money line, which is better than 1.1x

Odds for Herring to win ML increases to 7 as of this writing and if you are a risk-taker then this is an attractive odds while if you are a whale then betting for Shakur Stevenson via Decision @1.80 is not bad either as we all know that Shakur is not heavy-handed and the possibility of this fight reaching the full 12 rounds is very high.

More markets/options on how to bet below, take your pick now guys  Cool.

Draw and Herring to win by decision, I think both of these odds are really attractive. This could be a close match between the two although Stevenson here is heavily favored to win, the Herring has not experienced losses anymore in the past fights. Time to take a risk here, and if you are a risk taker, go with the underdog.
2408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Cryptocurrency be a Global Currency in the Future? on: October 19, 2021, 09:11:03 AM
BTC being a global currency in cryptocurrency is real, but not for the world. because what I see if it becomes the world's global currency it will be difficult because now not all countries approve of bitcoin and recognize bitcoin as one of the global currencies
Bitcoin has no doubt that it can be a global currency in the future. Its features are well established and can really cater to the fast changing technology that we are experiencing right now. But knowing its decentralized, i think it will find a hard time getting its approval from most of the countries' governments. Althought there are already quite number of countries who are thinking to adopt it later on, but there is still no guarantee that it will certainly happen. While fiat will always remain as a main currency, but crypto or bitcoin's future is still uncertain up to now.
2409  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: At what Bitcoin price do you think altseason will start? on: October 18, 2021, 09:58:49 PM
normally when BTC price goes up, altcoins go up as well. we see more altcoins today are on the bottom for some time but it's still very uncertain when they will bloom once again. popular altcoins had gone up like SOL and DOT but not the rest. if BTC bull market will be over, the rest of the altcoins may also be over, sad to see altcoins we hold for some time have a value and then gone. very unforgiving market.
Its always the trend for altcoins and their prices are mostly dependent on bitcoin's performance. If we can witness a new ATH this year for bitcoin, the bull run will also be visible in altcoins. Not really sure what price for bitcoin does altcoins season might start but one thing i am certain, if bitcoin reaches its new ATH this year, ethereum will definitely reach its own ATH too. And everything good will follow. Bitcoin will definitely be bullish along with altcoins season too. Just like if bitcoin drops, the whole altcoins will experience dumping of prices too.
2410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't trade using instinct on: October 18, 2021, 09:38:38 PM
It should be realized that our main purpose here is to trade and invest, not to gamble.
when someone does a job related to crypto carelessly and only guesses and predicts, then what is the difference with gambling.
In crypto there are many features such as candles or for example charts.
this is of course used to make it easier for us to do TA, because here is not a guessing place and depends on luck.
But you still take the risk so you are also like gambling, in gambling it's not always based on luck too, there are games which are called skilled based gambling, we uses some analysis and we have a basis on our bets, same strategy could be applied in trading as well, it only depends on how good our analysis are but it always doesn't guarantee anything.
2411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 15, 2021, 08:50:50 PM
I don’t think I agree the Lakers have been horrible. Sure, they lost all their games, but I’ve seen a lot of progress. Russell Westbrook and DeAndre Jordan working out their pick n rolls has been something to see… LeBron and Dwight looking great together also. It’s clear they’re working on specific things and not worrying about the score.
If what you have observed is true, then we have nothing to worry about in the regular season even though they are winless in the preseason. Due to the hype of the Lakers team now, we can't prevent from people worrying a bit as they were expecting to see the Lakers to dominate, even in the preseason.

Come the 19th I think you’ll see a different Lakers team out there really punishing people.
We are going to find out 4 days from now.
2412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't trade using instinct on: October 15, 2021, 07:28:46 PM

And that you need some technical analysis in order to improve your trading results. We can use our instinct sometimes but it was important to have the basis of our decision as well. Having TA and FA, you can really see the difference between not using it. Of course, newbies could be hard to do this and it needs more market exposure and trading experience to make such analysis, and spending more time in the market will somewhat help a lot. If we wanted to reach our goal, I guess we have no choice but to do this instead.

Good trader use combine methods, they find ways to understand the market and with experienced behind, they also use their instinct to follow the market movements, it's tough to work with instinct alone as you are like dealing with it the same way you gamble, buy and hope that what you choose was right and the market will favor you, unlike with fundamentals and analysis the chance is far better for good outcome of your trades.
Trading using your instinct alone will eventually not going to work in the long run. You should have learned technical and fundamental analysis and of course the strategies you developed out from the experiences you gain. There may be times that we got to be lucky after trading with instinct but don't be too confident about it because it might not happen again. So its always an edge to trade with your knowledge and right analysis in the market. At least you're already aware how to make shortcuts when things got tough in the middle of trading.
2413  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Putin believes Bitcoin has value on: October 15, 2021, 04:17:14 PM
I remember the time that Russia said cryptocurrency trading is allowed but not as means of payment (in other words legal tender). At least they could still trade cryptos, but it would be better if they could expand its use cases like as a medium of exchange. It’s good for Putin to say that Bitcoin has value, but that’s just the first step. Hopefully in the future, he would consider allowing cryptos as mode of payment but should be regulated very well like registering as an operating payment system (OPS).
Its been a while that Putin announcing that Bitcoin could be considered as a legal tender to their country but it was sudden that changes his mind and turn it in favor of Bitcoin adoption. I like the idea of changing his decision but if that only will be going to happen, where it having stricter and regulated rules it never attracts interest for the people to adopt Bitcoin and use it.
I assume that he already understands how it works but with his actions, I think he wanted to make it centralized and take control of everything which is not acceptable by the majority.

After he told us what is his opinion about BTC, the market become bullish till now. The price of BTC has reached 60K USD. After a long journey for bearish time, we comeback to reach our new level price. No matter, he want to control BTC among the banning action of another country which I know this has made our portfolio get its profit.
Putin just made a huge impact on bitcoin that made it reach its strong resistance level at $60k. With this positive impact, i can sense that there is really a future for bitcoin in Russia because the president itself has already believed that bitcoin has a real value. It might be too early to conclude but i think its just a matter of few months already and bitcoin could possibly be accepted in Russia. There is a heresay that Russia can take over China when it comes to crypto but this might take a long process before everything will get into its place.
2414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 15, 2021, 01:30:38 PM
^^ Only two teams that I saw that happen, The Bulls 1995-1996 season (not sure if some of you have been born already) and then the Warriors 2015-2016.

Those two teams are great, they've been playing for years before they dominate the league.

So I'm not sure if Lakers with their current line up can accomplished it within one season. Not saying that they are not that good, but with the level of competition right now, it's going to be very difficult.

The hope is still there but the chances are not that high since the other teams are improving as well especially those who have young players who are improving and expanding their skills to play all around. Where they can shoot outside as well depends where the team needs them. As for the new Lakers team, they aren't bad they just need a few games before they can dominate the NBA league again if they can stay healthy throughout the game.

We can't make a judgement yet as the regular season has not started yet, if our basis is the preseason then I would say that the Lakers are so bad as they have not won a single game in the preseason. We are just hype because they have Westbrook who is a triple-double machine, but based on what he showed so far, we did not see the old Westbrook yet.
2415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ] The Rematch - JOSHUA vs USYK II (updated thread) on: October 15, 2021, 12:56:13 PM
~
I don't think adding more weight will help AJ against Usyk on the rematch, on the contrary if may backfire on him because he will be too slow. Unless he hits Usyk straight in the mouth, but Usyk boxing IQ is underrated. So it might be better for him to go light and chase Usyk around and not to get tired. Because Usyk is a technical fighter and the only way to beat a technical fighter is to be a technical fighter. So can AJ be like that?
Anthony Joshua should not make the same mistake like Deontay Wilder as gaining weight will not help them in any way. Anthony Joshua had answers against Ruiz in the rematch as he was able to counter his shortcomings despite the fact that the Ruiz who came out to fight was a different fighter.
He needs a major improvement in the rematch if he wants to regain his popularity.
In his fight against Ruiz, it was different as the fans believe that Ruiz was just lucky to hit AJ with a solid punch and that KO happened.
But here, against Usyk, it was Usyk who is the better fighter and he was dominating AJ in the fight with his good footwork and head movement.

I still think Oleksandr Usyk could win the rematch and then the showdown between Tyson Fury will be an interesting fight.
No doubt for me too, but Usyk vs Fury, I think Fury will win the match.
2416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this a right time to buy some ethereum?. on: October 15, 2021, 10:01:17 AM
I have never thought there is a good time or a bad time. It always depends on you and if you are buying and selling, it may vary to the circumstances.
Bought Ethereum at $260 iirc, (somewhere at that price) no one thought it was the right time to buy because they think it was dumping so hard it may go lower than that.
I can't say I took the risk because it is a decision that I have been planning for months and for me that is a good time. Consider the budget too and don't look at just the price but the value of it.
Ethereum is not just an ordinary altcoin because it ranks next to bitcoin so even if the price is quite expensive, i know its worth buying. Well, you don't have to buy the whole coin actually, even just a fraction of it can still give you profits if you tend to hold it for long term. The risk might be higher today but i think its always worth risking if you see the coin has high potentials that will be more valuable in the future. You're right dude, do not just consider the price today but rather the  value it will be in the future.
2417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Lopez vs Kambosos - October 5 on: October 15, 2021, 05:02:09 AM
^^ And with that said, hmm, I'm started to lean on Kambosos to make an upset here, LOL.

The odds are very attractive and who knows, George has so much time in this side to study Lopez  that him and his team has somewhat devise a strategy on how to beat Lopez here.

So the match is still intriguing that I'm tempted to put a small bet on Kambosos now.

Going against the champion is always a good risk especially if the odds are very attractive.

We can wait for the odds to be available before we can finally bet, but making a bet early would be nice as t would make us relax while waiting for the fight night. Kambasos is a decent fighter with an undefeated record, so how come some people are underestimating him, I guess people will be surprise after this fight as we might see an upset.
2418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: October 15, 2021, 04:32:03 AM
We're all betting the Lakers to win that game right?  Sure, they've looked terrible so far, but preseason to veterans isn't exactly something they lose sleep over.

Even Lakers are not that performing well in pre-season games, still it doesn't change my mind that they are one of the strong contenders in the West.

Chemistry can be formed along the way and their rotation is not the rotation we will see once the season opened. Carmelo Anthony for example will not be part of the starting lineup. We should not take pre-season games seriously and for me, skipping placing a bet until the season opened.

Same here because preseason is different from the regular season, a team can intentionally not make it seriously just to insure they don't get injured but in the regular season it's a different story. I will observe the Lakers in the regular season, if they'll lose in their first game with a huge margin, then most probably the chemistry problem is real.
2419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Scammers put bad impact to Our Government about Bitcoin Transections. on: October 14, 2021, 11:26:40 PM
In my country Someone bought a BMW Car by scamming in crypto transections and Police arrested him and told that the guy was a cheater and he was a crypto scammer. And this case is now the most viral topic. This incident shocked the whole country and also the Central bank authority about how he got this huge money and this incident put a bad impact in crypto.

that is not the expert scammer because he don't know how to handle the funds from His scam activities lol.
imagine buying BMW upront ? that is not a good idea lol.

Quote
I think Digital Currency like Crypto isn't getting much popularity because of these Scammers. They are one of the most strong reason why Government's aren't showing interest on Crypto Transections.

lol it is become more popular because of this kind of issue because Good or Bad publicity is still a publicity and this only helps increasing the search for Bitcoin .
Sometimes, it makes me wonder how ironic it is. As long as its still a publicity, it will certainly call out the interest of the people to know it more better. And yes, Bitcoin has been involved in numerous scamming that makes the government more pessimistic about it. But i know the real reason why they keep on banning bitcoin is to protect their fiat. Bitcoin has already created a borderless transactions in most of the countries even with restrictions along, so how much more if bitcoin will be accepted by the government by then? Probably that will be the time wherein fiat will start to lose its value because more and more people are starting to find convenience in bitcoin from an investment down to a legal currency.
2420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Eth price pridictoin on: October 14, 2021, 09:29:40 PM
Hello Guys what you think about etherum. Is etherum touch 5k in this may month ?? I see very much potential in etherum what you think ??

I'm sure if the price of ETH will reach $5k and it will happen this year, especially if there is another bull run that occurs, then of course it will make the price of ETH can increase by more than $5k this year, therefore I'm sure if ETH is very good to be used as a long-term investment, because the price will continue to increase and can give you a big profits in the future from investing in ETH.

$4k seems like an easy step for now. In just the past few weeks, we have seen several hundred increase a day. Let's not let FUD sidetrack us. There is every indication that we might be heading for a crypto super cycle, but there might be a few dips along the way. Not much knowledge, but I hope you're right. However, I'm concerned that we will not reach 5k before the end of the year. Bear markets are still likely to continue. A few months ago, we lost 60%-70%! Let's hope October and November will be great!
For me, it seems that the journey for ethereum to reach $5k is kinda tough because its price just keeps on ranging between $3,500-$3,700 only. But i know its target by $5k might be possible to achieve at the end of the year if the market will not experience a market crash that will definitely pull its price down again. So even if we see ethereum being bullish already but i know its price will even be higher once bitcoin will reach its new ATH finally. Definitely, by that time it will help ethereum too experience a massive bull run.
