2421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading is a big challenge. on: October 10, 2019, 02:08:55 PM
Eh, a lot of people look bitcoin like an easy thing for generating massive profit but most of them lose or luckily succeed because of long term holding. It's still hard for a lot of people to understand that bitcoin trading is really a big challenge. Why? Reward is higher, risk is higher too, it's a huge challenge to be capable of getting high reward over of high risk of lose.
Also another reason of why it is a huge challenge is that no one knows what kind of shock news will boom unexpectedly. For example someone bans it or sets new regulations on it or even coinmarketcap removed any exchange, some website decided to stop withdraw for a while or some of them got hacked and etc, this all happened in past very unexpectedly and affected price the same way too, it's hard to consider all of this in trading.
2422  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin adoption rising in NGO sector: Report on: October 10, 2019, 12:18:31 PM
To be fair all what NGOs want is money, so what is bitcoin? Money, currency just like USD, EURO and etc, only difference here is that bitcoin is also payment method and is on another level but after all it's money. To be fair I don't have much experience with NGOs but logically they will immediately sell their crypto for fiat to get usd or national currency and use it as needed. There is really no need to spend crypto without exchanges, it's not beneficial to look for services which accept only crypto because their prices may not be good.
2423  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Smart hodling vs just hodling on: October 10, 2019, 11:52:56 AM
In overall for great and less risky profit, you have to hodl but at the same time there are some things to consider to make your profit even more amazing.
For example imagine price of bitcoin was 10k $ and you bought at that time. Price went down to 9K, then up to 10k again, then 11k, then boom, 13K. I think at the moment it's better to sell them on 13K because there is still high possibility of price fall and usually that happens after such rise. Now let's imagine logically it would happen like price fall on 11k (but you sold it on 13k so have more usd). Buy again on 11K, maybe it will fall on 9k for example but now is the moment where you have to hold for a long time and sell on 12k and higher to achieve better profit and repeat same action again when there is really good time for that.
2424  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Making a bitcoin cassino on: October 10, 2019, 10:05:20 AM
I have been investing in bitcoin since it's inception. I've used it for very notorious things, DW, sports bettings, buying lifelong subscriptions etc. Well I am kind of over that and the other day it occurred to me when I lost my last hand of blackjack. Why don't I just make my own?? I did lots of googling and the templates available make you pay extra fees and add scripts to enable games. Total rip off.

Are there any normal bitcoin templates out there? I already have hosting and domain from previous thing. It seeems so damn easy and I feel like most of the time your losing anyway.

If someone could help point me in the right direction that works I will send them a gift, seriously!!!
Oh yeah, it's so easy to make casino. Bet365 just bought template from some php developers and then everything started, omg. Well, you can buy template or cms from themeforest or codecanyon but you can't really run casino on them. At first to run casino you need high security and a lot of money + license. Then just html5 based blackjack game isn't enough too, a lot of people prefer live casinos, live blackjack and you have to make contract with such service providers which is pretty expensive too.
2425  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think majority of the people heard or read Bitcoin one time or another on: October 10, 2019, 09:33:15 AM
Absolutely there is one answer: They have heard bitcoin only one time and that was because some related news on websites, well at least such situation is around me and that's bad to be fair. For example when I mention bitcoin somewhere they always have such reaction: Oh bitcoin? What the hell is it finally?
And that's all. No further interest comes from them and if it even comes, they make conclusion themselves: It will be another pyramid, believe me, just see it, now everything is ok but in near future people will be left without money.
Now decide yourself how worse situation we have there, lack of knowledge among people, it sucks. Is there similar situation around you?
2426  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xBit.com - Betting, Bitcoin Sportsbook, Casino web-site| ONLINE SPORTS BETTING! on: October 09, 2019, 11:50:31 PM
A detailed review of 1xBit you can read here: http://sportstatist.com/1xbit-review/
What is the name of the company that operates 1xbit?

1xBit is the cryptocurrency betting division of the 1xBet company.
Proof?
At first I think common CMS, template and games are proof that 1xbit and 1xbet are the same casinos and only difference here is orientation and priority of currencies. (Don't tell me maybe someone stole 1xbit's cms or something hilarious).
On another hand can confirm that blackjack tables in evolution gaming studios, both 1xbet tables / dedicated room and 1xbit table are order from the same company. I don't plan to show you any documents, don't even care much about it but just know, this is truth.
2427  Economy / Economics / Re: World Global Economy 2019 and future. on: October 09, 2019, 11:30:26 PM
Maybe my opinion is a little bit far from actual content of this topic but it has a lot of common with it.
People with a lot of money and serious businesses which includes gas, fuel and etc ruin global economy too.
For example let's take Tesla, he invented so amazing things, he was able to send electricity wirelessly, yeah, without cables which would give us zero electricity lost but still we use cables for it. Why? Because some people make money from it.
We still use petrol because it's a huge business.
Why don't they work on better meds and it's antidotes?Because pharma is a huge business again. We haven't seen any great development in it after 90's. They don't want to fully cure people, they want to treat people for a while to receive a lot of money from them.
Still there are so many things...
2428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not? on: October 09, 2019, 10:27:58 PM
To be fair there is really very low demand on that, especially if we consider the fact that a lot of people have anxiety and such situation worsens it. In overall that's not comfortable but some people still find it enjoyable.
Number of such people is very small and to be fair currently most people enjoy gambling online and in real casinos too traditionally. Now online gambling is getting better, for example evolution, playtech and others provide great live experience for players, I think soon they will even move on Virtual Reality for the most amazing experience.
2429  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: October 09, 2019, 08:00:46 PM
Seems this thread got a lot of replies where amount of spam posts are huge but still I hope my post won't be lost among other ones.
OP at first I want to mention that no one was born professional, we learn as time goes. Without eat you can't understand whether you'll like meal or not. So without trying your luck and knowledge in trading, you can't understand if it's for you or not.
But also at the same time remember that you profit because someone loses and at the same time everyone wants profit, remember and consider this fact always.
2430  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Unicef now accepting donations through bitcoin and ether on: October 09, 2019, 06:52:44 PM
We can proudly say that this is really a great achievement. It will be very interesting to know how much donations will come from crypto, if it will be really significant, I think it will be a huge positive impact among people and bitcoin won't only be considered as a money for laundering and buying of illegal things but also it will show that bitcoin users are kind people too and bitcoin is used for good job too.
In overall really great news, can't wait to see statistics of upcoming monthes.
2431  Economy / Economics / Re: Bank Crisis Hits India, Many Accounts Wiped Out, People Left With Nothing on: October 09, 2019, 04:58:05 PM
In overall people who are in government, have great wage, great apartments and what's the main subject is that they have huge influence on everything and to be fair rules that are written in overall on people, are sometimes ignored on them because of their status and connections.
So in any way there is no crisis for them, they even make money from it.
I just wanted to say that and make clear that they do nothing for our wealth and India is doing very silly decisions. They decided to ban bitcoin and everything related to it (investment, holding), they even set jail on it so such country won't succeed in economy in overall andbank crisis doesn't dissapoint me at the moment.
2432  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitmain is taking paypal !!!! on: October 09, 2019, 07:14:12 AM
This isn't good news for difficulty, it would definitely open open the doors for the masses.
Difficulty would rise in any way because Bitmain was always easily out of stock, so they never had problem of selling. Yeah, adding of paypal payment means new potential customers but it has nothing to do with your proposal and also everyone who buys antminer or bitmain's product is in touch with bitcoin and bitcoin payment isn't problem for them. Here is the most amazing fact: You can buy miners with 6 month zero fee loan.
Btw if anyone knows, is that 6 month zero interest available only for USA customers?
2433  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Artificial Intelligence (AI) trades on my exchange account. +74.1%? on: October 08, 2019, 05:38:40 PM
I prefer manual trading instead of others methods and choices and there are a lot of reasons for it. At first none traditional bot or artificial bot can read and analyze bitcoin related news. And there is no doubt every news plays hige role in bitcoin's price, once you miss important one, you have to change your trading plan and bot that only uses technical analyzes isn't useful to my mind.
There were news like some exchanges stopping withdrawal for a while, coinmarketcap removed some exchanges from their list - this two are just an example and if you remember in both situation price of bitcoin was significantly affected. AI bot can't understand that.

Wow cool event. It is very pleasant that cryptocurrencies and mining are supported by such serious people as the Minister of Economy of Armenia. I am sure the project will be mega-successful.
Hope no one will ever take it wrongly but to be fair personally I can't consider interest of Minister of economy of Armenia can be considered as something great achievement because this country doesn't play any major role in this world. Of course interest from them is good and it states that they are motivated to develop and follow steps of technological development but at the same time that's not something exciting moment.
But if interest comes from major countries like USA, UK and etc, this will really be a game changer cause they have great economy and are idols of a lot of country.
2435  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin is not that good as currency? on: October 08, 2019, 12:06:53 PM
I like idea behind bitcoin, that's great improvement in overall but bitcoin was never meant for massive usage.
I like image that OP posted, it really shows how USD degrades and BTC developes. This means old fiat has to be changed with new and modern currency to meet current standarts.
I think there must be new currency, international one with fixed value, limited supply which will prevent inflation and prices will always be like demand/supply and inflation won't affect it everytime. Alsp number of population must be considered too and supply has to be changed once in every 10-20 year or something similar.
2436  Other / Meta / Re: 3 Years Ago I Lost 5 BTCs from a Scam Sent From BitcoinTalk.org Official Email on: October 07, 2019, 02:24:53 PM
True story,

In 2017 I was running my bitcoin blog; one of the first blogs created in the space, when someone contacted me from an official BitcoinTalk.org. They asked for 5 BTCs to post a banner ad on BT. Seeing that the email was coming from an official BT address, I sent them 5 BTCs.

Two weeks later after not hearing from anyone, I received a message from BitcoinTalk.org saying their email was hacked and the ad offer was from a scammer.

5 Bitcoins today = $40,000 USD. I really miss it. I wish BitcoinTalk.org would at least say sorry.
Please can you tell us which website you owned? Have you heard anything about email spoofing? Despite the fact that most mails have good anti spam protection, it's still possible to send fake emails which will bypasd spam filter.
Then you could at least check website instead of directly sending bitcoins to an unknown adress, have you even checked history of that adress?
In any way no one has to apologize, especially bitcointalk's staff.
2437  Economy / Economics / Re: Ethereum managed to pass bitcoin in transaction fees last week on: October 03, 2019, 11:37:56 PM
At some point miners might decide to switch to Ether, especially as Ether provides block rewards in perpetuity as well (no halvenings).

What miners? Bitcoin miners? I wish them good luck with their SHA256 asics.  Tongue

It doesn't really surprise me that Bitcoin's fees are going down with how Segwit adoption has yet again made another high; https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/charts/segwit-usage

I noticed too recently how low the fees have become. Most of my transactions were confirmed by the next block with just $0.10 in fees, and I feel that I overpaid there as well.

Tether switching to Ethereum has done a lot to inflate the fees there. Not that long ago there were like 150,000 transactions waiting for a confirmation. Currently that's about 40,000. Good time for Ethereum competitors to leverage the high fees and market themselves as THE cheaper alternative.
That was very funny, bitcoin miners with their SHA256 are going to turn on ethereum, wish that was possible, I would be billionaire.
Btw according to this news, it's so written that some people may see bitcoin mining sucks and there is light in ethereum (well in reality bitcoin mining really sucks now). That's bad to be fair that ethereum has higher fees than bitcoin, that's bad for ether's usage because it really did bad for bitcoin transactions once when we had huge fees.
Bad for ether, ok for bitcoin. Hope Bitcoin's fee will be so low, I got very quick confirmation on super low tx fee.
2438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A True Cryptocurrency must start with the fundamentals on: October 03, 2019, 10:50:47 PM

Leonardo D’ Vinci was once asked, by a patron,
“how do you create such magnificent works out of rocks?”
His answer came immediate and sure,
“I chip away everything that’s not angel”

A true Cryptocurrency must start with the fundamentals...based on principles of the highest order.
What would a true cryptosystem look like if it had everything in it from the beginning?
Then pruned "everything that’s not angel"?
If it had everything from the beginning? Everything that’s not angel? And how is that possible man to consider everything? And also what if we won't forget the fact that we change and something that was acceptable in past, isn't acceptable now and opposite. Centuries ago people were saying: With such young generation, we will ruin but as you see instead of degradation we are developing on higher level (still degrade too for some reasons at some point). Our views and thoughts are changing so if something has everything from the begining as for now, this can turn from everything into void in future because of our thoughts and needs change.
2439  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rant: I am thinking of Quitting my Interest in Crypto Currency on: October 03, 2019, 09:47:54 PM
At first I thought this post was about getting tired of bitcoin price falls and can't wait for rise but it's a whole different subject of discussion.
Well, OP, everything was amazing, fun and interesting at first, I would call that time era of freebitco because that website introduced me into bitcoins. That time bitcoin wasn't commercial thing like it is now (can't mine at home, a lot of regulations on exchanges, KYC documents everywhere and etc).
That's getting boring but I'm still here because of bitcoin's possibilities, it's just nice payment method and consider this as an investment option too on long term.
If you can, get best it from it and use it for your needs, things get abused as time goes and that's why we have so terrible situation now. Bitcoin was nice when only few people knew it.
2440  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: TOR + Clear net live bitcoin calculator. any feature requests? on: October 03, 2019, 09:12:53 PM
Oh, name is like musician... Bitcoinian... haha, sounds very funny and cool.
Visited website and like it very much, I think it may be something that can take place of preev among others. Template is simple, in dark colors but it still leaves good experience, everything is pretty nice and easy. I especially like the fact that you tried to be original and different and included not only bitcoin/usd/euro but also rates of bitcoin/banana, bitcoin/iphone.
Nice domain, nice website, wish you all the best. Personally I may suggest others your website during bitcoin exchange in future when I'll have a need of it.
