1501  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: October 14, 2020, 07:03:11 PM
I only saw this news late and can I say that apart from Chelsea, Arsenal have been doing some crazy deals in this transfer window?

But more importantly, what do you guys think of Mesut Ozil's PR stunt to pay Gunnersaurus wages? Arsenal had to ax their mascot man,,, probably the whole full story will not come out but every club will soon have to cut costs, shame they do not cut hundreds of thousands of pounds in wages but on a guy who served his club over 25 years:)

A lot of the Arsenal fans dislike Ozil, he’s on a massive salary & he doesn’t justify it on the pitch. It was a really nice touch to pay the mascots wages though, it could make fans get off his back a bit (nice tax dodge too).
Let's move in Spain (La League). Some Barca fans think that Messi doesn't deserve the wage that he has because he does nothing at the stadium (but they forget that it's just a team that can't play, a team can't depend only on one player). Same applies to Griezmann, personally, I think this man does nothing in the club or club can't make him play, it looks like he can't suit Barcelona.
I made that turn into La League because I haven't watched for Premier League for a while, btw my favourite is Liverpool (Arsenal too). Yeah, I know there are Premier League teams fans.

Just went past silver 3 today and instead of opting cashback or freebet as reward, I tried opting for free spins on a slot just to check out my luck. I didn't had much luck earlier with slots but I got some nice wins with 6 free spins. Similarly few days ago I opted for 20 free spins and managed to get good win. Really some good slots in sportsbet, if anyone manages to get reward in case of tier rank-up, I suggest trying out the freespin options- its worth a shot and fun as well.  Cheesy
Sportsbet really has a lot of slot providers and games, I wasn't expecting that much. Btw personally, like you, I found that more likely I win from freespins instead of money bets, even if I play with virtual money just for fun Cheesy
1502  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Lamborghini Giveaway! 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🥊 🎲 on: October 14, 2020, 05:57:29 PM
Hello community,

I have a problem with stake.
Registered at stake 3 weeks ago and played me up to platinum or whatever the name is.
I am up maybe 10k on my account.
Yesterday I deposited 0.09 and 0.07 and played myself up close to 0.33.

Today I wanted to withdraw my money and got the info "you are not allowed to do that".

Chat support refuses to answer what is going on and said I must contact accounts@stake.com.
First she said the department will message me "very soon", and some messages later suddenly is was "Just to mention, it can take up a couple of business days for the team to respond on your email."

What is this site trying to pull? I am from a non banned country, only ever had this 1 account and never did anything wrong. I think wiining might be wrong in ther eyes.
I think its only because I won too much and they dont like that.

Please help.

I read your other posts and first of all, keep calm. Stake is a casino owned by PrimeDice, believe me, they are the one of the least company to lie you in crypto gambling industry. They have given away up to 50 bitcoin and your coins mean nothing to scam for (This just to make sure you to calm).

If somehow there isn't response from them, try to contact online support for multiple times. Email them, they'll definitely reach out to you soon. Also, they have right to ask for KYC documents. Were you using VPN with shared IP? This can be a problem too. Are you sure that there was none suspicious activity on your account? Including depositing and withdrawing immediately?

I don't even suggest you to open scam accusation thread because they aren't scammers and this issue will be solved easily. Have a nice day!
1503  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm very worried about my Crypto Trading. on: October 14, 2020, 05:36:48 PM
I'm very worried, Will I ever be able to make some income by trading crypto? Everything I buy is down. If I want to earn something from Crypto trading, then what do I have to do? What do I need to know?
And why do you think that trading is a thing where you'll shine? I don't love to reply to this kind of posts but I know there are a lot of people who misunderstood some things. Almost everyone shouts loudly that you can earn decent money by crypto trading. Well, yes, you can but at the same time you have to consider that there is correlation between reward and risk. Higher the reward, higher the risk, especially in crypto. First of all you have to understand is trading really the thing that you want to do? And should crypto be a part of it? Maybe other currencies can be better like USD, Euro, GBP...
You need to practise a lot, virtual trading platforms are great but also you can start with small amount of money (I prefer this last one because when people actually trade with their money, even if it's small, they show their true image). Also, please consider that trading isn't only skill or ability to read charts or ability to understand what news causes what, it needs luck too!
1504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitmex conducted an experiment with brainwallets on: October 14, 2020, 10:25:03 AM
There was a challenge on this forum: A challenge to the idea that no-one can create a good brainwallet. There was one bitcoin as a reward on this wallet. Seems nothing have happened from 2012 until 2019 (wallet was created in 2012 but posted on btctalk in 2014). In 2019, there was one bitcoin finally moved but author of that thread has disappeared, so idk whether it was hacked or owner decided to just move that one bitcoin.

Btw there wasn't a need of new experiments, it's clear as day to understand why brainwallets are the terrible idea. Humans aren't a good source of entropy! And it was proven years ago that brainwallets are terrible, contains a high percentage of hack.
1505  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: October 14, 2020, 09:00:50 AM
I dunno if it's already been suggested before ( for sure it is ) but why not re upping the suggestion again ? Because i feel the need of a new currency  . Can you guys add xrp because I feel that  I'm going to pay more fees when I send btc from wallet to this site .  I'm starting to get hook playing hi lo lately , that's why I remember this . I'm not actively depositing before but I can be active on depositing now if they support ripple aside from btc but I have no problem on withdrawing btc because I just chooose the slow method as it's cheap and I don't mind of waiting .
As @Mahdirakib posted above, Freebitco.in had planned to make rebranding and also add few more currenciesvto website. IIRC it was Bitcoin Cash, ETH, DOGE, maybe Litecoin, I don't remember that there was XRP mentioned. No offnce, but IMO, Ripple isn't cryptocurrency. I'M not sure that they are still planning to make these changes. I just remember that some time ago they bought another gambling website, probably now they are working on it.

We dropped the idea of adding altcoins. The experience of Doge is that there just isn't enough interest to justify the expense and work involved in supporting all those extra wallets.
As far as I see, freebitco is going to establish as a casino and move from faucet industry into this last one, so... I don't know why you judge this situation only from one experience that includes Doge coin and I think freedoge.co.in is a different project and some people don't even know this website. As you see, almost every crypto casino offers altcoins. And personally I can say that there was high demand on it in one famous crypto casino. I think you should do more market research and then make a decision cause only judging from one experience isn't fair, especially if we consider the fact that freebitco had different concept and dogecoin wasn't added on main website, instead it was a dedicated one.
1506  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: New to signature campaigns, questions. on: October 14, 2020, 08:48:20 AM
Majority said that this shouldnt be treated as a job but majority of campaigners are indeed treating this activity to be one.Yes, you earn pennies or small bucks
but you dont know on how much it means to those people who lived in poor countries but i do really agree that it shouldnt really be a thing to be relied on because
campaigns doesnt really last long just like on having a day stable job.
Exactly, some are treating it a job but the truth is we cannot rely fully on signature campaign and consider this as our full time job. We need to secure our future, and lurking in the internet for signature campaign is not worthy since you only earn a limited reward and it's also uncertain as you might have a campaign now but you can't be sure you still have in the future.
I really don't even know why someone treats signature campaigns as a job. It's just a rewarding thing for users who usually post here. Btw at some point I agree with you, if there were a people from poor countries back in 2016-2017 when signature campaigns were paying higher rewards in bitcoin and those people were just collecting it, then in just one year they could have very solid profit, even still compared to those who live in rich countries. For example, FJ was paying 0.04 btc a week + bonus 0.04 btc on fourth week, totally 0.2 btc in a month. In one year it would be 2.4 bitcoin and if we admit that they would sell their bitcoins when price was 15K or 20K, then they would really see decent profit.
1507  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government can seize company reserve Bitcoin? on: October 14, 2020, 08:23:49 AM
About the recent trend on Bitcoin which some companies started to buy Bitcoins and make it as the company's reserve. Recent was the Square company.

So my purpose of this thread is to talk about the companies that have Bitcoin as company reserve.

Is the government can seize or they have the right for those Bitcoins they bought? If ever there will be some serious violations on the low for any companies that owns Bitcoin as company reserve?

Here, we can see some of the companies that already owned Bitcoin : Bitcoin Treasuries in Publicly Traded Companies
I can't tell you 100% exact answer but to my mind Governments have right to seize anything but according to situation and necessarity. If someone got money in illegal ways, then bitcoin can seize it and there were such moments back when darknets were a new thing (if I amn't mistaken). Also, if someone sends bitcoin in last seconds on burn address or on address that doesn't exist, then governments can do nothing, those coins are really seized automatically.
There is nothing wrong in fact if company owns reserves in bitcoin. Doesn't Bitmain and Bitfury own reserves in BTC? It's not a problem for government and they can't judge any company for this reason or at first they have to change the laws.
1508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: October 13, 2020, 07:19:18 PM
Maybe people talk like that, but in my opinion Barca has a much stronger team than Real, Ansu Fati provides great games, Griezman has yet to show what he knows and with Messi it is an amazing trio with having Coutinho as an assistant, Real struggled a lot previous the game may be a good environment and defense, but they are hampered by the attack.
Much stronger?! I disagree if you state "much stronger", how can? Real Madrid also has good players and they are possible to win el Classico. For me, Barca only has Messi in the front line as the most effective striker after Suarez leaves. While Real Madrid has no big difference in their main players. Both Barca and Real Madrid have the same chance to win in el Classico. Don't underestimate Real Madrid, they the winner last season, right?  Wink

Despite the fact that I am a fan of Barcelona, I admit that Barca isn't as great as it was at past. Right now, whole team has a hope of Koeman. This man gives huge hopes and previous matches weren't bad but who knows, future is here. But I don't know why he decided that Suarez wasn't a good candidate and necessary player for team because according to statistics, he is just amazing and Messi and him play very well together. Griezmann seems to be just in stuck, he is amazing player but plays on a lowest level in Barcelona, seems he can't suit to Barcelona but Koeman seems trust him and has his hope.
And Real Madrid? They are doing great but time will tell us what will happen, Barcelona is building from zero right now, will it end up as Phoenix? Who knows...
1509  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin and taxes buying goods and items with btc tax free on: October 13, 2020, 06:38:34 PM
so how about taxes you have to pay from btc ?

and is buying goods and items with btc is to way to cash out your crypto tax free?

I don't understand at all what you mean. If you officially get salary in Bitcoin, then you have to pay taxes and buying goods have nothing to do with it. Also, if you live in a country where income from other countries doesn't get tax, then you can feel free. In any way, there is no need to be that official in everything. You got bitcoin, how will someone come with you and ask, why don't you pay taxes? I mean if you are just an individual person. But if you are a company or really get salary in bitcoin, then you have to pay taxes. In some countries this tax subject is very complex but in some - you have to pay % of bitcoin converted into USD from the moment you received it.
1510  Other / Meta / Re: is bitcointalk have competation going on ? who makes most dump topic? on: October 13, 2020, 06:15:24 PM
suchmoon
I love you, you just said what I wanted to say. OP is definitely in "competation" but wants to move in "competition". His grammar is into "competation" too: "is the bitcoin talk have". Yes OP, you can "pariticapte" in this "competation". I don't know what's the reward, but there was an idea on bitcointalk to give some badges to users as they deserve and maybe you'll get that badge. Btw you are a very competitive person (don't stop, have a snickers).

Btw what kind of sins do bitcointalk members have that there are created threads like this? Finally, what's the point? Okey, let's be hilarious (and co will come Cheesy) and create this thread, then? What? What did you do right now? What do you think, what did you achieve? With this thread and your writing skills, you just proved that you are the most competitive one in task where you are hilarious on others.
1511  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Lamborghini Giveaway! 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🥊 🎲 on: October 13, 2020, 12:38:58 PM
Can someone who represents Stake clarify whether  the URL stake.games is officially run by Stake or if a third party is running it? If someone else not affiliated with Stake is running this domain then it's not safe to use it as hackers could steal our login information.
I asked live support and they confirmed that it's their domain. Also, registered on stake.games and login with that account details on stake.com and it succeed, so it's 100% their.

~snip~
It fully depends on our luck. And these kind of thing happens for our mentality. After making a deposit we put much pressure in our brain and mind. We try to play more safely so that we won't bust our deposit. And when it comes to free money we take it easy, play with fun without any fear. For this we can make good amount from small reload/bonus sometime. I have experienced it too.

The 30 Billionth bet is knocking at the door. Let's have a try to win it guys
Mental state plays major role there. When you deposit and play with your money, you are more anxious and nervoes, are afraid of losing and trying your best to profit, however, opposite happens. That's because we play with strategy against something that needs to play with luck. When we play with free money, we are more relaxed and don't care about whether we will win or not and don't plan different strategies and etc, most likely we just follow luck and not strategy.
1512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting small amounts on a lot of matches or big amount on couple of matches? on: October 13, 2020, 11:45:28 AM
Betting on small amounts is a waste of time and probably will make you nervous:
Okey, let's imagine:
FC Barcelona VS Arsenal - 1 win - 1.50x
Real Madrid VS Atletico Madrid - 1 win - 1.95x
Bayern VS Liverpool - 1 win - 1.45x

If you bet on each of them and you succeed, you have to bet, for example $1 on each of them = $3 and you'll win $4.9 = $1.9 pure profit.
But if you beat on all of them together, for example $1, then your total win will be - $4.24 = $3.24 pure profit.

Now, you can also calculate what happens if one or two or three match fails, you lose 1, 2 and 3 USD and won't profit much even if one match fails but if any match fails in second case, you get nothing too. That's why I think it's better to bet couple of matches where you are 100% sure rather than bet small amounts on a lot of matches, you'll lose much this way.
1513  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: FREE advice for exchanges to make crypto trading easier on: October 13, 2020, 09:51:44 AM
FREE advice for exchanges to make crypto trading easier

It is a FREE advice for exchanges to make crypto trading easier, I just noticed that people get confused because they do not understand bitcoin, Many newbies get confused when they see the cryptocurrency price in usd or btc because USD and BTC are not their local currencies, furthermore there is a trading fee applied to each trade thats why they many time lose money during trade because most of their profit deducted by trading fee. The easiest way to offer them a better fix is that that  crypto exchanges must show the current token/coin price in their local currency and also show them that how much money or trading fee will be charged from them in their local currencies, if that happens then many newbies will welcome bitcoin trading and most of them will not lose most of their trades. They know that trading is a thing which need to be learned first but if this technique applied by the exchanges then most of the people will avoid their hesitation to join crytptocurrency trading.
In any way, bitcoin's price is determined in USD. When you say that people should see bitcoin's price in their national currency, I want to remind you that in such cases, for example if you live in Russia and use RUB, then exchange may show you price that will be converted into USD -> RUB and this convert takes some fees, that's why they show you price in USD because it's like a global currency and price is shown in it. If you choose national currency, then you have to keep in mind that convert from USD to national currency isn't free service. Finally, it's like double trading.
And believe me, exchanges have some experts and analysts that research a lot of things and make changes according to statistics.
1514  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅ DuckDice.io 🎲 Faucet 🎲 Rainbot 🎲 Jackpot 🎲 Wagering Contest 🎲 1%Edge 🎲 on: October 13, 2020, 09:30:53 AM
Regarding the negative (historical) trust, unfortunately for us, there is no formal way on bitcointalk to open a dispute or request re-evaluation. One person who have rated us negatively passed away (RIP) and the rest are either inactive or do not reply. So, looks like we will have to keep moving with it and just keep up with hard and decent work.

And regarding small races - yes, the prize pool is small atm, but we will change it soon, and for those who want easy (although smallish) win now - welcome. But be sure we will make our $500+ Races regular.
The same applies to sportsbet.io account, despite the fact that past is past and that company has enormously changed, they still carry Zepher's negative trust. Btw what you luck is more trust on your profile that's oriented on your gambling products, just see trust profile of other casino representatives here and you'll understand what I mean. Those negative trusts doesn't play too much role right now because as you see, some of them are turned into neutral and this messages users that past is past and this company has changed too. Just keep up doing the work and do your best to gain higher positions and be great in your niche. Trust will come automatically and people will ignore old ones, I think they ignore them too and that's a reason why this casino is more alive than others.
1515  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Balance on Exchanges Reducing on: October 13, 2020, 09:12:09 AM
The most curious thing is that exchanges suggest people to keep their bitcoin here instead of own wallets because they are more secure and safe but the hilarious is that after stating such proposal by the CEO of Binance, this exchange was hacked after 1-2 months if I amn't mistaken.
It's good that people prefer to keep their bitcoins in their own wallet instead of exchanges. I think this behavior can be a signal that people are expecting bitcoin's price to rise and want to keep their funds more secure right now. Maybe this opinion is illogical but personally I find some logic in it. When something is valuable or you think will become valuable, then you take care of it more seriously.
1516  Other / Meta / Re: Duplicate of Bitcointalk on: October 13, 2020, 08:49:38 AM
So, someone wrote a scrapper and is gonna copy whole bitcointalk?
I highly doubt this website will be used for phishing purposes because even domain name isn't good for that. Maybe this website is gonna keep all the information that will be posted here and keep it even in case if something gets deleted by moderator or removed by a user, a tool similar of Loycev's but in live action via form of bitcointalk. Seems they put original links for bitcoin client download. But I don't understand why there is numeration changed on Marketplace section.
I don't know what to say but it's clear that everyone just F*cks this forum and I don't understand what the hell they want from it.
1517  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic: good for the bitcoin market or bad? on: October 12, 2020, 07:24:30 PM
Good day,
forgive a newbie question please. I am new on the bitcoin scene and I am also pretty fresh in economics. I am learning, I suppose that is what I wanted to say. I was an ignorant for a way to long and now I trying to gain knowledge to be a little wiser. I got a bit lost because of the pandemic and I wonder is it good to invest in bitcoin and stock market nowadays or should I wait and see what is the market response going to be. I was pretty sure I got a hang of it but the situation changes so dynamically that it is hard for me to follow.
If you see the charts and statistics, it clearly states that despite the pandemic, bitcoin didn't fall but continue to be stable and rise at the same time. So, I have no idea for what you have to wait to see? In any case, pandemic can't be considered as a good time for anything, even for bitcoin because there were a lot of bitcoin holders who had to sell bitcoin because they needed fiat or just money when they left out of income. We don't even know what would happen without pandemic, maybe we would see higher rise in price? Who knows...
1518  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin truly moving forward? on: October 12, 2020, 06:45:51 PM
Sometimes I do notice that bitcoin experience some issues while increasing in value, Bitcoin have increased to $15,000 $20,00. Now we find bitcoin going low, Now I want us to understand no matter how dollar fall it can be as bitcoin, What is the solution of getting this solved?,if bitcoin is Depreciating in value let it not be much, because the falling of bitcoin really scare people away. Would you be happy if you purchase bitcoin worth $15,000 and in the next few months bitcoin is $5,000, would you be happy?. Let look into this and stop deceiving ourselves buy saying we are Investors, Gold investors don’t experience this at all, if bitcoin we go forward then we most know our stand.
Gold investors don't experience that kind of high reward, right? In bitcoin, there is high reward and high risk. Other correlation doesn't exist in this world.
Btw why do you say that now we find bitcoin going low? If you look at coindesk or check price on any other website, you'll clearly see that bitcoin rises, especially right now, after 8 october.
You can use bitcoin for two reasons: 1. Investment 2. Usage
For investment, price matters the most but for those who use it for transactions and etc, price doesn't matter if they buy it with USD when they need it.
1519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports Betting vs Real "Sports Feelings" on: October 12, 2020, 04:05:37 PM
I feel you. Some people are seeing sports betting as a job or as an investment rather than something to be enjoyed. I know a few people who are not really die-hard fans of the game but shell out huge amounts of money when the odds are good for a hyped match. They enjoy the aspect of 'winning' the bet, but not the sport itself since that's what they only wanted after all and I think that is okay. Not everyone has the same taste and preference when it comes to sports and entertainment,

As for the favorites, I sometimes feel conflicted whenever my favorites are against a much better opponent in terms of stats and recent performance. Betting against my favorite team does not mean 'betrayal' in any way, or something that should deeply be concerned about--at least for me. I still bet on enemy teams if the chances of winning and the returns are quite good. I can still support my teams in some other ways, so I guess it's not really that bad if I choose another team to take my bet on.
Usually, when people bet and time comes to their favourite one(s), they bet on their winning or if they doubt about it, then there are corners, red/yellow cards, offsides and other options. On another hand, people usually bet on teams that they think will win the certain match and in this case it happens like they are on their side on certain moments and that's pretty normal.
If it comes to club, my favourite in soccer is FC Barcelona and to be fair right now, it's because of Messi. That's the player that I appreciate the most and whenever he goes, I'll be a fun of that club.
Otherwise, my favourites are Liverpool, Arsenal in Premier League, but I especially love Liverpool.

Bitcoin Not User Friendly Yet

Hello everyone. For all of us who are very pro Bitcoin and other crypto.
We all look to the day that more people use it and accept it as daily use.

However we are far from that. One thing that I am finding is Bitcoin is still not user friendly enough.
Many people even who are young like 25 and under and even over 25 etc. Are not tech knowledge or financial educated enough to understand.

I am thinking that even the apps out there are still confusing for people to use.
Sure many people may own a mobile phone but many do not understand how they work.

Therefore many people do not understand Bitcoin and seems too complicated still.

What are 5 things you think are needed to make Bitcoin more easy for people to use.

More less they can use and move Bitcoin without really being mindful of what they are doing in a transaction.

Thoughts
Are you seriously saying that? From personal experience, young people, especially under 25 know a lot about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies than people with higher age so young generation is more educated around it.

There is nothing difficult in using bitcoin and crypto wallets apps, for example blockchain.com's wallet is as easy as ABC to use. Some people don't even know what is playstore and how to download from it, so...

Bitcoin is easy to use, problem is that it's not massively adopted and isn't as fast as visa/master card payments if you don't own card that automatically converts bitcoin into USD. If you want to pay manually from your wallet, then it's time consuming.
