2441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any Crypto with stable change and good trading volume? on: October 17, 2020, 10:24:38 AM
Bitcoin is the best option. Trading bitcoin will always generate profit for you.
Suggesting trading in BTC is fine but at least stay relevant to the topic because he is not seeking trading advice here.

It is both stable and having high volume.
You can't call BTC as stable in my opinion because you either don't know the concept of stable coin or you must be kidding.

If you are scared of the low volatile, you can choose margin trading in order to leverage your profit. I suggest trading on Binance terminal. They have an undeniably advanced platform
He on the contrary needs a coin with minimal volatility such that the price does not fluctuate too much.

Please have a read of the OP and try to stay relevant because you seem to be giving advice out of nowhere and didn't even read the question he was asking I feel. Respect your opinion and I have no personal issues but really your post was all out of the place.
2442  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC - What next? on: October 16, 2020, 05:58:06 PM
Bitcoin has recognized as a currency in many countries and now its the most liquid and widely accepted currency in the world, however a lot of Investors are eagerly waiting to see a big change this year and predictions are coming in loads unfortunately the reality is different here.

Well the above resistance shows the price may go down but I don't think it will happen as we already in the last quarter of the year I am sure the price will slowly go upfront and boom the market.
We can't say bitcoin is the most liquid and widely accepted currency in the world when there is obvious real answer of US dollars, or even euro could be accepted everywhere, gold is an asset but not a currency but widely used everywhere.

So, I could say that world is at a place where we could name a lot of stuff that is more widely used than bitcoin by far, bitcoin is just starting now and it is not anywhere near where it could be in the future, of course there are times when we can do it, of course we are going to be able to call bitcoin the most widely used currency one day, but that is not today, that requires a lot of time and money to reach there and we do not have that just now.

After maybe 10-20 more years bitcoin could be standard currency for foreign money exchanges, instead of changing fiat to fiat everyone could get bitcoin and move anywhere in the world to spend it without having to use their fiat, just not now.

Then I will tell you, why are you here? Since you know you can't get customers from Bitcointalk, why are you here for marketing? Your own excessive attitude will make people think something bad about you. You have shown your inexperience by trying to prove yourself more experienced.
Yeah, sounds confusing because if you are making a thread on a forum then surely you want to grab traffic and then they say they don't believe they would be able to gather enough attention.

Your ANN thread proves how inexperienced you are, team that can't design an ann well, they expect to get a lot of players! As a result of your low quality marketing, you will not get traffic from any platform.
Inexperience is the right word I agree because I couldn't find any scam reports about them which means there is a clear lack of intent from their marketing team which has caused such a dull and tame working of a casino and makes me feel even weird when they rudely reply to suggestions which are been provided by the players here.

The members of Bitcointalk are very clever, they don't pay attention to any low quality things. Grin
If they do at times though that is because of promotions which they won't find it here  Roll Eyes.
2444  Economy / Gambling / Re: ➫ ➬ ➫ ➬ LUCKYB.IT ★★★ The legend is back! ★★★ Bigger and better than ever! ★★★ on: October 14, 2020, 11:55:30 AM
It is interesting to see and know that more and more people are playing LuckyBit, even if they say that they only have two games so far, this is not a barrier for other gamblers to enjoy it as well.  This is the big advantage of this gambling site to others, to offer non-deductible transaction upon request of withdrawal.

I made a few deposits and withdrawals here but I did not experience any problems such as canceling the request even though I only used a mobile device.  But when you play, I recommend you play it on the desktop so that you feel more comfortable and you can play it better.
I used to play a lot on luckybit and I don't know what happened but I somehow stopped gambling for a long time and now as I see luckybit I feel so great because it was luckybit who introduced the real game which is now being offered on many casinos by names like Plinko. I remember having so many friends there and I will play again tonight and hope to catch some of them as I play tonight and by the way the design is way better now than it was earlier when I used to play.

I love the fact that the chat still looks same haha I just love that feel and makes me recall my old days when I used to bet a lot and had a lot of bitcoins in hand and now after I have stopped gambling I will at least play once tonight to recall my old days for sure.

Hello hugeblack,

We like the designs of 'Despairo', 'examplens' and 'notblox1'. We approve any of them. Design of 'darewaller' is also good, but the problem is that his logo is less readable.

Cheers,
BestChange
I really understand the change you suggested because the logo of bestchange was not 100% visible and I realized it after you pointed that out.

I was working on it and finally was able to come up with a design that shows logo as well. Please check the avatar and if still any room for improvement I would be glad to do it. Was a fun thing to take part in and hope you like it.

2446  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: October 13, 2020, 04:43:11 AM
when you are playing on top sportsbook at the moment like sportsbet, nitrogen etc. but its up to them if they will add it up but i agree on Haunebu that it isnt really that needed just because people will simply
go and search up for better bookies than on playing directly on a site that they've been hanging out just only for casino games.
Are you kidding me mate? You say the best sportsbook at the moment and then you name nitrogensports? They are having a whole world of problems and I guess you are not aware of what's going in the market right now because everyone knows how terrible it is going on for nitrogensports as you might also check here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=88706

I would always recommend the other sportsbook you named - sportsbet.io who are always clean and safe and I am hoping that Roobet comes up with a similar kind of sportsbook and establish as a new giant now as we see that nitrogen has his own problems we need a new leader in the market.
2447  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where to generate leads on early investors for a gaming/casino blockchain? on: October 12, 2020, 08:38:45 PM
Someone recommended that you go with an ICO, but do you have any funding enough to carry you with that and properly promote your project? Maybe ICO would be a good idea to get funding for your business, but you should first understand how it works and also know if it’s legal in your country, before you go ahead.

You can still search for private funding, because the best you might get in this forum is just ideas, and I don’t know if you will get investors. There are other means you can try, maybe by using platforms such as Medium, Twitter, and other social media platforms to push the project and try to get investors I guess.
2448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Name really matter in crypto? on: October 12, 2020, 08:04:29 PM
if you want to take advantage of the incident at that time it will be of little use, for example when the corona pandemic appears and starts to go viral, some projects make names with corona hoping to get the fomo of that name, but because they do not have real development, the project is not used or does not last.
Yes they might want to take the rub off effect from from such situations but in the long run they look idiotic because no one would be remembering the virus after two years and what sounds good now might look horrible later.

I have often seen projects trying to gain sympathy and awareness by picking such names but really if the coin or token they are building around has has no solidity then all these stunts are not worth it. Imagine if Eth was named corona lol Grin.

Over all, name is nothing just a word, but some cases it depends.
True and even a bad named token/coin can be popular if they have a good value and solid plans behind it.
2449  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe NBA is rigged? on: October 12, 2020, 06:35:30 PM
That is a lot of money for the referee. But as I said, the human will never satisfy with that, and they will use the other way to get more money.
True that and the fact that no one wants to miss an opportunity to make more money even if it comes through rough or illegal means.

Quote
But I think that will not make sense if the referee manipulates the match because they are bond with the rule, and if they do that, I think they can get fired by the association.
I am quite sure there have been instances in past like referee Tim Donaghy was found to be involved in match fixing and there was another Tim who used to give some baseless and useless foul calls while there were time when he would miss obvious fouls.

Quote
The income between the referee and the player will be different because the player is a star at the stadium.
And when the referee knows that they have a chance to influence the game studded with so many star players they feel like they are real deal and actually not always rigged but sometimes ego problems are there too. James harden recently spoke about this problem as he has never won in like 7-8 matches when the referee is officiating. I am talking about Scott Foster if you wonder.

2451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you determine if an altcoin is worth investing in? on: October 11, 2020, 01:32:37 PM
Another basis that I'm using although this isn't important is if the altcoin is eligible for staking or not. I often hold altcoins for years and staking will give me at least some profits while holding it. Its like dividends in the stock market Cheesy.
But that said, staking coins also need to have a solid plan because staking of coins often brings the price for the coin down so you have to be very careful, I mean if the value of the coin decreases by 10% and you earn like 8% staking rewards per year then you are actually in loss while you have more coins but the value of the coins is actually low. This has happened with me a lot of times where I believe I have more coins than before but the actual value was actually going down.

One is how long the altcoin has been there already. I mean is that if an altcoin is there for a long time already, it has many developments already and it is trusted by many people so there is very low to no chance that the coin will drop to zero or at least will become a scam coin in the future.
Right but the problem is these coins will never jump too high being so long in the market they have a solid market cap and even if a massive development or work is done around the coin still the price will only increase by a slight margin. But yes the price won't go down either like you mentioned so it is for people who want to invest safe.
2452  Economy / Gambling / Re: GoodLuckMate - Bitcoin Casino Reviews You Can Trust on: October 11, 2020, 08:50:13 AM
Hi, we just launched a new crypto casino at vervecasino.com

Would you be interested in reviewing?
I really like your platform and provides some good data and reviews but please be careful when you allow reviews from players because these kind of reviews can be paid at times and it is not new to anyone how paid reviews work. Please make sure you moderate the reviews left by users and make sure that a single user cannot leave multiple feedbacks from the same IP address.

For example I was reading here - https://goodluckmate.com/casino/vegaz-casino#vegaz-casino-reviews-by-players and while I am not sure if the casino is good or not but the reviews left by players are both from same country (flag) which might mean that there are same people leaving multiple review so please keep an eye on this.
2453  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅ DuckDice.io 🎲 Faucet 🎲 Rainbot 🎲 Jackpot 🎲 Wagering Contest 🎲 1%Edge 🎲 on: October 11, 2020, 05:01:19 AM
I just joined, and I noticed that yesterday's Sniper race had only 26 participants and a $50 prize pool. The top better made off with $20. Second highest got $12.5, third $10.

Are all sniper races like this? With only a small number of participants competing to collect $50? I had expected to be hundreds of users joining like in other casinos. So maybe a $50 pool looks too small to them?

It's worth nothing that all the winners wagered more than 10 times the winnings they got. Still, $50 feels quite small.
They actually have a bad trust and I am not saying Duckdice is scam or anything because I have played in past and got paid properly when I withdrew my money but that said a lot of players and big gamblers avoid using the casino for that reason. I feel like if only duckdice could clear their image somehow they would had a lot more users and I remember when it first came into existence a lot of users were there at least when I used to play there were large number of bets happening all the time.

I just checked and it shows they have 500+  online which is actually pretty huge because stake as a huge casino and sportsbook has on average 1800 online which means there is not a huge discrepancy given they have sportsbook too.
2454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to cancel transaction on ETH network? on: October 10, 2020, 07:18:03 PM
Do a self-transaction of 0 ETH with higher fees than previous one to your address with same nonce.
Previous one will be become invalid. Next one will be executed. Thus you can cancel your pending transaction.
Thanks and good information in this thread for someone new to these technical aspects because it can greatly help when the network is busy and transactions are being held up un-confirmed for hours and even days at times.

I would love to know if there is any similar way to cancel bitcoins transactions as well and if there exists a link to all these transaction related deep facts like until today I was not aware of this method of cancelling the transactions but now that I know this will help a lot because at times when making small transactions I am often stuck with unconfirmed transactions and used to wait hours for confirmation. Thank you for the replies, along with OP his helped me too quite a lot.
2455  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency Adoption: A Breakthrough? on: October 09, 2020, 06:50:28 PM
The adoption has been increasing ,and that’s really good for our community and the market, it’s what we have all wished for right from the beginning. As for the increase in price, Bitcoin is an asset and I have never expected the dollar or should I say fiat as a whole to have more value than it.

It’s just like buying a land property; a land I bought years back has been increasing in value, and in years coming I believe that it will continue to be worth more, that’s just how I see it, assets are meant to keep going up in value. It has been the same for other assets as well like Gold, diamond and the rest of them. Sometimes there are events that will take place and crash their value, after that they will still go up.
2456  Economy / Economics / Re: How freelancing websites killed design and developement bussinesses ... on: October 09, 2020, 05:34:31 PM
I don’t think this is something you should worry yourself much about, it’s best that you focus on making your job great. They might charge low prices but that doesn’t mean they will offer the same quality of work you will be able to offer (that’s if you really know what you’re doing).

I think another thing is the way your present yourself , just like some guys in my street would say – it’s all about packaging lol. As for the fees that these freelancing platforms are charging, maybe it’s best that you move your business to somewhere else, you can check out LinkedIn, there are lots of remote jobs that are being posted there, even freelancing jobs.
2457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: THE MOST PAINFUL DAY IN MY BETTING CAREER on: October 09, 2020, 03:43:45 PM
This has happened with me a lot of times where I loose a parlay just because of a single bet and I suggest you to use sportsbet.io multi insurance where if your bet looses by a single leg you get some free bet from them.

To be honest if that happens with me where all the legs of my parlay are won and the last one remaining is now going to start, I always bet a good amount on the opposite side of the bet to ensure I always remain in profit, like if I have bet over 1.5 then I will pick under 1.5 as a single bet and make sure I am winning either ways. Sometimes when we win so many legs of the parlay we feel like we are surely going to win which is a poor mentality because it is not easy to win a 10-11 leg parlay and odds can be deceptive.
2458  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do they use our computers for CPU mining? on: October 09, 2020, 03:11:26 PM
No one can use your PC for mining purposes because for mining you need to setup files and programs and there is no way they can do that remotely without even you knowing about it. The reason for heating might be because of the automated betting the system makes a lot of bets in a short amount of time and the website gets clogged up on your end because the PC is not able to handle the speed and the rapid bets being made.

I am saying this because I myself do a lot of automated betting on bitsler, primedice and a lot more casinos and I never felt like my laptop is heating up or even having any impact of betting at all. Maybe you need a better graphic card and clear cache while if it still happens try to get a new RAM maybe.

Also since I use windows I might not be 100% sure how ubuntu works.
2459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fake token on swap platform on: October 07, 2020, 08:29:03 PM
There will be a ton of these, the vetting process is not big at all which causes a lot of scams and fakes to be listed there and it causes people to fall in thinking it is a legit coin which causes people to lose money and someone else to take profit. This is not really a new thing because it has been around for a long time and people have done this for a long period of time. There has been fake coins in regular cex listed as well and it isn't the first time this happens.

However there is a solution to this as well, if you want to use an exchange do not use everything you find, people are a bit idiotic that way because they believe into every single exchange and that causes people to just lose, but if you pick a great exchange like binance you will never be faked.
2460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is UniSwap the most powerful in the Defi market? on: October 07, 2020, 04:03:33 AM
It was already making coinbase equivalent volume even without launch of uni token, any token can be traded there as long as they are unlocked, and tons of ethereum tokens are created daily. I believe it gonna go further even more when ethereum fees lessens a bit with launch of ethereum 2.
the obstacle for traders at Uniswap is that the fee is too large. requires large capital to be able to trade there. I don't think that's the problem with the ethereum network. However, the fees charged by Uniswap are already high. there may be a reduction in the future when the ethereum network is fully adapted.
That is right and actually people were glad that the high fees they had to pay for trading at uniswap was covered by the airdrop they did and now everyone is happy but the true fact that the exchange fees is abnormally high still remains and hurts traders. I mean yes it feels good people got some hefty amount of coins for free but the basic problem of trading fees/transaction fees still remains and they need to work on it if possible.

But all those being said, a decentralized exchange as smooth and transparent as ever has every chance to become the largest exchange if not already and perform good just the fees issue needs to be looked upon and fixed asap.
