1741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Doge is to hold should not be trading on: May 13, 2021, 07:41:39 PM
I strongly believe Doge will be a sustainable incremental coin, with the help of Tesla.
As much as Elon Musk is pumping the dogecoin he fails to explain what benefits dogecoin offers above other cryptocurrencies because while other blockchains like ethereum and Polkadot and even BNB solves a problem, dogecoin is just a coin with literally no use in the real world.

I believe in the management of Elon Musk, the number 1 billionaire in the world.
But, he doesn't manage dogecoin, he just likes the coin and is pumping it without any real motive.

Do you guys agree with me that Doge is the world's largest community-owned coin. And the US and EU communities are very fond of Doge
No, I don't agree and feel like laughing at this instead. Being fond of something doesn't make it a worthy investment either, I like to eat chocolates doesn't mean I should start investing and holding them.
1742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Convert tokens to prominent currencies than holding them forever on: May 13, 2021, 07:22:13 PM
If your token is 30c a piece at $400 eth price then convert that to ether asap. Ether has more chance to rise in future than your random shit coin. Ok, it might not go dead but it would stay at same usd price or few x in usd while multiple times low in ethereum denomination because ether has rose a lot.

If that makes sense?
Yeah you're right, most of my investment is in prominent coins and not really some low coins that nobody knows about. I don't just jump into any coin that I see, I always make sure to take my time before investing in any coin or project at all, because it's really important to make that decision. Then most of these low coins are not worth it at the end, because they mostly end up going nowhere at all, so I don't really like them.

And one thing that can stop some people from swapping is when they check the fees they will encounter when going through the process of swapping those coins, they get discouraged and just decide to hold it till it increases in value. That's why people to be having those thoughts first before they start investing in any coin at all.
1743  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders Don't easily lend out money. on: May 13, 2021, 06:35:18 PM
If you happen to be an active trader or know people that trade actively, you will notice that traders do not easily give out money ( i.e lend out money) not because they don't have to give but because their capital is actively and most times always involved a trade.
That's right but most of the time it is because of the lack of trust in our crypto market and the nature of cryptocurrencies. I mean if you visit the lending section once, you will realize how high the interest borrowers often pay to lenders because getting loan is hard and the lender is taking quite a risk particularly when lending without collateral.

Work for your own money, nobody owes you anything.
My logic in such situations is simple. If someone is paying higher interest than my own ROI from my trading then I have no problem giving them the loan but not without some kind of guarantee, collateral or assurance in writing.
1744  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: beginner trader: Are trading signals and bots worth it? on: May 12, 2021, 09:20:04 PM
I think trading as a newbie should be very important first and try to study trading very well because newbie traders always trade wrong and they always try to make a profit. The biggest problem is here. When they open multiple trades without realizing trading in the hope of making huge profits they lose the most in those trades. beginner trader make more mistakes such as trying to start trading with a signal from someone else without predicting themselves.
As a starter, there is no shame in looking at groups and channels for some tips and signals but over time we must learn to analyze the market ourselves and predict the movement roughly. But, unfortunately people even after gaining experience in trading still prefer to make use of bots and signals which must be shameful act in my opinion.

Because, they refuse to make useful technical analysis or refusing to develop those skills which are helping to do technical analysis. Overall, if you are newbie then you are good to go with bots and buying signals from others.
1745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Multi-coin wallets? on: May 12, 2021, 08:58:04 PM
I'm buying a bunch of miners this week for ETC, BTC, SIA and in the near future DOGE/LTC and KDA.
First of all, good luck with mining.

I want to have 1 wallet that can hold them all, versus a brokerage. Can anyone recommend the best one for this? Also, do I need to create addresses separately for each of these, or will these apps do it for me?
I might sound time consuming and boring but please DON'T use a single wallet for all the coins because of the hack reasons and even if you do use a single wallet for all the coins, make sure it is not centralized. I used to keep a lot of coins in cryptopia and I learned my lesson at a heavy cost, I don't want you to suffer the same fate.

I looked up HyperPay, which seemed good, but then there were a ton of bad reviews for it.
I am not sure which coins they accept right now but Exodus is a good one, I used them in past and from what I heard thy give full access to coins. But please do the research before using any wallet.
1746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins or Tokens with a good potential like SHIBA INU. on: May 12, 2021, 08:24:27 PM
Can anyone introduce some coins or tokens with a good potential like SHIBA INU?
In the last 24h, that token increased about 468.20%.
I am not sure whether you just asked this question to shill for Shib token or you are actually interested because your question starts with an assumption like Shib is already a successful coin, but in reality, it is still being hyped with no real use yet.

I would be extremely careful when investing in coins like this because while a lot of hype has been created around it and even a large number of holders are there but I am yet to know what it is actually going to do. Just because it is cheap doesn't mean it will roll over other coins, it is cheap because it has a gigantic supply beyond any coins I have ever seen or heard of.

be very careful when you invest in these new tokens, dogecoin gained so much success because Elon was pumping it obviously but I am not sure who is behind this Shib token.
1747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Most Important To Creating A Successful Cryptocurrency on: May 12, 2021, 07:46:20 PM
it is true that to make a successful project requires trusted people and a good concept in it so that many investors will be attracted to participate in it. if the project is good then the coins/tokens issued will also have good prospects. some coins were already launched at a good value, but there were also many coins that had to be stored first and even took a long time to reach the highest price.
Having a good team is important because otherwise no matter how great the project is, there won't be enough eyeballs on your project until someone advertises it. Apart from the team, the most important thing for any upcoming project is what problem it solves and whether the problem actually exists in first place.

Once those two things are sorted, then there are things like how much the supply is going to be and how much pre-mine, sales and what percentage of coins are being given in bounties. I know it might sound childish but spending too many tokens for the bounty brings the value of the coin down in its early days of exchange listing and takes a long time to recover, which no investor wants to happen.
1748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Remember: Dogecoin [DOGE] is not capped! on: May 12, 2021, 07:17:37 PM
I had thought it has a cap, not having cap is dangerous. DOGecoin should be improved upon so some project could be integrated in it ecosystem instead of solving no problem but just based on Meme.
People don't really care whether a coin has a cap or not they are just flowing with the wind that is Elon musk and I would say they aren't wrong either because so far the coin has moved upwards and everyone who invested in dogecoin at almost any value has benefited only. There are investors who don't even know what is dogecoin and whether it has any benefit but they are buying it just because everyone else is doing that right now which is what makes the market bullish.

I have a feeling though that once the dump starts happening and whenever it happens, there will be a massacre in the market because no one really likes to hold this coin, trust me. Once the bear run starts it will just crush the market, mark my words.

I also made some profit with dogecoins but I will strictly advise against holding it any longer because now things are getting interesting since even Elon Musk's impact is coming to an end and his tweets don't pump it as much as they did before.
1749  Economy / Economics / Re: The Modern Mode of Payments on: May 12, 2021, 07:00:43 PM
Although that it will take a long time for this to happen, I can see that coming. Imagine that we don’t need physical bills and coins anymore because it contributes to the widespread of the virus. We can see that by just paying for transportation, foods and drinks in the resto, etc., we’re just using our mobile phones to scan QR codes for contactless transactions. This is definitely going to be amazing, but I don’t know when we could see that happen. Maybe in a few decades from now?
You are seeing the bright side of it but imagine in small countries where education is still a big factor and employment is killing them, how can you expect them to learn all these online payments and hassle? I mean yes there are benefits but small shops and local workers need a lot of education and practice to adopt this otherwise they will be a victim of online theft.

I have seen educated people getting scammed even today when everyone knows we must not give our card details and OTP to a stranger but this still happens and with the complete system moving to the internet there will be lots of thefts and the worst part of online scams is that these are not local thieves whom you can catch, they might be operating from a completely different country.
1750  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto vs Stocks on: May 12, 2021, 06:17:49 PM
People who don't want to be involved in too high a risk, of course, prefer stock investing as the first choice and for people who want to get rich quick and are ready to accept all risks, of course cryptocurrency investment is the main choice, but for me, stock investing is the main choice over crypto investing, because the legality is clear even though it is more stable
You're right being involved in crypto generally indicates someone is a riskier trader as compared to someone involved with the stock market, who is seen as a stable trader. But as someone who has done both, I can gladly say that even crypto has low risks if you invest and trade the right coins and coins with some face value and use-case.

Yes, trading crypto can be risky but that is if you are trading some relatively new and upcoming projects. If you invest in known coins with a solid market cap then almost never you will face a big drop in your portfolio because even in the worst times, the price of these top 20-50 coins hardly drops by much. I used to do margin trading with Bitcoins buying at a cheaper price and selling at a higher price, recently only I have started altcoins trading though because it was getting boring for me and trading isn't my primary source of income so I am looking at more potential gains.
1751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will dogecoin drop to $0.2 again? on: May 11, 2021, 09:21:12 PM
I see for now the market is still in a good condition and continues to increase, so I'm sure if the price of Dogecoin will be hard to get down at $0.2 again for now.
But as of today dogecoin market is not showing any big up surge but trading full day in sideways which may lead to either one like we may see another strong bull in coming days or sudden correction toward immediate support levels which may lead to falling around 400 satoshi levels. As of now both are having equal possibilities as trading volume is diminishing in most of reputed exchanges.

looking at the price today, can doge go to 20 cents or even 10 cents?
Anything seems possible as of today. We need to remember that any coin going up rapidly might fall more aggressively. So, being prepared will help to face any kind of situations too.
1752  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's the mechanism behind pumping? Profiting in both BTC & altcoin possible? on: May 11, 2021, 08:20:59 PM
it's really just a lot of people joining in on the Elon hype. It was shown to have quite a huge effect after all, so even those without any knowledge would at least know that Elon's influence onf the market is pretty good (at least on Doge's side). There's still a lot of factors involved if I do say so, but his influence is a major factor, but that doesn't mean that he's the only one in the market.
As lot of other people's are following what whales are doing, then probably it will be possible to get profits both in bitcoin and altcoins. Because, there is a big differences between individually pumping and bumping in group by inviting new investors on board. If we take Elon Musk's twitter part, then I guess profiting in BTC might have become possible.

As some people already mentioned above, the recent dogecoin's pumping has become as a natural one as a lot of people are participating into it. When a coin is "naturally" increasing then profiting in both BTC and on that coin will be easily possible.
1753  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Control your trading emotional outburst and get yourself together! on: May 11, 2021, 07:41:02 PM
We must have a strategy A and a strategy B, there must be a backup strategy to overcome any problems that do not go according to predictions.
Must be a valid suggestion, I definitely agree with this.

Usually I do have stoploss for all my trading because that is the only simple strategy B, I could have a right away when I am entering into any open position.

After opening a trade, I guess I'm not able to go for another complete different strategy to make another trade. Instead of keep trying within a day I will prefer taking a break so that I will come up with new ideas and all new strategy through different set of technical analysis which might be helping me to recover previous losses along with new profits.
1754  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you run when you fail or loose in a trade? on: May 11, 2021, 07:02:23 PM
Such a mindset is terrible. I know it's tough if we lose a lot, but we have to get back to trading fundamentals. do not always chase losses in trading. if something doesn't work out the way you planned, try going out, eating good food, exercising, relaxing and trying new strategies, I'm sure everything will get better
I believe permanently giving up might be a problem but if you're looking for short-term break then that should be appreciated in my opinion. Always not chasing the loss must be a good practice in trading; when we are agreeing to this point then we cannot blame traders who are taking break after a loss.

We need to remember that different trader are having different kind of approaches and strategies which will definitely lead them to approach market differently after a loss. This is the reason some people are running away for a short break after facing frustrations in crypto markets. Nothing wrong IMO Smiley.
1755  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not made to apply taxes on it - BTC economic model is different on: May 11, 2021, 05:15:02 PM
Bitcoin is not made to apply taxes on it as Bitcoins Economic model is different. If governments want to earn money through cryptocurrency, they must invest in it. It is upto governments to buy Crypto using their reserves and hold it instead of applying taxes as taxes cannot help much since there are privacy USDs.
What are privacy USDs? You mean privacy oriented coins to ensure about anonymity?

I agree governments must think about investing into cryptocurrencies if they want to make money from it but I do think taxes also will help them to make money. When you are even transacting P2P, for a product, if government is aware of production and sales of that product then either seller or buyer needs to pay tax for that. There are very less possibilities for governments to go unnoticing about the production of any goods.

So, government will definitely work on taxation for all bitcoin payments and they may or may not be showing interest on investing into bitcoins aside taxation.
1756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When Altseason ? on: May 11, 2021, 03:38:29 PM
we don't know how long the Bull run will continue because the market will definitely go down. Therefore, enjoy the present moment and take the opportunity to profit before the market undergoes a major correction.
Yes, right now we are into stronger bull run of altcoins hence expecting more intensive you bull run than what we are currently having might be ending up in big appointment only. Probably after bitcoin reaching its ATH and then staying stable for some time then altcoins may enter into another round of strong bull run. But, there will be no guarantee for that to happen hence just enjoying right now what we are having must be the best option in front of all altcoins investors.

At the same time, as per the last cycle of bitcoin and altcoins, we might have stronger altcoins' bull run until end of second quarter of 2022. So, there are a lot of possibilities to have another few bull runs for altcoins in coming months.
1757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I Wouldn't Invest $1 In Dogecoin And Here Are 10 Reasons Why on: May 11, 2021, 03:05:19 PM
There are a lot of other alt coins much safer and with a better image which can make you rich faster and easier than Dogecoin. You just have to use your mind. Doubling from 50 cents to $1 is not a spectacular gain after all.
I agree there are a lot of other opportunities are available but nothing has been backed up by billionaires. I mean you must need someone to pump your coin otherwise you will see your investments are going down in most cases. So, I believe there will be nothing wrong to go risking along with Elon Musk. Still it should be under  your affordable limits. Something is better than nothing is the policy I am going to follow for my dodgecoin investments.

When Dogecoin drops like crazy don't come here to cry, you've been warned.
Even bitcoin is facing 70% drop every four years so dogecoins cannot be an exception. If I am able to make some 2x to 5x return for my investment that would be more than enough for me, for risking in dodgecoins.
1758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt Coin Season is all year now? on: May 10, 2021, 09:33:01 PM
Goldman Sacks has a fund for its wealthy investors.

So, I see a lot of USA people coming into the market slowly for now and more as ETFs are approved.

To me this means that Alt season will be all year round for years to come.

In the longer term it could mean that less money goes into stocks.
I do agree that there will be less "people" that go into stocks, don't know about the money part though. The reason for that is simple, there are more people who are "not rich", obviously there are more people who are poor, but there are also less and less rich people as well, the top 1% is getting richer and richer which comes at the expense of people who were middle class, first it was below middle class that became about as poor as you can drop from there, still not poverty but poor, then middle class dropped significantly, and now a bit above middle class lives the life of below middle class of 20 years ago.

This means all these people could be getting into crypto and that is why "number of people" could increase in crypto a lot and decrease in stocks. However the top 1% is getting so insanely rich that "money" that goes into stocks could still keep going up.
1759  Economy / Economics / Re: If we have crypto Why people still buy stocks? on: May 10, 2021, 09:18:34 PM
What will happen if the price of the digital currency falls to zero? In the stock market there is a guarantee that the price does not fall to zero and that trading may be halted. cryptocurrencies may reach zero and no one will compensate you.
Even trading will be halted if that company goes bankrupted then you may need to bite the dust, there cannot be any exception. You are simply arguing for centralized/regulated things whereas crypto is pure form of decentralization. There should be many obvious advantages and disadvantages and we cannot do anything by comparing them still people who care about privacy and freedom choosing and enjoying cryptos over stocks.
That's correct and there are many other horrible stuff that could happen as well. I have seen companies bankrupt and that is the most known one, there is no guarantee how much you could lose from a company like that, there is no guarantee of income at all in stock market. However another bad thing that could happen would be a company doing something illegal, so in that case you get a penalty for shareholder as well, the company pays the fine but when they do, you lose as a shareholder, so for some board of directors accepting to do something illegal may result with you losing money, how is that fair?

In the end crypto is decentralized and only people who decide on the price are the people who buy and sell, there is no central organization that you tie your hopes to that could end up giving you any loss and I would rather let general population decide my faith than some board of directors.
1760  Economy / Speculation / Re: May 13th, Bitcoin will surge to $70k or it will be dump? on: May 09, 2021, 09:09:51 PM
Why the word dump when its good news if we have a confirmation that Alibaba really invest $20 billion why will it cost a big dump, it's a confirmation that Bitcoin has passed the bubble stage where many big companies and well known people consider it a bubble years ago, when all the big companies are confirming Bitcoin's existence then we are moving forward.
I think it is about "if this news is correct, people will buy more and if it is wrong, the ones who bought anticipating this will sell" type of situation. Basically there are some people who already bought because they believe that Alibaba bought 20 billion dollars worth of bitcoin, and some people are still uncertain about it and will decide depending on the news.

So, if the news is correct the undecided will buy as well and the ones that bought earlier will profit and the price will go up, however if the news is wrong that means undecided will not buy, so the earlier ones will not profit and they will sell as well so the price will go down. This is what is suggested but I do not think that its correct, I believe it is wrong, Alibaba most probably did not buy 20 billion dollars worth of bitcoin because if they did that, the price would have increase insanely high right away.
