That's a huge milestone. Congratulations to the winner "Milano2001". Missed the chance by small margin, wanted to win this. Hope will get a chance for the 6,000,000,000th bet.  Grin

Thanks Iram ! We still have this promotion which is running : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1763192.0

Good luck !

How's that possible I never heard of you before? xD
Seems like I was missing a freaking important gambling site then.
I'll have to try you, especially as the promotion is running. Did you also do that for the 1.000.000.000?

Too bad for you haha Wink we are running this promotion every billion bet. It is approximately one time a month since our servers update.

OMG ok not only for the "special numbers"! (you know what I mean, I don't know why but in human mind the 1.XXX and 5.XXX are numbers seen as different and more important than the others)
Well good to know. I'll be in the next one then for sure Wink

Isn't this casino linked to all the others?

I've seen those jackpot games on lots of other casino sites!
Maybe on FortuneJack too in fact. Is there a big company which owns all those sites? Or is it just because all gambling platform that takes the form of casino have the same applications? Because I'm pretty sure I've seen this "angel and demon" slots on many other sites! ^^
2463  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [TOP 5] Dice sites affiliate program. on: January 27, 2017, 04:55:11 PM
I don't understand:

-) DuckDice.io
House edge: 1% Fix
Affiliate commission: 15% of house edge (0.0015%) on only bets made with deposited coins.
Has special banners: No
Altcoins: LTC, Doge

1% of house edge, fine.
Then 15% of HE is the commission

So it means commision is 0.15% of every bet, not 0.0015%
Do I miss something?

2466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Investment Doubt on: January 27, 2017, 04:47:44 PM
For how much time do you usually let your money invested in a casino before finish or renew it?
You got 2 cases:
1/ The casino is new so bankroll is low. Then you should let it until there is a huge surge in profit, for exemple a big gambeller who lost a lot. Most of the time it will attract a mass of investors and the bankroll will increase a lot. Then go to case 2
2/ The casino has a big banroll of which you own only a fraction. It means it's quite useless for you to wonder for how long you should let your investment. If banroll and number of bets on the site are high, it means investment will be stable. You can let it as much as you want, until you consider you need the money. But the profit will be normally rather stable so no need to think too much about it.

On your site you say
"Up to 1 BTC of free first deposit!"

How does it work?
Is that on the form of free betting?

2469  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can someone provide a legit site for me to play? on: January 27, 2017, 04:01:22 PM
Easy to deposit,
fast payouts,
easy navigation structure/interface,
etc.
There lots of gambling website where you can play with your money if you want to play with 0 deposit and dice game i prefered primedice.com number dice game ever where you can talk to support when you need assistance and other questions.

Support really matters especially for big rollers.

to O.P.

I would recommend primedice and bitsler if you are looking for the most visited, most played dice site. The latter not only have dice game but 3 others games to choose from and 1 more to be available very soon.

Take note also Fortune Jack dice game. PD and bitsler is not the only most visited dice site. There are still a lot of famous dice game. The two just actively giving giveaway and promotion but that 's not mean that they are the most vusuted dice site.

As for as I know now fortunejack is no more an instant payment site because they take at least few hours to half a day to send money. But in their site they never mentioned it. But they also got a good dice layout but they should state clearly all terms and conditions to avoid issues later on. If we ask their support team why payments are delayed means, they say due to security reasons, and soon we will send your payments.
Hmm...
Last time I made a withdrawal it was instant on Fortune Jack ^^
Anyway I'm sure I never had a problem with withdrawing funds here!

If you use Twitter, make sure you Follow us!  https://twitter.com/yolodicegame

We do loads of giveaways, and we just started doing another weekly one called Free $5 Friday (https://twitter.com/yolodicegame/status/824615302730174465)!

how many people can get giveaway 5dollar
only one people and can get random, but if partcipant is low, maybe is good only one is winner
but if participan over 100, or over 1000, winner is good not only one
For now it's just one winner per week, on top of all the other giveaways we do each week.

In the last week or so we've done 5-10 giveaways, and I myself gave out over $300 worth of rains in the YD chat (of my own money).

If the YD Twitter grows really big, we will reconsider prize amounts and number of winners, obviously. Smiley  We want to share with our community, but since YD is so new it's hard to fund massive giveaways like some other established sites do.  However, we will happily do more as the site grows!

~Randall

I don't know if it's 300$, I haven't counted of course.
But I can confirm it rains as fuck on the chat Grin
That's like freaking UK in winter! You just have to talk a bit and be friendly and you'll get some cents to play with and test a bit the game ^^

It seem they have paid to their signature campaign participants today https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1491815.msg17635005#msg17635005
so you may expect to get those withdrawal issue fixed by today. But in the meantime wait for reply from namworld. Have you contacted him on skype?

Unless that's part of the scamming project :/

Signature campaigns are often very independant from the original site promoted!
There is a manager, sometimes funds are even escrowed etc...
2472  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏈🏀⚽ POWERBET.IO 🔹 100% First Deposit Bonus 🔸 Top Odds 🔹 Instant withdrawals on: January 27, 2017, 12:54:20 PM
I was overall happy with Powerbet.io
The important part is the low margin bets. You won't find better odds than on this site most of the time xD

After fact is that the site is a bit... Let's say it's very basic. And there isn't lots of different bets all things considered :/
But otherwise it's pretty cool. Had no problem until now.
2473  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA Statistical Methods for Predicting: test phase! on: January 26, 2017, 09:08:29 PM
Cavs lost @ 1.10 but Philly won @ 6.38 that saved the day. You lost from the lowest odd and won from the highest. I still don't understand how you calculate outcomes, can you tell us more about which statistics you use to make this method?

For now, I don't want to explain the techniques, we are talking about a model in costant evolution, maybe in the next future if it's going to work...

Tonight's predictions:

26/01/2016
Minnesota Timberlwolves @ 1,63
Dallas Mavericks @ 4,67
Denver Nuggets @ 1,33
Los Angeles Lakers @ 8,87

Good luck to all  Cool

Ahahah!
Careful if you get too much results right you gonna have a huge freaking fanbase here ^^
I'm keeping an eye on your thread too.
Don't disappoint us :p

Seems like a bit deserted to me, is OP even here yet?

Ahahah!
Damn I came just too late, it was already at 5.000.020.000! This shit goes fast as hell xD
Anyway it's interesting because it's the first time I hear of Bitsler with all the signature campaign.
It seems like a huge one, is it bigger than PD?

"Connection lost"
Getting this error a lot of times which is really disturbing. It should be fixed so that the players should not get irritated while playing.
That usually only happens if the server is restarting, and then it goes away.  When was it happening to you?  During a certain action or no?  How many times did it happen?

The most I've had it happen is 3 times in a row and then I refreshed and it was gone.

I will keep looking at connection issues. These affect a small fraction of users, but still this means something is wrong. Right now it seems that the most common issues are caused by internet providers. I can keep my browsers open literally for hours without a single iterrupt at locations with stable connection. Poor uplink, strange network policies (e.g. not allowing long-lasting open connections), network reconfiguration (IP change) are most common sources of connection issue.

Anyway, be asured this is a priority issue.
Ethan

Hey ethan,

Just to know, and it will be answered once and for all on the thread. Are VPN connexions allowed on the site?
I have some sites on which I can't play because of location but VPN... Takes care of this problem.
Thought it would be good to state your opinion on the use of VPN on Yolodice
2477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Dice Discussion on: January 26, 2017, 08:12:44 PM
what is the actual purpose of this thread OP, is it a discussion or a sharing of dice setting and result. because you don't provide any info and just a form/sample.
But anyway i will fill up soon the form once i finish my test settings on bitsler.  I hope i won this time with base bet of 10k sats and have a 1btc  in my balance.
My setup is still running  since last 2 hours with 0.01btc profit.  Grin
I'd say that doing such a thing is just a great mistake...
The main point of gambling is that you wish to beat the odds. And how do you do that? Well by NOT gambling for long.
If you bet with a robot for 4 hours you'll have much more bets done so STATISTICALLY you will lose the house edge...
Great wins are made by specific bets. One bet should in fact be enough.
Don't try to beat casino with logic and maths, you can't.
2478  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to create own bitcoin gambling site? on: January 26, 2017, 08:09:49 PM
Are people really suggesting PHP is all you need? LOL. Have a look at one of the available gambling sites out now, Bustabit. PHP is just a drop in the bucket when it comes to Bustabit. You need to learn javascript, web sockets, html, css, php, sql, etc. A shit ton of languages. Then comes the bankrolling part of everything. To run a decent gambling site you will need around 400+ BTC. I don't care what anybody else says, you need a HUGE amount of money to even think about starting a casino. Then comes the $10k that you should use as a start up for a bug bounty search. You need people to find bugs in your site so that they aren't abused later down the track. Just look at what happened to Primedice a shit ton of times. They have lost thousands/millions of dollars to cryptography related issues in their site, related to server seeds and stuff. But something tells me that you (op) don't even have $5k to start a site with.

What happens next? The legalty issues. http://www.bitcoingg.com/bitcoin-gambling-legal/ If you've ever been on PrimeDice on a VPN, you'll see that half the countries are restricted due to gambling restrictions in the residential area. That's a huge problem in most authentic gambling sites these days, and you could get into a bit of trouble if you are not complying with the laws.

If you are indeed on a restricted budget (let's say 5 BTC) then you could buy a site script for 3 BTC, and then hire a developer for 1 BTC to connect the script to the moneypot API so you can use their bankroll to fund your site. Although the profit from that is quite low, it's better than nothing and it gives you a bit of a reputation boost at start(?). Then you can keep the rest of your BTC in reserve as an emergency settlement type of thing.

Good luck, feel free to ask if you need more help.

Ahahahah
Oh man for a newbie you sure know how to talk ^^

Indeed most of the points you raised are on the spots. But I think you make one important mistake which is that you're talking about what we could say a "high end gambling site", and by that I mean a gambling site extremely well optimized without any problem because made for being used by lots of people and for a long time. Like everything there are different levels of quality on a betting site! And you could also talk for example about sports betting sites which don't need at all the same level of skills to be made.
But anyway don't start such a project without at least something like 100/150k in your pocket. Cause even just for the bankroll you'll easily need 100btc (the rest can be gathered by other means like investment).

I want to play but no faucet  Huh

We are considering the option of adding a faucet in future versions of our site model! Keep an eye out!  Smiley

Yup, I'd like to try it out too Smiley Love that skulls and stuff design Tongue

I like it but... I'm not sure I understand.
The idea is that you have to send money to a precise adress every bet?
That's... Not very practical xD
You can't simply have accounts with an intern balance?
