I think theres a lot of dust attack on centralized exchange. But somehow we could see that its not a dust but a reward ona probably active staking youd already forgotten. Like on Binance, there are some little tokens we received and I just checked that it comes from their one tap feature staking. Probably try all the wallets that support their network. Whats the network that supported on atomic wallet maybe, its native terra classic, you need to check it to see which wallet fits. Then look for the wallet supported it and import your private keys. Im sure there are others not only atomic.
