1761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Arbitrum Hype on: March 23, 2023, 07:54:47 AM
Don't ever get caught in the hype just because that token got listed soon in the top tier 1 exchange, if you want to invest in that project you should use money that you can afford to lose, the volatility will be high in a short of time but holding in long term will give you a decent profit if they can keep up with their roadmap and development.
Dont worry I wont. I am just gonna use the airdrop of arbitrum wisely. Of couse if its listed on binance, the hype and volatility will be crucial on first few minutes to hours and thats where youll need to study the tokenomics and possible movement. Expect it will dump hard since most airdroppers will sold their tokens but thats fine as long you already sold yours, then tou can position after it receeded the hype.

In few hours we will knew how this gonna play out so lets just watch how it will turn out.
1762  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how will it be? on: March 23, 2023, 06:38:43 AM
Bitcoin price is currently 28k and I have 5k usd fund which I want to invest in crypto currency, and want to make this investment for long term, want to wait until next ATH or touch current ATH.
Do you think it would be perfect to invest in Bitcoin now or should I wait for a few more days to get a good DIP?
I am actually very weak in analysis so I would like to know from your personal analysis that Bitcoin can go below 20k again?
Best suggestion is do dca on bitcoin, it might be up today but it could go down anytime tomorrow or next week or next month. Who knows might be the current stable price for such meantime but this is a highly volatile market that we should expect anything could happened instantly.  Without much experience or knowledge on trading, you should give an extra cautious when it comes to investing especially if that 5k is a hard earned money.
1763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RUN, while you still can. on: March 23, 2023, 06:06:56 AM
Might as well start with their official website and click the twitter logo hyperlink to directly go to their official Twitter instead of relying on newsfeed of your account. Chances that are many scammers will try to fake their main account with bunch of copy cats tweets and worse there is the scammer using verified twitter for particular time and engage with such bullshit. Of course that will let participants think that its legit.

I guess twitter should have restrict changing of names or content for a particular time to avoid leaping of these thieves from hype projects.
1764  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Change address on Binance on: March 23, 2023, 05:19:27 AM
But I really don't think a change of address is really wise, especially on a centralized exchange.
Thats right. Its quite confusing using different addresses on cex it might give you an error later on. But if using non custodial, its good to have different address or change the one you frequently used.

Interesting question, does there is an exchange that allows change of deposit address? Or at least a feature that we can request one.
1765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Arbitrum Hype on: March 22, 2023, 06:31:12 PM
I think that's a little ridiculous speculation of price for a token that has initial 10B issuance. Yeah it wasn't impossible but I think the speculation was more of overrated.
Well if its hype then thats not gonna be a problem. Plus the 10b supply isnt its circulating supply. Yes its the total but not will be its initial. So fairly it could happened knowing the hype of airdrops.

How come there are already buying on OTC when the token wasn't distributed yet on every personal wallets. Never got a chance for this drop but I think at 0.5-1 dollar valuation is my speculation that it will reach that price.
Via OTC since its local to local then the buyer asked definitely for IDs and some vouch from common friend. The buyer is founder of an elite axie guild before so I doubt that this isnt legal. Regarding terms its depend on them but I think buyers will honor that to not be screwed.
1766  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you feel when....... on: March 22, 2023, 04:40:57 PM
How do you feel when ever a project or utility you don't like does very well in a bull market? I know that many people don't like meme coins when they were new in past years, how do you feel seeing your friends you call stupid for investing in shiba does very well than all your so called high-quality projects?
Theres nothing to get mad off. Of course everyone has their own bet right? But ocne this happen then be happy for people supporting the project. Theres no shame on getting jealous on envy. Or yet just join them as well. Its not clear though how does a project can move forward so lets not be judgemental about it. Lets do a deep reseaech so we dont miss this kind of potential success.
1767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Arbitrum Hype on: March 22, 2023, 12:34:33 PM
Heard about the rumor about possible listing on binance so if this one happen all the airdrop receiver is so lucky since they have huge potential to get good profits from this project.
Its not a rumor anymore dude. Almost all top tier 1 exchange are gonna list it tomorrow. Yes I think the bottom price could say is $1 already plus the hype it bring Im sure there will be shocking price and the airdrop participants must seen this through. Its only once in a lifetime to got some free money out of airdrop like uniswap before so Im thinking this will be big.
1768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Space ID token? on: March 22, 2023, 12:24:02 PM
doubt it will reach that valuation if the sale price is 0.025 USD it's definitely far off than that. I'm sure it's not gonna be as big as arbitrum but still worth it anyways if you have free time and you want the reservation of the name for you then feel free to follow it, I heard 2nd airdrop gonna be coming.
It has been traded off to start at 0.5 to 0.6 not really that far from $1 but obviously this will sell off since there are too many airdrops from the spaceID nft. But of course we should see more action when the volalitity wears off since its on launch.  That price isnt impossible if bull run has arrived.

But the project seems nice and well systematic. Who knows what it could bring in the future right.
1769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many BTC needed for retirement in 10 years? on: March 22, 2023, 10:24:52 AM
I think 10 BTC and 100 ETH would set you up for good, so once that is reached, I would stop accumulating, what is your plan?
Is this considering never gonna be able to work again or do business? Then why limit to 10 btc and 100eth. If its me, Id say 1k bitcoin and 10k eth at least, but reaching this figure needs a lot of time and works or yet to say luck to have gained more than what you could do in a lifetime. But it will always depend on btc or eth value isnt it. Let say it reaches 1 btc= 100k; 1eth=10k then I have 1k btc then thats gonna be a lot of avtivity in life without worrying.
1770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Arbitrum Hype on: March 22, 2023, 09:00:37 AM
How are this people able to sell the coins if there are no official one yet, or am I missing something. Some days back. there seemed to be no official tokens trading.
Yes there arent. The buyers as far as I can see are dealing with the wallet instead of the token. He buys of the wallet with the tokens are airdrop and indeed payment are into p2p of Binance via usdt. Perhaps thats what I sae on our local which I can believe legit since I know of the guy buying it and his quite famous at all especially on nft world.

there are already a lot of people who started to bridge some assets to some other layer 2 projects that are speculated to do airdrop just like Arbitrum, an example is the zksync or starknet networks.
With this Arbitrum airdrop, I am pretty sure that on the first day of trading of Arbitrum token, I am really seeing huge volatility.
Yes and thats surely will happened even without the live arb trading. Expect more people to do bridging on some layer 2 prospect. I might do some actually waiting foe the arb funds to be sold. Perhaps many whales will play this game with arb and also arbtirum seems not to let it dump right away by giving possible opportunity once more maybe delegating drops or what.
1771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Arbitrum Hype on: March 21, 2023, 11:42:59 AM
They will die like past hypes, Solana, Avalanche, Polygon, CELO ...
Maybe, but you mentioned projects arent dead yet but just go down. Im still holder of one of the L1 you said and I can say they are active on technical udpates in or out of their platform.

Got a little drop of arb, but I will watch the market movement and see which point I could sell this, of course Im planning to earn from this airdrop using buy backs after the hype. Its always good to use fund from airdrop to earn more.
1772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Arbitrum Hype on: March 21, 2023, 07:45:15 AM
Has anyone here feels the arbitrum hype? Few days back they officially announced their airdrops claiming and after that few exchanges announces their listing on 23rd including top tier 1 exchange like Binance, Kucoin and many more. Some have been speculating its price to $5 to $10 or even more. But what Ive see on twitter that there are already some buying with $1 otc of that and seen firsthand the transactions since some of my known friends sold their drop.

Any thoughts on this project? Seems 23rd of March is gonna be interesting day for airdroppers. Have some of you got the drop?
1773  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: what to do if I addicted to login into the forum. on: March 21, 2023, 06:31:42 AM
I am a newbie and this is my first ever forum account and i am addicted to it, i log in many many times a day, what can i do to stop addiction, "every addiction is bad"
is it happened to your sometime when you were newbie?
I think I just open my tab for logging in on forum. The thing is I didnt often scroll it I just had quick scan of topics I am interested reading in or join the discussion. You dont really need to be active by keeping logging in many times over a day. Anything excess is bad so better act like a normal person when it comes to like this. No need to be so active like you make 10 or 20 post daily or what. Sometimes just reading the thread could be helpful in gathering knowledge already.
1774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do we build a strong community of supporters for crypto projects ? on: March 21, 2023, 05:47:58 AM
Check what did arbitrum doing. They are really focusing on increasing their community through various means of marketing and promotions. Plus there are many projects that are building on their network just to ploy some hype. I think the secret here lies on the execution of the people working for the project and also the product you have to make your subs or community bigger.
1775  Economy / Economics / Re: Is risky to invest this period on: March 20, 2023, 03:17:08 PM
Thats part of risk. Maybe he did bought during the price is really high. Thats why dca is a good practice to average loss and price value. Cauae if you bought at top then youll need some funds to buy at lower price to make it up for that highly bought. Its still good to buy bitcoin now since its started to mive back. But doing that in a specified time may save you from paicking or fomoing into higher price. Thats the thing about investors mind but if you are a trader youll need a lot of things to consider in a short period of time.
1776  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your Hardcore crypto project that you trust like the Bible? on: March 20, 2023, 10:16:47 AM
Definitely bitcoin, but if you are asking about altcoins then my biggest holding is on avalanche project. Itd an L1 like eth, but have different and has unique features. I also have atom, fantom holdings. These are L1 too with different features. I am also trying to invest on new projects but definitely will look on new ones like arbitrum, zksync, starkware, and layerzero.
1777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Staking advice needed on: March 20, 2023, 08:11:38 AM
For a long term holder / investor, what are the risks available with staking coins and tokens that you plan to hold for a long period of time? I want to know if its safe to keep your coins in staking instead of just holding them in a wallet when your ultimate plan is to hold for long term.
Safest way is to hold it on a noncustodial wallet and just keep it. But if you are wondering about staking feature which is almost the same with holding but youll earn something then you should be aware of some restriction like what act said, staking have risk to lock your fund for certain time. But if you arent conservative there are features like on binance earn that are flexible to give you rewards but dont expect the rate to be higher than staking with locked on either dex or cex since its very flexible. But still higher than bank rates of course.

The potential risk might be would be the price declination. But thats normal, but if you are holding the token or coin for long term, you shouldnt mind that.
1778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Share me your AI watchlist on: March 19, 2023, 06:11:10 PM
Not giving all funds or utmost targeting AI projects but I have one invested on cryptogpt but its still a 50/50 chanfe of success since its an altcoin. But thinking of huge Ai projects would be agix, but since it did pump a lot already I might need to cancel my plan of purchasing it or at least wait for it to have a lower price. I dont want to fomo cause surely it will burn me to the ground once the market crashes again.
1779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What role does tokenomics play in successful altcoins ? on: March 19, 2023, 05:38:14 PM
Does this play a vital role in any success proven altcoins ? Please let me know your thoughts. By the way, I am with the FireDAO team, in charge of the global community. Please contact me if you have any questions or interest. Thanks.
Yes tokenomics mark one signifcant reason for its price movement. It should be as detailed as possible cause you gonna have investors looking into its break down and how the token will be used for the succeeding years. Its allocation should be described adn concise as possible and people will see how balance it is for you guys to execute a really interesting activity.
1780  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Significant effects of Bitcoin's rise. on: March 19, 2023, 04:37:35 PM
