I think all this dumping is because people are tired of waiting for REV2 and are trying to short sell.
Be patient folks, it won't be much longer.
You can't short altcoins, not in the traditional sense. No exchange is allowing people to use margin, with the exception of BTC/LTC on Bitfinex. What you really mean is sell from an existing position in hopes of rebuying lower. That's what I ment  |

The price will go up when REV2 is completed, investors want to see a working product before they commit. It shouldn't be too long now, Dan stated it's in final testing, we just have to have a little more patience, when it is released, expect a massive pump. |

Come on Dan, release the finishing code for REV2.  You're still asking for REV2 to be "finished"? Please, take a look at the roadmap: http://xc-official.com/about/Everything listed under REV2 has been delivered. Therefore, it IS finished. What you are looking forward to is REV 2.5 which has no clear release date yet. We know that Dan and team have been testing encrypted messaging on testnet. Thus it would seem that REV 2.5 is coming along nicely and is perhaps not long from being ready. Just please stop asking for a finished REV2 because it's already here. Wrong wrong wrong wrong!!!!! I don't understand why PoS coins are more of a concern than PoW? Doesn't Ghash.io have more than 51% of the hash power on Bitcoin, or very close? If it's possible for a pool to gain 51% or very close to 51% on BITCOIN, then I don't see how any PoW can be safe in the near future. So far, it seems much easier to attack a PoW than PoS. Heh?
A couple of years down the road there will be many competing exchanges and most will only hold a small percentage of the outstanding issuance of any coin. I see this as a problem that corrects itself over time.
Does XC has that tricks to resist 51% staking attack, still being PoS? His name is Dan. Seriously if XC did have any problems with POS code, then i'm quite confident that that Dan would fix it in no time. I'm pretty sure when he sleeps, he dreams lines of code |

I'm afraid that everyone is waiting for REV2 to have it's final tweaks, it's still running a little late at the moment, be patient, i'm sure Dan is beavering away at the code as we speak, it shouldn't be much longer, watch the price go crazy when it's out. Remember we hit 300k on the 6th when everyone though it was going to be out the next day. We'll get there. But I heard REV2's decentralized mixer is already working on the main net. The only feature we are waiting is encrypted messaging, it's on the test net. Nevertheless, both price & volume are gradually dropping... What we have to wait, if main feature, decentralized mixer, does work already? Dan stated himself a few pages back that it's not finished, there can't be a lot left to do. Perhaps he will update later today? |

47BTC and we are at 120 again, where we were before the pump to 300... its very bad because we dont have new higher buttom and we are not growing not in the least..
we need higher volume of BTC in order to get the price rise as if the volume is low, price will also fall. Why nobody is buying then? What's wrong with the coin? Update REV2.5 at this weekend No. Test-version of secure private messaging this weekend. We're still on Rev 2.0 At present it's on mainnet, and is working just fine. The next Rev 2 update should have trustless mixing available through the UI. Rev 2.5 is still to come. The question is, when is REV2 finally going to be released? That's what everyone wants to know.
And here was me thinking it had been released. That makes me feel better. It's good to see the coin holding it's ground. Quite a few coins have been under some pressure No not yet, it's 5 days late and counting. Rev2 has been released. atcsecure has released a functioning rev2 on mainnet and is working on further updates to bring the trustless mixer into the UI. Everything has been delivered as promised. It's not fully finished I don't believe we were told it was going to be 'fully finished.' This is beta software. Why are you expecting fully finished beta software? We were delivered what we were told was going to be delivered (full anonymity with trustless mixing is what was promised on the roadmap and that's what we got.) I haven't seen an announcement from Dan saying here is REV2 complete. There is no anon UI. Again, there is no reason for you to be expecting an anon UI at this point. It was never promised to be delivered with rev2, in fact on the roadmap it clearly says that rev2.5 will include an updated wallet UI. If dan brings the anonymity features into the UI before rev2.5, then he is over-delivering. Weather or not we are getting UI with REV2, it is still not complete.
