Why on earth are you wiring to the frozen exchange?
Wire to bitstamp or bitfloor or any of the exchanges that are open right now. Take advantage of the USD shortage and scoop up cheap coins!

I have tried to wire to gox several times before. When I sent the wire before 5am UTC, it usually arrived my gox account in 4 hours. The last time I did it was just few days ago.
Today I sent a wire at 4am UTC but it is not arrived yet.
So they are not clearing wire as fast as normal.
I hope they will clear all pending wire before re-open. The market needs more fresh fiat.

Mt. Gox needs to implement some sort of spam filtering on small orders. Lowering their volume might be a good start to help out the lag/panic issue. Boy this sure looks legit to me...  They could limit the number of orders for each account per day. A normal human account should make no more than 1000 orders per day. Big volume accounts may have higher limit. People may apply for an increase of limit if they are trading properly |

All the permabears out there, it's time for you to put your money where your month is, my proposal goes like this:
1. If the MtGox bitcoin price(or whatever market that is the biggest by then) ever goes to below $10 before GMT 00:00 Jan 1st 2014(I intended to say "never", but obviously it's not a usable deadline), I will pay every bear who bets against me 1BTC.
2. If the same price doesn't go below $10 before GMT 00:00 Jan 1st 2014, every bear who bets against me have to pay me 1BTC.
3. Every participant have to be at least a senior member of this forum, the deadline for participation is GMT 00:00 Apr 9th 2013.
Your thoughts?

Dear users, our apologies for the wrong language displays, we have had like 36 hours nonstop coding changes, and tons of pressure to get this site up and running again ASAP. Our testing might have overseen the one or other item (e.g. the language issue, its identified and will be fixed soon). No worries, all coding changes are only related to display information, we have not touched the trading engine, thus any display issue are only of "cosmetic" nature.
