2) If 1 doesn't work, Navigate to: C:\cryptroglance\application\. If there is an "update" folder, delete it and try to run the update again.

My account is admin, but #2 did the trick.  2.1 beta up and running, thank you!

I always think of Daffy Duck jumping on the Jeanie to get him back in the lamp, that's me jumping on network difficulty.  DOWN DOWN DOWN!

I use my payouts to donate to the devs of the software I use, thanks!

I'm getting this same error, but other than the error I don't understand anything ya'll wrote.  I can ssh into my miners, if that's the same thing as ssh into an app...
Are you using CryptoGlance on a Linux machine? It's very rare for there to be issues with the Windows app, so we assumed this was a linux machine CryptoGlance is running on.

I am getting this error on a Windows machine, do you have different trouble shooting steps I can follow?  What if I uninstalled/reinstalled the program?

Separate but related, the "update available" window pops up when I log in from the Android app.  Assuming I was able to update without the error, does initiating the update from the app update the version on my computer at home?

All I see is a video with a bunch of kids dancing and having fun.  People get upset just for the sake of getting upset, or they get upset "on behalf of other people".  It's all bullshit.  Have fun, don't hurt anyone, and let's keep moving forward.
2566  Other / Off-topic / Re: High voltage device creates an anti-gravity effect on: April 16, 2015, 08:59:49 PM

This is not the point. The point is that the physics books are wrong and they should be rewritten.

I think you need to read a few of those physics books before you start making claims about re-writing them.

Nothing special or magical is shown in that video.

Check out electromagnetism, it's way more interesting.

CKPool Stats

Future Plans:
  • Add "kano" to pool name  Wink
  • Solo CKPool (ck-'s pool?) capabilities.
  • Code optimizations.
  • Other user requests if any.

I plan on adding a toggle for Kano or ck- pool endpoints.

I tried inputing my solo ckpool btc address, but the app didn't recognize it.

I input my kano ckpool api information and that data came right up.

An icon in the top task bar to show it is running would be nice.

Looking forward to solo support and the toggle function.  Thank you!  Do you have a donation address?

Sorry, its not yet ready for solo ck pool yet.
I will try to get it ready by this weekend Cheesy I'll keep you updated

Donation address is in the app, or:

Sent you a small donation yesterday, about what the app would have cost in the app store.  Thanks again.

I get 5 notifications  Cheesy

You should get 500 if you bump the freq to 250 and set the voltage to 0750.  480 sounds about right for your freq setting.

Clarification:

Minerlink.com is still not functioning.  The feature to be able to use Minerlink was updated.

Cgminer 4.8 is packaged in this April Update.

Engineers decided to use 4.8 for now

That, along with what Kano wrote, is just silly. Why not use the latest code and accept help when offered? Bad decision, bad business plan that only succeeds because of the nature of this industry.

How much hash you guys using and what was you payday; if you don't mind me asking?

My S3+ (500gh) earns about 0.005btc per block, which is what I earn for a full week of twitter campaign and about what I get from the sig campaign each week, too. I may not get too much, but in perspective of other activities that earn the same amount mining is nice for me.

The TSA is a joke and a sham, a waste of tax payers dollar and a waste of everyone's time in the airport.  You want real airport security?  Use our military.

Yes, the metal base gets VERY hot on the v2's as well. I use a thermaltake  usb fan for the underside and it keeps it much cooler

Just picked up the two v2 units I have in front of my laptop that have been running all day. The bottom plate is cool enough to hold each in my hand comfortably. Running these at default specs and they consistently do 56gh+. BTW, anyone have ideas about stacking the v2 units as I've seen done with Gridseeds? Thought about using standoffs but doesn't seem like they would be stable. I've done a little experimenting and it looks like about 1½" spacing between gives enough room for proper cooling.

What is it about these units that causes such drastic end user experiences?  Of the 3 I have, all 3 are almost too hot too touch on the bottom when running.  Default specs I never see more than 40GH.  Did you have any problems getting them both to run at the same time?
2579  Economy / Speculation / Re: And here we go in the red zone again. BTC under $220 .WTF s going on? on: April 15, 2015, 09:43:55 PM
I also have a feeling whenever we face one of these large dumps, it might be something to do with some illegitimate companies closing their doors and just running away. This time I have not been able to identify a company which might ve done this. Also, do not forget we still have lots of early adopters owning hundreds of thousands BTC. Selling 2-3k to buy a new car or an apartment s not a problem for them and it does affect the price.

If we suppose an early adopter sell all his bitcoin for buy a lot of when they will be more cheap, and after the price will be slowly high. What will you think? The result will be that those early adopter will have more and more bitcoin (if we suppose this scenario).

It s holding for now at this price. Where to from here?

If you follow the trend lines, down down down.

Well forget the desert and buy yourself and old oil rig and make a sea nation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Principality_of_Sealand

Would be easier to defend a platform again pirates than your solo desert dwelling again invasion.
