2581  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Emotion and Trade? on: March 01, 2023, 11:54:05 PM
Emotion consumes a lot in decision making and that's an essential thing to be controlled by a trader. And a trader that can't control his emotion is bound to lose everything he's got.
That's for sure and that's why if you're dreaming of becoming a day trader, you need to set your boundaries and control what has to be controlled in emotion and as well as in your financial decision making. All of it has to be taken care of based on how you perceive trading because not everyone can easily control themselves without looking at what shall be controlled and that's why acknowledging first that you've got some fault that needs to have a solution is the first thing you need to achieve. It's a step by step procedure.
2582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Blur price speculation and discussion on: March 01, 2023, 11:25:14 PM
All-time-high: Almost $46
I've checked both coinmarketcap and coingecko to verify it's an all-time high. It just launched last February 15 and then that's the top of its price, $5. That's why it made me curious to look if the ATH was almost $46 just as said in the OP. But then, the chart doesn't look good as it's an obvious drop and dumped by most of its holders. The NFT sector is no longer that quite good and in the hype, unlike its glory days of it, just as a marketplace alone there could be value in it but taking it as an investment and holding it hoping for the pump on the next bull run, we don't know if it's a wise choice to make. The chart doesn't really good, it's like going to the pit hole unto its depths.
2583  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can Bitcoin afford to buy on: March 01, 2023, 10:55:24 PM
Bitcoin can almost buy anything.

1. Bitcoin can buy love, there are a lot beautiful girl only want your money even though you're not handsome and have any other advantages.
When i read these, i came again to read so that will understand or the angle Bitcoin can buy love, i think some points are not really necessary to an extend, we are emphasising on the possible things Bitcoin can purchase per say items, how can items purchasing match with love? Bitcoin is a currency which is not fully legalize and also acceptable to some of the countries and purchasing items with Bitcoin most be in agreement between the seller and the buyers, unless it's a country that makes a Bitcoin a legal tender that will accept Bitcoin for supper stores. I think this conception or ideas is not encouraging.
I see this as a meme on social media. But it's a hard truth that it's not just all about bitcoin but if you've got money and you think that you give up on women, that's the suggestion that you'll get. And with love, even if you think that you're paying the right price for the girl just to be with you, love cannot be bought. Going to the material things, almost everything can be bought with bitcoin nowadays unlike several years ago when there has been a lot of taboos and restrictions for those people that don't understand it yet. While it's growing, the acceptance of it is becoming vast and people get to see how bitcoin isn't really bad at all just like how it's portrayed by anti-bitcoin folks years ago.
2584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 01, 2023, 10:26:33 PM
I just saw the news that one of the top rookies in PBA has passed away, Emmanuel "Boybits" Victoria. I was still quite young and didn't see his career days and that's why when I've seen this news it wasn't too big for me but after looking at a brief history of his career, it should be recognized since he's become one of the best rookies. 2585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good wallet I can use to store Bitcoin? on: March 01, 2023, 09:53:27 PM
I've used Trustwallet and it also has bitcoin but I don't store my bitcoin there but only those excess altcoins that I've got. But based on my experience, it's also a good wallet to use. Before it was only supported in mobile apps, now they've got an extension browser app but I haven't used it yet.
As more and more support, and easier to access you need to be aware of any hacks that will occur.
There will be many phishing websites or extensions that will resemble the original.
Make sure the trustwallet remains safe and visit the official link.
That's so true and so sad that no matter how hard we try to remind others, there will be victims that won't be aware of the existence of those copycats. It's not limited to these browser extensions but also to the legitimate wallets that have been mentioned here, there were also copycats and will keep on going on so everyone who's looking with these wallets, always verify the source and check the link if it's the official or not. Someone can also rely to a website like this for reference. (https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet)
2586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An Online Casino Company from Malaysia looking for channels to accept bitcoin on: March 01, 2023, 09:21:21 PM
Hire someone who can do all things needed. So, you're going to need a developer with experience in setting up wallets and APIs and integrating them into your casino.
The pay would be that much but it's all going to be worth it if you ever want to have ease with this process. We've got talented developers from the forum; all you need is to look for them by posting in the Services section.
IIRC, I've seen posts like a bunch of them and you just need to negotiate and be in detail with what's required in order to be done aside from that you've mentioned setting up everything for you to accept crypto.
2587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you say about this investment plan on: March 01, 2023, 08:50:27 PM
Are there still DeFi projects with their own stable coins? If there are i wouldn't invest. Even if they got big. Or maybe especially when they get big i would avoid them because if i had to guess, i am assuming the whole peg could be dismantled with pure fud. And there's nothing easier than finding similarities for luna and and getting people to fear next luna.
We have seen the collapse of UST from the Luna project and we are trying to avoid DeFi doesn't have that good reputation anymore. Aside from many hacks that happen in that area, there goes the rug-pulling of the developers from there.
Because of those incidents, we're trying to become a better investor so that we won't be part of any next big rug pull and collapse from any project that can be found in the market. FUD and bad news does really affect these projects so quickly and most of the investors have that reflexes that we're reacting so fast whenever there is some bad news that has been seen. This is why the uncertainty in this space is a lot and if you don't want that experience, avoid being there.
2588  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [NEWS] GCrypto is now available to selected users on: March 01, 2023, 08:19:00 PM

May nakikita kasi akong "send and receive buttons" or ang ibig mong sabihin walang nangyayari pag pinipindot mo sila?
Masyadong mataas.

How to Print your Photo on T shirt at Home using a Flat Iron
2590  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good wallet I can use to store Bitcoin? on: February 28, 2023, 11:58:05 PM
What wallet to use if not Blockchain wallet?
That's it, first, don't use it because it's full of shit and bugs.

In addition to electrum using Trustwallet and several non-custodial wallets for other altcoins.
I've used Trustwallet and it also has bitcoin but I don't store my bitcoin there but only those excess altcoins that I've got. But based on my experience, it's also a good wallet to use. Before it was only supported in mobile apps, now they've got an extension browser app but I haven't used it yet.
@OP, you've got the majority telling you mostly Electrum so I think that settles it and you've got now the choice that's being suggested by many of us, and count me into that one that suggests Electrum. Very lightweight and easy to use but before you download one, make sure that you get it from the official website because there have been reports in the past that they've downloaded it from an unofficial website which turned out to be a phishing site.

This is the official website of Electrum.
2591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: JASMY - worth investing? on: February 28, 2023, 11:29:14 PM
With all of the hype that I've heard about it, it didn't really go well. Well, it might still be under the radar of many but it's all up to you guys if you think that something good might happen on this. Only those believers in this coin will do much research about it but someone like me, I don't spend a lot of time researching it. I've heard good things about it, but despite that, the market of it also experienced a bear market. It's still on good exchanges so, its volume is being supported by those traders that are into those big exchanges. Btw, looking at their website, it doesn't really tell a lot about the project but the people behind it and its company profile.
2592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: About Rapid Wealth Accumulation on: February 28, 2023, 10:58:19 PM
How to go from poor to millionaire fast in crypto?
That mindset will make you prone to scams that do promise their victims to become rich overnight. Investing in crypto and thinking of being profitable will take time. What I just realized when I've seen Dogecoin and thought of it somewhere around 2016 was that I should buy it since it's a known meme coin even back then, if I bought millions of it with little capital, then I'd be totally rich when it has reached all-time high and even it is no longer on the ATH, I'd still consider myself rich if ever I've got that millions of Dogecoin bought on that year and held up to present time. Many have thought of the same and with bitcoin as well, it will take time.
2593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🐞 Dogecoin Will hit $1? on: February 28, 2023, 10:31:05 PM
I think, it will be difficult for Dogecoin to hit $1 in this season because the price is too low for their investors to expect such increase in the market. Since many altcoins price are preparing to increase higher for those that invested in them, so that they will have something good to achieve that will give them hope to expect more improvement from altcoins price.
Not only that it's difficult but it's highly unlikely that Dogecoin will reach that high. Having that said, the market if ever it goes on bull run again, most of the altcoins won't be back to the top that they've been with before.

I don't think, Bitcoin price will reach $100,000 in this year because the price is still between $23,000 and $24,000, that showed that it will be difficult for the price of Bitcoin to touch $100,000 before the end of this year 2023.
Let's just forget about that because even in the great year of 2021 which was the bull run, bitcoin was expected to reach that $100k but it didn't happen and so it won't be on this current market situation.
2594  Economy / Economics / Re: Untouchable Savings: Do you have it? on: February 28, 2023, 09:38:05 PM
Is it really possible to have untouchable money?
I think it's a yes, I've just heard it from a known tycoon in my country but he considers that untouchable saving as his investment. It is like he'll place his money on something that he wouldn't touch for how many years and let it be there whether it will grow or not.
And that's why he thinks that it's an untouchable savings because if it grows then it's worth it for him but if it's not then, that money is what he can afford to lose even if we talk about millions in $ as he's really into investing.
2595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: February 28, 2023, 08:58:58 PM
Honestly, it's hard to predict how the Lakers will perform without LeBron for the next two weeks, but I hope they can avoid a long losing streak.
And without him for that duration gives the idea of how the Lakers will look but it's time for the other bench players to make themselves show that they deserve to be there. Speaking of the Lakers, with the trade of Pat Bev. With the post that I've read, it seems that he's the one who requested that trade because he said that the Lakers are going nowhere and he has to find a better home, or else he'll go downhill. Still, I'm optimistic that the Lakers will be able to survive for that even without Lebron. The team isn't just all about Lebron but he's one of the walls there.
In other news, Goran Dragic has been waived by the Bulls. (https://www.nba.com/bulls/news/bulls-waive-dragic)
2596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is Neither Good or Bad on: February 28, 2023, 08:26:07 PM
I don't know if Shakespeare is a gambler but what he said is really applicable to us, gamblers. The one who thinks it's bad really sees the bad in it and that can be seen in those irresponsible gamblers that are selling all they've got because they've lost a lot and then want to recover them. But because of having a lack of funds, they do crazy things such as selling all their stuff, even the important ones so that they can still keep on track. Now then the person who saw that from an actual gambler will think that gambling is bad because of how the gambler interacted with his losses and still want to continue. But, that's it, he's right that thinking of it as bad or good really will show how it is being said based on other's opinions.
2597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still hunt for airdrops? on: February 28, 2023, 07:53:53 PM
If it doesn't require me a lot then I'd just sign up for it but to say that I'm hunting for it, is not in that situation. I've got real-life friends that have a lot of time doing all of those things required by a project that's giving airdrops. There is no guarantee with it and yet they spend their time on it in hope that one day it will be like those projects that have got some buff and managed to get listed in various exchanges adding value and price to their tokens. I've given them my word already that if it asks for their personal information it might later be sold somewhere they didn't know in exchange only for that hope and potential token that might give them pennies in value. I can't blame them for that since they look enjoying of what they do but enough is enough and I've given them some words already.
2598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: February 28, 2023, 07:22:19 PM
In my opinion, the Philippines will improve. Coming back from a huge deficit of as high as 25 points is already a sign of a good team. They almost won, and that's the best thing they could have done. Although they lost, they gave the crowd hope that they could make a successful comeback.
Actually, when they're trying to chase the lead, many have already lost their hope that they'll not be able to take that huge deficit. It's for real that they'll improve but it all depends on how quick the improvement will and it'll be based on the management.
So far, they are all doing good, and sad to say that Kai won't be playing within the next window for which many think that he's really going to be a good addition to the Gilas but he's got other priorities and it's reasonable.
2599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Ever heard of Roninsea.com for NFTs trade or am I being scammed? on: February 28, 2023, 06:50:03 PM
Whoising it gave me already an idea that it's got an ill intention. It was just built last February 16 and that would tell a lot already. And why would someone push you to pay a gas fee with a scheduled date? Because it might close down after you just pay for it.
Good thing that you've asked it first to get everybody's thought about it and hopefully you didn't for it as you've got already those signs that it's likely a scam attempt to you.
2600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happened to this Eth Investor? on: February 28, 2023, 10:40:22 AM
No one has a clue but with such wealth and money, I'd be living quietly enjoying all of that. I guess all of our speculations that he has left the world already could be it.
Or, it's just like a ticking bomb that the owner is just waiting for another bull run and will eventually dump all at once. We really have no idea what's with it and it's a mystery how did that transaction out happened.
