1781  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you blame someone for your gambling losses? on: May 10, 2023, 05:25:26 PM
Exactly, with the help of the technology, it's not hard to trace where the transactions came from and even you'll try to hide those important information, it will gonna reveal itself since there's a trace from the receiving ends and processors.

You can't hide that fact and it's not a wise thing to do, trying to blame someone with your mistake, you are the one who are in charge with such actions that you made, it's a sad fact but nothing to be blame but those persons itself who made these actions.
They're just arrogant and they have no escape on this one trying to blame their losses to anyone or an imaginary hacker. It's true that with such tracing, they can be found that they're the ones that really gambled with that money.
They have no way to go if that's proven to them because that's really they are. These are not going to change anything even if they keep making excuses such as this and such as that because it will never change the fact that they're the ones who have gambled and they've just losers trying to blame it to others and can't accept such defeats.
1782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People with quick rich attitude always mess up with alt coins on: May 10, 2023, 04:54:45 PM
They'll learn the lesson eventually if they keep on doing that. Having that mindset and doesn't change it will make them feel that there's something wrong when they've just keep on losing again and again. It's a cycle that's repetitive and they will only realize it when they see that they're no longer progressing with this attitude and strategy.

But greed make people loose all senses I think. If you are still thinking to invest in safemoon now, think twice.
True to that, when someone allows greed to get inside of his head. Well, every project that they will see as some sort of pump and dump, they'll have hard time of avoiding it and instead, they'll be optimistic towards it.
1783  Local / Pamilihan / Re: GCASH to TRON on: May 10, 2023, 04:29:22 PM
Cancel nalang siguro to.

Hindi ako nakatanggap niyan at baka need mo talaga i-follow up yan.
1785  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: May 09, 2023, 11:57:47 PM
I believe Gilas already had their first win, but their biggest opponent in this tournament is likely the host country, as they have a lot of naturalized players. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to watch the game, but I'm planning to watch the highlights to see how the Philippines dominated Malaysia.
I wasn't able to watch their game but congrats to them. It's true that there are still some problems that they need to face with their matches against other countries. They've maxed out the ruling of having 3 naturalized players while the Gilas, only have one.
Hopefully that they're proving everything to everyone that's doubting them to have a bad finish in this tournament. Because they're not open to changes and the management, SBP isn't willing to adopt these rulings even if it's allowed. We want all the best for the team but they can't blame their fans if the majority aren't expecting that much. Yes, there's the support but we should expect the unexpected thus, they'll prove everyone that we're wrong about our expectations.
1786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Pepe The Frog (PepeBNB) made 644% in 2 days and keeps growing on: May 09, 2023, 11:26:03 PM
that's so true, this is why investing in meme coin in general when they are already famous and already gaining massive value increase is just waste of time and money, it's just gonna lose its value in no time, it's just waiting for its whales to just exit the market.
Right.
Those that are buying during the hype are the ones that will regret their decision for buying it. But good for those that were able to make money from it.
The hardest part is no one knows when these meme coins are going to remain profitable. Whoever is making these hypes are doing this for a long time and is able to read the part of the community that gives their interest and attention to any project that's being hyped by anybody.
I understand the part of those folks that want to make money quickly with these meme coins but, it's not going to be always your plan that will be followed by the market. You all should be the ones that must follow the trend and the market.
1787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New trend PEPE ? Seems many projects Launching with PEPE Names. on: May 09, 2023, 10:56:04 PM
This is nothing new.
Remember when the meme coins that started from Dogecoin to Shiba INU and then there goes the series of these projects that have ended up their names with INU?
And the same goes with the Bitcoin forks that have been also troublesome for many for the past years. These trending names will always be attached made by the developers if the project has become successful at its launching time. I'll keep myself from these projects or else I'll be stuck in the midst of it and eventually incur losses that can't be recovered anymore from these projects.
1788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can NFTs last forever? on: May 09, 2023, 10:23:28 PM
If we've got some old videos that are stored on the internet like the first ever video on YouTube, then these NFTs can also stay longer as long as it's on the blockchain and the platform used for keeping them won't be gone.
But the thing here is that the demand will be lower in the upcoming years having new trends that shall be followed by many.
The interest that has gotten with the NFTs will also lie low and that's why I've got no more enthusiasm with them as I've just born losses with it and those that have made a lot of profit from there, they did a good job for taking advantage of the situation and selling at the right time.
1789  Economy / Economics / Re: Looking for online investment method for 50$ daily on: May 09, 2023, 09:59:08 PM
Looking for investment method for 50$ daily

Is there online investment that return 50$ daily
You will invest $50 daily and want a return of $50 daily? That's impossible unless you're great at trading but not even the greatest can do that with that amount.
Those rich folks earning $50 daily have that high amount of deposits into accounts with interest rate returns. That's passive income for them and they understand the risk that they're taking by having such.
If you've got high amount in savings then that could be possible but calculate those APYs or yearly returns that you'll get upon depositing but again if it's the $50 daily to begin with and wanting to earn to $50 for that particular day, you either buy goods and sell it with a profit margin of $50 or trade.
1790  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Awareness: Bitcoin logos on T-Shirts on: May 09, 2023, 07:54:41 PM
That's a good one if the main idea is to raise awareness to the people that are going to see that t-shirt. If that's an affordable price to most then that will be a successful business and aim.
But then, there have been news and reports about $5 wrench attacks and this can be one of the ways for these attackers to determine if someone holds and owns a bitcoin.
That will be easy for them to know their targets. Yes, it's possible that it can happen but I'm not telling it that it shall bring the whole negativity to anyone who's going to wear it but, it's just about the reality that has happened to the others.
1791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: May 09, 2023, 07:26:07 PM
The authorities and our families have different roles in helping these gambling addicts. We discuss them but we probably don't know how each of them deals every time they encounter one.

This is why it is there is a good reason for the need of seminars and advice service hotline for gambling addicts since the family can use these services to know what to do when the situation presents itself.
I agree, it should be done by the government and not just any private organization that cares for the gamblers that are wanting to get some help from anybody. Because from there, they're showing that they've already accepted that they're gambling addicts and that's why having an action of calling and taking calls for a hotline should be serviced and given.

And from there, people think that gambling causes only all negative things to a gambler and there's no shed of light from doing it. Having such gambling problem should also raise the governments campaign drives telling people if they can't avoid it then they should moderately do it.

It is quite hard for the government to determine gambling addicts without the help of the gambling platform.  The government must work with the gambling platform in order to quickly determine which person has the tendency to become a gambling-addicted player by studying betting data submitted by the gambling platform.
If it's in their jurisdiction, they're free to do that because a private company won't just do that for the cooperation. They're making money so unless they're on the right jurisdiction of any country where they're operating and they're coordinating for this matter, that's actually a good thing from a business company that also concern with their customers.
1792  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How's your gambling experience right now? on: May 09, 2023, 09:51:09 AM
I've checked the transfer high priority and suggestion by my wallet and that's around $19, dude that is like higher than what I'm about to send. I have to stop all my necessary transfers since they'll be fine if I wouldn't do it for now. Hoping that by tomorrow things will be good and these fees will have to lie low, good thing my campaign will just have to credit it to our accounts and we've got a choice to gamble if ever we want to.
But for most, I can feel the pain of having to endure all of those transfer fees because if you have no choice and you want to gamble by transferring bitcoin, you have to do it. Unless you'll choose to deposit with altcoins that are not affected with these fees.
1793  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: May 09, 2023, 08:42:18 AM

1794  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Gcash Down? Unauthorized Transactions on: May 09, 2023, 07:44:04 AM
1795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: May 08, 2023, 10:50:30 PM
The role of the family is very important in the process of identifying a gambling addict,
The authorities and our families have different roles in helping these gambling addicts. We discuss them but we probably don't know how each of them deals every time they encounter one.

but the role of the government should be more swift in identifying people who tend to lead to gambling addiction so that criminal acts such as kidnapping or other things can be avoided early on
And from there, people think that gambling causes only all negative things to a gambler and there's no shed of light from doing it. Having such gambling problem should also raise the governments campaign drives telling people if they can't avoid it then they should moderately do it.
1796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Questions of the day for gamblers on: May 08, 2023, 10:04:31 PM
Form your trust on those platforms that says that they're decentralized and coming from there, it's all up to you if you'll be trusting them forever knowing their games whether they're decentralized or not.
It's all coming from your trust and their behavior when you're playing with them and you'll get to see how good and bad their service is. If you're okay with those things then you'll pinpoint the customer service and how approachable they are. Sometimes, those factors that you've got isn't really a big factor that you should be concerned of but from others perspective, they are factors that are too big to be worried of.
1797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: May 08, 2023, 07:28:20 PM

The Gilas Pilipinas is now ready in action for their debut game on the 32nd South East Asian games on Tuesday led by the first PBA import to be naturalized for the Philippine National Basketball Team, Justin Brownlee. He mentioned after losing his first PBA finals that he will do his best to help the nationals take back the gold medal at SEA Games basketball after the embarrassing loss against the underdog Indonesia last year.

Team Captain: Chris Ross

Official 12-man roster: CJ Perez, Chris Ross, Marcio Lassiter, Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser, Calvin Oftana, Christian Standhardinger, Chris Newsome, Arvin Tolentino, Mason Amos, Michael Philips, Jerom Lastimosa

Alternate: Aaron Black, Ben Philips

Out: Jeremiah Gray (injury)

SEA Games basketball is supposed to be just a tune-up game for the Gilas. With Justin Brownlee on board, I'm expecting a clean record for the nationals. No way the defending champion Indonesia, if ever they will meet Gilas again at the Finals, will have a 2-winning streak against the Philippines.
Sad to say that I don't feel that there are going to be some good matches with them. But I hope that they'll break my expectation although I'm not that important but I just see that many other basketball loving fans in our country have shown dismay because other teams have greater roster and maximized the ruling of Sea games to have better roster update. Hopefully, they'll conquer this tournament and also be more prepared for the upcoming one which is the FIBA world cup.
1798  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Investment: Good Debts vs Bad Debts on: May 08, 2023, 06:46:06 PM
Borrowing money for bitcoin investment is of course a good thing,
You'll have to pay the interest of that borrowed money. What if you've loaned money to buy bitcoin just after the bull run and the bear market came? This is the worry that many are thinking about because a lot of people did that before and they did it on the wrong time.
Not saying that someone can just do it on the right time because you'll never know the circumstances that you'll be facing on the right time and if you'll be able to borrow money. We all believe that the price of bitcoin will rise for the next couple of years but still, you'll be taking a debt and you're obliged to pay for it while we're not yet profiting from the purchased bitcoin and you'll have to pay it with the fees and interests.

Although it seems risky, investing borrowed money in Bitcoin is actually a fantastic option but we should never forget that the price of Bitcoin fluctuates too much, and the bullish season is never foreseeable. When it comes to investing in cryptocurrencies, it will be a better idea to use our hard-earned money or the money that we can only afford to lose because it is always crucial that we will be responsible in utilizing our borrowed funds and we have to make sure that we can pay it back on time. We won't know when we can take the desired goal profit if we invest our borrowed money in cryptocurrencies, which could result in even worse repercussions from the loaning and jeopardize our financial situation. I like the concept of saving money to invest to the idea of borrowing money to invest.
I don't see it as a fantastic option because it's not really a good choice using loan money to buy a very, highly volatile asset as bitcoin. We don't want to get in debt and that's not the best option for the majority but if someone thinks that he's good with it and can survive then let him do his own take with that. But if the time comes that he's not able to pay the loan and he's only reliant to his profits in bitcoin, he'll for sure needing to do something with that and cover it with his other source of income if the market don't do great.
1799  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: May 07, 2023, 03:37:40 PM
Quiñahan is now a free agent. The NLEX management didn't just let it pass about him playing in another league together with other PBA players without the confirmation and permission of his management and with the PBA's management. I guess we'll all going to see more of this series of contract terminations from other teams as well for those players involved.
Not every player is valuable to the team, and it depends on how useful they are. Quiñahan may have already passed his prime, so the team found a way to terminate his contract. This serves as a lesson for players who are not as valuable to the team that they should avoid making mistakes that they may regret in the end.

Now, this opens up an opportunity for younger players who can contribute to the team. NLEX has not been a playoff team, so they need to improve, especially on their defense.
Nope, it's not about him being valuable to the team or not. But it was his action for being terminated and it's not just him that did a violation about playing for another tournament. It's indicated on the article as to why he's terminated. Pass prime or not, that doesn't really matter if there's a contract and the management can't just terminate a contract if that's the reason. But the reason of termination is not really tolerable as said in the article.
