261  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Coinbase going to list Satoshi on their exchange? on: May 11, 2021, 07:57:30 AM
People will forget Dogecoin, Shiba and other s*itcoins and will start stacking SATS.
Majority of those who are buying shitcoins aren't doing it because they think bitcoin is "expensive", instead they are doing it because they "hope" the shitcoin they are buying is going to get pumped soon and it gives them a big profit.
In fact most of them are investing their "bitcoins" in these shitcoins in the hopes of increasing the amount of bitcoin they own. To put simply you may not be able to invest $1 million in bitcoin but you can invest $1000 and turn that into a million by trading, or hope to do so anyways!

It makes sense what you're saying. But investing $1 in BTC will bring you more return than investing $1 in Dogecoin in long term. This is what people don't realize. They want everything NOW!!! It's not how it works.

It took me 8 years of holding and I may still need a couple more to see my dream finally fulfilled. Patience pays well in the end.
262  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Coinbase going to list Satoshi on their exchange? on: May 11, 2021, 06:42:50 AM
If these rumors are true I think we will see BTC prices going through the roof, because right now 1 SATS = $0.0005533260 and this psychological low price works on people, everyone will start getting them.

People will forget about Dogecoin and other s*itcoins and will start stacking SATS due to their low price. BTC will grow big in the coming months, hear what I'm saying Wink

Apologies for my ignorance on SATS. Aren't they the subunit of Bitcoin? And if so, even if an exchange would list them separately, how would one be able to withdraw, for example "the huge amount" of 250 SATS or whatever is under dust amount, not mentioning the Bitcoin minimum amount and withdrawal fees the exchanges use to ask?
And where will those SATS go? Won't be that to a Bitcoin wallet, getting back to the "depressingly low" 0.0... values?

Yes, 1 BTC = 100,000,000 Satoshi

I'm not 100% sure how this will work but I'm sure the exchanges are already thinking about it.

Until now many didn't really knew (especially the newbies) that you don't have to own 1 full BTC to be rich in the future.

You can own 1,000,000 Satoshi instead and be a satoshi millionaire. Also Satoshi have limited supply.

People will forget Dogecoin, Shiba and other s*itcoins and will start stacking SATS.

BTC will grow big in the coming months, hear what I'm saying Wink
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins or Tokens with a good potential like SHIBA INU. on: May 11, 2021, 05:58:49 AM
Hello,
Can anyone introduce some coins or tokens with a good potential like SHIBA INU?
In the last 24h, that token increased about 468.20%.

Thank you.

Shiba INU is a risky asset, a s*itcoin based on Dogecoin with a huge supply.

Top #1, #2 and #5 wallets hold 50.5%, 7.0% and 3.0% of total supply.

These coins can go through the roof but can also fall in matter of hours so are very risky investments.

People hoping for a quick buck use them but I'd be cautious and stick to what I have.

Greed can destroy people and their dreams.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you "swap" your crypto for a Tesla? on: May 10, 2021, 08:00:51 PM
Elon Musk may be smart but I'm not that stupid myself. The answer is no, never, I'm not that dumb. I use my own judgement and don't need an influencer to tell me what to do, especially a billionaire guy.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Dogecoin reach 1$ soon? on: May 10, 2021, 07:50:33 PM
Fud has happened to make the Dogecoin price continue to fall by 37% of investors panicking and the effect on the Dogecoin price is very large This dump is happening very quickly Dogecoin has not reached $ 1 until now the highest price is $ 0.74 is good enough the price will definitely waver when investors panic and sell it at the same time as possible Dogecoin will go up again if Elon Musk makes tweeds related to Doge, investors are waiting for the price of Doge to rise higher later.

Wow what a kind of believe, i think there's will be a new religion in the future with Elon as the prophet.
Cant wonder how could many people put a huge trust on a single tweet.

Possible. The Doge community will be the first to accept being microchipped in the brain by Elon Musk. He's already working on that doesn't he? Doing tests on pigs for now  Grin
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I Wouldn't Invest $1 In Dogecoin And Here Are 10 Reasons Why on: May 10, 2021, 05:47:38 PM
Unfortunately, Dogecoin has turned the market upside down. Elon Musk's constant Dogecoin shill, which had nothing to do with crypto money until this time, also affected the market badly. Now shit coins, which are in trillion units, have started to emerge. The bull will end badly this way.

I liked Dogecoin as a meme coin and I was a huge supporter myself, but I don't like what this billionaire dude made from it, it practically turned it into his own narc toy and made it look like a sh*tcoin. Now all Doge community sees him like a sort of god, praising him all day. This is non-sense. These kids are ready to do anything for their master. Scary stuff. I wonder what comes next. This guy has more surprises in his basket I'm sure.
268  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk please stop messing up the crypto market on: May 10, 2021, 04:58:13 PM
I believed Elon Musk is doing all  this to get attention due to his massive investment in  DOGE thus trying to influence it price, I agreed with you that sooner or later people won't pay more attention to whatever he twitted he is more or less the rave of the moment  using his infuence to dictate the price  of DOGE his actions may rekt many newbies account who wanted to earn huge profits on investing in DOGE,

SpaceX launching satellite Doge-1 to the moon next year

What happens after this tweet? Elon Musk continues to make surprises where he states that the first cyrpto in space will certainly be a big influence in a moment for beginners where they will take things they want to even hold until SpaceX launches next year.
But here's the fact that we can't stop what Elon Musk wants from continuing to doge for something valuable in the future, so many people will think that Doge actually has an extraordinary mission from the spaceship.

This tweet doesn't mean much but of course his followers are already in trance.

Some company paid with Dogecoin to launch their satellite (because Musk asked them to) and he is using this to hype the coin more. 1 year guaranteed!

They could have paid with BTC or LTC or $ so nothing extraordinary here.

It's obvious he is making a lot of money with Dogecoin and poor kids are fueling his rockets.

He cannot hype BTC like Dogecoin because Tesla has BTC and he may be accused... smart guy.

Biggest manipulator of the century this Musk is.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I Wouldn't Invest $1 In Dogecoin And Here Are 10 Reasons Why on: May 10, 2021, 03:57:06 PM
1. 108 addresses (whales) own 67.34% of all Dogecoins so price could drop 50% in a minute.

2. This coin has no limited cap. It goes on forever like fiat. We all hate fiat for that.

3. Despite what Elon Musk says this coin has no real utility. Even if a company paid with Doge for Musk to send a satellite (because Musk asked them to use Dogecoin) it still doesn't mean a thing. They could have used carrots or Zimbabwe dollars instead.

4. This coin is all about hype. Once the hype is over down it goes. Even if Musk will boost his toy as long as he wants one day he may get bored like all billionaires do.

5. This coin is a meme. A really good one that I've enjoyed myself! We all like good jokes but we also get tired of them sooner or later. A joke is a joke and the joke could be on you.

6. Imagine a real corporation/business putting their investments in Dogecoin. You have to be a little insane and there aren't so many dumb people out there as Elon thinks.

7. Elon Musk is a narcissist - he admitted this himself - if you don't know what dealing with a narc is I invite to find out. You're only boosting his ego and I wouldn't dare playing with a narc's toy.

8. Do you think billionaires have any interest for poor people to become rich? Do you? Dream on. You're only making Musk and the whales richer than they already are.

9. This coin is highly manipulated. If you like manipulation go for it. But manipulation doesn't end well in life. Don't be a sheep, use your own mind, don't follow the crowd. Where many follow it's not good in general.

10. Even if it will ever reach $1 this coin is not sustainable in the long run. Musk will have to pump every few days with his tweets. When this coin will worth $1, BTC will easily worth $100K or more. Dogecoin has always been pump and dump, look at the coin's history and look at BTC.

There are a lot of other alt coins much safer and with a better image which can make you rich faster and easier than Dogecoin. You just have to use your mind. Doubling from 50 cents to $1 is not a spectacular gain after all.

When Dogecoin drops like crazy don't come here to cry, you've been warned.

Good luck folks!

I may be wrong but you can't buy it on Robinhood or Coinbase; so the 'greater fool' rule is limited.

Probably Coinbase is not listing it because it's a meme coin and they have some respect for their users.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I Wouldn't Invest $1 In Dogecoin And Here Are 10 Reasons Why on: May 10, 2021, 03:41:38 PM
Thanks for a nice write-up, you truly summarise what Doge is all about and what Elon is doing and those manipulators riding the hype.

And what investors think specially newbies who can really fall for this trap. I do hope that individuals will realised it before it's too late. There's so much money flowing in Doge right now that it may crash after this altcoin bull run and many are going to be trap specially those who bought on top.

It seems some people deserve to be musked. In the end when all this is over people will realize they've been fooled in the biggest scam of the century. They're literally boosting Elon Musk's rockets and make him richer lol.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So funny! Elon Musk brings Doge to the real moon. on: May 10, 2021, 03:22:21 PM
That company paid with Dogecoin because Musk asked them to. This is no real utility because Musk is just using Dogecoin to create more hype, part of his narcissistic manipulation. You could easily pay satellite transports with Litecoins or Zimbabwean dollars - no problem with that, so nothing spectacular here. Move on guys, Dogecoin is overrated.
272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your bitcoin pizza moment? on: May 10, 2021, 01:25:39 PM
WTF? Huh You don't consider the disappearance of your depositors' 4100 BTC in 2013, now worth $238 million, your "bitcoin pizza moment"?

It was before my time on this forum so I had to check out what it was all about, but now I see that the OP is definitely wrong for its “pizza moment” and some still live in the belief that time erases all sins and mistakes.

No sense in crying over spilled milk, most have taken some wrong steps, which in the end come down to how much money anyone would have today if they hadn't sold or lost some coins - and what is much more important is whether someone has learned a life lesson from it or is still making the same mistakes.

Where have you been? I wish I'd met someone like you back in the days to tell me about BTC... unfortunately I only found out about BTC in 2013 by myself. That's my biggest regret. Of course there are more but sometimes I wish I have joined the train earlier.

I have the impression that you would be happy only if Satoshi Nakamoto called you and allowed you to be among the first miners - so you knew about BTC before at least 80% of active users of this forum at the moment, why so much greed?

It's not greed, it's just regret. I'm happy how it turned out in the end but as a human being I also know it could have been better Smiley It's ok no worries, could have been also worse I guess.

No it cannot, see my thread here where I explain everything about Dogecoin and why you shouldn't fail into this trap, be wise and invest your money accordingly.

275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Musk doesn't tweet Dogecoin, can it still soar? on: May 10, 2021, 12:38:09 PM
It won't grow without his support because it needs sustained pump from a major influencer.

Look at my thread here to see why I wouldn't invest $1 in Dogecoin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5336465.0
276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm now all in BTC. All eggs in one basket! on: May 10, 2021, 11:48:48 AM
I'm now all in BTC and haven't sold a bit since 2013. I have a few Litecoins left somewhere but too few to mention.

I know putting all eggs in one basket is not very wise but I don't feel like investing in anything else right now. Is this a risky move? Maybe yes, maybe not.

I plan HODLing more, might sell a small percentage around November when odds say BTC might boost like crazy.

What's your plan?

Although that I’ve respected your decision in going all-in on BTC, I wouldn’t do that if I were you. Diversification is still very important in this crazy and high volatile market. My sister even asked me months ago if it’s good to go all-in with Bitcoin rather than relying on her savings in the bank, I just said that it’s not a good idea. It’s better to divide them with other altcoins with great fundamentals.

Because if you go all-in, and the market goes down, your emotions are gonna be hard to control. However, if you diversify, at least your disappointment level would be less.

I have no problem with that. I saw BTC falling from $20K to $3K and haven't sold a bit so my emotions are not hard at all. I know it's all part of the ride and I just enjoy it, I think long term. To the Moon!

I'm curious and I want to know how did you manage to hold for such a long time? Like Holding your BTC since 2013 is really admirable despite all the temptation to sell your BTC on a 300x profit still you manage to hold up until now. It doesn't really matter if you decide to sell all of your BTC for profit, you gain more than enough profit in comparison with the BTC price before.

I don't know I just did. I thought $20,000 per coin is still nothing for BTC and also the current price doesn't show its true potential. This coin should stay in the $xxx, xxx range where it belongs.

I think its a temporary correction in dogecoin and it will rise from here. This is the biggest development in Doge and it can be huge as SpaceX is not accepting Dogecoin.
Can we just stop seeing Musk as some kind of hero for a minute? He's multiplied his wealth and have zero damns about everyone else's. He's a billionaire - he doesn't care about helping us. He only cares about going even stronger in the wealth game and making even more money.

Is this Doge & SpaceX thing called development tho? Because besides another attempt at a Doge pump, there doesn't seem to be much of a development here...

I think people will soon start worship this guy and Dogecoin. It's amazing what people can do just to earn an extra cash. Unbelievable really what the human race is up to. Really sad and disgusting also.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Dogecoin reach 1$ soon? on: May 10, 2021, 07:44:32 AM
Guys stop this Dogecoin non-sense it's becoming annoying and I'm sure people will get tired in time. Pump and dump is not for the weak hearts, people can become ill living such dramas, we don't need that to become "rich".

107 addresses own >67% of all Dogecoins. This is a whales paradise and you think Elon wants you to be rich. Dream on guys.

I've never heard about a billionaire wanting people to be rich. It's amazing how easily people can be fooled.

This billionaire dude is laughing at you and you are only boosting his inflated narcissistic ego (and his rocket boosters).
