261  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do you visit the casino while travelling? on: November 05, 2022, 11:20:54 PM
Since there are many online e casinos where we can at bet and get what we really want rather than going to a physical casinos while travelling. Playing on a physical casino can be a big fun because you can see people doing different things to make money out of luck. Travelling is always fun filled especially going with friends which is why you can go to a casino easily without hesitation to play bets with friends. It can be a big fun doing that with people you know but doing that alone can be a big task for those that are not really an addictive gamblers.

Visiting a casino should not be a priority when travelling but when on the way, in case we encounter attractive casinos and maybe popular ones, it's not wrong to give some time visiting there. The mindset of other people here was, we will end up losing money because we will do gambling there not realizing that it's not that we will do hard gambling there but instead just giving it an experience.

It's not that we can regularly visit these casinos while we travel and it might even be the first and last time we will able to visit that said casino.
262  Economy / Economics / Re: Entrepreneurs vs Solopreneurs on: November 05, 2022, 11:17:51 PM
i started a small set of airbnb - and it was going well - till the people in my building thought to do it. and it ruined my business
For the sake of their business my business got compromised - I was a solopreneur

If AirBnb business is in demand in your place, regardless of the competition and even your entire neighborhood does the same, your unit will always be booked as many people are looking for it.

Why did your business got ruined right away? Maybe the overall experience of your customer in your unit is not that good and pleasant.

You have to think of something good new amenities in order to lure regular customers.
263  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Dmitry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez on: November 05, 2022, 11:14:27 PM
On my unofficial scorecard, it seems to be that Bivol has domination this fight very clearly.

It's like another Canelo performance for him, jab, 1-2 and then combinations and footwork. And when Ramirez tries to make a comeback, Bivol will just sidestep and uses his movement.

Edit: Bivol won by UD 118-110, 117-111 and 117-111.

What the heck, it's not even a good fight. Ramirez just turned into a punching bag to Bivol. The score is not even close.

Ramirez is a disappointment. It's ok to lose but he should at least shows competitiveness.\

Bivol once again plays the game smoothly but surely like what he did against Canelo where the priority is to get many points as possible.

7 login walang sure reward?

266  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: UNIONBANK WILL OFFER CRYPTO EXHANGE SOON? on: November 04, 2022, 06:27:37 PM

The more local exchange, more competition, and dahil dyan mas magiging competitve ang rates.

269  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: November 04, 2022, 06:17:32 PM

Iyong pre-game odds naman is @4.

270  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: November 04, 2022, 06:14:27 PM
Somehow different but either way it's just like you're betting in a lottery and as long as Inoue is not yet announced as the winner then Paul Butler still do have a chance. It might take a one lucky punch or miracle but a chance is a chance, no matter how slim it is. We never know mate because Butler here may write a history who pulls the biggest upset in the boxing history.

Butler might find a lucky opening but if that punch he will make from that lucky opening is enough to take down Inoue, that's the question. Inoue's built is really tough and even though Donaire was able to injure him badly on their first meeting, Inoue still recovers and takes the unanimous win.

There's no bantamweight boxer right now that can be injured again Inoue aside from Donaire. Donaire can even take Butler without a problem.

This is really a landslide victory for Inoue without a doubt.
271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal. on: November 04, 2022, 06:11:18 PM
Does minimum withdrawal encourage players to try again and keep gambling if they don't win up to the minimum withdrawal?

As long as the minimum withdrawal is within our reach, shouldn't be a problem.

Actually, there's no correlation between the minimum withdrawal on the encouragement of players to keep on gambling. As far as most gamblers are concerned, they will just gamble no matter what regardless of the minimum deposit and withdrawal.

Do you encounter already a gambling site where minimum withdrawal is somehow not user-friendly? What gambling is/are these?
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What would you do? on: November 04, 2022, 06:08:36 PM
I think I need to think twice before investing in Solana, I haven't seen a blockchain project that's plague with problems like Solana, many other projects passed some challenges in the past but this Solana issue is never going to be fixed it seems.

1,000 Solana Validators are offline because Hetzner, a cloud service provider has blocked all Solana network activity on it's servers.

Any Solana investors here? Do you think its a good idea to switch bags from Solana to another top altcoins?

If you have hesitation about Solana, try to discuss the matter in their own group as for sure it's not just their supporters you will see there but you can also encounter their critics. Ask those critics why SOLANA is not a good investment or why they are negative about this coin.

If you didn't find an answer there then maybe ignore SOLANA and find other coins.

You really need to face the risks before you can say if your investment will yield a good profit in the future.
273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which has better odds, lottery, online gambling, or sports betting? on: November 04, 2022, 06:06:18 PM

Still, I want to take chances on the lottery or casinos as even if that was luck-based, it's not wrong to hope to achieve a big win here.

There is no gambling game that is not luck based that is why they call it gambling. Soccer game can have same effect as lottery. There are at that soccer game will produce the number of goals that you will have to wonder what happened that within 5 minutes 5 goals are produced. I have watched penalty being missed by players you least expect to lose the shot. Like the game Madrid played with osasuna, benzema lost a penalty shot that would have brought Madrid to win the match but it ended draw because of the loss.

I have to disagree with you. In that situation that you used as an example, that's what you call the turnaround of a certain match.

What if that doesn't happen then technically, the analysis by most will be the result.

Yes, there's still a need for a bit of luck in sports betting but calling it luck based as you said is not appropriate.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the bear market over? on: November 04, 2022, 06:01:26 PM
"Is the bear market over? Hard to say, but a lot of the bad news was priced in. With a maximum drawdown of -28%, SPX discounted 85% of a typical 33% market decline and 78% of a recession bear market. I still like the 1946 counterpart-"

Whether the bear market is over or not, we should just stick with our strategy that is effective during that trend. If only for hold, then disregard the current market situation and focus on accumulation. Don't just hope that someday a bull market should now happen as that was all useless if, in the end, we don't have enough hold coins to feel the profit.

Take the current as an opportunity to fill up our wallets. Of course, always do DYOR and not just buy random coins around.
275  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you like commission job or salary base job? on: November 04, 2022, 05:58:59 PM
Commission jobs pay well but it's not that we do have several works online. It depends on availability and demand. The salary base job is fixed and it's a long-term period. Much better if the salary is really competitive and there are lots of benefits as well.

What to choose now? Maybe if I can handle both, I will try it. Sometimes we really need to do multiple jobs in order to save enough money.

Then later on, if I have enough money to start business, I will forget those jobs and will began to manage my own investment.
276  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pulsuhan niyo naman ito: Boracay, binabalak na gawing Crypto-Island on: November 03, 2022, 11:59:51 PM
I don't find it ugly though, mas ok pa nga ginagawa nila dahil napopromote ang tourism ng Boracay though I got your point, iyon nga lang ay magkaiba tayo ng interpretasyon sa mga ginagawa nila.

Boracay doesn't need to be promoted anymore by and of these companies.

Maganda ang service at lahat tayo nagkakaisa dyan, pero wag iyong parang my rights sila to use the name and popularity of Boracay para sa service nila.
277  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: UNIONBANK WILL OFFER CRYPTO EXHANGE SOON? on: November 03, 2022, 11:59:18 PM
Talagang first mover itong UnionBank among the bank dito sa Pilipinas.

278  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: My Defi Pet - DeFi meets NFT on: November 03, 2022, 11:59:02 PM

Magpapasko e haha.
279  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: MIR4 NFT game? on: November 03, 2022, 11:58:56 PM

280  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Split the prize or Reroll? on: October 31, 2022, 11:59:28 PM
If one player chooses split while the other chooses steal, the one who chose to steal gets to bag all the prize money. If both of them however plays steal however, they don't get anything. Lastly, if both of them choose to play split, they go home with half the prize. If done with an interaction with the other person you are betting with, you can play a bluff on them that will maximize both your profit. And that is to immediately let them know that you are going to steal, or in this case reroll, ask them to choose split, and then tell them that you're just gonna send them the money, but actually choose split so that you go home with half the prize.

Referring to OP, the terms are not mentioned that's why the common answer here is to take right away the split money.

If the terms are known, maybe we can have different answers here. There's also a question that if BTC0.1 is only the pot amount and the other one let's say reroll it and won, the pot is not enough now to cover all the winnings as the other half is now taken home by the winner who decides not to reroll it.

Either way, that chance of winning can't happen to anyone. If by chance we have the opportunity to take home the amount, then just do it without hesitation.
