MMM it works... How did I find out? I'm actually quite happy about this app now. Setup and forget! It will warn you if your hash rate drops below a threshold, and it will notify you if a block has been found. Future Plans: - I will try to get this to function for CK's solo pool.
Will be updating on Google Play in the next few hours... Cause that how long Google Play takes https://i.imgur.com/v0VTRbgl.jpg https://i.imgur.com/fzh43FMl.jpgMaybe for an update you could add the word Kano to the pool name Nice, will the update feature api support that you mentioned? Definitely need to show the pool as Kano ckpool. Looking forward to using this.

A new update to the android app is being tested... by me! People with accounts will now be able to use their API key + their username on the app. With the additional information, you can be notified when a new block is found. I'll post here after doing some more tests Have you thought about providing the same app for the solo ckpool? Since there are no users, only btc addresses to mine to, it would work for everyone. I'd use it every day for the solo pool.

Appearances vs. Facts
The phenomenon of the disappearance of a ship, hull first, as it recedes from view, is caused by the same law of foreshortening as that which governs the disappearance of the rail, or causes the two rails to appear to approach each other. If we should make calculations on the basis of the appearance instead of on the basis of the fact that the rails do not approach, but only seem to, we necessarily draw false conclusions. This is precisely what the astronomers do. They conclude from appearances rather than from facts.
As one focuses further out, one focuses on more light; hence, more “objects” occupy its “field of vision” and, therefor, increase the “object-density” thereof. However, “the disappearance of” (notbatman) occurs when light from a body that was, previously, in view reaches neither the cones nor the rods of the retina (e.g., for the obstruction thereof [i.e., of that light]). "more" "quotes" "makes" "science"

Well nicehash pay has went down quite a bit. It appears people are returning to mining btc. Below is current bitwisdom:
Bitcoin Difficulty: 49,446,390,688 Estimated Next Difficulty: 48,637,535,481 (-1.64%) Adjust time: After 781 Blocks, About 5.5 days
yep quite a bit jumped back . I did not see this happening so soon but going back down a little: Bitcoin Difficulty: 49,446,390,688 Estimated Next Difficulty: 48,482,949,723 (-1.95%) Adjust time: After 758 Blocks, About 5.4 days with 63% of this set of blocks done it becomes hard to go up a lot. I think some left the TRON coin and started to bring the numbers up. I think people like me nearing the summer and close to the profit margin turned some gear off. This summer I may only night mine to cut costs a bit. Unless you live in an apartment I see no reason to shut off mining gear in the summer. Just put it in a room you don't use and open the window and shut the door. You obviously don't live somewhere it gets hot. You open a window and it gets HOTTER inside.

The factory flash mines to Bitmain pools I believe. If you bought it used you're mining to whatever the seller had it set to, just look at the config page.

Do you assume Satoshi was a Male?
The majority of computer programmers are male, so odds are if Satoshi is/was one singular person that they would be male.

Yup, I think everyone noticed the big drop this morning. I hope network difficulty follows suit.

How long was this psu used and under what conditions? I may be interested pending your response. Do you have a picture of the actual unit? Thanks.

hi there, i just want to know if there is a chance that i can find a block even my hashrate is 2231 khash/s?
Why not, think your chances of winning the lottery might be higher, but you've got to be in it to win it. Hey! If you have 2 computers, you can double your hash! It's like having 2 lottery tickets! 2 times 0 (effective chance of 'winning') is still 0

I was thinking of giving the ol' Westhash a go. Is it worth it with only 7TH? Been checking it out more and more.
"Only 7TH" haha. I've been thinking about using westhash with "only" my S3+! Theoretically it should pay more than it mining here, but I like this pool and I'm not in this to make a profit (unless one of my solo miners gets lucky).

[2015-04-13 21:41:50] Possible block solve diff 92786842187.717529 ! [2015-04-13 21:41:52] BLOCK ACCEPTED! [2015-04-13 21:41:52] Solved and confirmed block 352002
Congratulations to 1EMV3c5h7zeALZxE4VaGfCoV7VNDcUKNUk with ~600TH (briefly) Sweet, congrats! Sounds like some rented hash hit the block for them? It's also worth noting that unlike pools that occasionally mine blocks with no transactions included to work around their inefficient code, ckpool code never does this as it's bad for bitcoin and we don't need the workaround. This last block solved included a huge 888kb transaction list, and the reward consequently had an extra 0.24116096 BTC in transaction fees.
Wow, and a 1% bonus tx fee on top, very nice!

How was this obtained and is there proof its not carded?
It was a birthday gift to me. I do not have the card with me (at work), but I'm sure there is a verification number that can be called. I'll provide whatever evidence I can to show it hasn't been used (for one the PIN is still covered by the scratchy stuff). If you're really skeptical we can use escrow and have the escrow person verify the card is unused before you remit payment. I only have a few feedbacks here in my trust, but they're all positive. My eBay account is over 15 years old with 100% positive feedback. I'm a real person, I deal fair and honest, I don't scam.

You have to allow the 4028 in the miner to talk to cryptoglance on the S3 it is not turned on by default.
Log into your AntMiner S1 or S3 using Putty or similar SSH software.
API and port 4028 were active on both my S1 and S3 by default, I didn't have to do anything to get them to talk to crytoGlance.

For sure, another thank you here, too. Very cool to watch this stuff in real time and see it evolve.

This is precisely what the astronomers do. They conclude from appearances rather than from facts." -- The Cellular Cosmogony, Cyrus Teed Except that's a load of shit and a quote over 100 years old. Foreshadowing ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perspective_%28graphical%29) is (1) not a "law" and (2) has nothing to do with the ship illustration. Also, as we now today, astronomers' conclusions are based upon the facts of physics. Cyrus Reed Teed (1839–1908) was a U.S. eclectic physician and alchemist turned religious leader and messiah. In 1869, claiming divine inspiration, Dr. Teed took on the name Koresh and proposed a new set of scientific and religious ideas he called Koreshanity, including a unique Hollow Earth theory that posits the Earth and sky exist inside the inner surface of a sphere. Not exactly a scientist, and doesn't base any of his beliefs on facts.

The trick with scams/ponzi is if you get in early enough you can still make something, but eventually everyone loses.

I wish this stuff didn't happen in the blockchain, the thing is bloated enough.
