2641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: As big as binance in the future on: March 17, 2022, 05:29:32 PM
Others have mentioned the alternative to Binance, but so far no one get's even close to it and remember that there have been exchange before Binance and yet they didn't capture the majority of traders. I remember when Binance started, it was small but not sure where the hype come, suddenly they stop accepting accounts because of the sheer volume in 2017-2018. So I guess no one can duplicate that feat, not even Huobi or Kucoin.
2642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 17, 2022, 11:39:48 AM
I think it's more of a Luka show in Brooklyn, he was really hot in the first quarter and making his defender helpless although they really need to dig deeper to make a comeback. And you can also imagine if Kyrie would have played, it could be very different outcome as they have been in a streak prior to this lost. Mavs climbing into 5 position now in the West with their 3 straight win.
Yes, it would've been different and I bet he misses the game so much that's why he explodes every time he is able to play.
But, we cannot do anything about it. That's his decision that must be respected, as they say. All the Nets could do is step up their game to the extent of filling the lack of offensive power they need with Kyrie around. And they did IMO, as I watched the Nets vs Mavericks game again. Every player produced something for the Nets team and also consider how powerful the Mavs are, finishing that close tells they are not the same Nets weeks ago.
It was a balance attack for the Nets, many players scoring in double digits that's why Durant doesn't need to score 50 points or more in order to win. Both Luka and Durant are clutch so it's even up the field, however Spencer playing against the Nets has other plans. And it's good that the Nets has somehow adjusted with the Kyrie drama but still if and only if Kyrie could get the vaccine, everything could have been smooth for the Nets this year and we might not see Harden being traded. But perhaps it was good decision as both teams have adjusted already.
2643  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin touched $43k, from $33k in two weeks on: March 17, 2022, 10:50:39 AM
From $33k up to $43k is the biggest increase since new ATH in november 2021, this proves that bitcoin investment can skyrocket and earn big profits even when the market looks like a negative trend, and I'm sure in 2022 there will be new ATH at least 3 times .

Still, remind me of how right you are if/when we get 3 ATHs over the next 9 months.

Really hard to see on how we are going to achieved that in the next 9 months unless billions of dollars are going to flow into the market, but where it will come? from the Russian oligarchs? I doubt it.

We might as well feel extremely bearish in 2022 and shoot down that idea of reaching ATH 3x this year, Lol. At least we won't get disappointed by going bearish.

I get the excitement about institutional money, and I suppose oligarchies fall right into that category, but yeah, I still think retail interest is underestimated and their time isn't over. We're still going to need major mainstream consumer utility and demand to push us over into six-figure territory, which I'm certain the next range of ATHs should advance into.
Oligarchs is a wise businessman, I don't think that they will fall into the whales group. But just maybe they don't have a choice right now as Rubble is going to be worthless so they might have putting some on bitcoin. But as soon as everything normalizes, they will get out and what's left is for us average joe investors. Nevertheless we are the majority of investors, and speculators so we can keep the market alive till the next block halving and the eventual all time high.
2644  Other / Archival / Re: Bitcoin at $1 000 000 by 2030 on: March 16, 2022, 11:33:32 PM
We've got more 8 years for 2030. The market can grow in any direction and it should grow in same percentage as bitcoin have grown since 2008. There is more possible chances, but anything beyond certain limits could make it under valued. With Bitcoin more good news in terms of adoption, regulation and real time acceptance is happening from countries and firms that once stood against bitcoin and kept it on the ban list.

That's a long wait but for those who are preparing, why not?
History shows that bitcoin price can really grow in the future. And another thing, for us to really make profits and be this so called self made millionaire, it's better to prepare early, save enough bitcoin.

For those who can afford and can take the risks, they can very well buy today and forget that they have bitcoin in stash.
But for most of us who can't wait that long, just keep up with the market, and grab the opportunity when it presents to you.
But $1M, just wow! Who knows? We can never tell the future. Just hoping for the best.
Not forget but at least learn how to save it in a safe environment and do everything to protect it. We've seen so many early investors who didn't do this one and they regret it. They know they have some stash somewhere else, but they forgot the most important thing, to back up the private keys an the mnemonic phrase.
2645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: March 16, 2022, 12:37:16 PM

Yes, we are talking about his future fight, but Casimero has one in his hand right now and it is not going to be a walk in the park fight. Butler will go and show his talent in front of his hometown and Casimero will have to dig deeper and try to knock out Butler so that there will be no doubt.

For now, stop pre-occupying his mind with Inoue, because it will not help him that much in this fight.

We are certainly looking forward to a future fight of Casimero especially if he will be given a chance to have a face-off against Inoue because we all knew that this is one of the great fights that we can ever see. But for now, he needs to keep his focus on his upcoming battle against Butler and he must aim to win this fight either via Unanimous Decision or much better if he wins against butler via Knock Out. Though Casimero have some personal issues or problems but this time his career should be his top priority.

That's the chance he really needs, and if he beats Inoue, for sure he will get the respect that he deserves.

If he sticks with his trash-talking technique, I think there's no problem with that because he proves that he can do the talking inside and outside the ring.
Asian champions rule in the bantamweight division, it's time to have an undisputed champion to know who really is the best.
I think that's what Casimero wanted to have, some respect because after all he is also a champion and have been tearing up this division for the last couple of years. But he can't have that respect if he goes and continue to trash talk Donaire (before) and Inoue. He should not be opening his mouth, just go out and fight and then knock out every one of his opponent and for sure he will get the respect amongst the boxing community.
Trashtalk is the most common way on selling out their fights which is understandable but it do really comes into a point on which it do crosses out the border line or simply going personally which isnt really appealing
at all just like on what he had done in donaire.
https://www.sportworldnews.org/boxing/news/5044/donaire-withdraws-from-the-fight-against-casimero-because-of-the-trash-talk/
No one would really like on involving his wife and i couldnt really blame him out on withdrawing the fight because of that reason. It would be better if he do just be quiet and beat out
on whatever or whosever would be the opponent.
Yeah, but if the trash talk comes from a boxer which English is not their first language, it doesn't sound right. There are fighters though in the past the really crosses the like, Mayorga talks about dela Hoya's wife and look at what happen to Mayorga, he was knock out in that fight. It was in Spanish though but dela Hoya is Mexican American so he understands it. But if Casimero do the trash talking? Nah. And it's good that he keeps quiet right now and no more going into the public and bad mouthing his opponent.
2646  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New South Korean president is pro-Bitcoiner and vows to deregulate the industry on: March 16, 2022, 12:02:46 PM
If I'm not mistaken the next South Korean president is a liberal so obviously he could be a pro-Bitcoiner after all. Against the left wing party he had to against in the election, it was very close and we don't know if he didn't win. I'm not really sure what he means by deregulate, the law has already presented itself as vey effect in South Korean already, so there's nothing wrong with the regulation of the government as far as crypto goes.
2647  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin touched $43k, from $33k in two weeks on: March 16, 2022, 11:22:48 AM
This is the biggest increase that has ever occurred in 2022, I'm sure bitcoin will shine again so don't hesitate to continue to store bitcoin, another thing that makes us optimistic is the very large transaction volume so it is a guarantee that the price can bounce again.
It's a good bounce and yet we are still in the $40k'ish, way below the last all time high we see last November. And it's been four months already and so far the market is not recovering. And we can do is hope but we should be prepared by anything that can happen. Be it that the price will spring up again to a new all time high or maybe it will go on a down ward spiral because of the ongoing war.
2648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: wrx token going continue down, why? on: March 16, 2022, 10:54:14 AM
Wazirx is India's largest cryptoexchange. But for some time now, the value of its coin has been plummeting. Its all time high was about four to five dollars. Even though it has been going down for almost six to eight months now, do you know the reason?
I guess we can pinpoint that one of the reasons is that no one wanted to invest on it, simply as that. And there are a lot of crypto exchange token that investors can put their money like Binance that can multiple and we have seen in last year. And this is the sad truth, if you are not the prime movers of this so called crypto exchange token and you just follow the trend, chances are you are not going to get a good support just like what we have seen in this case.
2649  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: March 16, 2022, 10:32:09 AM
^^ We speculate that GGG can still pull the trigger, and that he is still the heavy puncher between the two. Although there could be argument that he has tone down his agressive, that's why his trainer is pushing him to go back to his form in this fight in preparation of a Canelo clash. And speaking of Canelo, he said that GGG is talking too much and he wanted to shut GGG's mouth for good.

Did literally Canelo Alvarez said that to GGG? If so, I also want to read or see that video Cheesy That's interesting!

Whooah! Seems that things are getting hot even if the fight is not yet final because GGG still haven't sign that specific contract on fighting Canelo this September as he's busy training for his upcoming fight against Murata. Definitely, it's hard to choose between GGG and Canelo because both of them is really capable on winning.
Maybe this is the source,

Quote
“Yeah, it’s personal. He talks a lot of sh!t,” insists Alvarez. “He says a lot of things. We’ll see.

https://www.boxingscene.com/canelo-on-golovkin-trilogy-yeah-its-personal-he-talk-lot-sht-says-lot-things--164776

This could just be Canelo trying to motivate and fuel his fire for the 3rd fight. As others have said, Canelo is not interested on a trilogy but since GGG has been chasing him for years and bad mouthing him, maybe this is the reason he would agree now.
2650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: March 16, 2022, 09:44:21 AM
^^ Spence should really be careful and not to take Ugas lightly because who knows, ring rust might affect Spence here and it might be too late before he can recover from that as Ugas might piled in points early on him. So still one month to go before the fight, just enough for them to really unwind their training for this big fight. Boxing media has started to pick up as well with Spence interviews here and there.
2651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 16, 2022, 09:09:32 AM
Scary Kyrie.  Cheesy He should get himself vaccinated and do that more. If he really cares about his fans he should entertain us every game of the Nets like how he did it with his last couple of games, not in New York.
60 points out of 150 and the percentage of his shots, that's the awesome part.
8/12 outside, 20/31 field goals. That's like 66% if I am not mistaken and that's way high than his average and even with most shooters.
The sad part if not vaccinated, he only got 3 games left to play out of 13 in the season.
Maybe that's one reason why he really takes advantage of his time in the court, just like playing playground basketball for him and exploding huge 60 points, while Durant was just on the sideline enjoying the game because he didn't have to extend himself unlike the last game wherein he really needed to put a good numbers too.

So only 3 games left for him in the regular season, maybe he will explode for another 60 point game performance?
2652  Economy / Economics / Re: Coming economic problems all world how to profit on: March 14, 2022, 09:07:11 PM
We know markets will crash and huge deflation...and economy will melt down....but is there any good ways make good profit out of this chaos? Other then just betting on short positions ? Any other ways to benefit of this global crashes and bankcrypcies around the world?
Right now we know we can do a lot shorting the market but what else gives nice profit ?
I guess there is no secret sauce here, just continue to invest on cryptos, real state, gold and other commodities.

Short positions is for those who knows how to play the market, but if you are looking for quick flip in war or in inflation, I don't think there is one. Still the old and traditional financial markets are the best way to hedge and make profits long term.

^^ I do agree, if AD can just remain healthy throughout the season, it could be a different Lakers this year. Unfortunately, he is down almost half of the season that's why the Lakers are now suffering and could be not making the playoffs and if they did, it could be an first round exit. Lebron can do anything he wants but if his team mates are not going to help him, chances are even if he scores 30,40, 50 points per game, they are still going to lose.
2656  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: March 14, 2022, 07:00:33 PM
Lots of games and most of them are fun. But my eyes are focused on Denver Nuggets vs. Philadelphia 76ers. Top 2 Kia MVP candidates will be facing each other. I'll take 76ers -2.5 and added to win 11+ points.

Minutes restriction for Draymond Green vs the Wizards. I'll take that -10.5 for the Warriors for a welcome bet on his return.
-4.5 for Toronto Raptors against the Lakers. After that bad loss, I doubt they could recover from what is happening within their team. Good luck.

I'll just pick one, will go with the Raptors against the Lakers. I would agree that it was an ugly lost against the Suns last night and it's gonna be hard for a struggling team like them to recover because they are in a back to back. Although the Raptors is also in a back to back games, but they are coming from a big win on the road against a good team, - Denver.
2657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 12, 2022, 07:32:05 AM
Nobody talking about LeBron James putting up 50 points for the second time in a week? This one was a pretty efficient shooting game as he went 18 of 25 from the field in the win. Unfortunately, he had to carry the team himself because Westbrook only got 5 points on 2 of 11 shots from the field. You hate to see it. I really hope Russ gets things figured out before the season ends and it looks like they could use AD back as soon as possible if they want to make the post season. Good win tonight though over Kuz and company.
Yes, but the Lakers have been talked about how they are not going to go the playoffs and if they did first round exit. But we really have to appreciate Lebron James, he is really trying his best to bring the Lakers and win some games. Although they win today, it was against a low team. Just imagine the hate they will got if they lost to Kuzma and the Wizards after getting beaten by the Houston Rockets? For sure Russ will be crucified again. Hopefully though, AD can come back, he is the missing piece of the puzzle here.
2658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: THE BULL RIDE OF 2021 on: March 12, 2022, 06:58:03 AM
While everyone is busy dreaming for another 2021 bull market I'm here getting ready for another 2018 bear market because that's what I believe will happen and it's inevitable, crypto surge and devaluation is seasonal base only those who don't understand this will get rekt.
Right, that is a good attitude, don't day dream that we will hit all time high for certain altcoins because we might not see it in the next couple of years. And for those who still thinks that we are in a bull run, for sure they are going to get REKT.

For me the best advise, go long, start to accumulate this year and the next coming years. Have the mental toughness to hold and then buy in the dip and wait till the next bull run in 2024-2025. Don't ride the hype of certain project, use logic and think about the future.
2659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING]: RYAN GARCIA vs EMMANUEL TAGOE - April 9 on: March 12, 2022, 06:25:57 AM

yes it is, it ryan's camp (oscar is his promoter) who chose this fight, hence, cherry picking. though it is considered cherry picked, still garcia needs to prepare well on this fight. another stepping stone but doesn't need to be taken for granted.
a lot are betting on garcia here no doubt. if you want to take more risk on your bets, check the other betting lines for this fight.

Yes, you're right things got bad after the fight with Campbell, now what I didn't know was that Oscar de la Hoya was still in action? I haven't heard from him for a long time, I thought he had retired from boxing, although he was an outstanding boxer, if they didn't choose him, it means that he still doesn't have a sufficient level to start, I think we could say that Oscar de la Hoya it would be one of the secret letters that are still out there from the old school.
Oscar is still in the boxing promotion, his Golden Boy promotions is one of the top in boxing today even though he has lost Canelo already. Yes, it could be a disaster for Ryan if he losses to Campbell that time, but he won and his stock goes up because he proves that he can get up from the canvass and finished his fight with a knock out. But as we all have known by now, he admitted that he has a mental issues. So coming back and fighting someone who is not known could be just a test how Ryan's mentality is. If he can still fight and hungry and motivated.
2660  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to hit $100k? on: March 12, 2022, 05:46:49 AM
Quote
Bitcoin could see further upside and reach $100,000 by the middle of this year, claims Antoni Trenchev of crypto lender Nexo.
Bitcoin has been a winner in the pandemic era, rising more than 80% in 2021 despite being far off record highs hit earlier that year.
However, some experts have warned that bitcoin may be poised for a steep drop in the coming months tanking as low as $10,000 in 2022, virtually wiping out all of its gains in the past year and a half..
Read more on: https://www.cnbc.com/2022/01/04/founder-of-crypto-lender-nexo-says-bitcoin-could-hit-100000-in-2022-.html?recirc=taboolainternal

Nonetheless, experts may seem predicted the current situation and that bitcoin will likely to experience a steep drop in the upcoming months.
But is it really possible for bitcoin to achieve $100k by mid this year? Given that the market is currently declining.
What are your thoughts on this?
So far i see a lot of predictions about the future price of Bitcoin deviated a lot, then i don't really believe in what they say anymore.  i stick to the principle, buy more when the market dips then sell less when the market is bull, very volatile prices are the perfect opportunity.
You mean we should stick to the fundamentals? Yes, that is true because it's one indication that bitcoin is really strong. But for those who traded, they look for TA and speculate more. Actually there is one prediction model that really hits on a bull-eyes. If not for the fail on the 6 digits all time high in December, that model could be perfect. Anyways, as I have said, we are in a bearish cycle, so don't expect any all time high to happen this year.
