Also tere is a currency exchange section here, you can trade with someone here in the forum but I doubt you can ge one since you are gonna use paypal and you are still a newbie. Not all people here trust people who uses paypal to exchange.  Iyou are goin to exchange here tho, always use escrow if you are dealing with an untrusted member here.
