2661  Other / Meta / Re: What to do with these aggressive FUDers? Requesting help from mods on: February 14, 2019, 05:17:00 PM
I thought of a self moderated thread but I think it could be seen as a biased channel and would not help with the actual problem.
I wanted to bring the topic here since it is very easy for moderators to see that the aggressive behavior I commented is specific to the group of users I included before and goes against basic civilized discussion.

Still appreciate the suggestion, but would love to solve it without creating a self moderated thread though Smiley
Just explain why you created your ANN thread self-moderated. Saying that there is a group of members here saying non-factual statements against your thread and the only reason why you created it so that you can delete the FUD they are creating to damage your project. I know it may look bad but its your only alternative as there is no guarantee that mods will be deleting their posts on your ANN thread.
2662  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much Bitcoin to accumulate now to be financially set after the next boom? on: February 14, 2019, 04:41:40 PM
My stomach for risk is really nothing compared to what other people are doing right. I have seen news regarding people selling their cars and houses and sacrifice their life living in a trailer just to buy Bitcoin but for me that is too much of a risk I am willing to take right now. So instead of putting new money in the market I always find the opportunity to short BTC (BTC to FIAT then back to BTC again) to accumulate more at its lower price. I made a few successful attempts but you will only get new BTC in accordance to how much you are holding right now.
2663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2018-2019 on: February 14, 2019, 10:06:41 AM
Ajax did well today and I don't think anything could be better than a 1 goal lead in the first leg. The problem is the 2nd game will happen in Santiago Bernabéu Stadium which is the home arena for Real Madrid, so managing up 2 goals for a win seems to be a hard task for the team. Home games like this would really be an advantage for teams who wants to secure a victory, especially for Madrid who is really strong in their home.
2664  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Crypto redefine current economic models? on: February 14, 2019, 09:11:14 AM
Do you think it would be possible, that with Blockchain and Crypto, we could solve that problem by redirecting part of the profits of private entities/companies to the people, NGOs, Social and Impact Entreprises, rather than these companies paying tax to the government and then the government redistributing?
What are you actually saying when you said this one? That companies are capable of producing infinite amount of money? This kind of model won't work producing their own money won't simply work, printing just more money would simply just devalue your currency it won't solve anything.

Do you think that a company, capable of earning US$ Millions with few or almost no employees, should/could give back part of what they earn to create social good and social help?
They won't even be a company in the first place if their only business is producing money. Private entities shouldn't even have the control to produce some country's money not unless it has a proper monetary value in exchange like cryptocurrencies. I don't think you are getting how economics work as its not just as simple as producing more money out of thin air.
2665  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-2-13]Can we Expect a Bull Run in the Cryptocurrency Market any time Soon? on: February 14, 2019, 08:01:39 AM
I don't know where they are getting their big price predictions at but I don't think we need to believe them always, they don't even support their predictions with factual basis on how they made that number up. But one thing is for sure this people will all be saying their were right once Bitcoin's price will go up. The only thing that will make this true is them making all their bull predictions in the bear market that once this bear market all of them will be saying that they are right even though their prices are not meant.
2666  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Numbers of bitcoin address is greater than all sands on earth on: February 13, 2019, 08:22:02 PM
It's just how "experts" tend to overly exaggerate their statements on making a point but sometimes they even say things which are not based on facts but only to their views. Just like creating new Bitcoin addresses, new sands can still be formed when rocks go in a process of weathering. Sands are not a finite amount here in Earth so I don't even think Bitcoin addresses can catch up to the number of sands we don't even know yet, even if BTC is mass adapted I don't think they can catch up.
2667  Economy / Reputation / Re: 9 connected accounts on: February 13, 2019, 07:27:50 PM
Still no response to their reputation thread even though they got tagged by you, one of the reasons why is all of them haven't even be online for the month of February what is more compelling is most of them are last active in January 21 which I think makes your point of them belonging to one person stronger. I hope a DT member could tag them before they go active here again in the forum.

So, from your Privacy Policy

Quote
Raison.ai collects some Personal Data from its Users.

What makes you think that we want a service who will collect their users' data for every step we do on your APP?

~snip~
I am with seoincorporation on this one, that is where you need to set your limits in your company, I'll understand a KYC requirement for your business if it is a compliance with the government but for data collecting purposes I don't think it will be necessary for everyone. You must set up this kind of data collection as a voluntary work and not a requirement as it will really make your business unattractive to anyone. Personal data is really something a customer will value and they don't want anyone touching it for the wrong purpose.
2669  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Transferring bitcoins and fees on: February 12, 2019, 06:34:54 PM
The question is what is the purpose of transferring your coins wallet to wallet if you will only keep it up to yourself? I don't see any purpose for this as you aren't meaning to save fees for transferring to any recipient aside from yourself. Well the only solution I can think off is wallets that allow off-chain transfers just like Coinbase which offers free off-chain transfers, the only bad thing about off-chain transfer to work is you need to have the same wallet to make it which means it needs to be Coinbase to Coinbase transfers.
2670  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Customer development needed. 15EUR for participation on: February 12, 2019, 05:51:03 PM
LOL.   Nice website.  You call yourselves a "financial institution" but all I see are spelling mistakes and no license information.
I did a little digging and they may be wrong on calling their business as a financial institution and also they have no any certification in their website but when I look at their team members one of them, Andrey Berezin, is a real person and has confirmed his identity through a Youtube video under the channel of Raison. So for the OP I think my only recommendation for you is to show your legal information and certifications in your website to make other people believe that you are a legit business, this is also good as more people will trust you and won't have second thoughts on your services.
2671  Other / Meta / Re: Black screen when loading forum pages in chrome. on: February 12, 2019, 02:11:44 PM
May I know what android phones are you using? I notice that jackg is running in android 8.0 which is the same as my Galaxy S9 as it is still running under Android Oreo but I don't experience any black screen on either the Samsung Internet app or the one in Google Chrome, both apps are also up to date as I turned on my auto update in the Google Playstore. What I notice though is before when I have a Galaxy S5 is sometimes pages from websites including the forum goes into a black screen.
2672  Economy / Economics / Re: Institutional money into Crypto? on: February 11, 2019, 08:04:59 PM
I have a unpopular opinion in my mind that wall street Wall Street money is already in the crypto market of course not officially but privately. Even though we don't have ETFs yet we cannot dismiss the possibility that some of their board members are already buying up and selling cryptos with large sums of capital privately this people are risk takers and most of them want to go big or go home. So in the conditions we are having now where whales dominate the market we can say that some of the whales are also from wall street, only making it official with ETFs won't change anything in the market.
2673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 11, 2019, 06:15:47 PM
Well with my prediction I went with Manchester City winning the match but before the match I didn't imagine for a minute that Chelsea would be outmatch like what happened during the game. A 6-0 defeat is truly an embarrassing thing to see especially for their fans, surely the fans watching at the stadium is filled with joy right now that the home team won but for any Chelsea fans in the stadium I couldn't even imagine how they could go out from their seat without even hiding their face right now.
This will be a hard one last time the two teams have met Chelsea got away with it an won (2-0) but with the recent performance of Manchester City out of the 10 games they have played they only loss once also included in those matches is a game against Liverpool which they have also defeated. Hard to say who will win but I think Manchester City has the edge in this match and they will have the same points with Liverpool by tomorrow.
2674  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-02-02]Amazon Might Have to Issue a Cryptocurrency Soon on: February 11, 2019, 04:38:55 PM
Easier said than done, from what I know if they do that they themselves would be competing their own payment system. Right now their Amazon Pay is acting like their own Paypal within the website, issuing their own cryptocurrency would only divide the interested parties who are using their credit/debit cards using Amazon Pay. Also Zhao didn't mention any problems Amazon is having with their current payment methods nor did I see any rumors supporting it so them issuing cryptocurrency is still far from reality.
2675  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: with market conditions like this, are there any tips for continuing day trading? on: February 11, 2019, 03:38:07 PM
As you mentioned you are a day trader and market conditions like this are tough times to be one, the market is not as volatile compared to before and it is really affecting people especially traders with small position who are depending on their daily trade for their income. If market conditions are tough just accept that becoming a day trader isn't the best option right now, why not just position yourself and try to look for other ways of earning as waiting for the bull market is out best option right now.
2676  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Can Now Buy Movie Tickets Using Bitcoin In Brazil on: February 11, 2019, 03:13:09 PM
Ok so I research a bit about Cine Multi and the good news is its a real cinema and not a movie streaming app like Netflix or Hulu which means local businesses like this are actually starting to take advantage of the payment system, with them partnering up with a local crypto payment company this is a good sign that Brazil might start to see local businesses accept Bitcoin in their country, and to start it off we might see their competition in the industry to follow their footsteps depending what part of their revenue comes from BTC payments.
2677  Economy / Reputation / Re: mosprognoz bought an account on: February 10, 2019, 07:37:03 PM
Buying/selling accounts here is not allowed? That's something new for me, thanks

18. Having multiple accounts and account sales are allowed, but account sales are discouraged.

You must do more reading next time before posting anything, buying and selling is allowed but cheating a bounty/ signature campaign isn't. But usually account sellers and buyers here are automatically tagged as bought accounts are not to be really trusted here in the forum and most likely will be used in participating in bounty campaigns.
2678  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Trezor, Nano Ledger and other Hardware Cryptocurrency Wallets on: February 10, 2019, 06:39:12 PM
6. Do you know any legit seller? If yes, please name them.
Never ever buy hardware wallets from 3rd party or unauthorized sellers because you don't know if these hardware wallets have undetectable malware in them or not. Just buy these wallets in retailers as you have a guarantee that what they are selling are not tampered, just sacrifice a few extra bucks on buying them at their original price they are actually getting cheaper now. Don't even buy 2nd hand wallets as there is also a risk onto it that the original user might included a malware in it.
2679  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin Mass Payment on: February 10, 2019, 06:04:00 PM
And if you are using a Electrum Wallet here is there official tutorial on sending payments to multiple wallet addresses. The tutorial is pretty straightforward and I think you will get it. It is pretty similar to other wallets who has the capability of sending payments to multiple wallet addresses you the tutorial also shows you how to adjust different payments on every wallet address you will send too in one single transaction.
2680  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: It's still profitable to run online btc casino? on: February 10, 2019, 12:52:47 PM
Your question answers itself. Why do you think new crypto gambling casinos are opening up even if there is tough competition on the industry? Because they know that there is still demand for new casinos to be built, I know a lot of players play multiple casinos not only one as just like any player from traditional casinos they still feel "cold" or know they have a losing streak on their casino that is why they switch up to test their luck on different casinos. So if you think you can be part of the casinos who compete with each other you must stay competitive with them through marketing and through your service that can match if not outmatch them.
