Thank you very much for your support , I will wait and hope for the best .

You are welcome, remember that you (as person) are not longer 'accepted' here so you can't post outside the meta section. Here in this section you can only ask question about your ban, nothing else.

Patience...

It so happened that a couple of months ago, blocked my account busminer, admit that he was guilty and strong HYIP carried away ... I promise no longer any HYIP and referral links and other violations of the rules of the conference, this account as very dear to me and I hope I will be able to get it back, really I hope your indulgence and understanding.

ps

I wrote several times to banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com
If you were banned for anything to do with HYIP spam then I vote you go away forever. HYIP spam/scams have been plaguing the forum for a long time now and has made it overall worse.

Spam in generally, it is a simple rule ... if you spam you'll be banned. Scam are not against the forum rules, it's two different things (as you know).
2702  Other / Meta / Re: Please unlock busminer account on: May 07, 2015, 05:13:54 PM
Help please, very much want to return to my account , I undertake to be correct and interesting member of the conference and bring only benefit! I beg you!

Maybe try to wait 30-45 days and 'make an appeal' to theymos, he 'may' unban you Wink (good luck).
Thanks, I wrote several times to banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com

You should write only 'one' appeal, make more than one can extend the reply from theymos or the unban, wait... (If the ban was justified I do not think you will be unbanned, and I am sure the ban is justified).

2703  Other / Meta / Re: Different SSL cert for bitcointalk.org (This Connection is Untrusted) on: May 07, 2015, 05:12:38 PM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1053184.0

That person there got it.  I haven't received any errors so far. I don't think it's the forum's fault since my certificate isn't showing to be the same.

Was this guy also using tor or just the clearnet? Couldn't it be a bad exit node if the other people were using tor?

It may be possible but we should wait a reply from theymos, an exaustive reply from him.

I start to think that tor is not longer secure, but it is only my personal opinion.

2705  Other / Meta / Re: Requesting For A New Trust Depth on: May 07, 2015, 05:12:27 AM
I'm sorry but I do not support your idea because I think 4 lev. of depth are quite and another one is not necessary. The level 2 is very good in my honest opinion.
2706  Other / Meta / Re: How can a hero account only have 99 posts? on: May 06, 2015, 05:49:38 PM
He is still an Hero member, and I do not think his rank will be downgraded (but for security we should wait the next activity day - but I am not convicted). Maybe it is not a bug, but I thing wanted.
2707  Economy / Lending / Re: redsn0w's loans [For reference] on: May 06, 2015, 05:40:59 PM
If you are an honest user and want a loan, reply in this thread. Thanks for the attention.
2708  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a loan, Steam Key collateral on: May 06, 2015, 05:38:26 PM
Using 3 steam key's as collateral, FarSky, Run the Sun and Arena: Cyber Revolution Founders Pack DLC.

Total Collateral Fiat Value: £38.97
Total Collateral BTC Value: 0.2567 (At current exchange rate as of 9:00am 6/5/2015)

What I need: 0.2BTC
What for: Investment to buy CryptoSpots (currently trading on Alcurex at 125 Satoshi each)
How many will you buy: 80,000 @ 250 (Slightly less than the highest price which I was selling at myself yesterday)
Repayment by: 20/5/2015
Interest: 10%
Total Repayment: 0.22

Comment here to say you wish to provide the loan, Key's will be passed to any escrow you want me to use.

To verify these keys work, won't the escrow/lender have to use them?
Once they are used, how can they be returned to you?

I think there is a way to see that these codes have not yet been used. You can simply fill in the code and not hit the follow-up button which means you are redeeming the game; if the game would have been redeemed already you will see that on first instance.

However, there is a way bigger risk of this: Here on BTC Talk, you can buy random Steam keys for $0.40 each. With some luck, with 3-4 keys (so $1.20 or $1.60) you will get 3-4 games worth $39 in total or so...  There is a huge risk in this deal, and therefore I personally would definately not participate in this. But that's personal for everybody.

At the end the problem is not the "verification" of the keys, the problem is that those keys are not a valid collateral because the OP will still have those keys (so he can use them whenever he wants).
2709  Other / New forum software / Re: A few neat ideas... on: May 05, 2015, 07:27:21 PM
As I have already said:

The differentiation of colors between the various forum ranks, and the possibility to lose the activity points (and obviously the ranks- if someone is banned).

So, I've been thinking... (Yay me)

1) Now that the forum is pretty big and sees a lot of visitors, posts and threads a day, a large number of the posts are spam or bumps etc.
Users often reply to a thread with +1, I agree, ditto and many other ways of announcing their agreement.
To avoid this, can we apply a like/invite system to each post? Say a person likes the post above him or a post somewhere in a thread, all the user needs to do is hit the arrow button which adds to the number of likes/dislikes that post has. That will be bound to cut quite a few posts out daily.
Mods can also implement a new rule that states those who don't use the system but rather post likes and such will be suspended. A reaper violation of the rule will lead to a banning...

2) With regards to bumps, threads are often bumped, especially by the OP (very often in the marketplace section). There are those users who delete their last bump post on their thread before reposting the bump, but what about having an automatic bump button?
Say a seller wants to bump his thread, every 24 hours he should have the option on his thread to 'bump' it. A designated button on the original post should bump the thread up automatically wothout having the need to post an actual bumping up post. That too should also cut back on the many useless posts the forum gets...

3) I like the idea of tagging users (read it on here before but including it anyway).

4) Quote and tag (3) notifications. - Should you be quoted or tagged in a post, instead of going back through pages ad pages in a large thread, simple notifications of the quoted or tagged post could redirect you directly to the specific post.

5) More organised PM inbox and outbox. I'm not exactly sure on the best way to do this, but my PM box for example is very cluttered. I have PMs from various users which come mid conversation with another member. Just a possibility, but perhaps all PMs can be sorted out under each user (kind of like a Skype chat style layout). I can click on a user in my inbox and see all the messages he/she sent me and my replies in a chat layout with dates above each message to show when each were sent).

What do you think?

Edit: Added some other ideas (they may have already been suggested).

I support the idead 2 & 3 and I think it will be really useful if them will be added in the new forum software (when this forum software will be released).
2710  Economy / Services / Re: Design a logo for my company $1000 contest on: May 05, 2015, 07:17:26 PM
the amount of winning is too much are you willing to pay in bticoins if the winner is from btctalk because i m going to make a bunch of cute logo`s Smiley

Are they serious? 1'000 dollars only for a logo, this is awesome!

Don't you think you are getting over-excited??? Tongue

I have seen logos sold for millions, and companies pay them just because logos define the meaning and perspective of a company...
I ain't that professional in terms of graphic designing, but I will try my level best in order to give IO some awesome logos... Smiley

No  Grin, but I think 1'000 dollars is really a lot of money only for a logo (also if it is very professional and 'awesome').

damn $1000 , but i think its just for premium member  Cry

This contest is open to all the users, but you should at least know to use Photoshop and similar program/software to create some fantastic logos.
2711  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bigger blocks coming in release 0.11 on: May 05, 2015, 06:51:57 PM
For me it would be a nice feature, and it is very needed if bitcoin 'wants' to be mainstream. Because if we compare it with the credit card system we will see that 7 transactions per second - against - 2'000 transactions  per second (visa). In this way we will have a lot of transaction in one block and it will speed up the send of bitcoin.

I'm waiting to see this feature in the next releases and I am sure the majority will choose the right thing Wink.
I thought that too but in the last thread about this there were people who were so against this they started name calling and then it was "Gavincoin". I even got negative trust for saying I it would fork and carry on.

Are you serious? Negative trust for saying your personal opinion (amazing). When the feature will be released, everyone of us will choose if 'upgrade' his bitcoin core version or not (this is the good thing in a 'decentralization).
2712  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [APP] My Bitstamp - Android trading app for Bitstamp exchange on: May 05, 2015, 06:20:12 PM
OP, you should fix the 'download link' in your presentation post (it is broken).

Has someone of you tested the App? Maybe with a non-used device, for a security reason? Can he post his impression about the application? Thanks.

Is this app official or just you're trying to .... Everyone , Beware of this app
if its not coming from the official site of Bitstamp , and save your coins .

Kind Of Respect ,
Bitcoin Boy .

If you 're reffering to me,
The app's creator in the link I have posted is Bitstamp.
If it wasn't the official one Bitstamp wouldn't let it slide  Wink

Maybe if he will give the source, someone can analyze & compile it (so all the doubts will be resolved).

2714  Other / Meta / Re: How can a hero account only have 99 posts? on: May 05, 2015, 06:06:53 PM
google cache shows he used to have 800+ posts. His recent posts page shows up as 6 pages (20 posts each page) for me, so there aren't that many posts that are in trashcan. I'm guessing that he deleted his posts.
He deleted his posts because he is trying to cover up evidence of him scamming. If you look at threads he created the entire conversation has nothing to do with the title of the thread nor what he edited the OP to (note the edit time). Below are a few examples:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1038343.msg11198958#msg11198958
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1038301.msg11198503#msg11198503
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1034655.msg11163147#msg11163147
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=929204.msg10201112#msg10201112

And there are plenty more
back on topic, if he deleted his posts, shouldn't he have his rank change?

Also if he will delete all his posts I am sure if someone wants them, he should only send a PM to an admin (and most probable those posts will be re-added).

I have seen this behaviour previously. It's probably a SMF bug.

His threads probably shouldn't be in the trashcan. He edited most of the OPs in threads he created to make it misleading as to what was being discussed (and he moved them to incorrect sections).

I don't see the point. He is taking a lot of pains for nothing.

He might have used a bot?

It is not a bug, because the activity (so also the ranks) is updated every hour.

I have done this before, when I was Jr member, I deleted few post, and after 30 - 60 minutes my rank back to newbie.

So it is only a question of 'time' and he will lose his Hero rank, I am waiting to see the change.

IMO, those submitted designs aren't that good. They aren't worth $1000. I hope better ones are coming in soon. Good luck to you.

I have seen a few good entries, but I am also sure in these days a lot of users will send their logos.
2716  Other / New forum software / Re: Can we implement a "LITTLE BITCH" rating ??? on: May 05, 2015, 05:57:48 PM
There won't be any downvote/dislike button and... I don't support this.

Yeah I wasn't talking about anything that would seriously down-grade a users rating or anything, just see a lot of these posters in the marketplace.

I have suggested a function 'identical' at you, but only when an user is banned. He will lost X points every ban, in this way I am sure he will learn the forum rules and stop to 'spam' (because if he will continue, he will lose his rank - downgrade).

This, I agree with you but as long the HYIP /ponzi scheme will not be against the forum rules I do not think they will stop.

You mean that you got banned for running a HYIP ? Because it is not against the rules, there is even a special section for it. I do not like it or recommend it but it is not against the rules as far as i know.

I do not think he was banned because he was running an HYIP or ponzi scheme, most probable he was banned due the spam that he has generated here in the forum.

Yes we have understand he deleted a lot of his posts, but will he lose his hero status or not?
2719  Economy / Lending / Re: need loan without collateral. (Dont post if your not willling to give) on: May 04, 2015, 07:31:25 PM
as name of thread say im not offering any collateral.
i need a loan of 0.02 (i think thats about 2$)
btc addy:15rxv7ek8jKUgpU8HqZAs9E727qzhttpbT
repayment of 0.023 in 2 weeks!.
thanks!

Any particular reason on why you are not providing your account as collateral? You gained a loan from neotox previously by offering your account as collateral . I dont see any reason on why not to do that again

I am also interested to know why the OP does not want to give his account as collateral;

katerniko1, if you will put you full member account as collateral I will give you the loan right now Wink. Let me know, alsto through a PM, thanks.

2720  Other / Off-topic / Re: Milestone - i've earned 0.5 BTC on: May 04, 2015, 07:26:52 PM
....
he basically earned 0.125 a month, not what i could call a great amount for sure, but if he just posted a few post per day and played 1 hour of faucets, It would not be seen as bad gain

I am still thinking he should start to search a real work (if he is capable, maybe he is still a student... who knows?).

It's good that you've earned 0.5BTC, but $120 over 4 months ins't exactly time well spent if you have been putting in serious hours!
Faucets and sig campaigns are good, but they can only be used as extra tips or hobbies, they really aren't a get rich quick scheme!

You have a lot of patience though, I hope it works out for you in the future when bitcoin really takes off.

I agree with you, but I have seen a lot of people gain a 'salary' in bitcoin with their services and also with the selling of item here in the forum. The real richness does not exist, because you will always want more & more money.
