2721  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm very worried about my Crypto Trading. on: October 16, 2020, 01:00:37 AM
Learn the logic of trading first. Trading seems simple but difficult. Don't perform surgery before going to medical school. Follow influential that have been in the field for decades, watch YouTube videos on how to minimize risk and trade successfully in any market condition. Don't follow pump and dump group and avoid extra grated price prediction YouTubers
Everything in trading can be learned and even mastered so take your time in studying the movement of the market before you participate into a real trading. Internet can give us the best resources nowadays so start learning with them. There are also free demos for trading before you engage into real trading. And as much as possible, control your emotions while you trade so you can stay focused even if the market suddenly crashes.
2722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My best investment strategy on: October 16, 2020, 12:38:23 AM
We have to look for more options, invest wisely and yes diversify our investment so we wont lose that much. I also have some strategy every time I invest, though you should not over diversify your assets, trade and hold at least top 5 tokens/coins for you.

Your investment strategy might not work with the others, so newbies have to develop your investment strategy and never depend to anyone. The hype also in this market is too much, don’t get distracted.
Yes. Our investment strategies really vary depending on what we think is more profitable. But as much as possible, we need to diversify our investments so that if one loses, the other one has still chances to make profits. We need to monitor the market price movement of the market so that if things goes wrong unexpectedly like the sudden price decline, we can still backed those things up.
2723  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is new occupation on: October 15, 2020, 11:55:54 PM

If there are people who make living from trading, then I'm happy for them.

Many people keep making profit in trading. More are learning it. I think the reason is that job promises are failing and this is why people are taking to trading for a long time before crypto emergence but now the number is increasing by the day. Businesses have come into the internet, many are adopting the trade.
Trading as of this time of pandemic has given more good income to people particularly for those who have been unemployed and so they resort into trading for an income. Trading might not be considered an occupation because of its high risks but the fact that skilled people are gaining good profits from it has made other people think that it can be a good occupation too.
2724  Economy / Economics / Re: State influence for cryptocurrency on: October 15, 2020, 11:36:40 PM
All fields will be affected, cryptocurrency is no exception. because if you want to have crypto we have to buy with fiat first, the current economic recession is probably the first time in my life personally and hopefully we can all get through this well, use money as needed and not as desired.

Right to some point because fiat get affected by recession. In recession, it means that the economy has collapsed and all aspect of it including fiat that will be used to purchase cryptocurrency will be affected and the number of cryptocurrency that it can buy will reduce at the same time.
I think fiat and crypto will definitely be affected when a country is facing a recession. We might say that this pandemic has made crypto more popular and has made a significant price urge in the market but if this pandemic will still lasts longer, crypto will still be down in the end just like fiat.
2725  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to manage your stop loss for good trading result. on: October 15, 2020, 09:19:21 PM
I think stop loss is very important when you are trading, because it allows you to set your trade in such a way that when your loss gets to a particular amount that you dont want to lose beyond, the trade automatically closes itself. It is advisable to use good risk management when setting your stop lose. you normally shouldn't risk more than 2 - 4% of your trading account.
Not only in trading but even in all gambling activities, setting stop loss is very advantage so we can avoid maximal losses in the end. Even when we are in the peak of making profits, setting stop loss is still advisable too because not only we should limit our losses but also in making profits too since we cannot anticipate what will happen the next time around.
2726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sites accepting bets from countries where gambling is illegal. on: October 15, 2020, 08:08:08 AM
Hi guys, this could be a great discussion for us to get some tips to help minimize the risk as although we are aware that our favorite gambling sites does not allow certain countries to use the site and yet we are still persisting to gamble. Personally, I don't read all the TOS in most sites I'm using as they didn't require a KYC so it's useless read all that when I believe I'm not covered since they will not know my real identity or where I am living.

However, lately, I've seen some complaints from user on account getting blocked or funds got frozen because such user belongs to a certain country where listed in the site not allowed to gamble, so I would like to hear your thoughts on how to deal with this kind of possibility that could happen to us since we still gamble despite knowing we are discourage not to.

To my fellow gambles, don't be shy to share your opinion, advises and experience so everyone will be aware.

KYC would be already the best way to see where their users are coming from and these users can also gain fake identities and have the ability to cover their tracks if they are using TOR (The Onion Router) and VPN's. These steps would be enough for someone to be able to gamble in places that gambling is illegal BUT somehow the moral compass of gambling websites are still for the greater good and that is why maybe they should just block some countries from accessing it?
KYC wouldn't help if gambling sites would advocate the anonymous gambling, it just doesn't make sense IMO, they advertise anonymous gambling, allow you to gamble once and later you'll be required some KYC documents, that doesn't sound fair, but it's their rule so we have to be careful with that.

Quote
(But still VPN's are able to go pass thru this).
You can only pass this if you IP is blocked but if it's your identity, no chance as your account is already tied with your identity.
2727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports Betting vs Real "Sports Feelings" on: October 15, 2020, 07:54:35 AM
I enjoy certain matches in which my favourite players are in the squad. People mentioned gamblers once after selecting the odds won't enjoy the match. This is wrong, winning/losing too is a form of enjoyment. The adrenaline pumping of a gambler will be high when he bets and enjoy the match than just enjoying the match. I personally used to have the feeling of spending on my own favourite unlike its winning/losing probability. If the favourite team of mine is predicted to loss I wait for the odds to increase and then spend on it. This had got me bigger profit than just selecting low odds.
The best way to guarantee getting entertain in gambling is don't bet huge amount of money as that would help you to enjoy without thinking much of your bet, when you bet a huge amount it's understandable that somehow we feel frustrated as losing does really bring a bad feeling as a gambler. Personally, I have an experience of getting frustrated in gambling as I sometimes bet beyond my limit and losing sometimes makes you uncomfortable and that would destroy your day.
2728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is it now when ethereum is down? on: October 14, 2020, 11:54:58 PM
today ethereum is down more than 15%. I wonder why this happened. is it possible because of the high cost of GAS? or for some other reason. I didn't find any news that caused the situation to turn out badly like this. this happened suddenly, is it safe, Will ethereum go back to $400?

for now i don't see any reason for ethereum to going down more my friend, maybe the down is only a while because of profit taking actions
soon we will see ethereum rise and grow more than $400
We cannot expect for ethereum price to stay on top so it will surely go down and then rise up again as expected. I think the reason of its downtrend is not just the Defi hype projects but the crypto market alone is not really doing well. Bitcoin is also having a struggle in maintaining its market privce so it will surely affect even altcoins too.
2729  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are people giving up on Bitcoin too quickly? on: October 14, 2020, 11:31:07 PM
Some really gave up on bitcoin for reasons like they got scammed or lose a lot of money trading. Those are the people who got in without even believing in the currency first, they've been blinded by the idea of earning a lot of money without understanding the risk. they see bitcoin as a money making machine and not as a currency. But some of them didn't give up on bitcoin, they just don't believe in it when the price is down. Same thing with almost everything in this world actually. You have friends when you have something, and no one when you're at the bottom. Expect them to be back again once the price is already ATH. They will be the one regretting they didn't hodl. Best is we don't give a shit about them, just do what we do and continue using bitcoin.
It looks like a trauma to a person who had lost a lot of funds in bitcoin. I know that most of us here bought bitcoin because of its primary usage, p2p transactions. We but btc and other cryptocurrencies for investment. And that is the reason why most people quit in crypto space. We intend to make money without knowing the risk potential that we will encounter. If you bought bitcoin during its collapsed and assume that it gonna pump hard, I think until now you hold bitcoin too. It takes a lot of years before we have seen bitcoin ATH again so hodling is not the key specially if you are newbie to the industry.
That's the saddest part on investing in bitcoin thinking that it's a quick rich scheme without being aware that it takes more patience and skills to make profits in bitcoin. People who easily give up on bitcoin are those who have less knowledge about its potential but for those who are already legends in this crypto community, they just keep calm while waiting for its bullish season to come again.
2730  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I Don't undestood why not use funds to earn stable profit on: October 14, 2020, 11:00:31 PM
Trusting someone with your money is very hard nowadays and I wont recommend this kind of strategy, remember those who promise big return every month is probably a scam, so newbies should not bite the trap.

Trading is not easy, this is why if you have no experience and idea about it, better not to trade that much and put it first on a good coins while you are on a process of learning how to trade. There’s no more great way for a newbie to earn, learn the process and there is no shortcut for that.
Trading is very risky if you start trading without much preparation. Yes it's more advisable to invest first in your potential coins while working on your trading plans. Extensive research and a continuous study on trading will help you to avoid losses as much as possible once you are already in trading. But i guess the best teacher would still be your own experience. Losses will often happen but it will surely teach you valuable lessons.
2731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust newbies that starts projects? on: October 14, 2020, 10:39:49 PM
Management Bounty with newbie rank ??
I don't think it's important in terms of ranking. because there are several legitimate projects managing bounties that do not use BM (bounty management) services and of course the rank of newbie with copper member. So far, I am reviewing the project not from who the manager is, but doing research on the project, whether it is solid and has a chance of success or not. But by the way, I've believed in bubbalex, and I think he's the best at bounty management.

We always look up for those bounty managers who have high experiences in handling sucessful bounty projects, but this should not be a bases in finding a good project. It always depends on the over all impact of the project. Even if a bounty manager is still a newbie, it won't matter as long as he is managing a potential and legit project.
2732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sites accepting bets from countries where gambling is illegal. on: October 14, 2020, 07:59:57 AM
This could not be easily resolved, as gambling sites and even websites with other services could not always track their customers IP. Most of the time, people also use VPN to bypass restrictions for the sake of playing. So even if the platform puts a filter to know and limit users from restricted countries, it could not be possible.

Some sites know this trick already and using a VPN with an unknown IP address might compromise your account and freeze as they will suspect it as illegal entry. Using a VPN couldn't be exactly the best thing to do just to escape the said restriction, the tool to avoid such compromise account is to wait the moment that the authority will allow people to gamble, otherwise, you'll be in trouble once caught and might lose your money at their site. Of course, we don't want it to happen and we don't need to force ourselves by then.
Better to find other sites that don't have country restrictions.
Look at what happen now in cloudbet there are complain about the freeze account which came from USA.

They can easily solve this by giving back the money that users deposit but they will require  users  documents and other data so they can know your exact location and see if they can give it back to you. same issuue that you can experience if you do this in other gambling sites.

They required and I think the users has already submitted the required documents and yet the amount was still withheld, that's the risk when gambling knowing it's illegal in your country, everyone should be ready to face that consequences if we still persist gambling.
2733  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos with free withdrawal fees on: October 14, 2020, 07:50:40 AM
I don't know about the others but based on my experience I can really say that sportsbet does not charge you a withdrawal fee, they are the only sportsbook IMO that offers that nice withdrawal feature.
2734  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: >>> Trading tips for newbi<<< on: October 13, 2020, 11:59:12 PM
We also have to choose a place for a good trade exchange so that we can quickly get profits without taking a long time, Binance exchange, Kucoin Huobi Okex and bibox I recommend for your trade and a little
My simple tip is to buy when the price drops and sell when you get a small profit.
and next you have to stay relaxed don't panic when prices are down

It's always best to buy low and sell high. Even if the profit is not that big, it's better to sell your coin than holding it for long and end up regretting because the price suddenly goes down. But sometimes losing is inevitable, so we need to stay calm and better get ready for another trading activity. One mistake will definitely leave us a lesson to be more vigilant the next time around.
2735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: btc vs ethereum on: October 13, 2020, 11:43:07 PM
Both ethereum and the bitcoin are a lot of uses yes ether have a lot of purposes but bitcoin too because it is the main of the cryptocurrency. Bitcoin have a lot of uses too not only the ethereum you better to list also to your post. We know there is a  competition between the two because this two coin is the 1st and the 2nd maybe someday we see ether is going to top 1 because now there is a lot of improvement happening to this coin.
Bitcoin and ethereum have different usage and potentials but they are both precious when it comes to crypto community. If bitcoin leads the crypto investment, ethereum too has its own potentials when it comes to platform usage. Competition may arise but at the end of the day, these two always make up the best investments in crypto.
2736  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic: good for the bitcoin market or bad? on: October 13, 2020, 08:02:36 PM
I think, the pandemic has a good impact to bitcoin market. From the start of lockdowns, bitcoins value are not going down and now it soar high again. That because many people now are investing in bitcoin. If you want to invest in bitcoin , just find a good timing to enter in the market to invest.
I also think that as well. Pandemic has usually caused so much troubles in all aspects in life but when it comes to bitcoin, it became an eye opener for people that bitcoin can be a good alternative currency once bank transactions with fiat is hard to perform. Not only that, bitcoin has also given lot of opportunities for those unemployed people who have special skills when it comes to crypto works. So this pandemic is not that bad at all for bitcoin.
2737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bank of Japan to begin digital currency proof-of-concept in 2021 on: October 13, 2020, 07:31:35 PM
Its a very good news for all the crypto enthusiasts and for the cryptoworld it will definitely open several opportunities especially with all the crypto if this will surely happen knowing many japanese will most likely to patronized it.
Japan has been a great example for a country who has a well developed government economy and it's not a surprise if they will start patronizing cryptocurrency since they have been eyeing on blockhain technology ever since. Well if this will be fully realized, this one might be a great stepping stone for other countries to follow the path of Japan as well.
2738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 12 years and no country has approved Bitcoin ?? on: October 12, 2020, 11:57:15 PM
Bitcoin doesn’t need governments to fall in love with it. National currencies are in a whole new world of trouble now with a great recession brewing, people with flock to bitcoin to preserve their wealth. Govs will have no chooce but to get bitcoin friendly or get left behind.
Bitcoin is a decentralized currency so there is no need for a government to backed it up. Although its hard for bitcoin to become a global currency, having it as a alternative currency and a very good investment is already a good achievement for bitcoin. There are already few countries who have been supporting bitcoin but not using bitcoin as their main currency, only a good alternative mode of payment.
2739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling License on: October 09, 2020, 11:39:26 AM

Would it make any difference to you if they're registered in Malta or UK where regulations are said to be of the highest standards?

This is a plus factor, but on top of this we want to see a gambling site with good reputation accumulated overtime, reputation is still everything, I have so many projects even outside of the gambling where the project is fully compliant and with a known team behind them but they still run away with investor's money.
Yeah and because most of the players are registered from illegal sources like from countries where gambling is not allowed or they have provided fake information at the time of registration so they cannot even complain or make a legal claim about their funds despite being honest and legit.

The most important thing is neither license nor the license provider and the country but actually the running time of the casino because if a website is running from years like Primedice or sportsbet.io then I would never hesitate because I don't even have to know and verify their license but just bet freely because there are so many players playing and I am never at risk more so because I don't make high roller sort of bets.
I don't think most of the players are coming from countries were gambling is illegal, though a casino is licensed but they don't require a KYC for their gamblers, then they will never know if such gamblers are illegally gambling or not, and that is the beauty of the crypto casinos now, KYC is not their product, it's the anonymous gambling as it attracts more gamblers.
2740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question: Is there any websites where I can gamble crypto under 18? on: October 09, 2020, 11:20:21 AM

I'm sure OP has found some casino that he can play without having to verify his age.  If you have been in crypto for year, you must have learned more of the casino in crypto.  You likely could play whichever casino you see first and hope KYC will not be asked, but this is if you just with simple lottery and dice.
Obviously, we are enjoying crypto gambling because of the non KYC requirement, and as long as you are living in a country where gambling is not restricted, you can enjoy playing in different crypto casinos even without KYC, so it would not be  a problem for OP finding a gambling site that will suite his need.
Addiction starts with just few bets and someone in this early stage might not have controls yet to get addicted. Its encourage not to play at this early year of your life.
That's why gamblers are ask if they are 18 as that is a legal age where we can assume a person has already matured so he can understand the risk in gambling.
