2761  Other / Meta / Re: Removing Current Topic Notifications on: June 10, 2022, 02:08:40 PM
How many threads are on a page for you to not just be able to hit clear all a few times (if you're clearing everything, you probably don't even need to change pages).

I don't think you've explained what you'd want a script to do better, remove everything (it's probably quite easy to make one if so)?
Yeah, I think the same way. Like you can do it in just few seconds, say every page there's 10 threads since i don't have that much thread on that list (of course the many the easier and faster), then it could take just few clicks to make an 80 threads to delete on that page maybe even for 100 threads just clicking the "Started by" checkbox.
2762  Economy / Services / Re: EARN 500 - 2000$/week with simple knowledge of Telegram! on: June 10, 2022, 08:52:09 AM
What kind of marketing promotions your service do?

Or maybe you can provide your website url to see the services provided by the site coz google have lots results when searching about the keyword "bigsteppa".
And what's the assurance of the one who get a client for you to be able to get paid?
These are just some questions asked since that amount is too good to be true if compared what you get from doing service here.
2763  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Jay-Z and Jack Dorsey are funding a free Bitcoin education program in the US on: June 09, 2022, 09:31:45 PM

The program will be offered both in-person and online from June to September. It launches amid a turbulent year for cryptocurrencies.
Don't their think that instead of using Academy they should consider using terms like Bitcoin seminar instead since it has a time frame of June to September, Academy is an educational institution that continues in practice.
Seminar is a like a discussion over something, whereas academy is something someone to teach for, it has courses too, so using bitcoin academy is better than a seminar.

Due to the belief that Bitcoin is a get quick rich scheme in some quarters, some Bitcoiners have been very skeptical to introduce it to some friends and colleagues.
This isn't the case as you put it, Bitcoin is not a quick rich scheme and to prove that
Well, he is right, many still believe bitcoin as a get quick rich scheme even these days, that's why its one of the reasons why the academe is created. You even just make an example over that, you may already know it but some are still didn't.

Welcome Roma, I have always thought Roma is a name of a city, today I know it can be humans name.
Of course, humans have refer names from different things including places including planets which sometimes sounds weird, well, as if a boy/girl can object what their parents choose to named them lol

Just to add, dont forget to read the forum rules, its very important if you care about the forum and to your account, coz there are limits in every things here.

Someone is reborn, give this man a round of applause.
Only few got that realization after becoming a full time bounty hunter lol.

So yeah, try reading what you need to learn first, google some keywords with "bitcointalk.org" or use the search feature of the forum. You can still do bounties and yet participate discussions/questions here, ofc reading too. Don't forget to read the forum rules too

2766  Economy / Services / Re: I'll Pay $10 For Scam Exchanges on: June 05, 2022, 07:46:01 PM
If this is something you can do, contact me on Telegram @Cyberczar
If you've an offer, make it public here. There's no need for anyone to contact you via telegram for this, IMO..
The offer is already there, in the content which is already public.

Please edit the subject into "I'll Pay $10 For Finding Scam Exchanges".

(It is somehow sounding like you are paying to scam an exchange).
Must be a click bait but you can understand if you read the content.

I think that this thread does not fit here on this board. You can take this to scam or reputation.
Scam accusations board ia for scam reports/threads, you wont make a paying thread on scam accusations board.

Sorry you want scam to be reported to you so that you take glory over it? You don't have any authority on that and I think people won't consider going all the way to your telegram to say to you that they found a scam exchange. They will post it rather by themselves maybe to get some glory and maybe reward for their hard work. So you need to have a rethink about what you are asking and make another strategy for it.
Feels like you just read title and not understanding the content. Glory? Authority?  Now you just accused someone just by reading the title lol.

The whole purpose of OP nothing but good. You just tell him that this site a scam exchange with proof ofc, and you got paid, you can post it on scam accusation board too.
Benefits? you got paid and shared important warnings to people to stay away of these scams.

The whole doubt of this thread, is only if op is paying or not, its hard to proceed unless theres a middle man securing the payment.
2767  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can you suggest similar sites to aiscore.com but with faster information updates on: June 04, 2022, 06:37:19 PM
I am not aware of aiscore site but it looks like a sports site that give live match score updates mainly related to football.
It's not only for football actually, you can click that football word~dropdown and see lots of games with almost all updates of the previous games all over the world.

Does this site also offer betting on these matches or it is just for viewing the live score of all the matches in a single site?
I found it not, seems this is more just stats and information of all the games, but as what op is trying to ask, its more like doesnt have a realtime updates.

Also i hope you are not advertising the site in an indirect way  Huh
It doesnt matter, it seems like the site is completely helpful if you're into sportbetting, checking a team's previous will give you good analysis on what team you're going to bet for upcoming games.
2768  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Elon Musk and the BitVex.org scam - You have been warned!!! on: June 03, 2022, 04:17:58 PM
If you're one of the fans of elon, and know what his stands in cryptocurrency, or just even got a glimpse of what he is shilling in crypto, you will eventually know that what he's saying in the video is suspicious and fake. Then you will eventually check if its legit if you care.
He maybe a crazy shiller but this one is kinda looks fake in my opinion. Elon has been known in the entire crypto for shilling dogecoin but this one, like others said its quite more of a fake one.
No need to doubt, it's 101% fake. This man never shills any crypto related  company before and not for a something new/unknown exchange or whatever that site is called on the video.

Good thing the video is now shutdown, i know it will not be the last but a thread or warning like this will notify people here to at least report any video/url/app that is a red flag and a scam.
2769  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Elon Musk and the BitVex.org scam - You have been warned!!! on: June 02, 2022, 11:48:42 PM
Hilarious  Grin Grin

It's funny how scammer get to such lengths. I watched the video and couldn't help but laugh

Yes, it's funny in the beginning, but it's really hard not to see if this is fake because as what everyone said, this is another level from these cyber criminals.
If you're one of the fans of elon, and know what his stands in cryptocurrency, or just even got a glimpse of what he is shilling in crypto, you will eventually know that what he's saying in the video is suspicious and fake. Then you will eventually check if its legit if you care.

2771  Other / Meta / Re: Referral links hidden under infographics, is this allowed? on: June 01, 2022, 07:44:10 AM
Most do that. Some take out numbers and replace them with a site name (ie refer/bitcointalk4) but I doubt that's a requirement.
They can just use the "utm_source" if they need referrer when visiting or accessing the site.

I have checked the board and i just see lots of gambling ann threads do the same like this, i wonder how mods will do about this if rules is absolute since some of the users have been banned for several days, or years, worst permanent due to this.
2772  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can you suggest a crypto sportsbook with video streaming of sporting events? on: June 01, 2022, 03:58:39 AM
No, sports live streaming is a thing already on sports betting websites. Aside from stake and betonline, cloudbet do live stream for particular sports betting.
Live streaming purposes is to make their users session duration stay longer on the site, and make more suitable for sports betting than, opening tv, different tab just for watching/betting where they can offer it by themselves, so its a plus feature for betting and just watching.
You are forgetting the fact that these live streams could lag on these sites for various reasons which is a con for punters which is why most punters don't really use them even if they are actually available in some sites.

Switching tabs or devices in this case isn't a big deal obviously and is the preferred way when compared to other alternatives.
Of course it will for many reasons to mention but most of them is due to user's device.

While its true switching tabs is not a big deal but it's a loss for the site's performance, stat, analytics, etc. So some of them offer on such way, but ofc, they can't force the user to stick o  their screen and choose to watch on tv, other tab~new website.
2773  Other / Meta / Re: Referral links hidden under infographics, is this allowed? on: May 31, 2022, 11:05:37 PM
Sometimes links look like referral links but are used to determine where traffic is coming from by a site owner (which is what this could actually be).
The link has "refer" word to it and It redirect to a sign up page, so its a referral link obviously

It should be reported under no referral code (ref link) spam, regardless who posted it it's against the rules, unless mods tolerate such thing.
2774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Mantra After, while playing And Before You Gamble on: May 30, 2022, 11:55:58 PM
I bet everyone of us have it, other just don't discover it or notice it yet. If you do and watch gambler on our locals, people have their very own thing to get rid bad lucks while gambling, and follows something like hand sign, or body movement for good luck, idk but it just a thing. Haha.
2775  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can you suggest a crypto sportsbook with video streaming of sporting events? on: May 30, 2022, 11:34:58 PM
Can you suggest a crypto sportsbook with video streaming of sporting events?

Why would you need to watch the live stream on the sportsbook page when you can watch it elsewhere. I don't think sportsbook could offer this service as there are many matches being played simultaneously and it's impossible for the sportsbook to publish those events live.

If you want to watch the matches while betting on them, you need to watch them on TV or any other platform which is live streaming them.

But ofc, not all sports event are covered on this site so you need to find it by yourself if you really want to watch.
2776  Economy / Gambling / Re: HELP WITH BETTING! BETTING FOR YOU! MAKE MONEY WITH ME! on: May 28, 2022, 08:22:55 PM
So you wanted to abuse the casino TOS by helping people which aren't allowed to gamble? and you're newly created account without any reputation, how can someone trust their money to you? lol. Even you're a legit user, it's really risky for the both sides since you could get tracked by them and might faced a legal law if they're really serious.

Really I dont understand what you want to say?? I can offer offline bets for players who bet lower league. (Balkan leagues, Russian, Ukrainen, Czech.) etc. Dont touch odd.
...

are you going to offer KYC and send your information to guaranty that you will not run away which I doubt your bettor will take.
It still won't help, he can submit fake or fabricated information, who knows. It's just a piece of information that can be faked after all where else the other side is money to risked by the account owner.
2777  Other / Meta / Re: What is the proper way to address a noun with a pronoun with Satoshi and others on: May 27, 2022, 03:31:36 PM
Yesterday, it occur to me that I don't know Satoshi gender, nobody does, it could be a person or people but in my previous thread, the first paragraph, I was looking for the right pronoun (he/she/they) and I couldn't get any as a subject to avoid the repetition of the noun in my thread. If Satoshi is a single person, what about the gender? is it a he or she?
Don't make things too complicated, you can't get exact answer just speculations. Just who knows who Satoshi is in the very first place. Base on his activities in this forum, the account is not managed by a group and no one knows if he or she is.
Just call the person "Satoshi".

Another question is, how do you also address other objects like names in the forum with a pronoun when you don't even know who you are conversating with, You could offend a lady by calling her bro, there is gender in all profiles but for sake of privacy, many don't use it. How do you address other members without calling their names multiple times?
It's not a big deal, its the same as they dont put gender on their profile, like no one care, its like the men and women are equal perspective. Like Lauda, many called him or her before she introduce that she is she.
2778  Other / Meta / Re: Avatar is not displayed correctly on: May 25, 2022, 10:30:18 AM
I see it clearly the same as what your wearing now in this thread and on that thread. Maybe just a couple of force refresh will do the work?
2779  Other / Meta / Re: Is the code used to generate a new address in the copper membership open source? on: May 25, 2022, 06:48:14 AM
This forum is open source though, it's based on Simple Machines Forums, which is released under BSD: https://www.simplemachines.org/about/license.php
The simple machine, yes. But this forum was already customized and improved too many times like this forum is already different from the version released by the simple machines since those hacks happened.
2780  Other / Meta / Re: Is the code used to generate a new address in the copper membership open source? on: May 25, 2022, 04:54:57 AM
Bitcoin is open source, lots of address generator library using different programming language are open source too.

Probably theymos uses open source software to do the address generation of every user, but since this forum is not open source, then there's no way theymos will make the code for the copper membership open source too.
