How long does it take before it starts staking?

8 hours?

Can encrypted wallet receive stake or no?

This is a dream of every investor in crypto. No whales, no miners and project that already raised $1.2 million. If you hold this coin consider yourself very very lucky and don't sell because this will only go to the moon.

Think of the all possibilities that can be achieved with that much capital. $0.50-$1 within a year is no problem for this wonderful altcoin that is here to make the history.

Wow. Amazing looking wallet and very well organized.

Somebody who bought 80 BTC worth is selling to bring the price lower so he can buy more at cheaper price and then pump it. It's more profitable that way. If you are interested in the coin and the project why worry about short term goal?

If you sell lower than ICO price that whale will buy it and then you're going to complain about how you lost money when it's really your fault. Don't sell before this project is completed.

Hey everyone, thanks for the kind words regarding the website!  A lot of work went into it to make sure that the website reflects the professional nature of Quicksilver, and so acts as a solid foundation for future developments and growth.

While altcoin trade volume is down across the board (blame BTC for that one!), it was encouraging to see the renewed community interest in Quicksilver upon the website release. While meaningful development and adoption take time to do properly, know that I am hard at work on Quicksilver!

And yes, mobile wallets are one of the next steps Smiley

If you want coin to be success don't even look at the chart or price no matter what people say. Just focus on making it work in real world and price would increase automatically.

Good job, man.   Cool

Guys I am excited as you are but....1$ a coin? Really?

Do you realize how flawed that is? That would mean everyone who bought a few BTC worth would be millionaires. Logistics fail?

Anyway, great innovative platform...but let's stop floating in the clouds and stay grounded here.

What do you think of the people who bought bitcoins for mere cents.

They are all millionaires now.

Only reason BTC is at the top is because there is too much money invested in it (advertising wise) and no coin has come closer to it. It gets too much public view. BitBay is here to change it...not saying it would replace BTC but it can easily become next big thing after BTC because it has great plan and now it has capital which most coins lack.

$1.2 million raised in ICO.

that's more than enough to make it reach further than $1. Most coins fail because they don't have enough capital to advertise it to big investors. This one is going to be huge if that money is well spent.

500 BTC left

Epic

Nobody sell under $1.

if everyone sticks to not selling below $2 we will all be rich, be disciplined when this goes mainstream, ask for atleast $2 no less :p
anyone who sells for less than $2 will miss out big time!

Can you mine it or not?

Please refrain from fudding this thread. If you have specific information by all means post it. However we have expressed our intention to keep this thread from degenerating into a fud-fest, which is what you are attempting to do by posting in this way.

Thanks

What would happen with the money right after ICO?

Any plans?

I'm ready to buy more but would appreciate answer to those questions.
2773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitBay | Decentralized Marketplace | Unmoderated Thread on: November 14, 2014, 04:35:55 PM
My point is I think some random guy demanding information about expenditures for Ebay, Bitbay, amazom or whoever is absurd.  Frankly if they had discussed expenditures with you I would have been worried they were telling people what they want to hear so they could scam them.  The fact that they won't cave in to some 2 bit clowns demands is a good sign.

Any new company that wants investors should have no reason to NOT answer questions that are being asked.

Comparing Bitbay to amazon or  ebay is ridiculous...those companies have billion dollars turnover..they don't need investors and if they did they wouldn't mind answering questions.

2774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitBay | Decentralized Marketplace | Unmoderated Thread on: November 14, 2014, 04:23:09 PM
I just called Ebay up and asked them to discuss their expenditures.  I am interested in investing in Ebay I told them I would if only they would give me a detailed accounting of where every dime of the money generated by Ebay goes.  I told them there were being assholes for not giving me the information I was asking for.  They hung up on me can you believe that shit?

It gets better I just called them back and demanded to speak to the CEO.  I told them if they refuse to give me the information I want about their expenditures I would be forced to expose them to the world as scammers.  They hung up on me again.   I can't stand Ebay I will never us it again.

Here is my $50,000

I'll just shut my mouth and close my eye...take my money please. Roll Eyes

2775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitBay | Decentralized Marketplace | Unmoderated Thread on: November 14, 2014, 04:00:28 PM
First I would like to say I'm invested in Bitbay because I liked the idea itself and David in the team gave me enough confidence to invest my BTC.

Now, I think OP is asking legit questions and we would like to know what would be next step after ICO. 3000 BTC = $1230062.99

that's lot of money.

Well, depends...
Good marketing for a strong projects costs a lot more than that.

I see a lot of good projects out there in the wild (not crypto related), which are not going anywhere. They lack marketing.
Marketing is very expensive those days.

If they are raising those money for developing alone, then yes 3000 BTC is a lot of money for developing alone.

I hope it's for marketing and if it is then this coin can be amazing. BTC gets lot of investors because of marketing and altcoins lack in that factor and if that money gets used for marketing this coin has lot of value.

I'm trying to see what's the next step after ICO and I haven't heard anything regarding where would money go.

I have invested 2 BTC but would I invest further? Probably not until I hear regarding what would happen to the money right after ICO has ended.

Would they start marketing right away?

Would they wait for 6 months before they start marketing?

or more importantly would they drive Ferrari and buy a nice house in Florida with that money?  Grin J/K

As an investors those are very legit questions.

Very impressive.

Market look bad at the moment, will sell my coins so that i will be able to re-enter at lower prices. Before it hit Bittrex it was trading on C-CEX at 400 sats. I'll start buying back at 500 sats.

Maybe you should check back your hyping posts in the previous thread....."let's meet again" was my quote and was a reaction to Unusual Facts who was screaming every post that dev was a genius with his buywall.
Had to copy past it as it is not possible to quote from closed threads....

LMFAO

Keep trading shitcoins for quick profits and shitdevs will always return to make new shitcoins, but in the end this is destroying the altmarkets

don't be upset at me for making little profit here & there. I'm not holding the majority of the market.  Wink. I'm holding bags of 200,000 CANN & 500,000 RDD so don't think I never lose...but am I wrong to make profit here & there to recover my loss from those so called "good coins". I don't have much control over what happens to a coin. Truth is whales control the market and coin would rise overtime if it has some value and good dev. Price has nothing to do with what coin has to offer to crypto.

I wouldn't judge UROD dev because I don't know what he is working on but I don't feel comfortable at this point because obviously something isn't working right or coin wouldn't be where it is now. I'm leaving it alone as it is too risky for me to invest further.

You should be upset at whales & BTC for ruining altcoins.

Not upset about you making some profit, but your behaviour looked like you acted as a clown.
You were yelling that dev is superb because of putting up buywall, which disappeared all of a sudden. You called 50k as a target....  Roll Eyes

Maybe you should go back and read the closed thread and my guess is that you feel ashamed. You and some others were hyping the shit out of nothing, just to make a small profit but this behaviour is killing the market and not the whales are doing that.

As long as you are willing to hype shitcoins, shitdevs will return to make money (together with you)over the noobs but this is short term profit.
Look how many scamcoins launched in the past months and hear how many people are because of that tired of altcoins, look at the volumes on bittrex.

Short term greed.....
Pls think about it....

For your info: sorry for being the attacked one, off course it is not only you but so many others. But the mentality has to change in general

Dev followed the roadmap so I don't think it's a shitcoin or a scam. The person who buys a coin because of hype deserves to lose money. Just sayin.

Blaming other people for your losses is cowardly thing to do. Anyone investing in a crypto should do their own research and if you don't then you have no one to blame but yourself.
