2761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrop Discussion on: May 02, 2018, 08:48:50 PM
The problem i see with these airdrop is that they are trying to create a market and thereby the developers profiting from it in the end, most of the airdrops just die instantly because they do not have the money to list the coins in exchanges and the amount to list the coins in exchanges are not cheap. Grin
2762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bought BTC at 20k on: May 02, 2018, 08:08:37 PM
If you had 100k, you spent 50k buying BTC at 20k in Dec 2017 and felt like shit. Now is May 2018 and you have 50k left, which coin would you put your money in so that you don't feel the same way ?
I would say it was a bad investment in the first place to enter the bull market and that too when the price was reaching $20k and everybody knew there was a big correction coming, you can look for good ICO and invest in it and may be it is a good time if you enter bitcoin and average the price so that you do not need to wait for the next time the price reaches $20k to be in profit.
2763  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks Won't Make You Rich on: May 01, 2018, 11:58:47 PM
Its true that banks will not make us rich. Because the interest that are given to us when we put our money in the bank are not big. But banks will make our money more secure .
Banks might not make you a fortune but the risk of investment is negligible, i am not talking about inflation here but the risk of investment is low but that is not the case with other investment opportunities, the higher the risk, the bigger the reward will be and that is the case with crypto market, the risk is high and so does the reward.

You saving will be simply be eaten up by the sleepy monster called inflation.
This is not entirely true, but the inflation is a real problem but it will take a longer period to eat up the profit as you think.
2764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters should be paid in ETH on: April 30, 2018, 08:38:27 PM
Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.
The main purpose of bounties is to have a following in the coin and if the project is good and if it is successful then it will give you a better profit, but most of the time it wont end up like that as most of the projects coming up are just fantasy ones and everyone is starting new projects to make money and there is no way they are going to pay with ETH unless they have the budget to allocate that kind of funds from the start.
2765  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: April 26, 2018, 11:56:34 PM
-Chris Gayle of KXIP played fine, not good though. His little more stay could've changed the stats for Punjab.
-All other batsmen of KXIP (Finch, Ashwin, etc) didn't do anything. They all seemed to be in hurry while batting, maybe they didn't get enough sleep last night.
-Rashid Khan of SRH bowled good, took three wickets.
-it was definitely a boring low-scoring match. Run rate didn't go above 7 in any of the two innings.
SRH was bowling really well and there is nothing that Chris could do to change the match, he was not getting his timings and he got out eventually, he could have made an impact in the match but Rashid Khan is bowling really well after the beating he got last time from Gayle.
2766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a possibility that ether will reach to 19K USD in the near future? on: April 26, 2018, 11:52:44 PM
of course it is possible. in my opinion bitcoin will reach to 20k in 6 mounths. may be  end of year at least 40k dollars
OP is not even asking about bitcoin, he is talking about a dream price of ETH, by looking at the price now you cannot say that the price will reach $19 k in the future even when the price of bitcoin touches half a million, that might change but i do not see that the price is rising that high in ETH.
2767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it normal for ICO prices to drop once they're listed on the exchange? on: April 26, 2018, 11:46:27 PM
this is normal for projects with weak background. Bounty hunters dump the tokens because they didn't pay anything, plus pre-ico token owners payed only part of the price, so first investors on exchange cannot do anything with this
Majority of the tokens are not great projects too and they will eventually die off, if the project is solid the price will increase in the future, even if the bounty hunters sell off the coins and we usually see the price going down when it enters the exchange, but there is a sell off from the team too, it all depends upon how good the team behind the project .
2768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH will go back to $1 this year here is why.. on: April 26, 2018, 09:27:44 PM
Yes, there is truth in your words. But we must not forget that the dollar is overvalued in the same way. Many currencies are dying. But I do not believe that the etherium will fall. More and more iso is tied up on the etherium
You cannot very well predict that the ETH platform will not fail, we all know about DOA hack that happened in the past and we are seeing some vulnerabilities and if there is any other major issue with the platform it will fail without a doubt and if that happens the price might fall to zero.
2769  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is the world economy is sliding down? And how bitcoin may help it? on: April 25, 2018, 09:20:42 PM
Why is the world economy is sliding down, a bit reminder to  2008 when the world economy is in freefall, The shock waves from the collapse of Lehman Brothers maybe on of the main factors.. The economic indicators - trade, industrial production, unemployment - are comparable to the early stages of the Great Depression in the early 1930s.
My point is, how bitcoin could take place to helps the Economics rise again or it would be an additional threat to economy stabilty ??
I do not think that we are facing any difficulty economically, there might be a slow down in the growth in some parts of the world but i cannot see anything that says that the world economy going down, if there is a market crash i expect many investment coming into the cryptocurrency market which could boost the price, other than that the impact has to be seen.
2770  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: UAE Government launches Blockchain Strategy 2021 on: April 25, 2018, 08:19:27 PM
That is such a good news . Blockchain is finally getting some good recognition .
This is certainly not the first instance where blockchain is used as there are many governments who are against bitcoin have accepted the technology behind blockchain and it wont be the last, UAE government is always proactive than the rest of the gulf regimes and it is a really good initiative, but it has nothing to do with bitcoin.
2771  Economy / Speculation / Re: Total Marketcap is rising, start of bullish market? on: April 25, 2018, 07:10:53 PM
I see green prices again consecutively, bitcoin also prices show their contribution to hitting prices at $ 11,000. I think the chaos that happened in the last few weeks is over, now it's time for us to fight for more benefits and benefits back.
The positive thing is that the market held through even when the alt coin market went down and finally we saw a bit of a correction, but i am sure it will recover eventually, never expect to see a rally in this period but we will see some sustainable growth and eventually we will see the big rally everyone is expecting.
2772  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain and AI will improve the world economy on: April 25, 2018, 06:36:45 PM
What are your thoughts about this? Will both Blockchain and AI improve the world's economy?  Huh
This is the early stages and we cannot predict how they could impact the entire economy now but you can very well tell that there will be changes in the economic structure and we will see more of those changes in the coming future. It might take years to have any major changes but we are moving in the right direction.
2773  Economy / Speculation / Re: The weekly trading volume of bitcoin in Venezuela reached $ 55 million. on: April 25, 2018, 12:52:12 AM
How funny it is when people in the country have nothing to eat, but the volume of the cryptomarket is growing up!
It was a country which was oil rich and because of their governments inability and the policies they made brought the country to its knees and so is the reason there is poverty and lack of job and because of their inflation rate more people are turning to bitcoin and so is the reason we are seeing more volumes.
2774  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Invest in Bitcoin before April 27 on: April 24, 2018, 11:53:19 PM
Shocking news has broken about a huge multibillion-dollar company that has proven my findings to be right…Findings that could help anyone turn $100 into a retirement fortune…But there’s no time to waste, Because I expect it to happen as early as April 27.
Which multi bullion dollar company corroborated your findings and provide that link, i rather hope you are not bullshitting here. What is the specialty of April 27, rather than saying something cryptic it would be great if you could clarify things rather than creating a thread for the sake of creating it.
2775  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Ethereum on: April 24, 2018, 11:30:24 PM
I believe in ethereum more than bitcoin.
There is nothing wrong in believing a token creating platform rather than an actual currency, i am in this market simply because of bitcoin and ETH have the potential but when you look at the long term potential there is no denying that bitcoin is the only coin that could assure you some wild price moving forward.
2776  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Europe Wants To Know Who You Are? on: April 24, 2018, 10:48:37 PM
Everyone hear the news, seems in Europe the so called powers that be want to put more regulation
for anyone who uses an exchange there to trade etc, they want to know who you are and when you are using the exchange for transactions in crypto.
It is expected from the start that the governments will start implementing strict regulation for the users who are dealing in bitcoin and other digital assets and with the rally we had last year it has given a sense of urgency for the governments to come up with regulation and expect those to happen soon from around the globe.
2777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY]XYO-Decentralized Crypto-Location Oracle Network. $3 MILLION IN REWARDS! on: April 24, 2018, 10:14:22 PM
Please post this concern to the bounty group as well so the bounty manager can also see this. Thank you.
Where is the bounty group, i thought posting in this bounty thread will get the attention of the bounty manager, if you could point me to that, it would be great.

Cheers
2778  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Price Exploding on: April 24, 2018, 10:03:04 PM
In my opinion a lot of risk there are in the future so I would be quiet spreading enthusiasm.
We cannot forget Mt Gox liquidator that is waiting for a good price to sell or potential fud by media speculation.
It is good to see the market gaining momentum and we must expect the unexpected, they will be selling off their assets when they deemed fit and it is not transparent on how much more coins they are planning to liquidate, hopefully the market gains momentum after touching $10k.
2779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY]XYO-Decentralized Crypto-Location Oracle Network. $3 MILLION IN REWARDS! on: April 24, 2018, 11:22:57 AM
Attention bounty manager

I joined the campaign and my real entry is 94 and on checking the spread sheet it looks like someone joined again with my ID at 241, do delete that and last week i did not get the stakes which is really unfortunate because it looks like the forum is resetting the posts every now and then .
2780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOGE coin will it go beyond $1, why & why not? on: April 20, 2018, 12:38:18 PM
Doge to reach for 1$? on how? try to see the status it is on rank 34 on the cap but still the the price didn't even pump and I would not surprise that this coin will be later dumped by its holders since seems there's no earning movements came unto it nor profitability is very far to be seen since its long long time stable coin.
It is not always about earning money, if you could enter doge when it was below 20 sat it would have being a good bargain and every year we might see some movement in the coin, the best thing about the coin is that some sites accept it to gamble and hopefully we would see more adaptation for the coin from gambling sites and it might be the poor mans coin to gamble. Cheesy
