Geez, settle down.
It is obvious to me the Ebay auction is not TerraHash themselves, it is just a random joe blow trying to make a buck on the ASIC craze.
There are many people doing that left and right here on these forums as well.
He's not the only one so it's silly to single him out... I don't see much of a big deal.

I feel like the majority says litecoin yet the price has been falling steadily for the past few weeks.
Really makes you wonder, this whole game is a speculator's game.
Litecoin is historically more stable than most other Litecoins. However, it rises and falls with Bitcoin and Bitcoin has been down the past few weeks. It'll bounce back- I think now is a good time to buy (which I am), the price won't be this low for long. Also.. this is my +1 for Litecoin.

I'm happy with 100% ROI by Oct 01.
You guys do realize how insane that is, right?
Name any other investment that gives 100% ROI in such a short time.
I agree, our machines will break even long before any ASICMINER USB or Blade ordered today (or even this month and probably last month too.)

No I mean like I already traded we did half then half and he went first. He messaged me through an ebay purchase.
What did they pay by? Wow, probably Paypal. Bro, you're screwed, don't trade the other half with him. He is going to do a charge back eventually and you can kiss that money you got from him in Paypal goodbye.

To prospective buyers:
Please do your research in profitability and network speed projections and note that these ASICs will most likely never break even.
I am tired of people selling overpriced mining equipment for prices that will never break even, and even worse... people actually buy them.
Don't be the sucker that buys them from him please, because you will not make a penny off them (if not lose money which is more likely IMO.)
PS: Sorry to crap on your thread OP, but I'm not going to let people entice noobs into buying overpriced hardware if I can do something about it.

just did some calculations 400mh/s= $1.287 a day with current diff / $200 = 155.4 days to roi and that's if the diff is constant which it isn't
with all these asics coming out its gonna be less profitable

I'm just stating the obvious for those that don't realize.
If I save one person his money, then it was a success.
I knew you wouldn't be happy with that post, but I don't care.
Now, carry on, I have nothing left to say to you....

Well said Puerto.
Too many custom hardware manufacturers are squeezing all the profit out of mining. They need to leave some meat on the bone for customers, otherwise they won't be in business much longer. Only idiots are overpaying for hardware right now, the idiots will run out sooner or later.
But then again, you are preaching to Blackarrow whom has been selling FPGAs for months now that will most likely never break even as well, so I suppose he really just doesn't care that he is screwing his customers. As long as he makes money, then all is good I suppose... too many people thinking like that nowadays... share the wealth IMO. These manufacturers can still sell at attractive prices and still make a boatload of money, the problem is they want a boatload and a half.
That sounds very socialist. I don't see anything wrong in selling products at prices customers are willing to pay... Perfectly good business. Nobody is putting a gun to anyones head and forcing them to buy at ridiculous prices. Whats really wrong is lying about shipping dates(BFL style) or product specifications. Whats borderline wrong is lying about ROI. Anyone with half a brain can do their own calculations and decide if they want it or not. My problem is they are making money off of stupid people (or inexperienced people) that don't do profit calculations and network speed projections. They are screwing their customers to make a boatload of money, under the pretense that the customer is going to make all this money from their magic money printing machines. They know damn well what they're doing and that these devices will most likely never break even, but they just don't care. You think that is ethical? It's akin to a scammer selling an investment to a senile old person that they know will not be profitable venture, but they try to sell it to the old person anyways because the old person is more likely to buy it than a rational human being. Meanwhile they make a lot of money, but their investors are screwed from the get-go. Again, you think this is ethical?

People like to use OSRoC involvement as a reason why Kncminer is legit and going to do what they say they are. I agree they are likely making an ASIC and not a complete scam, however their promises of shipping time and power consumption seem like they'll be hard to keep.
Anyone that thinks that BFL didn't use an ASIC design company as reputable (or more reputable) than OSRoC is fooling themselves. Also, kncminer is using newer tech than BFL, which is more difficult to design and develop. Both companies are using newer tech than ASICMINER / Avalon and both companies are going to run into their share of complications. Except you just haven't seen the complications that Kncminer will run into yet because they're just getting started... they will come IMO.

Perhaps, they're based near the Lawyer's-ville part of the city, if they truly exist... Address: 145-157 St John Street, London EC1V 4PW, England United Kingdom Between Farringdon and Old St; Address: 145-157 St John Street, London EC1V 4PW, England United Kingdom I'll get you guys a picture of their location over the weekend! Don't bother bro.. 145-157 St John Street is where half of UK registered companies are; it's the best known P/O box, used to see it all the time as an accountant and have a company there myself (company no. 08500013) As above, from another thread on this topic AEJK claims the address is nothing more than mail forwarding, which is in stark contrast to 'cloud hashings' claims. On their site they claim to have a physical presence, an office, depicted by a giant red circle: https://www.cloudhashing.com/contactI'll swing past on my way back tomorrow morn. If there is nothing to assure they have a physical presence as claimed, then for all intense and purposes, they are out to scam! We operate out of a virtual office. We never maintained the address posted was a physical address and if you read other posts would had seen we mentioned before it is a mail forwarding address. Being a new tech startup in expensive London, renting an office space is not advisable nor fiscally prudent. And as we have always maintained , we are not desperate for anybody's business. If you are not happy we would gladly offer you a refund. We do not want unhappy customers. It seems this forum is hell bent on labelling anything that moves a scam. Anyways if you wish to meet in London or talk over the phone, I would gladly personally accommodate you. Kind regards If others want me to verify your legitimacy, I can do that. It's more than a little naughty that you to have the following Google Maps image on your website suggesting you have a physical office at that location: I'm more than aware London is expensive, unlike you; I don't just claim to be located here, I actually do live here. At the very least make it known on your website you do not have a real office there. There is nothing in the picture above to suggest anything is virtual, and therefore it creates a fraudulent assumption you appear to want to propagate, and to be fair, with the current climate with respect to scams, that's not healthy for you, or anyone else. Why even have it on a map dominating your 'contact us' page?! It's easy enough to check if you've made such a sizable order with KnC, and presumably you have supporting evidence that is more convincing than your whereabouts. Please don't take this as me being facetious, but that map is more than a little mirepresentative of your claims above... Wow, just wow. That picture is very misleading indeed. Also, Cloudhashing is planning on hosting 30+ Terra hashes of equipment, yet they don't have a physical presence anywhere? Please tell me you are hosting in a data center and not hosting this stuff in your house lol.

Kncminer is the next BFL. "Shipping in 4-6 weeks" You heard it here first. I'm not going to order nothing from these guys, I don't trust them further than I can throw them. I think their shipping timeline and power consumption rates are way overly optimistic.

wow bitcointalk took a shit on this thread,
blackarrow is just setting a price, get over it, if you dont like it move on or comment on it
Since this is a forum for commenting on things. +1 I for one am not happy to have to overpay for ASIC hardware. The manufacturers are taking large markups making it to where all the hardware might not even break even. I say the same thing on ASICMINER threads, yet they do what they please. At least they know my opinion and why I'm not doing business with them. It is good as a retailer to know your market and what your potential customer base wants. I was offering constructive criticism. EDIT: .. and it seems he took it to heart and did lower his prices. Kudos to him, I may order one.
