281  Economy / Gambling / Re: mission x >> day 1 at da dice. WAGERED : 0.31 btc PROFIT : 0.05 btc on: September 06, 2015, 09:02:06 AM
Congrats for your win on day 1, but from bets shown on the screenshots, it seems to me you haven't followed the "i stop once i make 0.05 loss or 0.05 profit" strategy lol. Tongue

No, I don't think so. Wink

You have to read the screenshots from bottom to top. Screenshots seem to be in order though, and some bets are repeated in two screenshots.
His minimum balance was at 0.97BTC or -0.03BTC, didn't go beyond that. And looks like balance kept going up and down before settling back at 1BTC and a 5 win streak. Cheesy

Hmm nevermind, I figure out the problem now. I misunderstood those 0.02 bets as giving a profit of 0.02, when they should be giving only a profit of 0.01.

[159] Malta   -   Azerbaijan [106]
[68] Norway   -   Croatia [13]
[86] Latvia           -   Czech [20]
[45] Turkey   -   Netherlands [12]
[9] Wales           -   Israel [47]

The numbers are the world ranking of the teams, right? It is so weird to see Wales ranked 9......I think Netherlands will win the coming match, as they cannot afford to lose more points now if they want to qualify.

Added MoneyPot page with stats from all relevant MP apps > http://dicesites.com/moneypot

Nice job, NLNico. I notice an app "BitcoinRush" on the list, but when I follow the link on Moneypot, it brings me to Forturejack. What is that exactly?

I think the thread should be better placed in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=12.0, since there is nothing on the site yet and it is to be developed.

There is no casino games that has a positive house edge. If you want to have fun, it would best to play poker as you can play against other players instead of against the house only.

You meant negative house edge or maybe positive EV, right? There are indeed some rare cases that a game has a positive EV. One scenario is the site offers it as a temp promo to attract players. Another scenario is the site offers a progressive jackpot that has become very huge.

The untitled-dice script is a good starting point, but you also need to work on the layout and features like autobet. Also your site is very unstable. I can access it 5 minutes ago, but not anymore now.

Your site looks great. It would be perfect if you can add a faucet or if you can allow the bet to be 0, such that we can test the game before making a deposit.

please help?

What exactly do you mean? Your deposit has not been credited? Or you are unable to claim the faucet?

Big congratulations to luthic who put on a real show on DustDice with max-profit bets, ending the day with a total winnings of 21 bitcoins!

He has wagered less than 1 btc with just 178 bets but is able to win over 21 btc, so he must be making bets with huge multiplier and win it very soon. Congrats to the lucky winner and sorry to the investors lol.

Looks to me like he could have been doing a 0.25 BTC martingale at 49.5% (178 / 2 = 89 / 4 = 22.25 BTC)

If he was doing martingale, his total wagered should be much much bigger than his profit. For example, if he loses 0.25 and wins 0.5, his wagered would be 0.75 (3x of his profit), and if he lose 0.25, 0.5, 1 and wins 2 btc, his wagered would be 3.75 (15x of his profit).
EDIT: I found I made a terrible mistake. His wagered is 99 btc rather than 0.99 btc. Please disregard the posts lol.

Im thinking to invest my bitcoin in dice but what I read in your post is risky invest so I dediced to keep in my wallet Smiley

if you dont want much risk, try investing on JD, you will surely earn from staking clams Smiley i already earned 20% of my investment there just by staking

True, but it also introduces another risk that the clam/btc exchange price could go down. Of course, the clam price could go up as well to give you a even better profit in the unit of btc.
BTW, just curious how long does it take for you to get 20% profit in JD?

298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do people still play dice? on: August 21, 2015, 06:29:49 AM
i couldnt imagine how people sell their house for casino..

thats a bit risky right? life and gamble sometimes very daring..talking about dice,is there really a physical dice game available on casino

It is not just a bit risky but very very risky. But to an addicted gambler, he simply can't control himself and just bet more and more. There are games involving dice in physical casino, such as Craps and Sic Bo.

Biggest for me is only around $150 from dice and biggest i see i think is hufflepuff winning 2,000btc+

Well hufflepuff did not win it fairly but scammed it from PD. Also, the total amount he got is over 2400 btc according to Stunna's official report.
