Scrolling window and start-low-graphics-mode solutions in GUI to accommodate low-resolution/limited-GPU devices (such as netbooks used as cold/offline machines) are very handy. Unfortunately though, the "Sign Transaction" confirmation window (offline mode) remains too large and does not scroll thereby making the "Yes" and "No" buttons inaccessible.
Are you able to confirm or deny with the enter and escape button, respectively?

any news from bulletproof update?
They will be included in the upcoming v0.13 and are thus scheduled to go live with the upcoming scheduled protocol upgrade (~18 October).

I have installed GUI v0.12.3. I have chosen "Remote Node", I have waited for the 1.6M blocks to be downloaded, until all was synchronized. Then I have closed the GUI.
Now that I have reopened it, under Network Status, it is written that "Daemon is synchronized" but under "Wallet blocks remaining" I have to resynchronize with the whole >1.6M blocks.
Why is that? Will that happen every time I close the GUI?
Assuming you're using the GUI in conjunction with a Ledger device, see: https://www.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/9ap96g/gui_v01230_cli_v01230_both_with_direct_ledger/e62g3m7/?context=3Yes I am using the GUI. I have again synchronized the >1.6M blocks, I have pay attention to do the following: [1] Exit the GUI by clicking on the x (right top).
[2] Exit the Ledger Monero app.
[3] Unplug the Ledger device. But now I have to synchronize again the whole 1.6M blocks when I relauch the GUI Maybe I am doing [2] wrongly, the Ledger Monero app close itself after minutes because it goes into the sleepd mode, so when I exit the GUI the Monero app is already exited. What can I do? Could you try "reactivating" it before you close the GUI?

Is there any ETA for GUI v0.13? Will it be alongside the hard fork or before?
It should be released 1-2 weeks in advance of the scheduled hard fork of (approximately) the 18th of October. OK thanks! And will GUI v0.13 improve the easiness to generate a Monero wallet on the Ledger Nano S? There's a PR that should ensure both Mac OS X and Linux are plug-and-play too. However, I am not entirely sure it will already be included in v0.13.0.0. Thus, it may not be included in a release until v0.13.1.0. https://github.com/monero-project/monero/pull/4203

Monero is down right now like everything else. I'm checking MA50 with 4hours graphic, prices still hasn't touched ma50. If it goes below 0.01640 btc, it may go down more :/ I hope it recovers from there.
XMR did not lose so much in comparison with some other cryptocurrencies which are in the top-20. Moreover, Monero managed to show his best potential - recently it was growing well. Monero is still very difficult to use by an ordinary user. The big chance for Monero is now. With the speculative market down. It should still prove useful as the main anonymous currency. The king of the dark net. The free currency. However the available wallets are still very bad. The fees are high. And few use as a currency. Still, I believe in the project, but it's sad that they are wasting the best chance they could have. The GUI wallet works very well. When bulletproofs come out fees will be cheaper Is there any ETA for bulletproofs? They will go live on mainnet with the next scheduled hard fork, which occurs on approximately the 18th of October.
