We are now doing an urgent server upgrade to a dedicated one because the previous server was almost going to crash due the high number of visitors online.
The server migration is being done by the hosting company we use right now with the highest priority, so please do not panic everything's gonna be ok soon.
Let us also remind you that every offline minute won't affect your purchased planets, this means you won't lose any satoshi!
The down time should not last more than 3 hours we expect, however those with a slow internet provider service will most likely face DNS propagation issue for 24 hours (up to 48 hours max.)
Thanks for your patience and stay tuned on upcoming news!

289  Economy / Reputation / Re: A warning about user "Arcteryx", trying to play the victim and blackmailing on: June 27, 2017, 01:29:07 PM
@Arcteryx, you wrote "remove my feedback or i will call all my friends including my DT friends and we will red tag you. So remove it or ill bring my boys". Seems so grown up. Of course, nothing happened...

I wouldn't want to see the DT member that would tag someone else just based on a "request from a friend".  Such a person would probably get bombed with neg feedback and removed from DT.

From what little I've seen, this Arcteryx doesn't seem too mature.  Hopefully they are not holding any amount of coin.

I doubt he knows anyone from DT so i am not expecting something to happen. Even if he would know, no DT member would do it. He just went aggressive and fronted some words and hoped it would work. But it didnt Cheesy

Scams are not moderated. I just left the op a neg rep, i hope so do others.
It's not that it's a scam, it's just the fact that he takes all the people from micro-earnings section to promote his ponzi with bumps in the same section and everywhere else ;(
Scams are not moderated. I just left the op a neg rep, i hope so do others.

I am neither a mod nor admin, but I take offence at people that try to steal from others - I left negative trust as well.
Thanks, Vod

no matter in which section, its scam. it will run for a while and then we will have ppl complain, admin will say "we are doing "upgrades"" payouts will be hlated/delayed and then they run with 10BTC or more

Dont call it faucet, this is a Ponzi and soon you will run with the users funds.
293  Other / Meta / Re: [SMAS] Signature Managers against Spam (light version) on: June 26, 2017, 01:14:13 PM
Just a few suggestions, the following posts should be forbidden or excluded:

- Posts asking for a bounty
- Posts about reservation for as example translations
- Translation posts (i think local sections don't count most of the time anyways)
- repeating facts that were posted like 5 times before or asking even obvious questions or giving one line statements about how cool or retard something is (see this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1980482.0, i know not all having a sig camp, just to show the quality)
You mean to say to reserve a slot for translation bounty, a translator must type a paragraph ? must be joke of the year or you just do not know what is forum ; how it works.
I must say : how stupid you must be even you are here for years.

Come out of your imaginary definition of spamming, one liners does not need to be spam.

A single word also should be allowed when it will be making sense in the context. A manager may not pay for it when it comes with wearing signature (and char count may not meet as per many camp. rules).

Not just you, so many people like you here still thinking writing more lines is not a spam. actmyname is another such guy, (observed him from similar complaints many times ).

First, before you call other people stupid, better stop being a retard and start reading. IF you have an ann with 3 pages of claiming translations, its spam. Because it just clutters the first 3 pages. No single words should not be allowed, as this just opens the door for meaningless single word replies, regardless of if the make sense or not. And yes, meaningless one-liners are spam. That's a fact, go ask around and learn.

Before explaining to me what spam is, you better look it up first, ffs.
294  Economy / Reputation / Re: I now think that kiklo is totally right on: June 26, 2017, 01:31:21 AM
So now everybody can see very clearly what kind of people these moderators are.
In the case of Vod, you can see that he is an IT technician from Alberta, Canada. Please tell me the point of this exercise? Am I meant to feel differently about Vod now that I know that he is *gasp* a normal human being?

Also, they're not moderators, they are DT members. Moderators cannot change things on the DT system and DT members cannot change things on the forum (with the exception of few, who are also Moderators. The vast majority of DT is not such).

Since when is minifrij a mod? Will this never end??
I mean, I am an alt of Lutpin and Lauda, then by extension Mitchell and theymos. If you think about it, I'm an administrator. Wink

could you please change my rank to founder then? That would be great. i will send some bitcorns your way along with a list of people to ban Smiley
295  Economy / Reputation / Re: A warning about user "Arcteryx", trying to play the victim and blackmailing on: June 26, 2017, 01:25:10 AM
Girls, girls, girls... learn how the trust system works and get over it.

@Arcteryx, you wrote "remove my feedback or i will call all my friends including my DT friends and we will red tag you. So remove it or ill bring my boys". Seems so grown up. Of course, nothing happened...
296  Economy / Reputation / Re: I now think that kiklo is totally right on: June 26, 2017, 01:21:21 AM
it is definitely not good for them to remain anonymous.
Yes. Because the selling point of Bitcoin certainly isn't anonymity.

In addition, users like Vod have always been open to who they are. They are still 'abusing' the system. They are still trusted. How do they fit into your plan?

For anyone that isn't aware, and has no interest in learning, the general gist of this thread is 'idiot with no idea about how the forum works agrees with other idiot with even less of an idea of how the forum works'.

So now everybody can see very clearly what kind of people these moderators are.

Since when is minifrij a mod? Will this never end??
297  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stay away from zec.suprnova.cc (and the whole family)! It is a scam! on: June 25, 2017, 03:13:07 PM
Whether it is a scam or not, I will advise myself from these cloud mining sites. It seems many people report them of scam but for me the issue is that the time to get your ROI is long and makes people think its a scam. If you want quick money, these sites are not the best places because you cannot become rich within a week

Stop boosting your post count by posting worthless shit posts. Suprnova is a pool!
298  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stay away from zec.suprnova.cc (and the whole family)! It is a scam! on: June 24, 2017, 02:40:45 PM
ppl with no credibility whatsoever, of course mostly noobs, claiming ocminer is a scammer without any kind of valid proof. Needless to say, the claim itself isn't even a proper scam accusation cause, fuck it, who needs to use the proper format. Put up some proof or just shut up. if you ain't happy with supernova use something else instead of spreading this bullshit crap OR prove what you say.
299  Other / Meta / Re: How to increase rank? on: June 23, 2017, 02:14:01 PM
This is a classic question, which deserves two answers...

First, you can find out details on how a member increases rank at this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178608.0. Which was found in the thread stickied at the top of this Beginner's board called "Newbies Read Before Posting".

Second, there's a lot of answers available in easy to find places. I'm a Newbie too and I've found out so much already without having to post simple questions. Before you post a question or make a new thread you should do a search to see if the information you seek is already easily available.

I'm glad that there is a newbie who really reads stickies and need not ask to post some silly questions that can be answered. Also it can be easily found since it is always pinned at the top or appear first. Though I am being understanding since they're newbies but what a newbie should really do is read and learn since the basic answers are given right in front of them.

So...

How many posts before I get the Founder title?

As you could read a few posts above:

Quote
Founder:   Reserved for Satoshi, gets 5 platinum coins under his name.

You need exactly 932749823 posts and write a 9 pages whitepaper about a crypto currency. Boom, your rank is founder.

I hope that helps.
