761  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lutpin give negative trust without any causes! on: March 05, 2016, 02:40:42 AM
Lutpin never gives negative feedback for no reason. Reasons are rock solid every time
You seems to be selling a ponzi script which is used for scam purpose. OK
You then gave fake feedback to support your point with your others account. Isn't that bad in your opinion ?
Misleading users thought with fake reviews is not a right behavior mate and will surely results in negative trust
LOL, do your research before posting or you'll end up looking stupid, luptin has had to change his feedback multiple times in the past two weeks because his his reasoning was off
I'm not against Lutpin by any means, but I agree that xinzark's comment just smacks of clique-ee-ness and brown nosing.  And I find that weird, given that Lutpin isn't even a hero member yet.  No one's judgement is that good.  But I'm tired of all this drama--the altcoin section has been quite interesting, so I'll be hanging out on the street corner in that neighborhood for a while.   Wink

you dont need to be a hero member to catch people doing something wrong
762  Economy / Reputation / Re: Accused of scam without ever scamming on: March 05, 2016, 02:39:29 AM
If we dont do anything, it wont get better. Thats the whole point. I am tired of people complaining about stuff but not doing anything.

The problem with your logic is that you ASSUME what your doing is ultimately helpful. Tagging people actually engaged in fraud is good. Rampaging thru the forum like the "Hardly Boys"  following raging clues and playing preemptive police force is not. In the end even tagged real or potential scammers simply need to buy a new account and can start again in seconds. Actual honest users caught up in it often lose years of effort building a reputation which is extremely difficult in the ocean of fraud known as Bitcointalk. This results in you driving away actual reputable users so you can play cops and robbers. So in the end, no you aren't really doing shit but harassing honest users, because the scammers could give a fuck less if you point them out, it costs them very little in comparison to what is taken from honest users with a destroyed reputation because they can not prove their innocence sufficiently to the mob.

well, looking at my feedbacks i dont see someone being tagged for something that can not be proven. all my reports contain evidence mosty admitted wrong doings by the OP. if you spot something that doesnt look correct, lets talk about it.
763  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: DoubleBot.com - The only one place to double your BTC with a 100% guarantee. on: March 05, 2016, 02:34:25 AM
I have tagged everyone above a certain rank that has been advertising this in the last three months. This post is just a private marker for later, so i know where to look at.

Thank you!

Bitcoin was created to be a open source away from the prying eyes of the government and banks. So when you see people policing a bitcoin forum I personally have to wonder if the one aspect that brings me to bitcoin is still valid.
Are we going to turn this forum into a nanny state where we hold your hand as long as you play ball or we going to go back to the roots?
If we need to coddle people to this extent then its game over and bitcoin will dance down the path till its 1984!
We either let people figure out how life is or you shut it down and establish group thinking and group thinking seems to be winning at the moment.
The whole idea you need to kiss ass, shows that some people have got to big for their own good and need to be brought down a peg. Never submit to some one in life because it is the easier path, you will always pay in some form.

This^

You people are recreating the wheel here again with Bitcoin, simply transplanting the old broken system you are used to into a new format totally ignoring its intent to be a p2p platform free from interference of 3rd parties. Criminals are doing crimes.

STOP THE PRESSES!

Do any of you really think your 3 stooges act trying to police this forum will really stop scammers? Criminals don't care about rules, they just get around them, therefore more rules only inhibits EVERYONE ELSE. Along with personal freedom comes personal responsibility. I am much in favor of people being free, even if it means they make mistakes and get robbed until they learn how to modify their own behavior to prevent this. Creating another class of enforcement overlords is NOT the solution and will only make the damage caused by these criminals grow EXPONENTIALLY faster.

so what solution do you suggest?

I think you have a reading comprehension problem.

On a side note, it is interesting this thread is suddenly in the "reputation" section where no one will ever read it. Just the staff burying dissent as usual. If they can't do it with their army of shills and brown nosers they do it by enforcing unwritten "rules".

i read what you wrote, td;lr: leave scammers alone so we have more people whining after they got scammed. sounds like a plan! Roll Eyes

BTW: i think you are still butthurt

Actually I said none of those things, and I personally have gone after actual proven scammers. The problem with the trust rangers around here is they have absolutely zero standards of evidence and demand users be the ones to prove themselves innocent rather than proving they are scammers. Guilty until proven innocent, now that has never been abused repeatedly throughout history now has it?

As far as your link, I am not sure that is exactly evidence against me as he continues to conduct himself in the same unprofessional and harassing manor before he "retired" multiple times after being pressured by Badbear to change his behavior.

okay now that we are on a different level lets talk. Looking at the DS now and compare it to the DS a few weeks ago, it was a success. Nobody is enforced to "trust" the ratings, join the actions or whatsoever. If we dont do anything, it wont get better. Thats the whole point. I am tired of people complaining about stuff but not doing anything.

PSA regarding Ponzis

Ponzi schemes are ‘get rich quick’ investment scams which pay returns to investors from their own money, or from money paid in by subsequent investors. There is no actual investment scheme as the fraudsters siphon off the money for themselves.

A fraudster places an advertisement for a non-existent investment that offers extraordinary returns in a short space of time. Most Ponzis running here do not hesitate to call out they are a Ponzi. After receiving the promised returns on their investment, the first investors start to spread the word to family and friends. In this way, the scheme gains credibility.Because the money isn’t invested in any kind of investment vehicle, there are no profits. Instead, the first investors are simply paid out from the money paid in by new investors.

Ponzi schemes are created for all levels of income, and have taken in investors in the top bracket as well as those on middle and low levels.
Typically, the fraudster will vanish with investors’ money, so the system eventually collapses with later investors receiving nothing - including their initial investment.
Because every Ponzi scheme makes no profit, they collapse sooner or later. You are very unlikely to recover any lost money.

Protect yourself against Ponzi schemes

- If you’re considering any type of investment, always remember: if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is.
- There’s no such thing as a ‘guaranteed risk-free’ investment - high returns can only be achieved with high risk.
- Ponzi fraudsters use vague technical jargon to describe their non-existent investments, such as ‘high yield investment program’ or ‘global currency arbitrage’. This language is most of the times designed to dazzle you.
- Using hard-sell techniques, fraudsters will try to pressure you into making rushed decisions, giving you no time to consider the nature of the investment. (Not so common here)
- As with many fraudulent schemes, you are encouraged to keep your investment secret to ensure you receive maximum returns. This allows the fraudsters to hide the real nature of their scheme.

Ponzi’s are illegal in some country’s. Because of the nature of things we have to deal with people crying they have lost their money sooner or later.

I decided to -ve the operator and supporters of this Ponzi that go on with their shady business after I have posted this.

In simple terms:

This is just another Ponzi Scam! Do Not Invest!

Those who choose to post of their participation support or encouragement for this scam will be tagged with negative trust, for proving they wish to help the scammers operate this Ponzi in return for a share of the funds stolen from other users. Thereby proving they are not trustworthy forum members.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

NOTE: This is a pre written Text taken from different websites and from here, it is used to bring the matter to your attention. I am aware that this Ponzi might has been running for some time, I just decided to not ignore it any longer. Basically I do so because I am sick of seeing people get burned and operator running away with other people’s money. If you start to hate me because I have chosen to tag people here, while Ponzi XYZ is still running, feel free to bring other Ponzi’s to my attention.

Thank you!

I think that's Spartacus but the picture doesn't really make it clear
You're right, it is. But, why am I spartacus and youwon is the roman army?
Wasn't he the one wanting to start a "revolution"?

Your personal text states different but i think you are at least 50% awsome as i am.

You sold ponzi scripts, but stopped. good thing.
You went hard on people sending pm and used words that are not nice.
The relation between you and youwon is more than just friends, his last post was from 2015 and he just left a feedback on me right after you. he didnt even make a post.
you are connected because of reusing the nitrogen address

for me i will review my feedbacks once in a while. deleting was a good idea, using your sock and screaming at people not.
774  Other / Meta / Re: i have a question, is this against forum rules or not? on: March 03, 2016, 02:42:45 AM
As of right now we have 4 individuals and maybe another brown nosers that are addicted to making things into a issue. Would advise you to hold off till the smoke clears. Something tells me gestapo mode is here to stay though.

stopping scams is equal to mass murder people? are you playing this card because some of "us" are germans. i just asked my self how low can you go, didnt expect you would go that low.

Another leap in logic, do the investigations go this way?

do you now what "gestapo" means and were it was used?
775  Economy / Reputation / Re: Why I would get negative feedback selling LBC account? on: March 03, 2016, 02:35:30 AM
Again you do not care what people think

how about dropping your yobit sig and i might take you serious. correct, i dont care what people think, i respect it.

Quote
but still act like you are doing the trust gambit for the community.

i dont act like, i do.

Quote
I point out a issue and you used it to make fun of people. Well you keep posting, it helps show true character. You are after respect and its very obvious in my quote. One day lad, one day.

again some words you should learn about how to use them. i didnt make fun of anything, enjoying something and having fun is something different.

like i said, seeing you posting like a bad ass with your sig tells me exactly why you do so. the great thing is, the more you post, the easier it will be.

now: teach me a lesson.

Do not follow the last part! The easier it will be, what? Sounds like a vailed threat to remove my signature. Why not say so?
Why would you expect a lesson from me, did I offer?

The angle of writing me off over a signature is not the same as trust abuse. You could argue I post for money and It would be true, but its not the full picture. Pull the strings if you want, I will still be here.

read the edit part, i didnt edited the post by replacing it so you can read the full text
776  Economy / Lending / Re: Need loan 0.04BTC on: March 03, 2016, 02:32:34 AM
I can do this loan but isn't the account will get a negative trust if ever OP defaults? That will make the collateral useless right?

i dont wanna sound harsh, but did you just buy this account??
777  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a little quick loan till next Monday (or earlier) on: March 03, 2016, 02:31:23 AM
i strongly suggest: dont accept the acc as collateral. check the feedback and the refference

EDIT: i was told i just might had a language barrier as you were serious about people not seeing untrusteds. i just thought it is a hit as we having ongoing discusion in several topics. if this is the case, i am sorry i got it wrong, the smiley made the conext look different for me.

funny you called out lutpin as i was the first one to tag you...

Must really suck not getting that credit! Most people only check the trusted feedback and miss the underlings. Smiley

it shows that people like op and you just cant read. i dont care about credit, fame is pain.
