Es bleibt daher abzuwarten, bis der EuGH die Gelegenheit hat, über die urheberrechtliche Bewertung beim Ansehen rechtswidriger Streams zu entscheiden. Das einrichten einer dedizierten infrastruktur um abos (und das tut ihr ja) zu verkaufen für eine diesntleistung die ihr in diesem umfang gar nicht anbieten dürft ist etwas anderes als auf kino.tx oder sonst wo einen stream zu schauen. ich will wissen was serversetitig verwendet wird, nicht clientseitig. also was wird benutzt um die clients zu versorgen. |

Ich glaub nicht, dass es sich hier um ein Juristen oder Anwalts Forum handelt, daher sind doch solche Dinge wie legal, illegal, mirdochegal - kaum wert, diskuttiert zu werden. Fakt ist, dass das Nutzen von Streaming Angeboten bisher nach recht neuem Urteil des EGH NICHT illegal ist, von daher eruebrigt sich doch jede weitere Diskussion zu diesem Thema. Wer gerne darueber fachsimpeln moechte, kann das doch bitte in einem Seitenthema oder in einem Juristenforum und ist gebeten, ein eigenen Topic zu eroeffnen. Zum Thema "ich habe immer Angst, mich in fremden Foren anzumelden, die keine eigene Maildomain haben" - die meisten Grundinfo befinden sich auch auf Facebook. Natuerlich muss man sich auch auf Facebook anmelden, wenn man dort lesen will...Ausserdem sind eigentlich alle wichtigen Info bereits hier genannt. Sollte euch, die ihr da Angst vor fremden Foren habt, etwas an den Details fehlen, kann ich auch hier diese Info vorab zukommen lassen. Einfach Fragen, keine Scheu. Es wuerde mich freuen, wenn es Rueckmeldungen von Interessierten gibt. Abgesehen davon wie man jetzt das material bekommt, kannst du sagen über welche infrastruktur die streams serverseitig zu verfügung gestellt werden, also was eingesetzt wird? |

Hallo
habe vor einieger Zeit ein multisig-wallet erstellt um ein paar Coins fur schlechte Zeiten zu bunkern. Nun könnte ich die Rücklage wirklich gut gebrauchen aber mir ist komplett entfallen welvches wallet ich seinerzeit als co-signer benutzt habe.
ich kann mein wallet normal öffnen, habe die seed phrase und den co-signer master-pub-key, wenn ich allerdings eine transaktion mache wird diese nur "partially signed"
ich bin am verzweifeln und biete demjenigen der mir dazu verhilft dass ich wieder zugang darauf bekomme 100€ in BTC sobald ich wieder transaktionen tätigen kann.
du musst im anderen wallet gegenzeichnen. solltest du das zweite wallet nicht mehr finden kannst es über den seed phrase wiederherstellen. wenn du nicht mehr weißt welcher das ist du aber noch alle wallets hast, öffne das von dem du weißt das es nummer 1 ist und dann nach und nach alle anderen. die multisig wallets haben jeweils die gleichen addressen. |

That doesn't have to be against the forum rules,its a general rule in Life,if you sell something someone has developed without exclusive resell licences ,its a punishable offence.If the accusation is proved,he deserves a negative feedback indeed.But the original owner of the script should comment here for it to be a strong accusation. Yes, hence what I wrote in the 2nd part of my post. I was mentioning this because, as you probably know, scamming is allowed here on the forum. So there is a chance no one will care enough to actually do anything about it. What? scamming is allowed on this forum? Is it in the rules or are you talking of scammer's personal opinion?  scams are not moderated. you could just call it different like The Pharmacist did. |

Well, this post is just a shot in the dark. This forum might not be the best place to ask, I am aware of this, but we have all kinds of people in here, so I might get some useful information or help. Of course I am looking at other places too. The reason i decided to post here is: most "nerds" love cats. We have a 11yr old Maine Coon (well we just got it) that has a 3cm (1,1811 inch) squamous sitting in her face. At this size and because of the place where it is you cannot cut it out. It seems the tumor already attacked the maxilla bone. Because of that it would need to be removed too, if it still would be possible. As a surgery is not an option anymore, I am googling my ass off to find a solution to fight the cancer in the most effective way. At the moment she can live with it, even it is pretty huge. But we would need to keep it at this size. If it grows it will be a very painful thing which would lead to the cats death (or euthanasia). Currently we switching the cats food to something grain free (It is called Natural Cat). She gets something against pain (she doesn’t seem to have any but just in case). She gets tarantula cubensis (poison of the spider) injected once a week. In addition Metacam and Curcuma. The previous owner also gave her Masivet (Masitinib), I googled it and actually that’s more common for dogs. Medical options so far: chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Chemo doesn’t seem very promising and for the radiotherapy I am waiting on some feedback of a specialist I found in Munich. As the previous owner didn’t care too much, we are dealing with the situation as it is. If this would have been treated earlier the chances would be better. I uploaded some pics, it is hard to see on that pics, in addition I uploaded the x-ray view. Maybe someone had to deal with this before or knows someone who knows someone who knows something. Something weird just happened! I was just reading this thread and in the original post, there is a screen shot. I was hovering my cursor over that screen shot and accidentally clicked and it brought up what appear to be another website in another language. I quickly closed it out. Can someone see if this is a problem? I don't want to get hacked.
