Roach and Seales were on fire for home team with their very good bowling, and they have done good start, but now both teams are on level and the match is going to be very entertaining for next few days.
England once again proved that they are not good in putting a team for Test matches as they were struggling to get going and if not for the middle order recovery the situation would have been pathetic. Jonny Bairstow once again came to the rescue and they have all the big names in paper but they are not performing consistently and yet they are able to find players that could replace them.

No matter how much is the deal between Drake and Stake, I'm sure most of us wont be imagining the real value as it can be something so huge for us to hear  Cheesy As small players, I would prefer to wait for the giveaway from this new deal. I heard on Telegram that there will be a record breaking giveaway to celebrate this partnership. Hope to see the giveaway will be posted soon and all Stakers can enjoy it.
Drake is a die hard gambler and the moment news came out that Drake wagged a bet on Stake i knew that Stake would rope him as their ambassador and now it is official. He wagged quarter of a million for the UFC main event and he lost the bet and hopefully he placed that bet on stake as well  Cheesy. So if there is any money involved he will be spending them in stake itself  Grin.

And yes Muttiah Muralitharan was a better bowler than him and at that time the Sri Lankan off-spinner was also facing a lot of problems from certain an instead of being not guilty. But the impact that Shane Warne had cannot be neglected at all.
Muttiah Muralitharan is a great bowler but you cannot compare the impact Shane Warne brought to cricket. Muttiah Muralitharan was taking all of his wickets in spin friendly tracks where he carried the bowling on his shoulders while Shane Warne was in a team where they have more talented bowlers and the competition was really high and majority of the times the wickets he played are not spin friendly and he was able to pick wickets regularly.
284  Economy / Speculation / Re: No FUDs will win the market on: March 06, 2022, 10:16:34 PM
~
We've never seen a FUD that really took the market hard, they only have temporary effect in the market because the investors are wise enough to know what this naysayers have been doing, create chaos and let others sell so that they can buy cheap bitcoin and so the market recovers. This is also predominantly in the 2017-2018 time frame.
If you check the market you will see that the coins that touched the all time high valuations last year is no where near those valuations right now. We might have not seen a bigger one time drop to see the same kind of impact like we used to see but majority of the coins that touched the all time high valuation are currently valued less than half of that and the market keeps on dropping every time without showing any signs of recovery.

In the long term it might be true, if you trust the project and the term then there is nothing to worry about any short term issues especially FUD and all you need to do is HODL for a few years.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your luck rate with CMC airdrops on: March 06, 2022, 09:25:50 PM
~
Honestly speaking I never won in that CMC airdrop since last year that's why I realized that it's just a waste of time that's why I stopped joining with those so-called luck base airdrops, especially in the too many participants airdrops offered by the CoinMarketCap it's better joining on the bounty with an escrow guaranteed payment rather than those so-called random airdrops.
So you are not alone in this aspect, i joined over a dozen drops just to know the probability in which i will be able to win those drops and i never won anything and i never joined any drops after that. I joined to understand the win probability as one of the projects i am involved wanted to conducted one and wanted to know how well these drops are useful for their project. One thing we identified is that you could find many users who literally wants to earn the drops and once that is distributed there are gone forever  Cheesy.
286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Dmitry Bivol - May 7 on: March 06, 2022, 08:45:06 PM

This is much worse than covid 19. Covid wasn't really threatening people who are fit, like boxers. If they were rescheduling fights it was only due to stupid government restrictions, restrictions that people around the world were protesting against. Canada is a good example of that.
In this case young, fit people who survived covid and would live for decades are being murdered over nothing. Relly there's nothing to win from this stupid war. It only brings destruction and in the end both countries involved will lose.
I am also not supporting the war but to built a narrative that players and athletes from participate in competitions is not the way we should move forward as they have no voice over the war and they cannot prevent the war even if they wanted to make a difference. There is protest even in Russia to stop the war and i am expecting the match up between Canelo Alvarez and Dmitry Bivol will carry on as proposed.

476 enough to win the match in the first inning? Sure, if Pakistan can bowl them out early. In order for Pakistan to win this match, they need to take 20 wickets from Australia. The match might be drawn. It is an unbelievable slow pitch, so the question is whether Pakistan can bowl out Australia when Pakistan scored 476 and Australia has a much stronger team. The Aussies blame the pitch. It is true that pitches are slow, but in the subcontinent they needs to adopt a new bowling method.
I am not complaining the curators about creating these pitches for the match as they are preparing these wickets after a long time. Hopefully we will see changes in the future, this match is not going anywhere and the match will end up in a draw with both teams having a good day playing a longer innings. Bowlers struggled in this pitch and not even the spinners are not having any assistance in the pitch, i expected the spinners to have an advantage from the third day and that is not even possible in this pitch.

I just checked the history of the women world cup and it is dominated by only two nations, England and Australia. Only these two nations have shared the trophy between them and only once NZ win the world cup. In this situation, both India and Pakistan stand no chance of winning the cup even though i guess that the indian team is better than the Pakistan women's team
When you checked the history you missed that India woman won the world cup three times along with England and Australia woman won twice just like New Zealand Woman and i was not aware of the history about who won the world cup until you said about the domination. So you cannot under estimate New Zealand and India along with England and Australia to win this years World Cup.

Without the internet, you are right, crypto is completely useless. I think you should be ready for every possible scenario. I know many people here hate FIAT but a $100 bill in your pocket might save your life if you were living in Ukraine or Russia.
I would say that is the narrative that majority created by some that they hate fiat currency but in situations like these you need fiat for your daily needs since you cannot rely solely on online transaction as the internet will be dead if you are in a war zone.

People in Russia are having big trouble right now and I don't think owning crypto is making their lives easier. Sure they can protect their wealth in crypto but these people have to eat, make their daily shopping, pay for gas etc and crypto isn't adopted that much. They can't pay their bills with crypto but almost everybody there will take your dollars.
I can only imagine how difficult things would be in a war zone and i have heard news about how people are not able to withdraw their money from bank and ATM as there is a shortage of hard cash. It is a really difficult situation to be frank.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT Tokens a Good Long Term Investments? on: March 06, 2022, 02:41:36 PM
~
Is it better to trade NFT tokens rather than holding it for longterm?
It depends upon the project you invested, there are many projects that popped up in the past one year and some of them are doing really well when it comes to new NFT drops on a monthly basis but i do not see that reflection in the price, but they all rallied and touched their all time high valuation during the hype period last year and then majority of the tokens went down drastically and even with drops and other activities the price is not moving higher.

So lets see how it goes and i am staking the tokens i hold for the long term and see how the market will be in the next couple of years.

Just In. Pakistan finally got the first breakthrough,  Warner was bowled by Sajid Khan on 68 runs. The match is very likely heading towards a draw, thanks to this grassless pitch.
If you create a pitch that will favor the batsman then you end up seeing boring matches that will probably end up in a draw. The only way you loose wickets is if you are not careful and that is how Usman Khawaja and David Warner lost their wicket. Unless the pitch behaves differently from the 4th day there is no way you can expect a result in this pitch. A good batting practice for both the teams.

Sri Lanka folded today and Ravindra Jadeja with his all round performance who scored a huge century and 9 wickets in the match.

Can't say I'm really shocked about the outcomes. Actually, I am quite surprised Covington and Masvidal went the distance. Besides that, it was a damn long event. And as for the Covington / Masvidal beef, is it squished? Is it over? Does anyone really care Cheesy ?
I made my predictions about the main event going the distance and considering how resilient both fighters are, it is hard to see a finish when they face each other, had a good card and only Edson Barboza disappointed me completely but the rest of the fighters performed as expected.

source: wiki

On to the next event, i believe it is hard to predict looking at the fight card, need to watch some of the fights to make a decision.

His cricketing career have supported the Australia team win several matches. Particularly he have won more critical matches for Australia with his magical spin bowling which has never been possible by any of the players. His death was unexpected and  the Australian government is good enough to given him the proper respect.
The ability of Shane Warne to turn a match with his bowling skills is legendary, i have seen some of the highlights from the past and it is really impressive how he was able to turn the match with his bowling. His death was a really shock and they should have given the respect when he was alive which i doubt he got that but it is good to see everyone showering praise after his demise.

Not sure what is the correlation between comparison of ethnicity and religion and what does it have anything to do with financial institutions investing in cryptocurrency and knowing Satoshi  Roll Eyes. These financial investors will invest in any market they find profitable and that does not mean they will be knowing who the inventor of Bitcoin is, because it does not matter about who invented to invest in it  Tongue.

Afghanistan game was totally changed now. In 2010, the game afghanistan was like a street cricketer game Vs International players game. Don't feel bad, while I had criticized Afghanistan. But their game was improved 10 times from 2010.In 12 years they improved the game and give tough to other team.So we should not considered any team as a small. It will change at any moment in a couple of years.
The main advantage is that they were  able to identify real potential and Rashid Khan is the find of Afghanistan and he changed the entire complex of the team as he will be able to change the match in any situation and now a days all the teams are careful when they play against his bowling and he is considered one of the best spinners of all time with his control and variation. If they are able to find a couple of players like that caliber they will challenge any team in any condition.

Assume you must evacuate your house during a wartime situation. You don't have any cash, but it's been depreciated owing to previous occurrences.

You, on the other hand, have your phone, hardware wallet, and seeds. You're in a nice mood.

The internet and cellphone networks then fall down.

How do you intend to use your bitcoin? Is it completely worthless?
In a war situation everything changes, it is really sad to see the things that is going on in Ukraine and the circumstance where you are forced to move out of your house and leave everything you built throughout your life is really hard and their banking sector is down as people are left without money and long queues in ATM and in that situation cryptocurrency is the safest bet as you are able to hold your wealth in your own hands and in a volatile situation it is the safest approach.

Here are my picks for later fights highlighted in green are my picks
Umar Nurmagomedov is a safe bet but the odds are really low, i might go for a parlay with Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal fight going the distance is a safe bet and i am expecting Colby Covington to showcase his wrestling skills and a five round war and both the fighters not willing to give up till the last bell. My other picks are Edson Barboza, Kevin Holland and Sergey Spivak, Ludovit Klein.

I always heard a story that the Germans told Adolf Hitler that cricket is an interesting game and he should check it out. He went to see a cricket match and it was a test match. He sat and watched for quite a few minutes and then asked how long it was going to take and the answer was 5 days. He immediately banned cricket in his region because it was so time-consuming. I don't know if this story is true or not but at the moment I think someone like him was needed to teach ICC a lesson  Grin.
I think this is a cooked up story, Adolf Hitler has to move to England or  Australia to watch a match during his period and for that he needs to leave his country and move to a hostile country which i doubt he will be doing just to watch cricket. Does not make sense, if cricket was played in Germany then he would have spent time watching them, there are many fake narratives being spread, always think logically.

I am watching this match and after end of two days feeling very bad because I was not expecting tactics like this from PCB they have done terrible thing and prepare a slow pitch for very entertaining and most wanting series opener now most chances Australia is also going to have some good batting practice in this match because there is nothing for bowlers it's all on batsmen they have done mistake and give wicket.
Lets see how Australia is going to respond and how the pitch will behave in the final two days, i am expecting the ball to be spinning and i am not aware of the spinners in the Pakistan bowling line up. How Australia will respond and how fast they can score runs will determine the fate of this match.

In the other match between India and Sri Lanka, India is in a comfortable position and Sri Lanka needs a good partnership even to avoid the follow on.

I thought Tyson would take this fight for the sake of easy money, but it turns out just the opposite:

Mike Tyson words: "I don't think I'd ever just do stuff like that anymore. I wanted to do it the first time just for fun, just to have fun. Then some people took it to another level and made it financial and the fun went out of it."
If there was a serious discussion about the fight then i am sure Mike Tyson would have approved for the fight but in this instance the Paul brothers just used the name of Mike Tyson to get more promotion and nothing else and they get more media time.

It seems that health is more important to him than money, and even though I wish we could see Iron Mike in the ring, I'm glad he makes very rational and wise decisions.
None of his good friends wants to see him fight again at this age, Dana White even said that to the face of Mike Tyson in one of the interview that he does not want to see him compete again even for fun.
