801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing} Manny Pacquiao vs Yordenis Ugas on: August 16, 2021, 04:19:35 PM
~
If the match will end up by decision, Pacquiao might be got hit by this possibility. There's no good money in return to bet for him so something magic is needed in order for big gambles to win.
Pacquiao should pursue the KO. He is the challenger here after all.
Yordenis Ugas is a tough opponent and it is not that easy to knock him out as none of his opponents was able to achieve that. I have not seen the fights of Yordenis Ugas live but i was watching his old videos and he is a good enough opponent for Mann Pacquiao and Yordenis Ugas might see this as an opportunity to make waves in his career as he is also 35 years of age and an impressive win could propel him to the next level.
802  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: August 16, 2021, 03:08:16 PM
Bloody hell

England at 64/4 and its tea... We still have 38 overs to go but let's round it up this to 30-32 overs because of bad lights at the end of the day.

Chances of draw are high due to Root presence at the crease but anything is possible here folks, who knows if he gets knocked out. In brutal world i would prefer him to watch his comrades to fell on the other end one by one and let him go not out.. hehehe
Root is back home and England lost their 5th wicket. I cannot believe what i am watching. England is struggling here and India have more than 35 overs left and they just need to pick 5 more wickets and India is having advantage and it is a match they can win now  Undecided.

I thought the pitch has gone flat and England could easily bat throughout and end up as a draw, but Indian bowlers are ripping through the England batting line up.
803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Man lost £20,000 in one night after becoming addicted to online gambling! on: August 16, 2021, 01:38:00 PM
~
It's never a pity to me cause he might lost more than such amount of money and also gained more that is greater than what he had lost. We have investors gamblers who can gamble with more $50k and even more without shaking or having phobia of losing their funds because they'll have what it takes. I have someone that gambled with $1m and make more than $3m just within few hours.
In gambling anything is possible and there are instance where people gamble with what they have hoping to win big and that needs to stop and if people are that stupid they need treatment.

Loosing £20,000 in a minute is not a huge deal when you are gambling online and the instance here is that someone lost money due to his addiction and so is the reason this topic even started and everyone is discussing about how to deal with situation like these and it is time that we lock this thread  Grin.

Lead is 240 runs, seems safe now. India won't mind if they get all out.
No comments whats so ever, i thought England could start chasing when they lost their 7 wicket for 194 and the tail end players were exposed and it looks like they are playing a much better game of cricket than the top order batsman and these are crucial runs and we are going to see another draw. I thought about wagging a bet on England but the odds were not that great and hence i skipped.

Everyone wants to see Jon Jones lose, right? I'm thinking a Ngannou VS Jon Jones would be the more likely, and would be more likely to be a knockout. I think Gane would get out worked, and out maneuvers against Jon Jones, and I don't think he would have the knockout that Ngannou would have. Don't get me wrong, Jon Jones probably out works, and out maneuvers both of them, but I would be confident in Ngannou catching him a few times with some big shot .
Everyone portraits Jon Jones in a different light after the hit and run incident and everyone is aware of his talents and he is undefeated literally and what is disappointing is that he is arguably the best fighter and he was never able to pull big crowds whenever he fights and the best PPV he sold was when he was facing Daniel Cormier and everyone wants to see him move up in weight to see some competition for him.

If the old Jon Jones steps in the heavyweight division he will once again defeat each and every fighter without any exception but he is abusing his body for a long time with drugs and alcohol and you never know when that will bite back as well.
806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I Predict $20,000 for dogecoin in 5years time on: August 15, 2021, 11:52:18 PM
Dogecoin is a very good example for everyone because there is nothing wrong with Dogecoin, moreover meme coins like Dogecoin can always survive in the crypto space at whatever price it is, and this is of course regardless of the fomo that someone made on Dogecoin, so I really don't worried to see it
If you throw the logic away then you might think that the price of Dogecoin could reach any valuation. Everyone needs to understand that there is not much currency in the world once the price started to rally and with the number of coins in circulation there is no way it will reach the valuation anywhere near, but the altcoin combination of a few coins might reach $20k  Cheesy.
807  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: August 15, 2021, 11:02:25 PM
West Indies somehow survived and won the match, it was a great match in the end. I thought it was a boring series and then when Pakistan started to come back in the match even though West Indies had only a small total to chase, it was an incredible resistance and performance by both the teams and West Indies was able to win the match in the end and gave everyone an interesting match Grin.
808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you recommend staking? on: August 15, 2021, 10:54:08 PM
I recognize staking as one kind of interest provide by the exchanges authority by locking their coins. It is one kind of incentive. But i don't like to join any staking program.
Staking rewards are not provided by the exchange, these exchanges does facilitates staking on behalf of the coins. Looks for example in Binance you will get many options for staking but these options are done with the developers of the coins to hold them so that they will provide liquidity and hold those coins for a solid period of time.

I have staked the coins before and i have made a good profit with some of the new projects but the risk are higher if you are dealing with new projects and you are taking the risk to provide liquidity.
809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Cardano (ADA) coin hit $10 During 2021? on: August 15, 2021, 09:10:05 PM
The XRP position in Coinmarketcap has been replaced by Cardano which is in rank #5 the current at a price of $1.7. It is impossible in my opinion the price of Cardano reached $10 in 2021. There were many talks on social media about Cardano in my opinion it was normal and it had happened to other coins.
It might be impossible for me to think about the price of Cardano to go above a dollar when they started, but things are changing and the market and their technology are changing as well. They announced the smart contract launch and the price started to rally and if you look at the other smart contract chains they are well over $100 and if they are adapted by the market then it will easily cross those valuations.
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT games also another way to gamble your money? on: August 15, 2021, 05:47:04 PM
Axie Infinity has been on the top of it when it comes to Return on Investment. So you should hold this coin for long term prospective.
I missed the new trend and i am literally furious as i did not expect projects like these to pop up after i have seen the ICO fiasco which was good in the beginning but then end up as the biggest shit show. First time i am hearing about Axie Infinity and the ROI of interest is said to be 65492.42% in the last 9 months which is really crazy .

811  Economy / Economics / Re: Can the world be without poverty on: August 15, 2021, 03:54:46 PM
Poverty cannot be eradicated unless the standard of living is improved poor is very difficult to eradicate poverty. if the rich people of the society help the poor people of the society then they will be able to improve their quality of life but there are many differences between the rich and the poor in order to alleviate poverty, inequality must be eliminated and the poor must be given their fair share without being exploited. This requires strict legal action by the government.
The main reason the poor are still struggling to make a living is that they think someone could help them eradicate the poverty and make a good life, instead of them making a change for themselves as everyone is up against themselves and everyone needs to struggle to make a good living. The only different is that how much hard work you are doing in a smart way and uplift the life.

The inequality is a myth, if you working hard and study when you have the opportunity then you do not need anyone's help to be successful in life and no one will control your life. If you spare that when you got the time to study then you will struggle in life and then what is the point of blaming others for the misery. I am telling this because i have heard about free education in third world countries for financially backward people and i am not sure how many are taking advantage of that a making a change for themselves.
812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any miner who have not sold any bitcoin from the beginning? on: August 15, 2021, 03:26:39 PM
is from the earliest mining maybe the sold some to cover up the electricty an hold the rest unless they have free electric but still
maybe one or two people not sell any single bitcoin they have
May be apart from Satoshi who mined the early coins have not moved the coins and who knows how many coins he mined apart from the known wallets and even he might have sold the coins and everyone else would book their profit at some point. Anyone who invested millions of dollars for a mining farm will not be holding the coins without holding as they will be booking their profit once in a while, if not they cannot sustain.

The advantage of Cyril against Ngannou is his stamina. Making the fight last at least 3rd round might slow Ngannou. First 2 rounds is going to be crucial for his win, if he couldn't duck the punches its him keeping the peace. Ngannou is too huge to stop and he's agile than Lewis.
When Curtis Blaydes was facing Francis Ngannou, i had the feeling that Blaydes is going to follow the same game plan like Stipe Miocic to wrestle him and get him tired and i am sure Curtis Blaydes will be also having the same thought process but we know what happened, the fight was over in 45 seconds, one shot could finish the fight and that is the most dangerous aspect for any fighter facing Francis Ngannou.

I'd be more excited to watch Ngannou Vs Gane match too than Jones.
If Jon Jones returns to heavy weight that will be the biggest fights in the history as he could pull numbers because everyone wants to see that challenge.
814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs, DEFI, NFTs, - what's next? on: August 13, 2021, 09:47:30 PM
~
NFT existed since cryptokitties like 2 to 3 years ago and yet they reached the peeked total trading volume this year and catching so much attention because of P2E earn mechanics. I think anything new in cryptocurrency that people gets a profit in exchange of using it will gonna be the next trend. Its hard to predict the exact type but we can have a hint when someone introduce fresh idea with a very cool reward system.
The NFT started creating noise recently even though it is here for the past few years and it is just developing. Earlier i was not interested and did not think about collecting digital art but now things are changing and there are authentic arts and real arts provided through the blockchain and it will make a huge difference in which rare collections are held.
May be we will see some polished products in DeFi and NFT in the next 4 years.

Just wondering, what would happen to this English bowling line up when Jimmy takes the retirement?
The England cricket board will raise his pay and give him all the facility available and ask him to play for the next 5 years until they find someone to fill his shoes  Cheesy.

England was able to restrict India for 364 and if not for James Anderson the situation would have been disastrous for England to make a comeback in the match. Joe Root is continuing his form from his last match and as long as he is in the crease they would score par to the Indian scorecard.
816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are meme/NFT investment really worth the hype they're getting?. on: August 12, 2021, 11:58:55 PM
~
Why risk it all on meme and NFT when you can simply buy Bitcoin or other legit coins and profit in the future. We have to stop giving this rich bastard and scammers the room to scam us and ripoff of our money. Stop this worthless investment and Invest in the right things to secure a bright future.
People do invest in NFT as a fan and then there are many that resell them and make a quick profit especially rare NFT collections. Basically i have seen users flipping these coins at a much higher rate than they purchased and that is the motivation in investing in NFT rather than just code which could pump and dump any day.

The NFT market is just beginning and even now some of the sporting legends are releasing their NFT arts and they are selling much quicker than i anticipated earlier.
817  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: August 12, 2021, 10:43:55 PM
~
Suddenly people stop talking about the age of Pacquiao that he is old and he might get injured seriously. But anyway, Yordenis Ugás is not as young as Errol Spence, he is already 35 years but at that age he might still be in his prime. Lots of possibilities in this fight, but all I can see now is that people are thinking it's just an easy fight for Manny Pacquiao.
The level of competition is a major aspect, there is no debate that Errol Spence is going to be a tough challenge for any fighter and Manny Pacquiao is returning after a long gap and the age is a major factor but now his competition level has changed and he is not going to face any undefeated fighter but a short time replacement Yordenis Ugas and i will be surprised if he somehow able to defeat Manny.

It seems so, the pitch reports says that it's a batting friendly pitch and it may turn as good for bowlers in the final two days. India has already made a good total by losing three wickets only. India will have the highest possibility to win this match if the pitch behaves as it was reported. Otherwise we will see another draw test match of this series.
Possible another draw if there is rain intervention and with a batting pitch you cannot expect a result if there is sessions lost due to rain. India ended the day on a good score and the match depends upon how long the Indian batsman will bat tomorrow and if England could pick up wickets in quick succession then we might see a match at hands, if not another draw.
819  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum pump on: August 11, 2021, 11:42:48 PM
~
Anyway, back to some presumptions that ETH is bullish again and runs independently. I think we have to wait for what will happen if Bitcoin will drop. That is the only way to find out if this is true and the hard fork is the cause of this surge.
It is hard to accurately speculate that the London hard fork is the sole reason for the market rally, but we can assume that it is possible that the hype started due to that because the market started to rise after the implementation of the hard fork. That been said if there is a major sell off in Bitcoin the entire market will come down again as you cannot expect Bitcoin to come down while ETH keeps on moving higher at the same time.
820  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can these expert's opinion on undervalued projects be a spotlight for decision? on: August 11, 2021, 11:19:55 PM
Perhaps, but make your own technical analysis in order to obtained specific information as well wherein don't just rely what others saying, indeed there's no proof that they're truly an expert because it's seems they're just sharing speculation and thoughts about the previous history of those coins that for them still have potential in the near future.
It i true that you cannot trust these random speculations and there are no experts that can truly predict the price of a coin. I am sure they are basing these price looking at the price of Bitcoin and hence we cannot even take these predictions as face value without knowing their point of reference before reaching these conclusions and better they might be even shilling to hype up the coin  Cheesy.
