Has the network hashrate ever contracted? Seems it expands and expands regardless of any other factors.
I believe, when bitcoin was created, difficulty rising was written into it by Satoshi. At that time though, in 2009, asic technology was yet to be invented. The huge difficulty we see today, reflects the use of that technology. Every time someone adds a brand new miner to the network, the difficulty will rise. Our only hope of contraction, is if the new form factors of asic technology, make the older ones obsolete. It is the catch 22 of being in the world of BTC mining.

Tried to reset, change the wires in places on the miner, Yang JYan from the support of the pangolin, installed a new program, nothing helped. They say it's good. I see that this is not normal at all. Probably, this SM2 board does not gain strength, and because of this, everything is overloaded. What do you think controller?
I suggested controller, because of the red diode flashing, and the information you found about the controller checking for errors. I could be totally wrong, but it seems like it keeps checking after upfreq1 is near stable, going to upfreq2. 635/636 is the normal range on mine. When it hits 635, my miner increases fan rpm, and the hashrate quickly rises. Sometimes at this point the "up time" in the top left corner of cgminer restarts, as if there was a reboot. Sounds like this is the point where your issue is. When you start the miner, and cgminer loads, how many "active chips" are displayed? If it's a different number on one of the Boards, then that's probably the sign. Have you tried a different power supply? Pangolinminer has had issues with them recently.

Definitely sounds like you should open a ticket with Pangolinminer. Have you tried the reset? It sounds like a controller issue.

Maybe Slushpool is connected to this project by funding it and that is why mainly the Slushpool is advertised?
Maybe Slushpool is one of the Halong Mining owners?
Like I've stated before, this whole announcement, reeks of Corporate Shenanigans.

I just cant seem to wrap my head around why people care what the default pool settings are? Who is buying these and not immediately changing it?
Oh wait...its a Dragonmint so it only works with those 2 anyway. Makes the defaults seem that much more trivial. Its not like you have much of a choice where to point these things.
I asked about the default because, Halongmining was going to make Flush the default. I suggested they add -ck, since he did the code work, and his pool is HIS pool. Unlike the other. It's the least they could do. Unfortunately, for -ck, Halongmining only advertising their equipment compatibility with Flush, isn't very helpful for his pool.

Is 28.97/27.32THs the pool hasrate for 2 machines? That would be really good...that's 13.66 each.
Yes. That's what my 2 841's average as well. Nice and steady too!

Here's the defaults! This is just as it loaded up. More on my review later.

Best thing I've seen so far!!! Props to Halongmining, for putting forth that effort. Now, if they advertised the use of -ck pool over Flush, that'd be great!!! "if" Moderator's note: This post was edited by frodocooper to remove nested quotes.

T1 just arrived at my office, going to go grab it If anyone had anything they wanted to see out of the miner, I'll try to accommodate any requests as I do my general review. Let me know! I want to see if they actually used -ck pool as a default pool, or just Flush Stool, oops, Slush Pool.

Fingers crossed for a double block Wednesday!!!
Knowing that you, padrinogtr, et al. are actively promoting the pool on social media--great job by the way--an idea might be to also promote our favorite Kano Island local native crazyman, K.P.! Maybe create some buzz online about the Pass the Hash Giveaways he's been doing to see if anyone is interested in trying their luck here and joining in on the fun. It might be part of the key to us hitting 200PHs by the summer! I have posted about the "Pass the Hash" giveaway. It's had some traffic for sure. However, I do need to work on something for the 5nd giveaway that's happening now. The original PTH giveaway made it's social media debut, the same day it showed up in the threads. Rest assured that, I'm working every possible Avenue I can find!!! Hahaha!!!

New M3 Normally does not work, reboots, Hash Rate 10-11.3 maximum, the frequency jumps all the time 600-618
Does the frequency jump on 1 board or all 3???

I signed up at the start of March with 2 of my S9 units. Once ramped up I hit over .0043 payout for one block, but it has since gone down every single payout, and now the block just solved is only .0027. I know I should be more concerned with overall long game, but I believe my machines on Slush were making more? Is it just because the pool has has nearly doubled since I joined, that my payouts have been basically halved?

If you signed up at the start of march, you'd have stats for 14 more blocks, since we had 20 that month. Your comment about Flush poool is a statement with a question mark. Odd. I suggest if you have correct data from there, compare the information. The Hashrate here is going up, so yes, your numbers will go down a bit. However, the higher the hashrate, the more frequently we get rewarded. Personally, in March, with my then 23.6 avg th/s, I did great!!!
