rrrrrrr and here comes the 7+ in a row RED!!!wtf
however~it's still has me going back for more and more=
"i can beat this pos!!"hhahaha
 Wink
have funnnn + bee cooL!!!!

Do you understand how provably fair works and why provably fair sites can't influence the roles, and are ignoring it, or do you need an explanation?

"Provably Fair" = BATH SALTS KOOL AID!!!

i get the feeling like you are about to show me some seed formula and a scroll of numbers suggesting they would even stick to that!!!

====> what is stunnas' definition of fair?

>>i find it amusing that the "PROVABLY FAIR" icon is almost touching the FREE bitcoin button~ in my mind suggesting it's fair because it's free?!!!ok.. Grin too funny who would defend this line of reasoning?

Why don't you go read & understand the provably fair verification system? You obviously don't understand it since you just called it 'numbers' and 'seeds'. You claim to be an 'expert computer geek', lol.
282  Economy / Gambling / Re: PrimeDice.com | *NEW* V2.0 | Free BTC | Low House Edge (1%) | Instant Deposits | on: September 19, 2013, 11:43:52 AM
BY UPPING YOUR BET IT TRIGGERS DEATH SPIRAL I'VE BEEN AT THIS FOR ALMOST TWO DAYS : IMO :
*** THIS SITE IS A JOKE!!! ~ IT Should read:

>>(((PROBABLY FAIR)))<<< Roll Eyes

Lol why not just verify your bets, if they don't add up then you'll have clear evidence. Also, as I said server seeds are shown before your roll.
283  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Great Silk Road Crash of 20** ...? on: September 19, 2013, 10:56:52 AM
I could see Silk Road getting shut down if the operator(s) made some sort of mistake that inadvertently disclosed their identity.  That mistake could be as simple as spelling some word in a peculiar way and then finding that same misspelling uniquely somewhere else, like here on the forums, or on Facebook, or whatever.

What would be awesome, however, is if the SR operator had a "dead man switch" that automatically disclosed his complete source code to the public in case he ever ceased to run it unexpectedly (died or went to jail or whatever).  Then half a dozen copycats - basically anyone with the balls - could take his place and open up all kinds of markets after he has nothing to lose by sharing his code.  (Meanwhile, the public would get a chance to close any hidden security holes or whatever there might be).

Mike is obviously one of the few who knows who DPR is lol
284  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betcoindice.tm Untrustworthy: Fakes volume, makes house bets on blockchain. on: September 19, 2013, 06:54:14 AM
have you not considered that could have been testing the website ?

Yeh a sneaky 10,000 bets a day testing.

There's a testnet for a reason
285  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betcoindice.tm Untrustworthy: Fakes volume, makes house bets on blockchain. on: September 19, 2013, 06:53:50 AM
What is the purpose of doing such? I would assume to "Appear busy" ? I guess I don't understand as the founder would surely not waste his time making .03 bets all day. Just for the record they do promote in a lot of locations.

I suggest reading the OP and looking up the addresses I mentioned before responding. The founder of course isn't manually betting, but rather it's an automated script to get on the frontpage of blockchain.info and create the impression that it is legitimate from it's "popularity".

Are you making the assumption they are jamming up block-chain to stop results from being submitted to other competitors? Your right maybe I do need to read up on this but I would be truly fooled to think this gentleman up to no good like this.

No... Go to blockchain.info (One of, if not the most popular Bitcoin related site). Now look on the front page, one of the first things that grab your attention is the recent transactions (Since it's moving and shit). Now you'll see that every few seconds a "Bitcoindice" or w.e address comes up. This is essentially a continuous advertisement on the biggest Bitcoin website. Not only is it an advertisement, it is an indirect advertisement (The best types), people think that Betcoin.tm is legit since other people are using it, they're not claiming anything themselves; they're letting others make the claims for them.

To the average user, they will now assume that Betcoin.tm is a great place to bet Bitcoins.
286  Economy / Gambling / Re: SatoshiDICE and SatoshiCircle under sustained DDoS... who could it be? on: September 19, 2013, 06:31:37 AM
I've been looking into betcoindice's transactions and I've found evidence of house bets / blockchain spamming. Will make a new thread.

Woah, surprise surprise lol. It was always so obvious. I guess you're the first to get some real 'proof'

why not just make a perm fix for this deposit ddos bs?

We're working on it, our dev has been very busy lately and unable to keep up with some of these updates. Hope to get that wallet ddos solved soon.

Unfortunately our site is being attacked by a more standard ddos at the moment and is offline, working on bringing it back up. I've noticed that JD/SD have also been attacked consistently lately, it's a shame that someone is resorting to this sort of behavior.

5 in a row lose when u up your bet wtf!=) imo this game is rigged 80%->20% against the player!!!

Welcome to probability..

If you could just up your bet without ever losing, then everyone would be millionaires. Go verify your bets for closure, I guess.

And aight Stunna, good to hear.

no there is a "bug" in here where as: if you keep betting the same large bet thinking you will recover it eat you alive i've seen 7 reds in a row which will only trigger when you are betting up big...i've never seen more then 4 red in a row unless you place a substantial bet....i wonder if bet amount effects odds? ~ideas?=)easyyyyy

But that's now how hashes work lol. You can't change the odds when working with the system Stunna has.

so does me changing my bet price in stride effect odds ?>> yes it does trigger this downward spiral;) no worries i'm going to beat this pos LOL STUNNERRRRR

You're given the server seed BEFORE you make the bet. The roll has already been determined before you even place it, not sure how or what you're implying lol

290  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way to turn 2BTC into 4BTC on: September 18, 2013, 12:52:03 PM
Go to a online casino supporting bitcoin payment, buy some chips and go to a single zero roulette game, bet all on RED: 47.3% chance to double it  Wink

Or you could just play on jd or primedice & double it up with a 49.5% chance lol

295  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is Bitcoin so cheap? on: September 15, 2013, 06:19:02 AM
The equilibrium in determining Bitcoins price is heavily influenced by so many other factors, including the extreme lack of knowledge about it.

297  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining equipment maker supporting exchange rate? on: September 15, 2013, 12:08:11 AM
Your forgetting that other people will still hit their limits and sell the coins they currently own at certain prices.

Sure, it'll help, but all it will mean is we won't experience any inflation (Or very little). No inflation doesn't mean a definite price rise, it's just one less factor that isn't inextricably supply & demand based affecting the price.
298  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price after $151 peak on: September 15, 2013, 12:04:22 AM
Steady down trend followed by another whale pushing us up. Rinse and repeat.

We're due for a massive push, buys have been far outweighing sells, but price has stagmented. Coins are running out too. 200 by end of the month.

This makes me sad. This makes me really sad.

How are people still investing in this, what is wrong with the Bitcoin community?
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : Play or Invest : 1% House Edge : Banter++ on: September 15, 2013, 12:01:26 AM
Apologies if this has already been discussed, how can I explain this....
Would it be beneficial/appropriate to integrate your [invested profits] numbers into your [wagered profits] numbers?

For example [invested profits] is 0.1
[wagered profit] is -0.1
So in essence ive broken even but currently wagered profit still shows loss. Perhaps, another box could be added showing overall profit related to both invested profit and wagered profit and/or loss  Undecided

Hope that makes sense. Cheers!

Seems some what unnecessary. UI's are meant to be as simple as possible, conveying the most information with the smallest amount of text/output.

The user can just look at it and do the maths in their head to realise where they stand; it's not difficult.
