Acoros (or any other readers) how much would you like to invest?

I have an account in mpex and I can be your passtrough, I also did with 2 other real life friends.
Everything is listed and transparent on a shared excel sheet (Google Drive). You are free to add, withdrawal your shares at anytime. Within the day I can do it.

I know it's a bit "too nice to be true" that a stranger propose that but yes you have to trust me...

We can have a talk on skype first. I will just charge you with a % on the dividend (depending of how much you invest).

- I have an OTC but without trade, no rating atm.
- I'm an enthusiast bitcoiner and already host an event in Belgium ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=136805.msg1475847#msg1475847 ), maybe you can whitelist me with these info Wink

Cheers

+10 OP

This is really a great idea. I often thought about this problem and I did not even think about this kind of solution.

I especially love it for two things:

1) Because whats is really lacking at the moment in "Bitcoin" is an economy using BTC that is slow to develop.

2) I also really believe like you that the big players would see the interest in making donations for such projects to stimulate the economy.

I know few people that are interested to do something big about Bitcoin, I'll keep them in touch about that idea.

13.5 + 52 = 65.5 by year end
I wouldn't be surpriced.

Bitcoin was up 288% in 2012 which means a target price of $50 in 2013 is achievable.

Repeat after me: Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Repeat after me: I took this quote out of context.

Repeat after me: I can double my bitcoin by playing S.DICE

Repeat after me: I can lose all my bitcoin by playing S.DICE

Repeat after me: Repeat after me
Repeat after me: I need to quote this for no reason

This just reminded me... I don't believe I ever sent you the second half of my payment Molecular.  Will get that on its way!

Wow, thanks! It seems that's true, at least I can't find a second payment from you.

I missed that because it was a series 1 coin and that wasn't included in my accounting sheet.

It's amazing how trustworthy these people in the bitcoin-community are Wink

I nearly cried :')

+1 OP for the price adapted (shipping include) due to the actual rally on the price. That's great from you!

Voici une petite photo de ce 1er event fait en Belgique.

Nous étions 11 malgré 3 désistements de dernière minute.

Et merci à "boussac" du forum pour sa présentation enregistrée à Genève que j'ai utilisée, c'était très utile Wink

I think the action has finally slowed.

My excel sheet is saying S.DICE ended up around +14,000

Yes I am around that figure also with a rough excel analysis, but still need confirmation. If SD run pretty well (I mean not far from the house edge) we will surely break the USD net and even BTC net won in December.

Some crazy level betting going on.. How can I tell if the dice is up or down by myself?

I suggest you to open an excel sheet (I'm using google drive) and put that line in one cell:

=ImportHtml("http://satoshidice.com/lookup.php?tx=&limit=500&min_bet=1&status=ALL","table",0)

Then you'will have all bets between 500-1 (you can tune the limits in the URL ^) display on several columns

You just have to deduce bets amount by payment amounts and you have an current P/L

cheers

Hello, can you explain about the rule changes, I don't get it and understand what changed.

Thanks !

Instead of using one lucky number for every s. dice betting address (i.e. less than 2000, 8000, 16000) when a bunch of bets are placed at the same time from a single address, s.dice now uses a different lucky number for every transaction component. This would decrease the variance.

Crystal Clear now ! Thank you Bugpowder Smiley

I was curious to see how the rule change of Jan 3rd affected the volume.

That's a nice blue line  Cheesy
Ya, I also like it. For those who sit in a tank, here is an explanation.

Thanks for the explanation, interesting... but I don't recognize exactly the same pattern and/or the same range of pullback below the blueline.

2958  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin 410 richest addresses, updated often. on: January 19, 2013, 10:26:26 AM
Of course, but most likely lost bitcoins are lost so without movement since let's say <2 years is a good estimation no?

Sounds like a very poor estimation, because by that count all money spent on 30 year Ts is "lost" 15 times over.
by <2 years I meant not used since 01/2011 so next year it will be 3 years and so on...

But so many people just leave bitcoins sitting in there addresses for awhile, so this stupid, it is like buying a stock and just holding, if you hold for 40yrs then sell, it is the same thing doesn't mean you lost it.
Please; we know that ! It's all about odd estimation.

But you can't estimation at all... that is like saying let me estimate all the cars that are drivable, and if they are parked in the same place for more than year they are not drivable. It doesn't make sense.

First of all, I never said that ALL cars parked <1y are not drivable
Secondly, not drivable car are not on the road, for sure, they are parked somewhere.
It's all about estimation and odds/probability.
